旨在研究添加酶制剂和膨化处理对生长猪饲粮中脱脂米糠概略养分和矿物质在回肠末端及全消化道表观消化率的影响。试验选取4头在回肠末端安装T型瘘管的杜×长×大三元杂交阉公猪,初始体重为(18±1.5)kg。饲喂按2×2因子设计的脱脂米糠、脱脂米糠+酶制剂、膨化脱脂米糠和膨化脱脂米糠+酶制剂4种饲粮,按4×4拉丁方试验安排分4个周期进行消化试验,每个周期10 d。结果表明:(1)在回肠末端,添加酶制剂显著提高了干物质、总能、Fe和Zn的表观消化率(P0.05),且极显著地提高了粗蛋白、灰分、植酸磷、P和Ca的表观消化率(P0.01);膨化处理显著提高了Fe的表观消化率(P0.05),且极显著地提高了植酸磷的表观消化率(P0.01),但显著降低了干物质、有机物和粗脂肪表观消化率(P0.05),且极显著地降低了总能表观消化率(P0.01)。(2)在全消化道,添加酶制剂显著提高了Cu的表观消化率(P0.05),且极显著地提高了灰分、P、Ca和Zn的表观消化率(P0.01);膨化处理显著降低了粗蛋白和粗脂肪的表观消化率(P0.05),且极显著地降低了干物质、有机物、总能、P和Ca的表观消化率(P0.01)。综上所述,生长猪脱脂米糠饲粮中添加酶制剂可以改善养分和矿物质消化率,尤其是在回肠之前;而除矿物质外,膨化处理对米糠饲粮的大多数概略养分消化率有负面影响,两种处理方法对米糠养分的消化利用未显示出协同效果。  相似文献

Background:This study aimed to determine the effect of the inclusion of com gluten feed(CGF) on the apparent and standardized ileal digestibility of protein and amino acids and the apparent ileal and total tract digestibility of energy in growing pigs.The study was performed using 16 barrows(weight,45.3 ± 4.5 kg) that were fitted with a T cannula at the terminal ileum.There were four treatments:a corn-soybean diet without CGF and three corn-soybean diets containing increasing levels of CGF(65,130,and 195 g/kg).Data were analyzed according to a randomized complete block design,four blocks with four pigs each(one pig per treatment).The trend of the response(linear or quadratic) was determined using orthogonal contrasts,and when a linear effect was determined,a linear equation was obtained.Results:The results showed that the inclusion up to 195 g/kg of CGF in the corn-soybean diet did not diminish the ileal digestibility(apparent and standardized) of protein and amino acids(P 0.05),except that of phenylalanine,cystine,and proline.A linear decrease(P 0.05) per gram of CGF added to the diet in the apparent and standardized ileal digestibility of phenylalanine(0.011 and 0.015 percentage units,respectively),cystine(0.048 and 0.043 percentage units,respectively),and proline(0.045 and 0.047 percentage units,respectively) was noted.Similarly,ileal digestibility of dry matter and energy were adversely affected(reduced by 0.028 and 0.025 percentage units,respectively,per gram of CGF increment in the diet).A significant(P 0.05) linear reduction in total tract digestibility with increase in CGF amount in the diet was observed for energy(0.027 percentage units),dry matter(0.027 percentage units),crude protein(0.020 percentage units),and neutral detergent fiber(0.041 percentage units) per gram of CGF added to the diet.Conclusion:CGF did not affect the ileal digestibility of protein and most amino acids but reduced the ileal and total tract digestibility of energy.  相似文献

Background

The study was performed using 16 barrows (weight, 45.3 ± 4.5 kg) that were fitted with a T cannula at the terminal ileum. There were four treatments: a corn-soybean diet without CGF and three corn-soybean diets containing increasing levels of CGF (65, 130, and 195 g/kg). Results

A linear decrease (P < 0.05) per gram of CGF added to the diet in the apparent and standardized ileal digestibility of phenylalanine (0.011 and 0.015 percentage units, respectively), cystine (0.048 and 0.043 percentage units, respectively), and proline (0.045 and 0.047 percentage units, respectively) was noted. Similarly, ileal digestibility of dry matter and energy were adversely affected (reduced by 0.028 and 0.025 percentage units, respectively, per gram of CGF increment in the diet). A significant (P < 0.05) linear reduction in total tract digestibility with increase in CGF amount in the diet was observed for energy (0.027 percentage units), dry matter (0.027 percentage units), crude protein (0.020 percentage units), and neutral detergent fiber (0.041 percentage units) per gram of CGF added to the diet.

Conclusion

CGF did not affect the ileal digestibility of protein and most amino acids but reduced the ileal and total tract digestibility of energy.  相似文献

Two experiments were conducted to determine the apparent ileal digestibility of DM and N by young pigs fed diets supplemented with different protein sources or organic acids. Pigs were surgically fitted with silicone cannulas at 2 wk of age. Following surgery, pigs were allowed to recuperate with their dams while suckling normally. After weaning at 24 d, pigs were assigned to treatment diets at 28 d of age. A 3-d adjustment and 4-d collection sequence was followed for the duration of the 4-wk experiment. Four treatment diets were fed in each experiment in a weekly rotation until each diet had been fed to each pig. Diet samples and digesta collected through the ileal cannulas were analyzed for chromic oxide (used as an indigestible marker), DM, and N. Pigs in Exp. 1 were fed isolysinic (1.0%) corn-based diets supplemented with casein, soybean meal, soy protein concentrate, or isolated soy protein. Casein addition resulted in improved DM (P less than .001) and N (P less than .05) digestibility but reduced gain (P less than .05) compared with the average of the soy protein sources. Nitrogen from diets formulated with soybean meal was digested more completely (P less than .05) than N from diets based on soy protein concentrate and isolated soy protein. Experiment 2 was an evaluation of the effect of dried skim milk (25%) and fumaric acid (2%) addition on apparent ileal digestibility of N and DM in corn-soybean meal diets. Addition of dried skim milk improved DM (P less than .01) and N (P less than .05) digestibility and daily gain (P less than .001). Fumaric acid supplementation did not affect nutrient digestibility or gain (P greater than .10).  相似文献

Seventy-seven diets were fed to 61-kg growing pigs at a feeding level close to their ad libitum intake and to nonlactating, nonpregnant sows slightly above their maintenance energy level (2.4 kg/d). The main objectives of this study were to compare the total tract digestibility of dietary energy or nutrients of the 77 diets in growing pigs and adult sows and to analyze the effect of diet chemical composition on total tract digestibility in both groups of pigs. Diets were formulated to represent a range of chemical compositions as large as those found in most practical situations. The DE and ME values and total tract digestible nutrient contents of diets were measured for each group of animals; each diet was measured in four to five animals per group, and collection of urine and feces lasted 10 d. The results were used to establish equations for predicting DE and ME values, total tract digestible nutrient contents, and total tract digestibility coefficients of energy from chemical characteristics for each group of animals. The results show that the total tract digestibility of energy or nutrients was higher (P < 0.01) in adult sows than in growing pigs; the total tract digestibility coefficients of energy, crude protein, ether extract, and NDF averaged 85.2, 85.1, 37.1, and 64.4%, respectively, for sows and 82.1, 80.3, 31.6, and 56.3%, respectively, for growing pigs. The ME/DE ratio was lower (P < 0.01) in sows (94.8%) than in growing pigs (96.5%), as a result of higher urinary energy losses in sows. The difference in DE values (on average, 0.6 MJ/kg of DM) between adult sows and growing pigs was not constant (P < 0.01) but increased with dietary fiber content (3.3, 8.6, and 10.1 kJ for each gram of NDF, ADF, and crude fiber increase in the diet, respectively), which suggests that the origin of the difference between the two physiological stages is mainly due to a higher rate of degradation of dietary fiber in the hindgut of sows. The DE and ME values could be accurately predicted from total tract digestible nutrients or from chemical characteristics for each physiological stage. Equations for predicting urinary energy loss from urinary N are also proposed. From a practical point of view, it is suggested to use two energy values for pig feeds: one applicable to growing-finishing pigs and one to adult sows. Equations for predicting DE in adult sows from energy values obtained in growing pigs are proposed.  相似文献

The objective of this study was to evaluate dietary galactooligosaccharide (Gal OS) addition on swine nutrient digestibility, ileal and fecal bacterial populations, and ileal short-chain fatty acid (SCFA) production, and to determine their impact on ileal fermentative characteristics in vitro. Twelve T-cannulated pigs (BW = 25 kg) were fed a diet free of Gal OS for 21 d. On d 22, ileal digesta samples were collected for an in vitro fermentation experiment (Exp. 1). Substrates included: raffinose/stachyose combination (R + S), soy solubles (SS), and transgalactooligosaccharides (TOS). Also included were the non-OS components of SS and TOS. Nine pigs (three donors per treatment) served as ileal effluent donors. Each substrate was fermented in vitro for 6 h, and pH and SCFA and gas production were determined. Pigs then were allotted to three treatments: a Gal OS-free control diet and the control diet with either 3.5% added Gal OS from SS or TOS. Diets, feces, and digesta samples collected weekly for 6 wk on d 6 (feces) and 7 (digesta) were analyzed for DM, OM, CP, and chromic oxide concentrations. Feces and ileal digesta were analyzed for bifidobacteria and lactobacilli populations. Ileal digesta samples were analyzed for SCFA. On d 64, a second in vitro fermentation experiment (Exp. 2) was conducted using ileal effluent from three pigs per treatment and the same substrates used in Exp. 1. In vivo results showed that ileal and total tract DM and OM digestion were decreased (P < 0.05) by addition of both SS and TOS to the diet. Ileal and total-tract N digestibilities were decreased (P < 0.05) by dietary addition of SS. Fecal bifidobacteria and lactobacilli were increased (P < 0.05) by addition of SS and TOS to the diet. Ileal propionate and butyrate concentrations were greater (P < 0.05) for pigs fed diets containing both sources of Gal OS. In vitro results showed that fermentation data were not affected by donor animal adaptation to treatment. For both in vitro experiments, gas and SCFA production were higher (P < 0.05) for R + S than for SS or TOS. Fermentation of R + S resulted in a higher pH (P < 0.05) than did SS or TOS. Fermentation of non-OS components of SS and TOS resulted in more (P < 0.05) gas and SCFA production, and pH values that did not differ (P > 0.05) compared to SS and TOS. The Gal OS used in this study were prebiotics, increasing beneficial bacteria in vivo and SCFA concentrations both in vivo and in vitro.  相似文献

This study was to determine apparent ileal digestibility of acid detergent fiber(ADF), neutral detergent fiber(NDF), dry matter(DM), energy, organic matter(OM), crude ash, digesta viscosity, and gut morphology in nursery pigs fed diets containing xylanase(Lohmann Animal Nutrition GmbH, Cuxhaven, Germany). The diet(61% corn, 35% soybean meal, 1% poultry fat, and 3% minerals and vitamins) was mixed with 3 levels of xylanase(0,700, and 1400 LXU/kg). Thirty-six barrows(17.6 ± 3.3 kg) received one of 3 treatment diets based on a randomized complete block design with the initial body weight(BW) as a block. Pigs were individually housed and received experimental diets twice daily(0700 and 1700 h) at a fixed amount based on BW of pigs(0.09 x BW~(0.75) kg). Pigs were fed diets for 10 d, and chromium oxide(0.3%) was added to the diets from d 6 as an indigestible external marker. Pigs were euthanized at the end of d 10 for the collection of digesta and tissues. Jejunal digesta were centrifuged to measure viscosity using a viscometer(Brookfield Engineering Laboratories, Stoughton, MA). Diets and freeze-dried ileal digesta were used to measure ADF, NDF, and chromium to calculate apparent ileal digestibility of ADFand NDF. Villus height and crypt depth of jejunum were measured using a microscope(Fisher Scientific, Hampton, NH). Data were analyzed using polynomial contrasts in the MIXED procedure of SAS version 9.3(SAS Inc., Cary, NC, USA). Morphological measurements and ileal ADF digestibility were not affected by increasing xylanase. However, increasing xylanase supplementation from 0 to 1400 LXU/kg enhanced ileal digestibility of NDF(P 0.042, linear) from 27.9 to 40.3%,DM(P 0.006, linear) from 55.4 to 64.6%, OM(P 0.006, linear) from 59.2 to 67.7%, and energy(P 0.003,linear) from 58.8 to 68.0%. Viscosity of jejunal digesta decreased(P 0.023) in a non-linear manner from 2.9 to 2.5 centipoises(cP). In conclusion, the usage of xylanase in corn and soybean meal based pig diets linearly enhanced digestibility of nutrients and affected viscosity of digesta in a non-linear manner.  相似文献

皆在探讨生长猪饲粮中用发酵花生粕替代部分豆粕对生长猪生产性能及养分表观消化率的影响。选用40头平均体重为(2961±302)kg的杜×长×大三元杂交猪,随机分成2组,每组4个重复,每个重复5头猪,其中:对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组在基础饲粮中添加8%发酵花生粕。结果表明:试验组的日增重比对照组显著提高了78%(P005),料重比显著降低了81%(P005);试验组粗蛋白质、钙和磷的消化率分别比对照组显著提高了216%(P005)、425%(P005)和600%(P005),但能量、粗脂肪和粗纤维的消化率各组间差异不显著(P005)。综合各项指标,单一的豆粕调整为豆粕和发酵花生粕后能改善生长猪的生产性能和养分消化率。  相似文献

This study was conducted to evaluate the effects of dietary chitooligosaccharide (COS) supplementation on growth performance, nutrient digestibility, blood profiles and fecal microbiota in growing pigs. A total of 144 [(Landrace × Yorkshire) × Duroc] pigs with an initial body weight of 23.6 ± 1.1 kg were allotted to one of the following dietary treatments: 1) basal diet; 2) basal diet with 44 mg/kg of tylosin (100 mg/kg tylosin); 3) basal diet with 5 g/kg of COS and 4) basal diet with 5 g/kg COS and 44 mg/kg tylosin. There were nine replications per treatment with four pigs per pen. Throughout the experiment, pigs that were treated with a combination of COS and tylosin had a lower ADFI (P = 0.02) and higher gain/feed ratio (P < 0.05) than the other treatments. In addition, administration of either COS or tylosin alone significantly increased the digestibility of dry matter, nitrogen and gross energy (P < 0.05). The red blood cell (RBC) and white blood cell (WBC) counts, as well as the serum albumin concentrations were not affected by COS or tylosin supplementation. However, the lymphocyte proportion and serum total protein concentration were increased in pigs fed tylosin supplemented diets compared with those pigs fed diets not supplemented with tylosin (P < 0.05). Administration of tylosin significantly increased serum IgG concentration (P = 0.02); however, treatment with COS or tylosin supplementation had no effect on the total cholesterol or triglyceride concentrations. The serum HDL cholesterol concentration was significantly increased in pigs treated with COS (P = 0.02) compared to the pigs fed diets without COS. The COS administration also decreased the number of fecal Escherichia coli (P < 0.01), whereas the number of fecal Lactobacilli was not influenced by either COS or tylosin administration. Results of the current study indicate that dietary supplementation of COS can improve nutrient digestibility and haematological profiles, as well as decrease of fecal E. coli populations in growing pigs.  相似文献

The effect of phytase and xylanase supplementation of a wheat-based pig diet on the ileal and total tract apparent digestibility of dietary components and minerals were studied in eight growing pigs fitted with a PVTC cannula in a randomized block design experiment. The diets (A and B) were similar in major ingredient composition and in nutrient content. In diet A, part of the limestone was replaced with di-calcium phosphate to increase the content of available phosphorus (P). Diet B was fed without or with supplementation with phytase (500 FTU/kg; diet BP), xylanase (4000 XU/kg; diet BX) and phytase + xylanase (500 FTU and 4000 XU/kg; diet BPX). There were no differences (P > 0.05) between diets in the ileal or total tract digestibility of organic matter (OM), NDF and crude protein (CP). The ileal and total tract digestibility for P and Ca differed (P < 0.05) between diets, while there were no treatment effects for Zn. The ileal and total tract digestibility for P and Ca was higher (P < 0.05) on diets BP and BPX than on the other diets. In conclusion, phytase improved the utilization of dietary P and Ca in a wheat-based diet, while xylanase had no additional benefits in terms of OM and CP digestibility or mineral utilization. 共采用30 头20 公斤重的杜×长×大生长猪,均分入3 个处理组,分别饲以玉米- 豆粕(CS) 、玉米- 大麦- 豆粕(CBS) 和玉米- 大麦- 豆粕+ 0-1 % β- 葡聚糖酶( 酶活性为2-8 万U/ 克)(CBSE) 饲粮,饲喂至50 公斤,分别测定了猪的生产性能及总能(GE) 粗蛋白(CP) 、粗纤维(CF) 的表观消化率。结果表明:在生长猪的CBS饲粮中添加β- 葡聚糖酶后,对猪的日增重、料重比有改善的趋,从而接近CS 饲粮的效果,但差异不显著(P> 0-05) ;但可显著提高猪对饲粮GE、CF 的表观消化率(P≤0-05) ,对CP 的表观消化率没有显著的改善作用(P> 0-05) 。  相似文献

Five 43-kg barrows [(Dutch Landrace x Yorkshire) x Yorkshire] were fitted with steered ileocecal valve cannulas to compare the effects of K-diformate (KDF), a specifically conjugated salt vs its molecular constituents, namely, formic acid and K-formate, as acidifiers in lysine-deficient diets on the apparent ileal (ID) and fecal digestibility, retention of nutrients, and manure production. The animals were randomly assigned to five dietary treatments according to a 5 x 5 Latin square design as follows: 1) control-no acidifier; 2) 1% KDF (= 0.65% K-formate + 0.35% formic acid, or 0.7% [HCOO-] + 0.3% [K+]); 3) 0.65% K-formate (= 0.35% [HCOO-] + 0.3% [K+]); 4) 0.35% formic acid (= 0.35% [HCOO-]); and 5) 1.3% K-formate (= 0.7% [HCOO-] + 0.6% [K+]). Diets were formulated with barley, wheat, soybean meal, and canola meal as major ingredients, and provided all nutrients at adequate levels, except for lysine (24% less than estimated requirement). Feeding level was equal to 2.5 x maintenance requirement (MR) for ME (MR = 418 kJ ME x BW(-0.75)), and daily rations were given in two portions after mixing with water in a ratio of 1:2.5. Chromic oxide was used as an indigestible marker. No clinical health problems due to the dietary treatments were observed. Irrespective of the additive, there were no differences (P < or = 0.10) in the ID of DM, OM, CP, or essential amino acids compared to the control, except for phenylalanine (P < or = 0.05). Among nonessential AA, only the ID of tyrosine tended (P = 0.092) to increase (up to 3.9 percentage units). The fecal digestibility of ash and K were greater (P < or = 0.001) in pigs fed supplemental K, irrespective of its source. The greater intake and fecal digestibility of K corresponded with greater (P < or = 0.05) losses of K in urine. Body retention of N, Ca, total P, and K was similar (P > or = 0.10) among treatments. As estimated from a separate nonorthogonal analysis, supplemental K improved (P < or = 0.05) body N by 3.7 percentage units compared to the control. The results of this study do not provide a clear explanation for the improved growth performance reported previously with KDF and its molecular constituents, and further research on their in vivo mode of action will require methodological refinement, especially with regard to the efficiency of AA utilization.  相似文献

Studies were carried out with six barrows (initial BW 50 kg) to determine the effect of two fiber sources on the apparent ileal and fecal N and amino acid digestibilities and bacterial N excretion in feces. The pigs, fitted with a simple T-cannula at the distal ileum, were fed three cornstarch-based diets formulated to contain 16% CP from soybean meal according to a repeated 3 x 3 Latin square design. Diet 1 did not contain additional fiber. Diets 2 and 3 contained 10% powdered cellulose and 10% barley straw (ground through a 2-mm mesh screen), included at the expense of cornstarch, respectively. The pigs were fed 900 g at each meal twice daily, 0800 and 2000. Feces were collected for 48 h after a 10-d adaptation period. Thereafter, ileal digesta were collected for 24 h. Chromic oxide was used as a digestibility marker. With the exception of leucine, the inclusion of fiber did not affect (P greater than .05) the ileal digestibilities of the indispensable amino acids. The values for the average of the ileal digestibilities of the indispensable amino acids were 85.3, 82.9, and 83.2% for diets 1, 2, and 3, respectively. On the other hand, the inclusion of fiber decreased (P less than .05) the fecal digestibilities of all the indispensable amino acids. The values for the average of the fecal digestibilities of the indispensable amino acids were 91.7, 87.4, and 89.1% for diets 1, 2, and 3, respectively. These decreases resulted from an increase (P less than .05) in the excretion of bacterial N, which was measured using 2,6-diaminopimelic acid as a marker. In conclusion, as measured with the ileal analysis method, the inclusion of fiber had little effect on the digestible amino acid supply.  相似文献

试验选用体重和断奶日龄相近的"杜×长×大"三元杂交断奶仔猪(平均体重为9.08kg)60头以研究复合酶制剂对断奶仔猪生长性能的影响。试验猪按完全随机区组设计分为4个处理,每处理设3个重复,每个重复5头猪。对照组饲喂基础日粮(玉米/豆粕型),试验一、二、三组在基础日粮中分别添加0.05%、0.10%和0.15%的复合酶制剂。结果表明:日粮中添加0.05%、0.10%和0.15%的复合酶制剂,断奶仔猪的平均日增重分别提高8.82%(P0.05)、15.06%(P0.05)和11.53%(P0.05);料重比分别降低6.77%(P0.05)、10.53%(P0.05)和8.27%(P0.05);日粮中添加0.05%、0.10%和0.15%的复合酶制剂,仔猪饲料纤维和磷的消化率得到显著改善(P0.05),添加0.10%的复合酶制剂,仔猪饲料蛋白质消化率显著提高(P0.05)。因此,在断奶仔猪玉米-豆粕型日粮中,添加含酸性蛋白酶、中性蛋白酶、α-淀粉酶、糖化酶、β-葡聚糖酶、β-甘露聚糖酶及木聚糖酶的复合酶制剂,可促进饲料养分的消化,显著提高仔猪的日增重,降低料重比,减少腹泻的发生。复合酶制剂的添加量以0.10%效果最佳。  相似文献

One hundred and forty piglets ((Landrace × Yorkshire) × Duroc, 21 day of age) with an initial weight of 6.50 ± 0.71 kg, were randomly allotted into four treatments to determine the effects of a modified form of zinc oxide (ZnO) on growth performance, nutrient digestibility, blood profiles, fecal microbial shedding and fecal score in weanling pigs. Dietary treatments were: (i) NC, negative control, basal diet containing zinc (Zn) from the premix; (ii) PC, positive control, basal diet containing Zn‐free premix + 3000 ppm ZnO; (iii) H1, basal diet containing Zn‐free premix + 3000 ppm ZnO (phase 1, days 1 to 14)/200 ppm modified ZnO (phase 2, days 15 to 42); (iv) H2, basal diet containing Zn‐free premix + 300 ppm modified ZnO (phase 1)/200 ppm modified ZnO (phase 2). During days 1 to 14, average daily gains (ADG) were higher (P = 0.04) in PC, H1 and H2 groups than that in NC group. Overall, H1 treatment increased the ADG compared with NC (P = 0.05). On day 14, the alkaline phosphatase and plasma Zn concentration were increased (P = 0.01 and 0.04, respectively) in PC, H1 and H2 treatments compared with NC treatment. On days 14 and 42, the fecal Lactobacillus counts in NC group were lowest (P = 0.01, P = 0.04 respectively) among treatments. All supplemented groups showed lower (P = 0.03) fecal score than NC treatment on days 21 and 28. In conclusion, dietary supplementation with modified ZnO increased growth rates and reduced fecal scores in weanling pig. Modified ZnO could be used as a substitute to ZnO as a growth promoter and reduce Zn excretion to the environment because of the lower dosage. Four 40 kg castrated male pigs fitted with simple 'T' cannulas in the terminal ileum were given diets of varying crude fibre content in a change-over experiment with two periods. The basal diet was composed of wheat and fishmeal supplemented with minerals and vitamins. To this was added varying levels of partially hydrolysed straw meal to give crude fibre contents ranging from 40 to 132 g/kg. After adaptation to the particular levels of straw meal, faeces and ileal digesta were collected during successive 24 h periods. Nutrient digestibility values were determined by the chromic oxide ratio method. The addition of treated straw meal to the diet had little or no influence on the DM content of digesta or faeces. The excretion of N in faeces increased with increasing fibre intake but there was no effect on urine N excretion. The overall apparent digestibility of N was reduced from 89 to 79% as crude fibre intake increased from 40 to 132 g/kg but ileal apparent digestibility of N remained constant at about 68%, suggesting that the effect was mediated through hindgut bacteria. Increased fibre intake caused increased net secretion of Na in the small intestine and reduced the apparent absorption of P in the large intestine.  相似文献

Experiments were conducted to determine the effect of the physiological condition of swine on standardized ileal digestibility coefficients (SID). The apparent ileal digestibility coefficients were determined for crude protein and amino acids in six feed ingredients (corn, barley, wheat, soybean meal, canola meal, and meat and bone meal) in growing pigs and in gestating and lactating sows. Growing pigs and lactating sows were given free access to their diets, whereas gestating sows were allowed to consume only 2 kg of feed daily. The nonspecific (basal) endogenous losses of protein and amino acids were determined under similar feeding regimens after feeding a protein-free diet. The SID for crude protein and amino acids were calculated by correcting the apparent ileal digestibility coefficients for the nonspecific endogenous losses of protein and amino acids. With a few exceptions, there were no differences (P > 0.05) in the SID for crude protein and amino acids between growing pigs and lactating sows. Overall, gestating sows had higher (P < 0.05) SID for crude protein and all amino acids, except for tryptophan and aspartate, compared with growing pigs. Likewise, the SID of most amino acids obtained by gestating sows were higher (P < 0.05) than those obtained by lactating sows. Interactions (P < 0.05) between animals and diets were observed for gestating sows compared with growing pigs as well as gestating sows compared with lactating sows. As a consequence, it is not possible to extrapolate data from one feed ingredient to another. On most occasions, the lowest SID among the indispensable amino acids was calculated for threonine, valine, and lysine. It is concluded that gestating sows fed 2 kg of feed per day have higher standardized digestibility coefficients than do growing pigs and lactating sows given free access to their diets. This difference may be due to differences in daily feed intake rather than to the physiological status of the animals.  相似文献

采用4个3×3拉丁方设计对12头平均体重(42±5)kg杜×长×大阉猪进行消化试验,在基础日粮中分别添加0,250,500,1000 U/kg的植酸酶,评定植酸酶对菜籽粕、棉籽粕植酸磷和总磷消化率的影响.试验结果表明:(1)菜籽粕、棉籽粕中植酸磷消化率与植酸酶的添加量呈极显著二次曲线关系(P<0.001).当植酸酶添加量分别为945U/kg和873 U/kg时.菜籽粕、棉籽粕中植酸磷消化率达到最优.(2)菜籽粕、棉籽粕总磷消化率随植酸酶添加量的增加而增加.(3)植酸磷的消化率与总磷表现消化率存在极显著线性关系(P<0.001).  相似文献
