The native and introduced ground cover plants were screened by field survey,cultivation test and configuration effect evaluation in arid valleys of Ganzi Tibetan area.A total of 205 species belonging to 140 genera,67 families were selected as applicable types.Among them,there were 53 species of evergreen shrubs,36 species of deciduous shrubs,17 species of woody vines,99 species of herbaceous plants;27 species of color-leafed plants,8 species of succulent plants.And 79 species were recommended as the best ground cover plants.Higher plants in Ganzi Tibetan area were increased to 5,362 species,1147 genera,244 families through screening.  相似文献

Cityscape design is to shape the landscape of a city as the goal. In essence, the cityscape is human perception of the city, urban landscape design can be understood as the restructuring of urban imagery and visual representation of the process. Through the analysis and research, the designer for the landscape perception of the city, and then presented in the design results, and is perceived by others. In this process, especially important is the designer's perception of the city. From the perspectives of visitors or residents, the designer's perception of the city is very different. Tourists tend to be structured and integrity to cognitive the landscape of the city, and residents focus on the micro perspectives, with more details and life. Tourism soundscape is a new field of tourism landscape research, soundscape designs offer new concepts for the landscape research and development. Taking China Dinosaur Land in Changzhou City for example, visitors' perception about soundscape comfort in theme parks was studied. The researches found that acoustic comfort was infl uenced by objective parameters of sound and subjective perception of visitors, and when the soundscape volume stayed at a certain threshold value, visitors would gain the most satisfi ed acoustic comfort experience, and they were most sensitive to sound elements that able to convey cultural connotations of the theme park. On this basis, this paper adopted positive design, negative design, and zero design, and proposed the concepts of optimizing theme park soundscapes.  相似文献

Accessibility and flexibility of small roadside parks make them significant transitional spaces in urban landscape environment. Three representative small parks in Zhanjiang City, a typical tropical city in south China, were selected to analyze their location features, spatial processing, demonstration of regional landscapes and recreational characteristics. It was proposed that construction of small roadside parks in tropical area should put human needs on the priority, present regional features of tropical garden landscapes, and focus on inheritance and innovation of regional cultures.  相似文献

[Objectives]To investigate the protective effect and mechanism of Ershiwuwei Songshi Pill on acute alcoholic liver injury in rats.[Methods]Sixty male SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group,model group,polyene phosphatidylcholine(82.08 mg/kg)positive control group and Ershiwuwei Songshi Pill high(180 mg/kg),medium(90 mg/kg)and low(45 mg/kg)dose groups.The rats in each group were given corresponding drugs by intragastric administration for 3 d and fed normally.From the 4th d,all groups except the normal control group were fed with 15 mL/kg liquor(56%vol)for 7 d after 2 h of administration.After the last modeling,the levels of AST,ALT,TC,TG,SOD,GSH in serum and IL-1β,IL-6,TNF-αin liver tissue were measured.The protein expressions of Bax,Bcl-2 and Caspase3 were determined by Western blotting.HE staining was used to observe the pathological changes of liver tissue under light microscope.[Results]Compared with the model group,the body weight and the levels of SOD and GSH in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the model group;liver index,serum ALT,AST,TC,TG,IL-1β,IL-6 and TNF-αlevels decreased significantly(P<0.01 or P<0.05);HE staining showed that there was a small amount of collagen proliferation and lymphocyte infiltration in connective tissue around the hepatic portal area in the model group,multiple inflammatory foci could be seen in the lobules,and round fat vacuoles could be seen in the cytoplasm;in each administration group,the pathological condition of the liver was mild.[Conclusions]Ershiwuwei Songshi Pill had a certain protective effect on acute alcoholic liver injury in rats,and its mechanism might be related to reducing enzyme,promoting lipid metabolism and anti-inflammation.  相似文献

Geothermal heat pumps have been widely used in construction projects. However, the efficiency of geothermal heat pump may be easily lowered due to the imbalance between heating and cooling loads resulting from the differences of seasons, and especially building functions. Basing on a project in LEU, this article firstly takes discussion on how the solar-geothermal water heating system complex may be applied in Chongqing. Then, the article carries out calculations and analysis to evaluate the balance of the complex system. How to ascertain the sliding surface and the factor of safety(FS) is the key problem of slope stability.The failure model of a slope is supposed at first and then the sliding surface and the factor of safety are computed approximately during analyzing the slope stability all over the world.However,the hypothesis cannot reflect the real state of slope sliding.In this paper,the critical failure surface with the lowest value of FS is computed and the better result is got by means of GA.  相似文献

Core samples of sandstone with extra-low permeability from Huimin area in Shengli oil field were selected, and the shape and composition of clay mineral in core samples were analyzed by SEM and XRD. Electrokinetic potential of clay minerals in four experimental fluids was measured, under reference to formation water’s salinity and different pH by means of Zeta Probe (potential measuring apparatus). The results show that the positive ion concentration in these experimental fluids is higher than the critical value to balance the negative ions on the face of clay minerals. That makes the positive ion in the state of over-saturated and keeps the value of electrokinetic potential positive in a wide range of pH value. We have evaluated the salt sensitivity extent of the samples, and analysed the data with electrokinetic potential of clay minerals in experimental fluids. The results show that the salt sensitivity mechanism of extra-low permeability sandstone reservoirs, with kaolinite-chlorite-illite and chlorite-illite as the main clay mineral composition, is that with the formation salinity decreasing, the thickness of water film increases, which brings about decreasing of effective pore-throat and enhancement of permeative resistance.  相似文献

Crosses between hexaploid wheat and rye can only succeed when pre- and post-zygotic barriers have been overcome. A rye gene determining embryo lethality (Eml-R1), which is involved in post-zygotic isolation, has been mapped to chromosome 6R. In the present paper the mode of inheritance of Eml-R1 was studied by employing a wheat/rye chromosome 6R addition line. We show that Eml-R1 exists in at least two alternative forms, with the mutant allele Eml-R1b being dominant with respect to wild-type Eml-R1a. Furthermore, we have exploited nulli-tetrasomic lines of wheat to detect a complementary wheat gene present on chromosome 6A. This gene has been designated Eml-A1.  相似文献

This paper focuses on the particular role of the national setting for the economic resilience of regions during the resistance and recovery phase. Our empirical set-up introduces a spatial hierarchy of 249 NUTS-2 regions nested in 22 European countries while it includes numerous recessionary shocks from 1990 to 2014. Our results suggest that the impact of the national setting is strongest during the resistance phase when the national level accounts for up to 44.9% of the variance in regional GDP development. During recovery, however, the national share decreases but still amounts to no less than 22.0%. Apart from the direct effects that originate from, for example, regulatory density and fiscal policy measures, the national impact takes the form of cross-level moderation effects. These indirect effects indicate that the regional patterns of resilience are additionally shaped by the inter-linkages of country-specific institutional factors and regional determinants. Taking all this into account, regional economic resilience is anything but just a matter of regional capacities.  相似文献

Urban historical and cultural heritage has been gradually formed in the long history, it is a witness of the city development history and a realistic carrier of the local civilization. However, protection of urban cultural heritage has been long neglected, with the rapid economic development and urbanization process, a lot of urban cultural heritage that bears important historical and cultural value had gone forever. Ancient cultural remains(ACRs) are an important type of urban cultural heritages, the renaissance of ACRs means the revival of the whole city, how to make ACRs in gradual decline state to be protected with proper planning and renewed vigor has great signifi cance to the urban development. Taking protection and development planning and design of ACRs in Mountain Haoli and its surroundings for example, this study put forward the objectives and principles of ACRs protection and development, extending and deepening the protection methods and renewal strategies, so as to achieve overall cultural, economic and spatial revival of urban ACRs, and sustainable development of ACRs.  相似文献

To research role of biomedical engineering in treatment of Gram_negative bacterial sepsis,and chemical configuration of endotoxin and role of endotoxin in septic shock and multiple organ failures were analyzed.Effects of various biotechnology in treatment sepsis were compared. There are relationship between in endotoxin and sepsis,no effective medication for sepsis. Hemoperfusion with Polymyxin B immobilized absorbents could remove endotoxin of blood, decrease flammatory mediators(eg,tumor necrosis factor-alpha and interleukin-1) of blood ,and improve hemorheology. Polymyxin B immobilized absorbents are important in treatment patient of sepsis by its specific absorbing endotoxin .  相似文献

Pongamia pinnata is a leguminous tree known for its multipurpose benefits and as a potential source of biodiesel crop. Its added benefits to grow on marginal lands make it a suitable candidate in agro-forestry. These properties support the suitability of this plant for large-scale production required by a sustainable biodiesel industry. While utilizing these species as a source of biodiesel, there is a further need for research and extensive knowledge generation into various areas of production and utilization. The future success of P. pinnata as a sustainable source of biodiesel will heavily depend on an unlimited feed stock supply. This will call for large-scale plantations of clonal stocks of elite genotypes to encourage afforestation programs coordinated both at the central and state levels to cater to the needs of the biodiesel industry. The success rate will rely on the elite planting stock, propagation techniques, and plantation practices and models in making Pongamia cultivation an economically viable proposition.  相似文献

The mode of construction management general contract not only meets the needs of construction technique in bettering the design of construction project building, but also releases the pressure in middle and later management of construction project building and overcomes the deficiency of the long-term building period, hard-to-control investigation brought by the problem of design, purchase, construction divided from and restricted by each other existed in the traditional contract mode. It also helps the contractor to provide socialized, specialized, commoditized service for the contractor. Helps to overall arrangement, economized investment, management level improve ment can be given.
