For the drawback of the power regulation in the existing current fed CPT system, a novel circuit topology and control method is presented, which can realize either Buck or Boost mode and can extend the power regulation scope. The improved topology is modeled, while the relations between the duty cycle and the output power for the two modes are derived for system analysis and design. Simulink and PLECS are used to simulate the PP type CPT system. The simulation results prove the theory analysis.  相似文献

A new type AC DC AC converter which can work in Buck or Boost mode is proposed in order to overcome the deficiencies of the primary circuit of the traditional contactless power transfer system. Through switching this two modes and turning the duty cycles of the switches, not only the resonant current amplitude of the primary resonant current can be controlled to be constant against a wide range variation of input voltage, but also the problems, such as surge current, high cost, complex control etc., caused by the DC filter and DC/DC converter in a traditional CPT system are effectively eliminated. The topology and operation principle of the proposed converter have been analyzed. The corresponding control strategy has been presented and verified by simulation results.  相似文献

Considering the characteristics of the dc side series active power filter (APF) that the output voltage cannot be adjusted and the control circuit is complex , an improved single phase dc series APF topology is proposed. The improvement of the new circuit topology and fundamental working principle are analyzed. Following the circuit power factor pre regulator principle, the designing method for the main circuit parameters is given. The voltage ring and the current ring are designed by using the zero pole method. The main circuit power switch is controlled with the same frequencies, while the control circuit was simplified further. Compared with the paralleled APF, the main circuit of topology structure is simplified and the number of the active switches is reduced, which show low input current harmonics, high power factor, large voltage output adjustment range and low cost. The simulation results prove that the proposed topology is correct and reliable.  相似文献

In order to improve waveform performance of light HVDC system, a lot of switches which operate in high frequency are used, which causes large switching losses and results high cost. A new Buck type voltage source converter(BVSC) is proposed. The new BVSC comprises a dual-buck converter and a three-phase inverter operating in grid frequency. Only two high frequency switches are used, which results good output waveform performance. In order to reduce the high frequency switching losses, a novel improved double-frequency Buck type voltage source converter(DBVSC) is also proposed. An additional dual-Buck converter is added to the BVSC, the added dual-Buck converter deals with the fundamental power that operates in low frequency, and BVSC only deals with harmonic power that operates in high frequency. The output waveform is enhanced and the switching losses are reduced in DBVSC, and the power rating is also increased. The DBVSC is very suitable for large power rating application. The one cycle control theory is adopted to control the proposed DBVSC with analog circuit, which is very simple. The proposed DBVSC and control method are verified by simulation.  相似文献

When contactless power transmission (CPT) systems are operating normally, load variation will cause the system operating frequency to drift and the resonance frequency scope to deviate from the desired level. These fluctuations in turn cause the system to vary substantially and affect its normal operation. Considering the slip road track of the primary circuit and the phase angle change between the front of the sub network rectifier circuit current and the voltage, we employ different circuit models to analyze the nature and size of the load for the two types of anti perceptual situations. An algorithm is derived to calculate the junior circuit parameters with the load on the rails. Simulation analysis for the load identification under two different load conditions is conducted, and the expected results achieved.  相似文献

A novel single phase boost type power factor correction circuit is introduced .The converter's efficiency is greatly improved by improving on the traditional boost type power factor correction circuit. Integrate Reset Control circuit is adopted to realize unity power factor. The Integrate Reset Control high efficiency single phase boost type power factor corrector has these characteristics as follows: It's constant frequency operation, which is of advantage of the design of filter. The control circuit is very simple and no need for multiplier. The result is quiet perfect, the input current follows the input voltage very well. The efficiency is very high. 以金鲳鱼为原料,固定小麦粉与水的质量比为2∶1,食盐添加量2%,微波真空度0.095 MPa,在单因素试验的基础上,通过正交试验对微波真空技术膨化鱼糜饼工艺条件进行优化。结果表明,鱼糜饼制作的最佳工艺条件为:鱼糜含量35%,膨化温度100℃,膨化时间20 min,鱼糜饼厚度2 mm,在该工艺条件下,制得的膨化鱼糜饼色泽金黄、质地酥脆、风味清香,成品膨化率可达到540%。  相似文献

To prevent the duty cycle loss of full-bridge converter controlled by the phase-shifting method, a high frequency high voltage X-ray power supply is proposed. It combines full bridge LLC(FB-LLC) series resonant converter with bipolar single-phase symmetrical voltage multiplier. FB-LLC series resonant, high voltage transformer and bipolar single-phase symmetrical voltage multiplier are used in the main circuit. The LLC series resonant circuit and working conditions of soft switch are analyzed. The fundamental harmonic approximation model is established. The parameters of the main circuit are designed. The simulation results show that the output voltage adjusted continuously within 40~120 kV and without duty cycle loss. The X-ray power supply is proposed to achieve a quick rise and low ripple of output voltage. According to the simulation results, the proposed topology is correct and reliable.  相似文献

To solve the problem of low control accuracy and low stability of current X-ray machines, a kind of digital power supply for X-ray machine is introduced. In the digital power supply, some key technologies are used to improve the output stability of the high frequency inverter, including improved BUCK circuit for voltage regulating circuit, high frequency inverter and soft switching technology for the high-voltage generator. The PWM control technology is used to control the switch transistor of voltage regulating circuit and inverter circuit, which makes the drive waveform output stable and easy to control. In order to improve the control accuracy, reduce the volume and change high voltage consecutively, the software PID of the microcomputer is used to control the feedback circuit. The high-accuracy power chip is used for the filament power supply to make the filament electric current stable. Through the analysis of the circuit, the parameters of the circuit are calculated and the circuit is simulated by PSPICE software. The results show that the theoretical analysis is consistent with the practical simulation results. The design can meet the requirement of the technology indices of the power supply of the X-ray machines.  相似文献

A three-phase DC link active power filter (APF)based on coupled impedance and its control strategy are proposed in order to eliminate the input current harmonics of the three-phase diode rectifier. The presented APF is composed of impedance network and two asymmetric dual Boost converters. Average current control is adopted to control the DC link APF. The switch signals of the two asymmetric Boost converters are obtained respectively by leading and trailing edge modulation methods. Compared with the normal DC link active power filter,this topology reduces an active switch and a capacitance. So it can reduce costs,and there is no voltage imbalance in the DC link. Simulation results verify the correctness of the proposed topology and the corresponding control method.  相似文献

A hybrid power supply is composed by both a linear and a switching source connected in parallel and it can improve the dynamic response. But the hybrid power supply cant not effectively reject the perturbations in the power supply. A hybrid power supply based on one cycle control theory is proposed in order to improve the capability and the control precision. A switching source based on one cycle control is adopted in the hybrid power supply. The analysis results indicate that the hybrid power supply can effectively reject the perturbations in the power supply. And the analysis results also show that not only the control precision is improved, but also the control circuit is simple. The simulation resuits given verify the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed method.  相似文献

The robot techniques development is making over in an astonished velocity. Today ,all kinds of robots have different shape and function appear in everywhere. The robot that used the turning theory of human being and the motion theory of cankerworm is introduced. Micro-robot is an important offset of robot technique. This paper has solved three problems of this kind of micro-robot. One is the mechanical structure design, and the second is controlling circuit design, the third is measurement system design. Two new pattern micro-robots have been made which not only can move on the smooth armor plate, but also can turn its body quickly and freely. This new pattern micro-robot has strongly driving power, which also can be refitted another walking-type robot. At the same time, it also succeeded in controlling the robot through the microprocessor AT89C52 and the other new type controlling circuit. Taking the chip of LG9110 as the positive and negative driver, and the chip of SN75451B as the driver of the other parts, not only the design of circuits become easily, but also circuit board become simply. It provides some diagrams of program. In short, through the experiment, it gains some important data of making this kind of robot on the other hand, the experiment proves that the project not only can control the robot freely, but also offers a new idea for the studying of this kind of micro-robot.  相似文献

A new model and its algorithm are presented in this paper to simulate calculating the electric values of short circuit fault in large-scale power systems with variable configurations. The method proposed herein reduces the computer storage requirements compared with the available approaches. And it completely avoids the modification computation of nodal impedance (or admittance) matrices of the original networks and the repeated calculations for each type of faults.  相似文献

As one-cycle controlled single-phase active power filter(APF) only can compensate harmonics and reactive currents simultaneously,this paper detects circuit based on instantaneous reactive theory and current traces control circuit based on one-cycle control with harmonic current.The control equations and circuit are set up.The results of simulation verify that this scheme is effective and APFs can compensate harmonic and reactive current according to requirement with the distorted source voltages.  相似文献

A reduced-order big-signal model of three-phase pulse-width-modulation (PWM) rectifiers is proposed. The analysis and design of the three-phase boost Power Factor Correction (PFC) circuit is far more complex than the dc-to-dc converter, in that the coefficient of the state equation are time-variant. Although they become constants when in steady state in d-q frame, it is difficult to design due to the couple of the d- and q-channel. By combination of the topology transformation and Tellegen's theorem, the mains can be simplified to a boost dc-to-dc converter, thus reduce the mains' order to two, and the parameter of the simplified circuit is deduced. The proposed model can also be linearized to obtain the small-signal model. The small-signal model greatly simplifies the system design, therefore the traditional trial-and-error procedure is deserted. The contrast simulation results indicate that the simplified model can represent the low-frequency big-signal dynamic behavior of the six-switch three-phase PFC circuit.  相似文献

It's always difficult in technology to eliminate power interference of 50 Hz in Brainwave Data Acquisition System .Though traditional ways to eliminate it can also gain some effects, they have drawbacks such as high cost and low currency at all time. The use of trap filter of 50 Hz may solve the question radically. Through the authors' repetitious experimentation, it is proved that trap filter of VCVS not only eliminate power interference of 50 Hz farthest but also have merits of simple circuit structure, convenient coupling and upper reliability. The authors offer collected brainwave in strong power interference environment. It may be seen that it is very clear and clean. Because power interference of (50 Hz) exists in almost all Data Acquisition System, this type of trap filter possesses better currency, it is expected to win extensive application in medical apparatus of measurement of other biological electricity signals and industrial observation and control system.  相似文献
