With the rapid development of audio-visual language, production of traditional hand-painted animation has failed to keep pace with the times. This paper discussed the current foreign and domestic researches on animation, and found that the researches still focused on application of technology or theories of animation arts. The study tried to integrate traditional hand painting with computer technology, produce hand-painted pastel animation, enrich the artistic forms of hand-painted pastel animation short fi lm, improve the effi ciency of handpainted pastel production, so as to form a complete artistic realization theory system of hand-painted pastel animation short fi lm, and provide a technological and theoretical support for the development of traditional hand-painted animation.  相似文献

The structure design is the most crucial and innovative one in the process of mechanism system design, and attention is constantly given to them. Although the various methods of structural synthesis are presented, more study due to faultiness of them are essential. All of available configurations of the single joint kinematic chain are gotten by replacing its pairs. On the basis of symbolization of pairs, the authors put forward the mathematic approach of permutation and combination by which all of configurations of the kinematic chain can be obtained, structure graph is used to judge the type of same fabric of the kinematic chain. 为了探索转基因抗虫杂交棉新组合农艺性状、产量和品质特性,加快对转基因性状的应用,服务于农业生产。在大田生产条件下,对5个转基因抗虫杂交棉新组合的农艺性状、产量和品质性状进行了比较研究。结果表明:与对照‘湘杂棉7号’相比,生育期、株高、果枝数无明显差异;A3叶绿素含量、产量、纤维品质均优于对照;A5叶绿素含量较高,产量无显著差异,纤维品质较优。A1、A2、A4叶片叶绿素含量低,皮棉减产,品质也略差。综合各方面的因素,A3叶绿色含量高,有利于光合产物生产和供应,且铃大,产量高,纤维品质优,符合湖南省棉花新品种审定产量质量要求。  相似文献

Pedestrianisation is seen as a necessity in many cities of the world.Streets are main representatives of the city image,which have its reflection of its home country.Haileselassie Street in Piazza is shaped after the short-term confrontations of the Italians that profoundly affected the entire downtown.The prideful victory of Ethiopia is an important landmark of the urban fabric in Piazza,Addis Ababa.The Haileselassie Street lacks its vista and approach it deserves.Therefore,this paper introduces the scheme of pedestrianisation in Haileselassie Street by reclaiming the street for the people in order to remember the history.The pertinent questions this article seeks to address are:the factors that aim to transform the street into a‘pedestrian’street only?Which aspects of the pedestrianisation should be considered to improve the quality of the Haileselassie Street?Moreover,this article recommends the strategic proposal to improve the quality of the pedestrians in urban space.  相似文献

MYB转录因子是植物中最大的转录因子家族之一,其生物学功能广泛,除去参与植物生长发育、生理活动代谢、细胞形态及模式建成、初生和次生代谢反应、对生物和非生物胁迫的应答等众多生物学过程外,在药用植物的次生代谢方面也颇具影响。目前关于MYB转录因子的研究多集中于农作物上,对于药用植物的研究少之又少,仍有很大研究空间。本研究综述了植物MYB转录因子的进化史、特征分类、功能及转化机制,着重探讨了MYB转录因子在植物次生代谢方面所起的作用,归纳总结前人相关的研究方法与思路,阐述国内外相关研究MYB的进展,为从多层面深入研究及更好地利用药用植物MYB转录因子提供思路和方法。  相似文献

The secondary moment of prestressed concrete frame is different from that of continuous beam. In this paper,the principle and calculation method of equivalent load secondary moment and axial secondary moment are discussed,and the infection of secondary moment in moment modulation is analyzed,together with the suggestions of moment modulation for prestressed concrete frame with adopting the total control. The suggestions would be able to distinguish the advantageous and disadvantageous effect of secondary moment. Some helpful advises for moment modulation design are given in this paper.  相似文献

In light of the current situation of energy efficiency building design in China and the situation of energy analysis tools application both at home and abroad,aiming at the fact that traditional energy efficiency building design methods cannot meet current needs,this paper puts forward a new design approach-integrating BIM technology with energy efficiency analysis to carry out energy efficiency building design.The virtual building model created with BIM technology is an electronic database containing all of the building's information.By importing this virtual building model into energy analysis tools,we can automatically identify and analyze the model's great amount of information so as to quickly and easily get the energy efficiency analysis results.  相似文献

‘Women in Development’ aid–funded credit schemes in the Kingdom of Tonga were designated as ‘failures’ by the funders because the recipient groups of textile producers, who were meant to be engaging in commercial handicraft production as development, were instead making and seemingly ‘retaining’ textile koloa (indigenous wealth). It is my contention that rather than making low–valued, low–priced textiles for tourist consumption the women made koloa textiles for the Tongan ceremonial economy where a greater range of ideological, spiritual and material gains including cash were available to them. Even though the default rate on the loans was low, and the women were engaged in a Tongan notion of development known as fakalakalaka, the funders and the critics of the schemes were either unable to or would not recognise development taking place, so driven by macroeconomic indices were their criteria and assessment. This paper looks at the implications of this disjuncture and the funders’ lack of understanding (and/or rejection) of indigenous global economic systems and hybrid notions of development inherent in the women textile producers’ actions. It explores a contemporary reality where indigenous wealth is thriving in the global economy, contributes to the literature on hybrid economic systems and challenges macroeconomically driven development policy in the Pacific.  相似文献

On basis of the experiment on sixteen high strength concrete columns, their shear behaviors are analysed. The effects of shear-span ratio and axial compression ratio on failure behavior, cracking shear and shear strength are analysed. The authors have discussed the suitability of the design equations for shear strength in the code. This experimental study on shear strength of high strength concrete frame columns is the first one in this field at home and the results can be served as reference for the code of high strength concrete design.  相似文献

Improving fiber quality properties of cotton is important for increasing the efficiency of manufacturing textiles, including enhancing yarn quality and spinning performance. This study was conducted to determine if we could identify valuable cotton cultivars to use as parents in breeding programs with the goal of improving fiber properties. Seven parents were combined in a diallel design and selfed to obtain 21 F2 populations. Positive general and specific combining ability effects were observed for all traits. General combining ability tended to be larger than specific combining ability, indicating these traits are controlled primarily by additive genetic effects. Correlations among traits were generally positive except for lint yield correlations with fiber strength and length. For improving the fiber quality measures of strength and length, line 7235 shows excellent general combining ability effects. SG125 would provide elite germplasm to increase agronomic measures of lint yield and lint percent. The MD51 genotype has the highest potential among the genotypes tested here to provide germplasm combining both improved yield and fiber strength. These parents, or their selected progeny, should be useful in a breeding program to generate variability from which selection can be used to identify lines with improved fiber and/or agronomic properties.  相似文献

研究了硫酰氟对害虫、植物种子等的毒性。在室温下硫酰氟剂量30-50g/m^3,熏蒸72小时,在小麦中F^ 的残留量为0.93-0.61ppm;剂量50g/m^3时熏蒸48-72小时,在玉米中的残留为0.12-1.5ppm,而同样剂量熏蒸48小时,在稻米中的残留为0.37-1.2ppm。F^ 在熏蒸面粉中的残留较高,吸附性比溴甲烷低,解吸比溴甲烷快。硫酰氟已在农、林、外贸、检疫、文物、轻纺和建筑业中应用,对熏蒸粮食、棉花、蔬菜和种子以及对档案、纺织品、橡胶、金属(含金)等无不良影响,用CH3Br、C2H4O和SO2F2真空熏蒸能安全、有效地控制储藏物害虫和动植物病害,同时开发出CH3Br筒仓环流熏蒸储糖害虫技术,研制出CH3Br筒仓真空熏蒸机和环流设备。  相似文献

河北省棉花纤维品质现状分析与建议   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
为了解河北省棉花纤维品质的现状与存在问题,采用网格法对河北省平原棉区10个典型代表县进行调查、取样、测试分析。结果表明,河北省棉花纤维长度主要分布在26.44~33.68 mm;纤维整齐度指数高,主要分布在高档;断裂比强度主要分布在23.0~32.9 cN/tex,属于中等偏上水平;马克隆值主要分布在3.31~6.12,纤维成熟较好,但纤维略粗;伸长率分布在6.0%~6.9%范围;棉花色泽好,均属于白棉;河北省棉花纺纱均匀性指数分布范围为106.0~169.0,棉花总体质量处于全国中等偏上水平。目前,河北省棉花纤维质量可以满足纺织工业纺低、中、中高档棉纱(32~59支纱)的要求,可纺高支纱(60~80支)的原棉纤维所占比例较少。从而针对以上问题,提出相应建议:调整纤维品质结构;加强新品种选育,提高育种技术;提高棉花种植管理水平;进行区域化种植,发挥其地区与生态优势,使棉花纤维品质得到相应的改善和提高。  相似文献

稻草编织物覆盖对坡耕地水土流失及玉米产量的影响   总被引:3,自引:1,他引:2  
为了研究稻草编织物覆盖在坡耕地水土流失控制上的作用,笔者于2008-2010年在雨季对不同覆盖方式下径流小区径流量、侵蚀量进行监测,以及对玉米整个生长期内各种生物性状及产量进行测定。结果表明:雨强越大,径流量越大,侵蚀量也越大;稻草编织物覆盖能有效地减少水土流失,稻草编织物覆盖的小区年均径流量为295.98 m3/hm2,侵蚀量为3.95 t/hm2,分别比无覆盖小区减少64.11%、94.01%;在中强度降雨下,稻草编织物覆盖对坡耕地蓄水保土的作用更为显著;稻草编织物覆盖对玉米生长有增产效应,2010年覆盖种植玉米理论产量为11.14 t/hm2,实际产量为10.42 t/hm2,比无覆盖种植分别增产47.5%、45.7%。说明坡耕地玉米稻草编织物覆盖能有效减轻水土流失、促进玉米生长发育,增加玉米产量的有效措施。  相似文献
