饲料组成对银鲳幼鱼生长率及肌肉氨基酸、脂肪酸组成的影响 总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3
研究分析了饲料组成对银鲳(Pampus argenteus)幼鱼特定生长率(SGR)及肌肉氨基酸与脂肪酸组成的影响。实验共设4组不同的饲料组成,依次为饲料A(鱼肉糜)、饲料B(鱼肉糜+配合饲料)、饲料C(鱼肉糜+配合饲料+蛏子肉糜)和饲料D(鱼肉糜+配合饲料+蛏子肉糜+桡足类)。实验用银鲳幼鱼的平均体重为4.80±0.11 g,每组饲料设3重复,实验周期为9周。研究结果显示,不同饲料组成可显著影响银鲳的特定生长率,饲料A组的特定生长率最低,并显著低于其它各饲料组;饲料D组的特定生长率最高,且显著高于饲料B、C组的特定生长率(P<0.05);但饲料B、C组间银鲳特定生长率无显著性差异(P>0.05)。银鲳肌肉氨基酸与脂肪酸的分析结果显示,4组饲料组成对银鲳肌肉氨基酸的组成及含量并无显著性影响(P>0.05),但可显著影响肌肉脂肪酸的组成及含量(P<0.05)。饲料D组的多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFA)、高度不饱和脂肪酸(HUFA)及n-3HUFA含量均分别显著高于饲料A、B和C组(P<0.05),饲料B和C组的PUFA、HUFA及n-3HUFA均分别显著高于饲料A组(P<0.05),但饲料B、C组间并无显著性差异(P>0.05)。综合分析得出,丰富的饲料组成以及饲料中较高的HUFA含量均有利于银鲳幼鱼的生长。 相似文献

The ability of shrimp Litopenaeus vannamei to utilize soy oil (SO) modified to contain stearidonic acid (SDA) in replacement of fish oil (FO) by converting SDA to highly unsaturated fatty acids (HUFA) was examined. Six diets with either supplemental modified SO or FO and three levels of fishmeal (FM) replacement (0%, 50% and 100%) by soybean meal (SBM) were fed to shrimp (1.7 g) for 12 weeks. The effect of oil source at the three SBM levels on growth and fatty acid profiles was examined by contrast analysis and sensory attributes by t‐tests (5% error rate). At 0% SBM inclusion, there was no effect of dietary oil source, while at the highest SBM inclusion level, shrimp fed the FO diet outperformed those fed the corresponding SO diet. Oil source had no effect on sensory attributes. The fatty acid profiles of the shrimp reflected that of the diets. SDA SO can replace supplemental FO in diets for shrimp with no reduction in growth when there is sufficient oil present from FM. At low FM, however, replacing FO with SDA SO reduces shrimp performance and tissue n‐3 HUFA levels. It is concluded that SDA is unable to meet the essential fatty acid needs of shrimp. 相似文献

A 8‐week feeding trial was conducted to evaluate the nutritional value of dietary conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) for finishing Nile tilapia evaluating its effects on growth performance, whole body and filet compositions, fatty acid composition, plasma lipid parameters, filet texture, liquid loss and holding capacity. Triplicate groups of Nile tilapia were hand‐fed until apparent satiation on diets in which CLA oil was supplemented at 0 (control), 5 or 10 g kg?1. No differences were observed on weight gain, feed intake, feed/gain ratio, protein efficiency ratio, hepatosomatic index, visceral fat, filet yield and survival between treatments. Fish‐fed CLA diets had increased whole body crude protein and reduced filet lipid content. The total plasma cholesterol and triacylglycerol decreased with CLA supplementation. Neither 5 nor 10 g kg?1 dietary CLA improved liquid‐holding capacity and filet texture when compared with fish fed the control diet. Fish‐fed dietary CLA showed lower whole body and filet C18:3(n‐6), C18:3(n‐3) and C20:2(n‐6) levels and higher levels of C18:0. CLA deposition in filet and whole body (16 mg–235 mg g?1 of tissue) are higher than presented in natural sources of CLA, proving to be a great product to increase CLA consumption by humans. 相似文献

A 12‐week growth trial was conducted with gibel carp Carassius auratus gibelio (initial weight: 2.69 g) to evaluate the effects of dietary n‐3 highly unsaturated fatty acids (n‐3 HUFA) on growth performance and tissue fatty acid composition. Five diets of different n‐3 HUFA levels from 0 to 17 g kg?1 diet were supplemented at 80 g kg?1 dietary lipid by including fish oil (FO) at 0, 25, 50, 75 and 100% of supplemental lipid. The remainder was coconut oil. The results showed that fish fed FO25 and FO50 obtained highest specific growth rate and lowest with FO0. Feed efficiency was highest at FO100 and lowest at FO0. Apparent digestibility coefficient of lipid increased with increasing dietary n‐3 HUFA. The fish fed FO0 diet had the lowest thiobarbituric acid reactive substance in serum and muscle and highest moisture and lowest lipid content in viscera. Fatty acid compositions of muscle and liver were correlated with dietary fatty acids. Fish muscle concentration of 20:5n‐3 increased with increasing dietary n‐3 HUFA while the concentration of 22:6n‐3 was distinctly reduced in FO0 group. It suggested that 4 g kg?1 n‐3 HUFA in diet could permit gibel carp normal growth performance and provide considerable n‐3 HUFA in fish muscle. The composition of tail muscle fatty acids from wild and cultured bluefin tuna reared on a diet based on herring and sardine, along with the plasma lipid profile of the farmed individuals, was determined. The total lipid content of farmed bluefin in this study was 0.922 g/100 g or 3.49 g of saturated fatty acids (SAFA), 4.48 g of monounsaturated fatty acids (MUFA), 2.58 g polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA) n‐3 and 0.37 g of PUFA n‐6 fatty acids; for wild specimens, it was 0.920 g/100 g, or 2.85 g of SAFA, 4.82 g of MUFA, 2.78 g PUFA n‐3 and 0.27 g of PUFA n‐6 fatty acids. The major fatty acids in this study were 16:0; 16:1, n‐7; 18:1, n‐9 and DHA 22:6, n‐3 acids. The sum of these major components accounted for more than 57% and 80% of the total fatty acids in all the samples of farmed and wild tuna respectively. No significant differences in the proximate composition were demonstrated between farmed and wild samples, except for the energy value, in favour of the farmed tuna. Statistically, glucose tends to increase together with cholesterol (CHOL) and plasma triglyceride, as for these pairs, it showed positive correlation coefficients and P>0.05. Some measured tuna metabolites demonstrated strong mutual correlations, especially GLU, CHOL and TRIG, which are crucial factors in the lipid profile of animals. 相似文献

Five different levels (0, 25, 50, 75, and 100 g kg?1) of algal (Ulva fasciata) meal were added to red tilapia feeds to examine its effect on growth and carcass biochemical content. Addition of ulva meal significantly improved growth performance, feed utilization, total crude protein content, and percentage of highly unsaturated fatty acids. Replacement of olive pomace (OP) with wheat flour in diet was studied in diet of yearling Siberian sturgeon (Acipenser baerii). Fish (165 ± 6.8 g) were randomly allocated to 15 fibreglass tanks (15 fish/tank, in triplicate). Fish were assigned to one of five dietary treatments at 19.1 ± 1.5°C for 8 weeks: control diet (crude protein and crude lipid at 514.6 and 188 g/kg, respectively) and four experimental diets with 20, 50, 75 and 100 g/kg OP to replace wheat flour in the experimental diets. No significant difference was observed in the final weight, feed conversion ratio, specific growth rate, hepatosomatic index, viscera‐somatic index and survival rate among the treatments (p > 0.05). No change was seen in digestibility of protein and lipid in diets containing 20 g/kg and 50 g/kg OP compared to control group, while these values decreased with increasing in OP above 50 g/kg. Digestibility of dry matter and gross energy among the treatments demonstrated no significant difference (p > 0.05). Polyunsaturated fatty acids, especially C22:6n3 (DHA), in the muscle of the fish fed 75 g/kg and 100 g/kg OP in diets were significantly higher than control group (p < 0.05). These data show that OP could be recommended as a substitute for wheat flour in diet of S. sturgeon but its utilization for other species warranted future works. 相似文献

This study was carried out to determine the differences in proximate and fatty acid (FA) compositions in different flesh cuts of the most valuable cephalic portion of cultured (full-cycle), cultured fasted (full-cycle), and wild Pacific bluefin tuna (PBT; Thunnus orientalis). Cultured fasted PBTs were fasted for 6 days to ensure empty stomachs during harvesting and to determine the influence of fasting on the lipid and FA composition in different flesh cuts. Significantly higher lipid contents were observed (p < 0.05) in the dorsal akami (lean part) and the ventral o-toro (very fatty part) flesh cuts in cultured and cultured fasted PBTs than in wild ones. However, monounsaturated fatty acid (MUFA) contents in all flesh cuts were significantly higher in cultured and cultured fasted PBTs than in wild PBT. Wild PBTs contained significantly higher (p < 0.05) polyunsaturated fatty acid (PUFA) contents than other cultured PBTs in all flesh cuts except for the dorsal akami and wakaremi (fatty part near dorsal fin) flesh parts, and contained higher n-3 FA content than other PBTs—especially docosahexaenoic acid (DHA, C22:6n-3)—in the lipid fraction from the dorsal chu-toro (medium fatty part), ventral akami, ventral chu-toro, o-toro, and in dark flesh cuts. The flesh quality of cultured or cultured fasted PBTs has the advantage of having a higher total amount of essential FAs than that of wild PBT. 相似文献

Traditionally, smoke-dried hill-stream fishes are an important part of the diet of the people of Manipur, India. The nutritional values of the processed fishes were studied. The proximate composition, protein digestibility, and fatty acid composition of hill-stream fishes Neolissochilus stracheyi, Labeo pangusia, Semiplotus manipurensis, Schizothorax sp., and Ompok sp. were determined. The mean values of protein, lipid, ash, and moisture ranged from 31.20 to 72.58%, 6.36 to 18.73%, 4.32 to 5.33%, and 10.14 to 16.25%, respectively. The protein digestibilities were high (75.56–97.65%), and alpha amino nitrogen liberated during in vitro tests was highest (19.34 mg/g) in L. pangusia in pepsin and trypsin phase. The n-3 fatty acids eicosapentaenoic acid and docosahexaenoic acid were highest in L. pangusia, followed by S. manipurensis. The study shows that the processed hill-stream fishes have different food values, and some are a good source of highly digestible protein and also contain a good amount of essential fatty acids that may be beneficial for brain development and optimal health. 相似文献

研究了饲养密度对银鲳(Pampus argenteus)幼鱼(5.33±0.07 g)增重率及消化酶活性的影响。实验共设4组饲养密度,分别为5、10、15、25 ind.m-3,依次编为D1、D2、D3、D4组,实验周期为60 d。研究结果显示,饲养密度对银鲳幼鱼的增重率具有显著性影响,4组密度组中以D3组银鲳的增重率最高,且均显著高于其它3组密度组(P<0.05)。最高密度组(D4组)的增重率与D2组无显著性差异(P>0.05),但两组的增重率均显著高于D1组(P<0.05)。4组密度组间银鲳胃蛋白酶活性并无显著性差异,但胰蛋白酶、脂肪酶和淀粉酶活性则在不同密度组间呈现出显著性差异。胰蛋白酶与脂肪酶活性均在D3组达到最高值,且均显著高于其它各密度组(P<0.05)。D3和D4组的淀粉酶活性显著高于D1和D2组(P<0.05)。综合分析可知,饲养密度可显著影响银鲳幼鱼的增重率与消化酶活性,本实验条件下的适宜饲养密度范围内(15 ind.m-3左右),银鲳幼鱼具有较好的生长速度及较高的消化酶活性。 相似文献

ABSTRACT: The fatty acid composition in horse mackerel caught off Nagasaki, off Tsushima Island, and in the middle of the East China Sea was investigated. The ratios of monoenoic and polyenoic acids to the total fatty acids in the Nagasaki and bull trawl catch specimens had a negative correlation. The docosahexaenoic acid (DHA; 22:6n-3) ratios of total fatty acids in summer-caught specimens were lower than those in winter-caught specimens, and this tendency was significantly clearer in smaller-sized fish, while DHA levels in tissues varied little throughout the year. Consistently high levels of DHA were found in various fishing areas, which suggests that horse mackerel offers a stable source of DHA. 相似文献

Increasing the amount of n‐3 PUFA in carp meat is one of the most important tasks in enhancing its overall quality. However, the relative influence of supplemental feed and natural feed on the FA profile of cultivated carp flesh is not well documented, making it difficult to choose the most efficient strategy. Carp diet composition and diet and flesh fatty acid profiles were simultaneously followed in order to determine the influence of pelleted feed compared to natural feed on fatty acid profiles of carp tissues. Pelleted feed clearly dominated over zooplankton and Chironomidae in the carp diet, producing carp tissue fatty acid profiles closely resembling those of pelleted feed. However, increase in the abundance of zooplankton over the course of the investigation resulting in concomitant increase of its proportion in feed bulk was in strong positive correlation with increase in n‐3 HUFA in the dorsal muscle. n‐3 PUFA enrichment of supplemental feed could be the dominant mechanism in production of carp meat rich in n‐3 PUFA. However, even a small increase in natural feed availability could significantly change the diet of common carp and result in considerable improvement of meat quality with regard to n‐3 HUFA content. 相似文献

Proximate chemical composition and fatty acid (FA) profile of different parts and sexes of ray (Raja clavata) were compared. The proximate values of liver samples significantly differed from other body parts (p < 0.05). Pectoral fin had the highest moisture, protein, and ash contents (78.6, 20.5, and 1.2%, respectively). The highest fat content (39.7%) was observed for liver samples. A significant variation was also observed between sexes in terms of proximate and FA values (p < 0.05). The levels of saturated (SFA), monounsaturated (MUFA), and polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA) varied between 27.1–32.1, 14.9–19.0, and 34.3–39.5%, respectively, in total fatty acid methyl esters (FAME). The highest total PUFA and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) values were observed in the edible portion of liver for both sexes due to high contents of fat, despite the low values of % total FAME in comparison with other body parts. Significant variations among FA levels were observed for different body parts (p < 0.05). The highest DHA and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) values were found in the edible portion of the liver and calculated as 6.8 and 2.3 g/100 g, respectively, indicating the importance of utilizing the liver of this species. 相似文献

以银鲳(Pampus argenteus)幼鱼为研究对象,设置4组不同南极磷虾粉替代鱼粉水平(0%、10%、20%、40%,其中0%为对照组)的饲料,进行60 d的饲养实验,探讨饲料中添加南极磷虾粉对银鲳幼鱼生长、非特异性免疫及抗氧化功能的影响。结果显示:饲料中添加南极磷虾粉的处理组银鲳增重率与特定生长率(SGR)较对照组均有显著性提高(P <0.05),但在添加不同比例南极磷虾粉的饲料组间(10%、20%、40%),银鲳的增重率与特定生长率无显著性差异(P> 0.05)。血清中碱性磷酸酶(AKP)、酸性磷酸酶(ACP)及溶菌酶(LZM) 20%饲料组活性均为最高,但与对照组无显著差异;肝脏AKP活性、肾脏LZM活性10%饲料组均分别显著高于其它各组(P <0.05);肌肉中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性40%处理组显著高于对照组(P <0.05),20%饲料组也高于对照组,但差异不显著(P> 0.05);添加南极磷虾粉的饲料组血清和肌肉中过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性均高于对照组,其中40%饲料组血清和肌肉CAT的活性均显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。结果表明,本实验条件下,结合银鲳幼鱼生长性能、非特异性免疫及抗氧化能力的分析,南极磷虾粉替代饲料中鱼粉的适宜比例建议控制在10%~20%。 相似文献

采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术,分析了银鲳(Pampus argenteus)脾脏、肝脏、肌肉、心脏、肾脏等5种组织中酯酶(EST)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、谷氨酸脱氢酶(GDH)、乙醇脱氢酶(ADH)等4种同工酶的表达模式,并对各种同工酶的酶谱进行了分析。结果表明:这4种同工酶在银鲳5种组织中的分布均存在一定的组织特异性,其与各组织的生理机能密切相关。银鲳4种同工酶共记录出61条酶带,其中EST被检测出的酶带数量最多也较复杂,ADH同工酶酶带数量最少,只有6条酶带被检测到,LDH和GDH分别检测到16条和9条酶带;组织特异性主要表现在位点表达和酶活性强弱不同这两个方面,GDH1和ADH2只在肝脏中表达。 相似文献

The New South Wales prawn aquaculture industry is considering alternative species, such as mulloway (Argyrosomus japonicus), to diversify their production base, but little exists on their market potential. Farmed mulloway had higher levels of fat, energy, and cholesterol than wild mulloway and were an excellent source of long-chain omega-3s with good fillet yields: 46.3% (skin-on) and 38.8% (skin-off). Wild mulloway had higher sodium and moisture content but were a poor source of eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). For consumer acceptance, there was a preference for the flavor of wild to farmed mulloway. The high cost of production remains a major constraint to industry growth. 相似文献

采用常规石蜡切片技术对人工养殖银鲳的性腺发育情况进行了研究。结果表明,在1~2月龄,养殖银鲳精巢处于第Ⅰ期;3~4月龄发育至第Ⅱ期;5月龄时发育至第Ⅲ期;6月龄时发育到第Ⅳ期;在7月龄时即能达到性成熟;在越冬的8~10月龄退化至第Ⅲ期,之后又开始重新发育,并在11~12月龄达到成熟。卵巢在3~4月龄时发育至第Ⅰ期;5月份发育至第Ⅱ期;6月龄发育到第Ⅲ期;7~8月龄的越冬时期卵巢退至第Ⅱ期;越冬之后的9~10月龄时卵巢继续发育,并在11~12月龄时达到性成熟。银鲳精巢和卵巢发育都为不完全同步型,且精巢发育较卵巢快。本研究为银鲳性腺发育及人工繁育研究提供了基础资料。 相似文献

A 3 × 3 factorial experiment was conducted on Labeo rohita fingerlings to evaluate the effect of dietary oxidized oil and vitamin E. Nine experimental diets were made, based on three degrees of oil oxidation (fresh oil, low oil oxidation and high oil oxidation), and each level of oxidation was further supplemented with three levels of vitamin E (0, 100 and 1,000 mg/kg). Weight gain% and specific growth rate (SGR) of fish fed fresh fish oil and low oil oxidation level were significantly higher than highly oxidized oil. Moreover, vitamin E supplemented fish also showed better growth performance. Oil oxidation caused a significant reduction in the concentrations of α‐tocopherol and increase in TBARS level and antioxidant enzyme activities in fish liver and muscles. However, increasing the dietary vitamin E abrogated these effects. Dietary vitamin E supplementation improved the fatty acid, more specifically polyunsaturated fatty acids profile of oxidized oil fed fish. In conclusion, dietary oxidized fish oil increased the oxidative stress condition of fish but supplementation of high dose of vitamin E prevented lipid oxidation, improved growth performance and fatty acid profile of L. rohita. 相似文献
