Tourist route design is essential to the scenic spot planning and tour route design. In this paper, four elements of tourist route design were identified to form the list of tourist route design principle. Based on the analysis of Campbell model, four-point inspiration for tourist route design was summarized, a Campbell model-based schematic of the tourist route design of Rizhao was formed grounded on the analysis of tourism resources and service facilities in Rizhao, so as to explore the optimal way of the tourist route design. 相似文献

Cities are currently confronted with many urban problems, such as water shortages, water quality pollution, floods, and the loss of habitats of aquatic organisms, and badly in need of a more comprehensive solution. In this context, the concept of sponge city is proposed. This paper, based on the theory of sponge city and low impact development, elaborated the origin, development, connotation, and construction method of sponge city concept. In this paper, the urban design scheme of Renbei District in Chengdu was taken for example to analyze the geographical environment and climate characteristics of Chengdu and explain the formation and verification of the scheme. It is considered that the sponge city is different from the traditional urban infrastructure. It is essentially an ecological approach. Its core is to build a cross-scale urban water ecological infrastructure to comprehensively solve the prominent water-related problems of urban and rural areas in China. 相似文献

Wetland as one of the natural landscapes with the richest biodiversity and most closely related to our life is widely distributed all around the world, and capable of storing fl ood, preventing drought, purifying environment, adjusting climate, controlling pollution, maintaining regional ecological balance. Nanchang is famous for City in the Lake and Lake in the City, and this paper begins with wetland resources in Nanchang City, analyzes problems of local wetlands. Taking the design of the Aixi Lake Wetland Park for example, this paper proposes suggestions for the renovation and improvement by analyzing the problems of its current landscape pattern, and specifi c problems in the landscape design of wetland park, and summarizes the ecological model fi t for the landscape design of urban wetland park in Nanchang City. The Urban Park Act was revised in 2017,in which a new Park-PFI system to select private companies through public offering was introduced.The system is a new park maintenance and management method to improve the quality of urban parks and the convenience of park users while encouraging good investment by the private sector in urban parks and reducing the financial burden on park managers.In this study,we analyzed the case of introducing the private sector’s expertise into urban park maintenance projects,clarified the background and contents of the projects,and compared the system with the conventional method of public-private partnership projects for urban parks.Furthermore,we implemented a survey on the actual situation of Senri-Minami Park in Suita City.Based on the survey results,we evaluated and analyzed the direct benefits obtained from using the Travel Cost Method.Based on the above,this study examined the feasibility and the requirements of establishing public-private collaboration projects in urban parks through literature review,fact-finding survey,and benefit analysis. 相似文献

Located in the east of Xi'an, Dongguan District is the area to the east of the Ming City wall.There is a great deal of precious architectural heritages in the area, including shrines such as the Wangji Temple, the Baxian Temple, the Catholic Church and the Laomu Temple, as well as protected dwellings such as the Xingqing Palace, the royal palace of the flouring period of the Tang Dynasty, and the Courtyard of Family Xi, etc.. Currently, securing Dongguan District protection and development has confronted with severe challenges. 在市域空间利用规划过程中进行开发适宜性分区评价,明确市域开发适宜程度及空间分布,为市域空间利用规划中土地开发利用方向的确定和空间布局的划分提供科学依据,以更好地协调开发建设和生态环境保护的关系。借鉴国内外城市区域空间开发与管制的研究理论,以空间开发适宜性分析为基础,以高分辨率航空影像、统计年鉴、实地考察为数据源,从自然生态约束条件、经济发展支撑能力2个系统层面建立了包括9个要素、20个因子的评价指标体系;利用组合赋权法确定各评价因子的权重值,以栅格为评价单元,通过GIS空间分析技术构建一整套完整的市域空间管制分区技术体系。从而确定市域各评价单元的工业和城市开发适宜程度,进而划定各类管制区。以铜陵市为例进行实证研究,根据其自然生态约束及经济开发需求与支撑能力的综合空间分析,拟将铜陵市市域空间分为适宜建设区、较适宜建设区、限制建设区与禁止建设区,制定了分区管制措施,提出了空间利用建议,旨在促进铜陵形成经济发展与人口资源环境相协调的空间均衡格局,为铜陵市空间利用规划提供指导。 相似文献

Highrise residences with high plot ratio meet housing needs of urban residents, improve living conditions of residents, but also show many unreasonable problems in the design of public communication spaces with a result of interpersonal indifference and lack of sense of identity. This paper took Xuzhou Hanbang Square for example to explore strategies of improving public communication spaces in highrises from the perspectives of entrance lobby, open-floor ground design, ecological garage, and three-level property management. The design concept of complete streets pays attention to the rights and interests of all road users, as well as the overall design of pedestrians, bicycles, public transportation, motor vehicles and other modes of transportation and transportation space, which is conducive to improving the misunderstanding of China's urban street design aiming to serve motorized traffic. In this study, the development course, concept, objectives and design elements of complete streets were studied, and the conceptual framework of street integrity evaluation was established. Shashen Road in Shenzhen City was as a case to analyze the problems existing in traditional street design and explore the spatial design method of complete streets. It is pointed out that street design should adapt to local conditions and be optimized according to current situation. 为了研究县域的城市土地集约利用情况,选择开发较晚但代表性强的黄河三角洲城市群为研究区域,结合该研究区域的特点,采用改进的层次分析法,从土地投入水平、土地利用强度、土地产出效益和土地利用生态环境质量4个层面,对黄三角城市群的19个县(市、区)的土地集约利用情况进行了评价和分析,并在GIS的辅助下,绘制了这19个区(县)的土地集约利用程度专题图。结果显示:广饶县的综合评价分值最高,沾化县综合评价分值最低,分别为63.4539、8.6519;在土地投入水平上,广饶县最高,利津县最低,分别为88.3224、5.7364;在土地利用强度上,寿光市最高,河口区最低,分别为83.4258、3.7468;在土地产出效益上,广饶县最高,沾化县最低,分别为89.0062、1.9548;在土地利用生态环境质量上,莱州市最高,沾化县最低,分别为94.0085、11.9175。由此看出,黄三角城市群的城市土地集约利用水平整体偏低,县(市、区)之间差异较大,相关部门应结合各地区土地利用中存在的问题,给予针对性提高。 相似文献

Along with the rapid globalization and urbanization,primitive ecological environment and cultural life atmosphere of urban streets and lanes have degraded,memories of the city have been lost,and cities have shown the tendency of convergence and homogenization.Taking the Confucius Temple Block for example,this paper applied cognitive map,oral interview and GIS spatial statistics to study residents' col ective memories of urban street and lane spaces,and found that the locals' collective memories of streets and lanes in the Confucius Temple Block declined gradually in the sequence of aura area → secondary aura area → buffer area → blind spot area,and civilian urban design concept was claimed as the major incentive of the decline.Streets and lanes as important components of urban public spaces have specific historical connotations and genius loci,and they deserve wide concern from the academic circle and the society for their function of protecting collective memories of residents. 相似文献

以天水市秦州区为例,探讨基准地价评估中样点地价——容积率模型的建立及样点地价容积率修正系数的确定,并简要介绍了宗地地价评估中容积率修正系数的计算,对二者进行了区别。结果表明:(1)容积率修正系数因土地级别、土地用途而异;(2)随着容积率不断上升,地价的增长幅度会逐步放缓;(3)并不是容积率越大越好,最佳容积率应综合考虑经济效益、社会效益和生态效益而定。这为加强政府的土地市场管理水平、引导投资者决策和制定各项政策措施提供了依据。 相似文献
