高钙日粮致青年蛋鸡肾脏损伤及细胞凋亡   总被引:4,自引:1,他引:3  
35日龄100羽伊沙蛋鸡随机均分为对照组(含钙1.00%)和高钙组(含钙3.78%)。试验第17天,对2组鸡作血清中尿酸、钙、磷、肌酐和尿素氮的测定,并各组剖检5只鸡,用原位缺口末端标记法(TUNEL法)对肾小管细胞凋亡细胞进行染色和计数,计算凋亡细胞百分率。结果表明,与对照组相比,高钙组血清无机磷显著降低,血清钙、尿酸、肌酐和尿素氮显著升高。与对照组相比,高钙组肾小管凋亡细胞百分率显著升高。  相似文献

Holstein steers (112 to 258 kg BW) were fed diets high in endophyte-infected fescue (80 to 100%) in 15 latin square experiments to determine the relationships among BW, forage composition, voluntary consumption and digestion. Fescue DM intake (kg/d) increased linearly (P less than .05) with increasing BW (-.513 + .0275 BW; R2 = .69). Regressing log fescue intake (DM) on log BW resulted in a BW exponent of 1.1034 (R2 = .66) but did not account for any more variation in intake than the simple regression did. The percentage NDF in fescue was not related (P greater than .10) to fescue intake (kg/d) and was correlated only slightly with fescue intake as a percentage of BW (r = -.13; P less than .10). Adding the percentage of fescue in the diet or NDF in the fescue to the regression of DM intake on BW did not increase explained variation. Organic matter intake (kg) and digestibility (%) were not related (P greater than .10). Based on standardized partial regression coefficients, differences in voluntary intake accounted for 60% of the variation in the total quantity of OM digested, whereas differences in digestibility accounted for 40%. In conclusion, ingestibility of endophyte-infected fescue hay in relation to changing BW did not vary greatly. Concentrations of chemical constituents such as NDF and ADL in fescue were poorly correlated with feed consumption and digestibility.  相似文献

1. High‐protein wheats (196 or 210 g/kg) were compared with conventional wheat (163 or 162 g/kg) in layers’ diets in three experiments.

2. In diets of 160 g protein/kg without added lysine, high‐protein wheats caused lower rates of production and egg size than conventional wheats in White Leghorns. Lysine supplementation of the former diets eliminated these differences.

3. The improvements in egg production and egg weight were significant with 1 g additional lysine/kg and egg production tended to improve further with 2 g additional lysine/kg, as did egg weight with all subsequent additions, but not significantly so.

4. With diets containing high‐protein wheats supplemented with lysine, high egg production and egg weight could be obtained without a protein supplement (e.g. soyabean meal).

5. In broiler‐breeders egg production was lower and food conversion poorer with high‐protein wheat despite added lysine.  相似文献

文章旨在研究日粮降低粗蛋白质、钙和磷水平,同时添加苯甲酸对仔猪生长性能、钙磷代谢的影响。试验采用2×2多因素试验设计,选择平均体重接近12 kg的保育猪500头,分为4组,每组5个重复,每个重复25头猪。试验日粮共4个,即低水平日粮(低蛋白、低钙磷)组,高水平日粮组(高蛋白、高钙磷),低水平日粮+15 g/kg苯甲酸组,高水平日粮+15 g/kg苯甲酸组。低水平日粮组较高水平日粮组显著降低了仔猪的生长速度(P <0.05),使25 kg阶段仔猪的采食量显著降低了13%(P <0.05)。低水平日粮添加苯甲酸较较高水平日粮组显著降低了25和40 kg猪尿液pH(P <0.05)。低水平组显著降低了钙、磷摄入量及粪中钙磷含量(P <0.05)。日粮添加苯甲酸可以显著降低尿钙排泄量和提高尿磷排泄量(P <0.05)。低水平日粮显著提高了血清钙水平及碱性磷酸酶活性(P <0.05)。低水平日粮组显著降低了血清磷水平(P <0.05),而高水平日粮+苯甲酸组较高水平日粮组显著提高了血清碱性磷酸酶活力和血清磷水平(P <0.05)。日粮添加苯甲酸可以影响磷的消化率,提供仔猪生长早期血清碱性磷酸酶活力,对生长后期猪的骨矿化无显著影响。  相似文献

Two completely randomized design experiments were conducted, using either 10, 38-kg (Exp. 1) or 10, 26-kg (Exp. 2) Hampshire x Western wether lambs, to study the effects of alpha-ketoglutarate (AKG) administration on N metabolism. Lambs were fed 890 and 885 g DM/d in Exp. 1 and 2, respectively, of corn-cottonseed hull basal diets with urea added to attain CP levels of 10.6 and 10.5% in Exp. 1 and 2, respectively. Experiments consisted of 10 d of adaptation followed by 7 d of infusion and excreta collection. Lambs were infused continuously either i.v. (Exp. 1) or abomasally (Exp. 2) with control solutions (CON) or solutions containing 41.3 g AKG/d (AKG). In Exp. 1, fecal and urinary N excretion and N retention were not affected (P greater than .10) by treatment. Compared to CON in Exp. 2, AKG infusion increased (P less than .10) fecal N output (6.6 vs 5.9 g N/d) but did not affect (P greater than .10) the amount of N retained (4.4 vs 3.5 g N/d). Compared to CON, AKG increased (P less than .10) urinary NH3 N excretion in Exp. 1. Serum urea N was lower (P greater than .10) for AKG than for CON in Exp. 1 but was not affected (P greater than .10) by treatment in Exp. 2. In Exp. 1, AKG appeared to reduce activities of several serum enzymes that function in amino N metabolism. 鸡尿酸盐沉着症又称家禽痛风,是一种蛋白质代谢障碍引起的高尿酸血症、肾功能损害性疾病,药物中毒等也可继发家禽痛风。其主要病理特征为血清尿酸增多,尿酸盐沉积增多,尿酸盐沉积在肾小管、输尿管、内脏、骨关节及机体其它部位。患鸡不仅生长受阻,生产性能降低,而且常导致大量的死亡,对养鸡业危害严重。为了探讨防治该症的新途径,客观和科学地评价具有阻止尿酸生成和加速尿酸排泄药理作用的药物肾复康对高蛋白饲料引起鸡尿酸盐沉症症的预防效果,指导临床上合理地选用药物,特进行本试验。  相似文献

Hydrated sodium calcium aluminosilicate (HSCAS), an anticaking agent for mixed feed, was added to the diets of growing barrows and was evaluated for its potential to ameliorate the clinical signs of aflatoxicosis. The experimental design consisted of 6 treatments of 5 barrows each at concentrations of 0 g of HSCAS and 0 g of aflatoxin (AF)/kg of feed (control), 5 g of HSCAS/kg of feed (0.5%), 20 g of HSCAS/kg of feed (2.0%), 3 mg of AF/kg of feed, 5 g of HSCAS (0.5%) plus 3 mg of AF/kg of feed, or 20 g of HSCAS (2.0%) plus 3 mg of AF/kg of feed. Barrows were maintained in indoor concrete-floored pens, with feed and water available ad libitum for 28 days (from the age of 7 to 11 weeks). Barrows were observed twice daily and were weighed weekly, and blood samples were obtained weekly for hematologic and serum biochemical measurements. At the termination of the study, barrows were euthanatized and necropsied. Body weight gains were diminished significantly (P less than 0.05) by consumption of 3 mg of AF/kg of feed, whereas body weight gain in barrows consuming diets containing HSCAS or HSCAS plus AF did not differ from that in control barrows. Serum enzymatic activities of alkaline phosphatase and gamma-glutamyl transferase and prothrombin time were increased in barrows consuming 3 mg of AF/kg of feed, but not in those consuming HSCAS or HSCAS plus AF.(ABSTRACT TRUNCATED AT 250 WORDS)  相似文献

Eighty-eight yearling beef steers (308 +/- 1.4 kg) were used in two separate trials to determine the protein-sparing value of the N added to wheat straw during the ammoniation process and to determine the effects of supplementing ammoniated straw diets with energy and ruminal escape protein. In Exp. 1, steers were fed untreated straw (US) with either 0, 150, or 500 g of soybean meal (SBM) for 88 d. The addition of SBM to US diets increased (P less than .01) straw intake and average daily gains (ADG), indicating that N was limiting. When ammoniated straw (AS) was substituted for US, the N in the AS was used as efficiently as 500 g of SBM for growth. In Exp. 2, steers had ad libitum access to AS with three levels of supplemental corn (0, 1.23, or 2.45 kg DM.animal-1.d-1) either with or without .41 kg DM of corn gluten meal (CGM) added. Straw intake decreased (P less than .01) as the amount of corn in the diet was increased, but ADG increased (P less than .01) with the addition of corn. Straw consumption was not altered by the addition of CGM, but ADG was increased (P less than .01) by an average .35 kg by CGM. Rumen and blood N components indicated that the N from AS was contributing to the ruminal N pool and that CGM was compensating for microbial protein deficiencies postruminally.  相似文献

Six animals each out of 12 female fattening hybrids (150 X (L X E] were given rations containing 17 or 45% crude protein resp. 4 periods of growth feeding alternated with 5 periods of maintenance feeding in the live weight range between 33 and 146 kg. The feeding level did not have an influence on the level of digestibility. From the experiments with 17% crude protein in the ration 1004 and from those with 45% crude protein 947, on average 977 kJ metabolizable energy per kg LW0.62 in the maintenance periods and 980 in the growth periods were derived as maintenance requirement of metabolizable energy. These values for maintenance requirement are by 50% higher than those in previous experiments of our work team. In contrast to expectations, energy maintenance requirement did not grow due to the increase of the protein content of the rations. The utilization of metabolizable energy for retention was 73% for rations with a normal protein content and 66% for those with a high protein content. The partial utilization of metabolizable energy for fat retention was ascertained as 83% and as 49% for protein retention by means of multiply regressive evaluation.  相似文献

Energy retention was measured alternately at 12 barrows, fattening hybrids of line 150 (150 X (L X E], at maintenance level (4 periods) and growth feeding (5 periods) in the live weight range between 32 and 134 kg, 6 animals each received rations with 17 and 45% crude protein resp. during the complete experimental period. The nutrition level did not have a significant influence on the digestibility level of the feed. The experiments carried out at maintenance level showed that the maintenance requirement of metabolizable energy in the experiments with 17% crude protein in the ration was 941, in the experiments with 45% crude protein in the ration 913kJ ME/kg LW0.62 and on average 927 kJ ME/kg LW0.62. Including the experiments with growth feeding one can conclude from a regression analysis, largely in agreement with the measured values, that 955 kJ ME/kg LW0.62 is the energy maintenance requirement. These values of maintenance requirement are by 50% higher than those derived from previous measurings. In contrast to expectations, the increase of protein concentration in the ration did not result in a higher energy maintenance requirement. The utilization of metabolizable energy for retention amounted to 74% for rations with a normal protein content and to 65% for those with a high protein content. The multiply regressive evaluation showed a utilization of metabolizable energy for fat retention of 79% and for protein retention of 53%.  相似文献

Six fattening boars each, hybrids of line 150(150 X (L X E] received rations with 17 and 45% crude protein. In the live weight range of 36 to 167 kg, 5 periods of growth feeding alternated with 4 periods of maintenance feeding. Compared with maintenance level the nutrition level of 2.7 did not have an influence on digestibility. Nitrogen retention was only insignificantly influenced by the level of protein supply. The maintenance requirement of the animals used was by 50% higher than in previous experiments made by our work team. On average it amounted to 1,017 KJ metabolizable energy per kg LW0.62, i.e. to 1,063 for those animals fed with rations containing 17% crude protein and to 986 for those animals receiving 45% crude protein in their rations. The utilization of metabolizable energy for energy retention amounted to 75% for rations with 17% crude protein and to 70% for rations with 45% crude protein. The partial utilization of metabolizable energy for fat retention was ascertained as 90% and for protein retention as 53% by means of multiply regressive assessment.  相似文献

Two 42-d experiments were conducted with 60 and 100 Large White growing pigs, initially weighing 17.7 and 18.3 kg, respectively, to determine their ability to select between diets varying in lysine content. Dietary lysine levels ranged from .60 to 1.40%. A common basal diet (17% crude protein, 3.3 Mcal digestible energy/kg) based on corn, soybean meal and peanut meal was used in both experiments. When offered a choice between deficient (.60% lysine) and balanced (.85% lysine) diets, the pigs consumed a higher proportion of the balanced diet. However, they did not discriminate between diets deficient in lysine (.60%) or containing excess lysine (1.16 or 1.40%). There were differences in diet preference over time. Pigs offered the deficient diet (.60%) and balanced diet (.85% lysine) progressively chose a higher proportion of the balanced diet as the trial progressed, but pigs offered a marginally deficient diet (.72% lysine) and a diet with excess lysine (1.21%) consumed a higher proportion of the high lysine diet during the first 3 wk of the experiment, but not during the last 2 wk of the experiment. These differences could be explained by the fact that the preference for a higher lysine diet at a given age depends on its proximity to the optimal level for growth, but also on the range between self-selected lysine concentrations.(ABSTRACT TRUNCATED AT 250 WORDS)  相似文献

Two digestion and metabolism experiments were conducted to determine effects of monensin in low-protein diets. Monensin supplementation (27 mg/kg of diet dry matter) of steers (303 kg) fed 8.7% crude protein increased (P less than .01) apparent N digestibility and N retention and decreased (P less than .01) percentage of N apparently absorbed lost in urine. Apparent digestibilities of dry matter, gross energy and acid detergent lignin were increased (P less than .05). Digestibilities of neutral detergent and acid detergent fibers were not affected by monensin. In growing wether goats (15 kg) fed 8.5% crude protein, monensin (23 mg/kg of diet dry matter) improved (P less than .01) apparent N digestibility and apparent N absorption. However, urinary N excretion also increased (P less than .05), resulting in no difference in N retention. Monensin did not affect digestibilities of dry matter or gross energy. Efficiency of feed conversion and average daily gain were improved with monensin supplementation of growing goats fed a low-protein, high-roughage diet. Monensin resulted in typical shift of acetate-to-propionate ratio in both experiments. Results suggest that improved N utilization may account for some benefits of feeding monensin.  相似文献

1. One hundred and twenty 17-week-old Lohman Brown hens were divided into 4 groups. Groups 1 and 3 were given a diet with 180 g protein/kg and groups 2 and 4 were given a diet with 140 g protein/kg. Groups 1 and 2 were orally infected with 500 (50) embryonated Ascaridia galli eggs. 2. Marked differences in mean weekly weight gain for the 4 groups were observed. 3. Hens given 140 g protein/kg had a significant lower mean worm burden of adult A. galli worms and a significant lower weight gain compared to the group given 18 g protein/kg. 4. There was no significant difference in faecal egg counts between the 2 parasitised groups. 5. The egg production did not differ significantly between any of the groups. 6. The results of this study indicate that the amount of dietary protein in the diet has an effect on the establishment of A. galli infections in the gut of layers kept under free range conditions.  相似文献

为研究钙供给不足时肌肉注射鸡甲状旁腺素基因质粒(pCEP4-PTH质粒)对蛋鸡生产性能、蛋壳质量和激素水平的影响。选择150只56周龄新扬州产蛋鸡,随机分为3组(低钙组、质粒组和高钙组),各组5个重复,每重复10只。低钙组和质粒组均饲喂含钙2.5%的日粮,并在左腿肌肉部位分别以0、200μg剂量注射pCEP4-PTH表达质粒;高钙组饲喂含钙3.5%的日粮,注射0μg pCEP4-PTH质粒。预试期14 d,试验期28 d。结果显示,质粒组生产性能、蛋壳质量均优于低钙组,但差异不显著(P>0.05),与高钙组间也无显著差异(P>0.05);高钙组产蛋率、料蛋比、蛋比重、蛋壳强度、蛋壳比例均显著优于低钙组(P<0.05),采食量和蛋壳厚度差异不显著(P>0.05)。质粒组甲状旁腺素(PTH)水平显著高于高钙组(P<0.05),其他各组间差异不显著(P>0.05),各组CT、E2、BGP、IGF-1水平差异不显著(P>0.05)。试验表明,pCEP4-PTH质粒可减缓饲粮钙供给不足对蛋鸡生产性能和蛋壳质量造成的不利影响,且不影响其体内正常的骨代谢。  相似文献
