An experiment was conducted to study the effect of protein level on the growth rate, survival, pre- and postprandial oxygen consumption, and ammonia (N-NH3) excretion in white shrimp. Penaeus setiferus (L.), juveniles. Diets containing 10%, 20%, 30%, 40% and 50% protein were provided at a proportion of 15% of the dry weight of shrimp weighing 0.19 ± 0.01g. The instantaneous growth rate was recorded for 45 days. The optimum protein level, in terms of the best growth rate, was that of the 30% protein diet (1.1 5g45days?1). All shrimp fed with the diets had significantly higher respiration rates after feeding because of the apparent heat increment (AHI). A greater postprandial nitrogen excretion (PPNE) excretion was also observed after feeding. Shrimp maintained on the 30% protein diet had the lowest AHI and PPNE coefficients (percentage of ingested energyl. and took the least time to reach the oxygen consumption and nitrogen excretion peak. The 0:N ratios varied according to protein level, with higher values (32 and 44, fasting and Feeding, respectively) with a 30% protein diet, and lower values (10 and 13. fasting and feeding, respectively) with 10% and 50% protein diets. These results indicate that P. setiferus juveniles use protein when fed with high (50%) and low (10%) protein diets, and lipid-protein substrates with a 30% protein diet. Under these conditions, P. setiferus grow better with a 30% protein diet where shrimp use food more efficiently.  相似文献

Spermatophore development times were studied in three species of penaeid shrimp, Penueus setifcrus, P. vannumei , and P. stylirosrris . In the terminal ampoule, the progression of spermatophore formation occurred in 4 stages (I-IV). The duration of each stage varied with species and ablation state. In unablated males, with spermatophores manually or electrically removed, structnrally complete spermatophores containing high numbers of morphologically normal sperm were formed in 2–4 days for P. vannamei , 4–6 days for P. stylirostris and 5–7 days for P. setiferus . Unilateral eyestalk ablation of P. setiferus accelerated spermatophore production time by approximately 2 days, and significantly increased spermatophore weight and sperm count without affecting sperm quality.
Spermatophore removal techniques had little effect on development time in P. vannamei . However, in P. setiferus , new spermatophores were produced faster in males mating naturally than in those males whose spermatophores were removed electrically.  相似文献

Shrimp farmers have access to and have evaluated a diverse number of shrimp species; however, due to culture and market considerations three penaeid species ( Penaeus monodon, P. orientalis and P. vunnamei ) account for 80% of the world production (Weidner and Rosenbeny 1992). Although culture techniques for these species have been extensively studied and are relatively well established, they are not native to U.S. coastal waters and hence possess problems associated with the use of exotic species. Three native species P. aztecus . brown shrimp; P. duorarum , pink shrimp; and P. setiferus , white shrimp, support commercial fisheries along the Gulf states (Gulf of Mexico Fishery Management Council 1981). The commercial culture of these species would avoid the inherent problems associated with the culture of exotic species and allow shrimp farmers in the Caribbean basin to more effectively expand operations.  相似文献

The study was conducted to investigate the effect of dietary protein on nitrogenous excretion in the form of ammonia in Indian major carp, Labeo rohita (Ham.), fingerlings (3.0 ± 0.25 g). Fish were fed to satiation in a metabolism chamber. Approximately isoenergetic diets containing 230, 280, 330 and 380 g kg−1 protein were used at 28°C. Ammonia-N excretory energy ( U ) as a percentage of ingested food energy ( C ) increased with an increase in dietary protein level: from 4.3% in fish fed 230 g kg−1 to 6.0% in fish fed 380 g kg−1 dietary protein. The relationship between excretory energy and dietary protein level is modelled.  相似文献

为了探讨高脂肪条件下不同的蛋白和能量水平对斑点叉尾鮰生长及体组成的影响,试验设2个蛋白水平(22%,28%),2个脂肪水平(10.0%,14.0%),2个消化能水平(12.56 kJ/g,14.23 kJ/g),共8组,分别为P28L10E14.23,P28L14E14.23,P22L10E14.23,P22L14E14.23,P28L10E12.56,P28L14E12.56,P22L10E12.56和P22L14E12.56。试验饲料配方使用鱼粉和豆粕调节蛋白含量,混合油脂(鱼油∶玉米油=1∶1)调节脂肪含量,α-淀粉、次粉和麸皮调节消化能含量,并以微晶纤维素为填充物,每组3个重复,每个重复20尾鱼(141.5?1.0) g。饲养60 d后,进行生产性能测定,并采集组织样本,测定相关指标。结果表明,鱼体末重(FW)、增重率(WG)、特定生长率(SGR)和饵料系数(FCR)不受饲料蛋白、脂肪和消化能单一营养水平影响(P>0.05);但与饲料蛋白、脂肪和消化能三者的交互作用(P<0.01)有关。胴体蛋白、脂肪含量与饲料脂肪和消化能水平相关(P<0.05)。由此可见,饲料过高脂肪和消化能对斑点叉尾鮰没有额外的促生长作用;饲料蛋白水平达到22%时,即可满足140~300 g斑点叉尾鮰的营养需要;饲料中22%的蛋白、10%的脂肪、12.56 kJ/g的消化能即可满足斑点叉尾鮰仔鱼的生长需要,同时又能保证其正常生理机能,建议可在实际生产配方中作参考值。  相似文献

Haematopoiesis and blood cells' functions can be influenced by dietary concentration of nutrients. This paper studied the effects of dietary protein:energy ratio on the growth and haematology of pacu, Piaractus mesopotamicus . Fingerling pacu (15.5±0.4 g) were fed twice a day for 10 weeks until apparent saciety with diets containing 220, 260, 300, 340 or 380 g kg−1 crude protein (CP) and 10.88, 11.72, 12.55, 13.39, 14.22 MJ kg−1 digestible energy (DE) in a totally randomized experimental design, 5 × 5 factorial scheme ( n =3). Weight gain and specific growth rate were affected ( P <0.05) by protein level only. Protein efficiency ratio decreased ( P <0.05) with increasing dietary protein at all levels of dietary energy. Daily feed intake decreased ( P <0.05) with increasing dietary energy. Mean corpuscular haemoglobin concentration was affected ( P <0.05) by DE and interaction between dietary CP and DE. Total plasma protein increased ( P <0.05) with dietary protein and energy levels. Plasma glucose decreased ( P <0.05) with increasing dietary protein. The CP requirement and optimum protein:energy ratio for weight gain of pacu fingerlings, determined using broken-line model, were 271 g kg−1 and 22.18 g CP MJ−1 DE respectively. All dietary CP and DE levels studied did not pose damages to fish health.  相似文献

When considering new marine species for Mediterranean aquaculture, blackspot seabream emerges as a potential candidate. However, there are scarce data on the nutritional requirements and optimal growth conditions of this species. A 12‐week feeding trial was conducted to evaluate the effects of dietary protein on growth, nutrient utilization and body composition of blackspot seabream (23 g). Five isolipidic diets (12%) with graded levels of protein (20–60%) were distributed, twice a day, to duplicate groups of fish, until satiation. Growth increased significantly with increasing dietary protein up to 40%, but higher protein levels induced a similar daily growth index (1.4). Feed conversion ratio (FCR) decreased with increasing levels of dietary protein (4.2–1.6). No significant differences were detected in protein of whole body blackspot seabream among treatments, but fat percentage decreased with increasing dietary protein. Dry matter and energy digestibility showed a concomitant increase with the reduction in dietary wheat meal, attaining maximal values with high protein diets. These results suggested that the most favourable values for growth and FCR are obtained with diets containing 40% protein. However, the excessive lipid deposition reveals that more nutritional studies are necessary before the species can be established in aquaculture.  相似文献

以鱼粉和豆粕为蛋白源,鱼油和豆油等比例混合油为脂肪源,采用4×4因子实验来确定草鱼(Ctenopharyngodon idellus)幼鱼饲料中的合适蛋白能量比(P/E),其中饲料蛋白水平分别为20%、25%、30%、35%,能量水平为12.5、13.7、15、16.2 k J/g,饲料蛋白能量比的范围为12.1~27.3 mg/k J,共16组饲料,每组设3个重复,连续投喂初体质量(16.85±0.29)g的草鱼幼鱼10周,研究饲料蛋白能量比对草鱼幼鱼生长性能、蛋白利用和体成分的影响。结果表明:(1)最高末体质量和特定生长率出现在P/E为18.3 mg/k J组,而P/E为16.0 mg/k J组的饲料系数最高,蛋白质效率和蛋白沉积率最高组分别为P/E 12.10 mg/k J组和15.20 mg/k J组。(2)P/E为27.30 mg/k J组的能量沉积率和总氮排泄率最大。(3)在同一饲料蛋白水平下,鱼体的脂肪含量随饲料能量水平升高而升高;在同一饲料能量水平下,鱼体的蛋白含量随饲料蛋白含量升高而升高。对生长、蛋白利用、体成分的实验结果进行综合分析,草鱼幼鱼饲料的最适蛋白含量为30%,最适P/E为19.5 mg/k J。  相似文献

A feeding trial was carried out where five protein concentrations [26%, 29%, 33%, 37%, and 41% crude protein (CP)] were fed to jundia fingerlings at two dietary energy concentrations [3200 and 3650 kcal metabolizable energy (ME)/kg diet] to establish the protein requirement for this species. Triplicate groups of 23 fish (average weight 1.52±0.34 g) were each stocked in 120-l aquaria and fed semipurified diets twice a day to apparent satiation. After 90 days, fish weight gain (WG), specific growth rate (SGR), feed efficiency (FE), protein efficiency ratio (PER), energy retention (ER), apparent net protein utilization (ANPU), feed consumption (% body weight) and body composition (crude protein, fat, and ash) were affected by diet composition. Weight gain, SGR, FE, ANPU and ER increased (P<0.05) as the dietary protein concentration increased up to 33% and 37%, for fish fed diets containing 3650 and 3200 kcal, respectively. A significant interaction between dietary protein and energy was observed for WG, SGR, and PER. Feed consumption was not affected by dietary energy concentration, but decreased with increasing dietary protein concentration (P<0.05). Body fat decreased as dietary protein increased at both energy concentrations, but was higher in fish fed the 3650 kcal diet. The opposite was observed for body protein, ER, and ANPU (P<0.05). Our findings demonstrate that jundia presents dietary protein sparing effect when the energy concentration increases from 3200 to 3650 kcal/kg. Jundia protein requirement, determined by the broken line method, is between 32.6% and 37.3% CP, depending on dietary energy concentration.  相似文献

本研究旨在探讨不同蛋白质和脂肪水平对细鳞鲑(Brachymystax lenok)幼鱼生长、体成分以及肌肉氨基酸含量的影响。采用蛋白质水平为40%、45%、50%和55%,脂肪水平为8%和16%,共8组实验饲料。在水温为(16±0.2)℃的循环流水水族箱系统内进行为期10周的养殖试验。采用常规生化分析方法对该鱼肌肉营养学组成及含量进行测定分析。研究结果表明,不同蛋白和脂肪水平对细鳞鲑幼鱼增重率、特定生长率、肥满度和肝体比等均有显著影响(P0.05)。随着蛋白水平增加,增重率、特定生长率、肥满度和肝体比率先升高后降低,其肌肉粗蛋白含量也随之显著升高(P0.05),而对粗脂肪和粗灰分不存在显著影响;随着脂肪水平增加,其肌肉粗脂肪含量也随之显著提高(P0.05),而对水分、粗蛋白和灰分含量不存在显著影响。肌肉中共测定出17种氨基酸(除色氨酸),不同蛋白和脂肪水平对氨基酸总量(WTAA)和必需氨基酸的构成比例(WEAA/WTAA)不存在显著影响。综合生长性能与氨基酸模式的实验结果,本研究认为细鳞鲑幼鱼最适蛋白质和脂肪水平分别为50%和8%,适宜蛋能比为29.36 g/MJ。  相似文献

Dietary protein and energy utilization were compared in three Pangasiid species of high economical interest for fish farming in South‐East Asia. Feeding experiments were performed during 4 weeks on Pangasius bocourti, P. djambal and P. hypophthalmus fingerlings, 6.68, 7.69 and 6.41 g mean mass, respectively. A high‐protein diet containing mostly fishmeal was designed to provide proteins without energy limitation. Growth response, variation in body composition and nutrient utilization were compared for fish receiving variable amounts of diet corresponding to increasing protein supply, 0, 5, 15, 25, 35 and 45 g kg?1 day?1. The highest specific growth rate was observed for P. bocourti (6.0% day?1), followed by P. djambal (5.6) and P. hypothalamus (4.1). Pangasius djambal exhibited the highest protein deposition rate, whereas P. bocourti was characterized by a high fat deposition rate even with a low feeding rate. A 3 × 3 factorial experiment was conducted with Mozambique tilapia. Oreochromis mossambicus (Peters), using satiate feeding with 25%, 30% or 35% dietary protein concentrations each with three energy concentrations 10.5,12.6 or 14.7 kJ per g of purified diets. Protein-to-energy ratios (P/DE ratio) ranged from 17 to 33.4 mg protein kJ?1 of digestible energy (DE). Diets were fed to triplicate random groups of 15 fingerlings for 62 days in glass aquaria. Improvement in both weight gain and feed conversion rate (FCR) was achieved when dietary protein increased (P < 0.05), while increasing dietary energy concentration reduced feed consumption and increased mortality (P < 0.05). Protein efficiency ratio (PER) increased as dietary protein decreased and as dietary energy increased (P < 0.05). P/DE ratio correlated positively with gain, energy retention (ER) and feed consumption (r= 0.96,0.96 and 0.73 respectively) and negatively with feed conversion rate (FCR), protein productive value (PPV), protein efficiency ratio (PER) and mortality (r= -0.93, -0.95. -0.91 and -0.84 respectively). Weight gain had a positive relation with feed consumption (r= 0.82). The optimum P/DE ratio in purified diets for Mozambique tilapia for rapid growth, efficient feed conversion and maximum retention of protein and energy appears to be approximately 23.8 mg of protein kJ?1 of DE.  相似文献

本研究旨在评价饲料蛋白水平对台湾泥鳅(Paramisgumus dabryanus ssp)幼鱼生长性能、饲料利用率及免疫酶活性的影响。选用初始体重为(8.57±0.35)g的台湾泥鳅720尾,随机分成4组,每组设置3个重复,每个重复60尾鱼,分别投喂蛋白水平为25%、30%、35%和40%的实验饲料,养殖时间为60 d。结果显示,随着饲料蛋白水平的升高,台湾泥鳅幼鱼末重(FW)、特定生长率(SGR)和饲料效率(FER)先上升,饲料蛋白水平≥35%后,进入平台期。蛋白质效率(PER)、蛋白质沉积率(PRE)和成活率(SR)均呈先升高后降低的变化趋势。摄食率(FR)则呈逐渐降低的趋势。基于FW、SGR和FER的折线模拟结果表明,台湾泥鳅幼鱼达到最佳生长速度及饲料效率的饲料蛋白水平为34.57%~35.37%。通过二次多项式回归分析可知,台湾泥鳅幼鱼蛋白利用率最高时的饲料蛋白水平为33.61%~34.68%。随着饲料蛋白水平的升高,台湾泥鳅幼鱼超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性呈先升高后趋于稳定的变化趋势,过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性呈先升高后降低的变化趋势;谷丙转氨酶(GPT)和谷草转氨酶(GOT)均呈先升高后降低的变化趋势。由此得出,适宜的饲料蛋白水平可促进台湾泥鳅幼鱼的生长,提高饲料效率,增强免疫酶活性。在本实验条件下,综合考虑生长性能、饲料利用率及免疫酶活性,台湾泥鳅幼鱼饲料最适蛋白水平为34.68%~35.37%。  相似文献

Atlantic croaker Micropogonias undulatus is a demersal marine species that is heavily utilized as both a bait and food fish, and which may have commercial culture potential as a bait species. This research sought to initiate the development of practical diet formulations for juvenile grow out and to evaluate the response of this species to controlled culture conditions. Eight practical diets were formulated to evaluate the effects of. 1) increasing lipid levels in a 45% protein diet; 2) dietary protein levels of 45, 40, 35 and 30%; and 3) progressive reduction in dietary energy content of diets with 30% protein. Each diet was offered to four replicate groups of fish having a mean initial weight of 3.8 g over a 7–wk growth trial. At the conclusion of the trial, final mean weights ranged from 17.0 g (410% weight gain) to 8.1 g (210% weight gain) with 100% survival for all dietary treatments. Weight gain and feed efficiency increased with protein content of the diet, with fish fed the 45% protein diet performing the best. Weight gain of fish maintained on the 45% protein diet decreased, but not significantly, as the lipid content of the diet was increased from 8 to 12 or 16%. Feed efficiencies for fish maintained on the diet containing 8% lipid were significantly higher than that of fish maintained on the diet containing 16% lipid. In low protein diets, the replacement of wheat starch with indigestible fiber did not significantly influence growth or feed utilization, indicating that high levels of digestible carbohydrate were not well utilized as an energy source by the fish. The observed results would indicate that growth is optimized on a high protein diet with moderate lipid levels.  相似文献

The effects of dietary protein and energy level on spawning performance of Nile tilapia broodstock and hatchability of their eggs were studied. Nine diets containing three protein (30, 35 and 40%) and three energy (14.6, 16.7 and 18.8 MJ GE/kg) levels were prepared. The diets were fed to duplicate groups of broodfish (average weight of 60.5 ± 4.6 g for males and 39.4 ± 3.1 g for females) at 2–3% of their body weight, twice a day, for 150 days. At low protein level (30%), time to first spawning was significantly longer than at 35 and 40% protein levels, and increased with increasing dietary energy (decreasing protein-to-energy (P/E) ratio). At 35 and 40% protein levels, time to first spawning was not affected by dietary energy. Inter-spawning intervals (ISI) showed irregular patterns in relation to dietary protein and energy, however, at 40% protein the females tended to spawn at shorter intervals, regardless of dietary energy. Spawning performances, including total number of spawnings per tank, number of spawnings per female, absolute fecundity and average number of eggs per spawn, were all significantly lower (P < 0.05) at 30% CP than at higher protein levels. At all protein levels, increasing dietary energy from 14.6 to 18.8 MJ GE/kg (and decreasing P:E ratio) resulted in a significant decrease in fish fecundity. Egg size was not significantly affected by dietary protein and energy. At all energy levels, egg hatchability increased with increasing dietary protein levels (P < 0.05). Eggs produced from broodstock fed 30 and 35% CP, exhibited significantly lower hatchability (P < 0.05) and needed less time for hatching and yolk-sac absorption, and resulted in lower larval length than those fed a 40% protein diet. However, increasing energy level at each dietary protein level did not significantly affect these parameters. These results revealed that the best spawning performance of Nile tilapia broodstock reared in a recycling system was achieved at 40% dietary protein and 16.7 MJ GE/kg, with a P/E ratio of 23.6 g/MJ.  相似文献

An 8‐week feeding trial was conducted to evaluate the optimum dietary protein to lipid ratio (P/L) for Starry flounder Platichthys stellatus (30.7 ± 0.7 g initial weight). Nine fishmeal‐based diets with three protein levels (40%, 45% and 50%) and three lipid levels (8%, 11% and 14%) were fed to 30 fish in triplicate. Results showed that the growth performance was affected by dietary P/L ratio significantly, and the best weight gain rate, specific growth rate and feed conversion ratio were appeared at fish fed P45L14 and P50L11 diets. Apparent digestibility coefficient of protein was increased with increasing dietary lipid, but lipid digestibility was decreased by dietary lipid. Lipid deposition in tissues was increased with increasing dietary lipid at each protein level and was higher for the lower protein diets. In liver, the per cent of both eicosapentaenoic acid and docosahexaenoic acid were increased by dietary protein. High dietary protein level (50%) at high lipid level (14%) increased arachidonic acid significantly. Aspartate aminotransferase and alanine aminotransferase were affected significantly by dietary P/L ratios. High density lipoprotein cholesterol and total cholesterol of 45% protein groups were significantly higher than others. The study revealed that the optimum dietary protein to lipid ratio for starry flounder was P45L14 or P50L11, or P/E ratios were 25.49 and 27.70 mg protein kJ?1 gross energy respectively.  相似文献

Abstract The stomach contents of 24 species of fish and unidentified species from four genera in a floodplain lake of the Pantanal were studied. Fish were collected during the dry season when the lake was isolated from the main river. A community food ingestion index (feeding index weighted by consumer biomass, FIWCB, where 0 < FIWCB < 1) was calculated to quantify feeding patterns. Detritus and algae ingested by Curimatidae were responsible for 46.5% of the FIWCB, while that for algae ingested by Loricariidae (armoured catfish) accounted for 13.2%. The importance of detritus in fish diets is discussed as a strategy for shortening food chains, thereby increasing community efficiency, and as a consequence, fish biomass. It was learnt that the main route of energy flow in this perennial lake was through the detritus chain. The floodplain lakes function as a dry season feeding ground for small-sized species of fish, which are potential prey for the more highly valued larger species of fish.  相似文献

The effects of dietary protein‐energy levels on the growth rate, proximate composition and production were examined in Nile tilapia, Oreochromis niloticus, at two starting weights (22.9 and 39.8 g) reared in concrete ponds for 180 days. The highest weight gain (183.1 g) was obtained with fish fed a 30% protein and 10.5 kJ g?1 diet for the small initial size and 180.2 g for a diet containing 25% protein and 12.6 kJ g?1 for the large initial size. Dressed yields (edible mass) and fillets increased to 56.9% and 52.5% in fish fed diet with 25% protein and 10.5 kJ g?1 at the initial size of 22.9 g, while fish started at 39.8 g exhibited the best values (56.5% and 52.1%) when fed the 30% protein and 10.5 kJ g?1 diet. Proximate composition of soft tissue (wet weight basis) in small fish was significantly influenced by dietary protein‐energy levels. Protein was 26.1±0.3% in fish fed the high protein (30%) and low energy (10.5 kJ g?1 diet), while lipid content was 6.4±0.3% at diet containing 20% protein and 14.7 kJ g?1 diet. Large initial size fish fed the diet with 25% protein and 14.7 kJ g?1 had the highest body protein (32.0±0.4%) and lowest lipid content (2.2±0.3%). Feed conversion ratio (FCR) and protein efficiency ratio varied with different dietary protein‐energy levels and initial fish sizes. Feed conversion ratio increased with increasing protein and decreasing energy level in the diet, and values in small fish were higher than values in large fish. Protein efficiency ratio decreased with increasing dietary protein level and decreasing energy level. The maximum total production (7.6 tons feddan?1) was with dietary high protein (30%) and low energy (10.5 kJ g?1) for small‐sized fish, while large initial fish had the highest production (3.7 tons feddan?1) when fed the 25% protein and 12.6 kJ g?1 diet energy. Starting with 22.9 g fish was more advantageous than the initial size of 39.8 g for rearing Nile tilapia. Small fish required a high‐protein and low‐energy diet, whereas large fish required a low‐protein and high‐energy diet to achieve highest production.  相似文献

1. Perca fluviatilis was sampled monthly over 2 years from the shallow waters (<2 m deep) of the Collie River in south-western Australia to determine the diet of this introduced species and the extent to which it comprised indigenous fish species. 2. As P. fluviatilis increased in size, its diet shifted from predominantly planktonic crustaceans to benthic invertebrates, with decapod crustaceans constituting between 55% and 88% of the volume of the food ingested by larger fish (> 120 mm long) in spring, summer and autumn. 3. All size groups of P. fluviatilis fed on the small indigenous teleosts Edelia vittata and Bostockia porosa. 4. The prevalence with which the different size groups of P. fluviatilis ingested indigenous fish species in the main channel of the river was as high as 14% in fish < 50 mm long in summer, 25% in fish 50–120 mm long in spring and 17% of fish > 120 mm long in autumn. 5. Despite appreciable predation and a relatively high prevalence of P. fluviatilis, indigenous fish species have coexisted with perch in the Collie River since the early 1900s. Such coexistence has apparently been facilitated by a high density of invertebrate prey (as a result of eutrophication) and limited interspecific dietary overlap. 6. The absence of E. vittata in those parts of a nearby river system now occupied by P. fluviatilis and the extremely high prevalence of fish that is sometimes found in P. fluviatilis stomachs, suggest that under certain extreme conditions, such as when a marked depletion in alternative food sources occurs, the presence of perch could pose a threat to the conservation of indigenous fish species in certain river systems in south-western Australia.  相似文献

以鱼粉为蛋白源,配制5个不同蛋白质水平(34.85%,40.48%,46.54%,51.54%,56.69%)的等能饲料.以初始体质量为(54.52±0.23)g的星斑川鲽(Platichthys stellatus)为实验对象,在室内循环水养殖系统中进行54 d的摄食生长实验,研究饲料蛋白水平对星斑川鲽幼鱼生长、体组成及血浆生化指标的影响.结果显示:(1)增重率(WGR)和特定生长率(SGR)随着饲料蛋白水平的增加而上升,51.54%和56.69%饲料组之间差异不显著(P>0.05),其余各组差异显著(P<0.05);51.54%饲料组的蛋白质效率(PER)显著高于其他各组(P<0.05);51.54%饲料组的蛋白质沉积率(PRE)也显著高于34.85%、46.54%和56.69%组(P<0.05),但与40.48%饲料组差异不显著(P>0.05).以增重率为参考指标,折线回归分析结果表明,星斑川鲽幼鱼获得最佳增重时对饲料中蛋白质的需要量为53.56%.(2)饲料不同蛋白水平对星斑川鲽幼鱼鱼体灰分含量没有显著影响,但显著影响了鱼体粗蛋白、粗脂肪和水分的含量(P<0.05).51.54%饲料组鱼体粗蛋白含量最高,显著高于34.85%组(P<0.05),而与40.48%、46.54%和56.69%组之间无显著差异(P>0.05);鱼体粗脂肪含量随着饲料蛋白水平的升高而下降,水分含量表现出与粗脂肪含量相反的趋势.(3)饲料蛋白含量对星斑川鲽幼鱼部分血浆生化指标也产生了显著性的影响.血浆总蛋白(TP)以51.54%组最高,与56.69%组差异不显著(P>0.05),,但显著高于34.85%、40.48%和46.54%组(P<0.05);40.48%、51.54%和56.69%组间血浆尿素氮(BUN)含量差异不显著(P>0.05),但显著低于34.85%和46.54%组(P<0.05).综合以上结果,星斑川鲽饲料中蛋白质适宜添加量为51.54%~53.56%.  相似文献
