竖叶大穗型玉米杂交种GS豫玉11号的选育

以Ｒｅｉｄ类群系８１１２作母本，旅大红骨类群选系３６０选为父本杂交育成了玉米新杂交种——ＧＳ豫玉１１号（９０—１）。该杂交种在１９９０～１９９１年河南省玉米区试中比对照种增产１４．９％，居首位；在１９９２～１９９３年全国夏玉米区试中，晋、鲁、豫、皖、苏五省平均比对照掖单２号增产１５．７％，居首位。在全国１０多个省试验示范中，比对照种增产８．７％～４７．５％，多居一、二位。群体叶面积变化为前快中稳后慢的曲线，植株氮代谢水平高，干物质积累快，总量大，分配合理，经济系数高。高抗多种病害，竖叶大穗，综合性状优良，品质好，中熟，适应性广，制种产量高，适合中等以上肥力地种植

Both garden and photographic art creation pursue the expression of artistic conception.By analyzing the connotation of artistic conception of photographic art,the interaction between garden and photography are analyzed,and the artistic conception beauty of garden photography is discussed from three aspects:composition,color,and light and shadow expression.Moreover,artistic conception expression skills such as inspiration capture and deepening experience are put forward,in order to provide the reference for lovers of garden photography.     

中国传统名优绿豆种质资源表型性状形态多样性

依据24个表型性状的数据指标,对7省(市、区)名优绿豆种质进行表型多样性分析,结果表明单株荚数的变异系数最大(46.28%),株高和主茎节数的形态多样性指数最大(2.04)。来自山西大同的绿豆资源形态多样性最为丰富,其次为来自河北张家口的绿豆资源。依据表型性状的聚类分析将90份绿豆材料分为4大组群,第一组群是来自河北张家口、内蒙古和山西大同的资源;第二组群是来自吉林白城和黑龙江齐齐哈尔的资源;来自陕西和北京的资源各为一组。     

针形名茶“永川秀芽”自动揉捻工艺的研究

采用6CRK—40自动揉捻机,以不同品种原料和初揉、复揉工艺为试验因素,进行3因素3水平正交试验,比较分析其对揉捻叶、成品茶、内含成分的影响。结果表明,川茶等小叶种原料自动揉捻工艺组合为Z1+F1号工艺;福鼎等中叶种原料自动揉捻工艺组合为Z2+F3号工艺;蜀永2号等大叶种原料自动揉捻工艺组合为Z1+F3号工艺。     

Artistic Space Design of Subway Station Based on Regional Characteristics

On the basis of existing problems in the spatial design of subway station, this paper explored the principles that regional culture involves in the artistic space design of subway station; based on the analysis of three main design sections and site cases-spatial interface, public art and color, the paper also discussed the artistic application and design embodiment of regional culture characteristics reflected in every element of subway station space design, so as to provide a consolidated design example for subway station space design featuring regional characteristics in the future.     

AHP-based System for the Health Assessment of Ancient and Famous Trees in Dongguan

By establishing an AHP-based assessment index system and assessment model,and applying detection technology that is convenient and harmless for ancient and famous trees,this paper is significant for investigating and assessing the health state of ancient and famous trees,and protecting the limited resources. Fourteen indexes such as growth vigor,disease and pest were selected from the perspectives of overall situation,canopy,trunk and root,and AHP(applied analytic hierarchy process) was applied to define weights of these indexes. According to the results,top 3 indexes in terms of weight are tree vigor,treetop death,internal decay and hole,while the indexes with lower weight are parasitism,root damage,ventilation and permeability. On the basis of assessment model and method as well as field investigation,health grade of ancient and famous trees(A) can be obtained. By grading the health of ancient and famous trees into 3 levels,each level indicates a certain health state,so managers can take corresponding maintenance measures to develop the best ecological and social value of these trees.     

山西名优品牌小米米色及挥发性香味物质分析

为了充分了解山西不同品牌小米的米色及风味特性。本研究挑选具有代表性的24个名优品牌小米,对其米色和挥发性香味物质进行了检测、对比,并通过方差分析和隶属函数法进行综合分析。结果表明,山西不同品牌小米米色、挥发性香味物质变化范围较大,不同品牌各有差异,但整体表现都比较好。本研究结果为育种家在优质种质资源的开发和利用方面提供依据和参考,同时表明在不同品牌间的小米急需一个统一的产品综合评价标准。     

条叶唇柱苣苔组织培养研究

以条叶唇柱苣苔(Chirita ophiopogoidesDFang etW T Wang)的幼嫩叶片、种子为外植体,以MS为基本培养基,建立了条叶唇柱苣苔的组织培养和再生体系.试验结果表明:条叶唇柱苣苔叶片诱导不定芽的最佳培养基为MS +2,4-D0.5 mg/L+ IAA 0.5 mg/L+ NAA 0.2 mg/L,丛生芽分化的最佳培养基为MS+ KT 1.0 mg/L+ IAA 3.0 mg/L+ NAA 0.5mg/L; MS+ NAA 0.5 mg/L+ 6-BA 1.5 mg/L的培养基最适合继代,MS+ IBA 2.0 mg/L+ AC 0.5 mg/L培养基的生根效果最好,平均根长为4.67 cm,生根率达100％.

Eco-garden Artistic Conception of Central Landscapes in Longxijiayuan Residential District in Zhucheng City,Shandong Province

Design of central landscapes in Longxijiayuan Residential District, Zhucheng City, Shandong Province was introduced. By implementing the design concept of classical Chinese garden in the whole process, this landscape design presented well-organized central green spaces, took fl owing water as the framework, arranged different activity spaces according to actual terrains, designed the bridge to connect both sides of the brook, placed garden settings and benches properly, combined plants properly, and make the whole residential district green and energetic. From the overall planning to the architectural unit design and central landscape design, the residential district shows the ancient rhythm of Chinese elements, and an ecological and harmonious overall environment. The unit design has practical plane, beautiful form, graceful and elegant style, it integrates well into the overall environment.

外源激素处理对线叶唇柱苣苔种子萌发的影响

对线叶唇柱苣苔种子的萌发特性进行了研究,同时用不同浓度的GA3、NAA、IAA和6-BA对种子进行浸种处理,研究不同外源激素对种子萌发的影响.结果表明:线叶唇柱苣苔种子为光敏性种子,发芽适温为20℃;GA,浸种处理可显著提高线叶唇柱苣苔种子的发芽率和发芽势,其中以200 mg/L的GA3浸种处理效果最佳.NAA、IAA...

Qualitative Comparison of Cultural Resources in Famous Scenic Areas: A Case Study of the West Lake and the Yunhu Lake

Theories and basic methods of evaluating cultural resources in famous scenic areas were explored, on the basis of which quantitative evaluation model and evaluation indexes were established, such as abundance, density, historical value, cultural value and social value of cultural resources, influence, peculiarity, integrity, development and utilization capacity. The West Lake in Hangzhou City and the Yunlong Lake Scenic Area were taken for example.
