以茭白品种余姚八月茭为试材,研究单季茭多茬茭模式不同育苗方法对夏茭孕茭及产量的影响。试验结果表明,与薹管定植育苗和育苗定植相比,利用常规单季茭收获后次年匍匐茎上的芽萌发直接作为夏茭种苗的育苗方法有效苗数充足、田间分布均衡、生长进程加快,采茭始期提早2~3d、采茭盛期提早3~4d、采茭末期提早1~2d;孕茭苗数、孕茭率、产量和产值极显著增加(与薹管育苗孕茭率存在显著差异,不存在极显著差异);每667m2产量1891kg、产值12291元,经济效益增幅21.9%~70.4%。虽茭白个体略小,但仍在市民认可和喜欢的范围内,对销售价格影响不大。 相似文献

由于天水市冬季日光温室在单层保温被覆盖条件下,不能满足精细果菜生长所需棚温和地温的要求,故进行加盖双层保温被的比较试验。结果表明:在天水最冷的12月和1月,加盖双层保温被较单层保温被的棚温增加2.6~3.0℃,地温提高2.8~3.3℃,湿度降低1.9%~2.5%;同茬番茄上市的时间提早10d,拉秧时间延迟58d,667m2产量增加4820kg,667m2产值提高7844元。 相似文献

以‘天鹅绒’和‘威望’两个一品红品种为试材, 研究了红、黄、蓝3种光质对其生长、观赏品质和花期的影响, 结果表明: 红光有利于叶绿素b的合成, 促进侧枝的生长, 推迟花期3 d, 但提高花头的观赏品质。黄光有利于光合速率的增加, 对侧枝的生长表现出前期促进、后期抑制的现象, 虽然对花期无明显影响, 但降低了花头的观赏品质。蓝光有利于叶绿素a的合成, 抑制侧枝的生长, 使花期提前7 d,但对花头观赏品质无明显影响。 相似文献

以青花菜(Brassica oleracea var. italica)显性细胞核雄性不育系‘DGMS8554’和细胞质雄性不育系‘CMS8554’为试材,研究不同整枝方式对两类不育系留种植株开花结实特性的影响。结果表明:‘DGMS8554’的显球、开花和结荚时间较‘CMS8554’分别早4 ~ 5 d、3 ~ 4 d和3 ~ 6 d,授粉后7 ~ 9 d显荚,从结荚到种子褐变45 ~ 47 d,由褐变到收获9 ~ 11 d;‘DGMS8554’和‘CMS8554’的最佳处理方式分别为主花球上留3个侧球和4个侧球。‘DGMS8554’去除主花球后产生的侧花球能正常开花结实,花期较不去主花球植株晚10 ~ 14 d,种子收获期晚10 ~ 13 d,显球7 d后去除主花球的种株的单株产籽量和发芽率最大,分别为8.11 g和97.32%,为最优处理;‘CMS8554’去除主花球后产生的侧枝不能正常开花结实。 相似文献

将3年生‘大富贵’芍药于2003年11月5日用不同浓度的赤霉素(GA3 ) 和生根粉(ABT)喷淋根部后上盆, 置背阴处直至2004年2月5日移入温室促成栽培, 于4月2~22日先后开花。调查结果表明, GA3 与ABT组合处理, (1) 明显促进花芽集中萌发, 其中GA3 150 mg/L的处理萌发期仅2~3 d,而对照为8 d; (2) 明显促进开花, 使开花期比对照提前约10 d, 但开花分散, 群体花期比对照延长约1倍; (3) 提高成花率20%以上, 其中单纯用GA3 150 mg/L处理时成花率最高(93% ) , 但花径、株高、叶幅等却下降, 切花质量均不如其它处理; (4) ABT促进新根形成与生长, 对提高切花质量有一定作用, 其中ABT 100 mg/L + GA3 100 mg/L处理效果较好。 相似文献

Weekly foliar applications of (GA; 25 p.p.m.) during seedling growth promoted reproductive development of both Tagetes patula and Matthiola incana whether grown in short days (8 h), or long days effected by night-breaks (NB). The NB treatment was unfavourable for flowering in Tagetes but promoted leaf growth whereas both GA and NB, favourable for early flowering and associated stem elongation in Matthiola, inhibited leaf growth. The GA applications substituted for the long-day requirement for flowering in Matthiola. These findings are coupled with those reported earlier for the effects of night temperature on vegetative growth and flowering and are discussed in relation to a possible “blue-print” for commercial horticultural practice. 相似文献

Three experiments are described on the effects on flowering of warm storage of narcissus bulbs before (and in some cases after) hot-water treatment (h.w.t.) against eelworm infection. Almost complete loss of the flower crop occurs if the bulbs are not warm stored, compared with the production of about 90% marketable flowers following warm storage. Optimum temperatures and durations of warm storage are not clearly defined; there is very little difference between the two recommended treatments, 34° C. for 3 days and 30° C. for 7 days, with the latter giving slightly better results. In another experiment, best results were obtained following 32·5° C. for 8 days or 35° C. for 5 days, with some varietal differences. These combinations were superior to most at 30° C., and to all of only 2 days duration. Higher temperatures and longer durations generally result in earlier flowering, with no adverse effect on flower quality. Bulb yield in the field following h.w.t. is higher when the bulbs are warm-stored before h.w.t. and, when forced in the following season, they give more flowers. Post-h.w.t. warm storage reduces flower quality and bulb yield in the field; although some minor benefits were observed, this treatment cannot be recommended. The possible mechanism for the protection afforded by warm storage is discussed. 相似文献
