Bamboo is an environment-friendly natural materials, and modern bamboo structure has been widely applied in various building types abroad. This paper analyzed characteristics of bamboo buildings, introduced research progress and application of overseas bamboo buildings, and proposed that current application of modern bamboo structure in China should focus on disaster-relief buildings, and buildings for both peacetime and post-disaster reconstruction.  相似文献

This paper divided the evolution of modern Chinese vernacular architecture(1949–2010) into 3 stages: early exploration,confine and confusion,and modern development,by taking time line as the clue,vernacular characteristics of modern architecture in Xi'an during different phases as the support,and combining literature research and field investigation. The annual energy consumption of representative office buildings in Guangzhou, P. R. China, was surveyed over a three year period. Among the modern office buildings surveyed, two large scale office buildings were chosen to analyze the energy consumption features and monthly energy consumption trends. Based on the actual occupied area calculation, the total annual energy consumption of the two office buildings was 149.3 kWh/m2 and 115 kWh/m2, respectively. The air conditioning energy consumption in two office buildings accounted for 49.2% and 38.5% of the total energy consumption. The research results could be used as energy consumption sub databases or references for large scale public buildings in Guangzhou due to the accurate survey technique and representativeness of the survey objects. In addition, energy consumption in these office buildings was compared with levels described in other studies. Energy saving methods are proposed for buildings located in hot summer/warm winter climate zones.  相似文献

With the advent of the post-industrial era, a large number of idle old industrial buildings have been produced in the city. How to deal with idle old industrial buildings has become a reality. Taking the transformation of the factory building of Chang'an Machinery Plant in Xichang for example, the paper analyzed the recycling strategy of old industrial buildings from the basic conditions and transformation contents of the project, re-constructed the new connotation of the building, so as to exert the use value of the old industrial buildings, with a view to providing a reference for the organic renewal and sustainable development of the city.  相似文献

为了探究在雷暴发生时建筑物周围电场畸变区域的规律,利用Integrated Engineering Software电磁暂态仿真软件,模拟分析雷暴云及建筑物结构对周围电场畸变特征的影响。结果表明:当雷暴云过境时,群体建筑物遭受雷击的概率会减小,这主要是因为群体建筑物之间的屏蔽效应,改变了周围区域的电场畸变程度,降低了产生上行先导的概率和遭受雷击的概率。对于单体建筑而言,当雷暴云过境时,建筑物周围电场畸变区域呈半球形状,电场的畸变程度与建筑物的高度呈线性相关,高度越高,畸变区域越大,将导致前方流注扩展的区域变大,从而增加了下行先导发生的概率,这也是越高的物体易遭受雷击的原因。  相似文献

The flow of people changes very greatly in the public areas of public buildings, so the energy demand should also change with the flow of people. However, under the traditional model, the pedestrian flow is rarely considered when accounting energy output, which causes some of the energy invalid. How to assess the energy efficiency to reduce energy waste is an emergent problem to be solved for building energy conservation. The concept of energy utilization efficiency is put forward to judge the degree of utilization of energy, and the formula for calculating energy utilization efficiency is also provided. In a hospital public waiting area, a lot of experiments have been carried out. By comparing the energy consumption before and after the experiments, it is found that energy utilization efficiency can assess the effectiveness of energy. And to improve the energy efficiency of buildings greatly in public areas can be realized by promoting the energy utilization efficiency.  相似文献

Energy Performance of New Rural Residential Buildings in Chongqing   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
The DeST-H, developed by Tsinghua University, was used to analyze the Heating and cooling energy consumption of the typical design project obtained from the General Dwellings Atlas of Chongqing Ba-Yu New Rural Residential. The whole year energy consumption after opting energy-saving measures was simulated by varying the relevant parameters. Meanwhile, the technical and economic performance were analyzed by taking the cost increment into account which was caused by energy-saving measures. Based on the optimization results, the priority design parameters adapted to residential buildings of new rural development in Chongqing are summarized as follows: exterior wall thermal insulation with 30mm EPS board; the external window of the main function room with Low-e film hollow glass or others with ordinary single 6 mm glass; strengthened ventilation at over-season; indoor temperature in summer is set to 28℃, the heating temperature in winter is set to 16℃; building orientation is north-south.  相似文献

Low-carbon building is within building’s lifecycle, through carbon source reduction and carbon sink addition during the process of plan, design, construction, operation, demolition and recycle to achieve the optimization of building lifecycle carbon performance. This article takes the case of Low-carbon Building Evaluation Standard of Chongqing to briefly introduce low-carbon building evaluation indexes, also by comparing with the Green Building Evaluation Standard of Chongqing to identify the two index system’s differences and similarities. Through comparison analysis it is discovered that green building evaluation index system focus more on basic resource and energy consumption status as well as the environment quality delivered, where as low-carbon building evaluation index system put more emphasis on detailed resource and energy consumption status and carbon performance.  相似文献

Different climatic zones should consider different architectural spatial organization forms when designing buildings. In this paper, the design scheme of Half Courtyard located in the Guanzhong Plain of Shaanxi is selected for research to explore how to construct ecological elderly care buildings in cold regions. The density of indoor CO 2 is an important value for newly_built commercial buildings. It affects comercial buildings in two aspects, one is the indoor air_quality, the other is the consumption of energy. The aim of design is to keep good indoor air_quality and using little ventilation. The authors measure a typical department store and analyze the measurement.
