1-methylcyclopropene (1-MCP), an ethylene inhibiting regulator, is commercially available in the form of an inclusion complex with alpha-cyclodextrin (alpha-CD). In this study, molecular encapsulation of gaseous 1-MCP into aqueous alpha-CD was investigated in a closed, agitated vessel with a flat gas-liquid interface. Molecular encapsulation of gaseous 1-MCP by alpha-CD is a simultaneous two-step reaction which involves the aqueous dissolution of gaseous 1-MCP and the encapsulation of the dissolved molecules by alpha-CD. The kinetics and mechanism of molecular encapsulation were analyzed based on the depletion rate of 1-MCP in the headspace of the vessel. The encapsulation rates could be explained quantitatively by the gas absorption theory with a pseudo-first-order reaction between 1-MCP and alpha-CD. The negative value of the calculated apparent activation energy of encapsulation (-24.4 kJ/mol) implied the significant effect of exothermic aqueous dissolution of 1-MCP. An encapsulation temperature of 15 degrees C was optimal; at this temperature, the highest 1-MCP yield and best inclusion ratio of inclusion complex were obtained. Changes in the X-ray diffraction pattern suggested that the crystal lattice structure of alpha-CD was altered upon inclusion of 1-MCP.  相似文献

[目的]以小麦秸秆纤维素接枝丙烯酸制备保水剂,并检测各因素对保水剂吸水性能的影响,探索制备保水剂的最佳反应条件,以期制备出成本低,降解性好,保水性高的新型保水剂。[方法]采用水溶液聚合法制备保水剂,并通过单因素试验和正交试验来确定最佳反应条件,对合成产物的吸液倍率、保水性能和表观形态进行测定与表征。[结果]温度为70℃,去离子水用量为160ml,2.0%N,N’-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(MBAM)用量为9ml,引发剂(过硫酸钾:硫代硫酸钠=3∶1)与丙烯酸单体比为2.0%,丙烯酸中和度为70%,反应时间为1h,合成的保水剂具有较高的吸水或盐水倍率,1g保水剂吸0.9%NaCl溶液41.2g/g,吸去离子水430.9g/g。红外光谱分析和电镜扫描结果表明,保水剂胶体接枝聚合成功,胶体具有良好的表面形态。[结论]制备的保水剂吸液速率快、重复吸水效果较好。保水剂在氯化铁溶液中吸水倍率最高,达到113g/g。复合离子溶液中,在离子浓度为1g/L时吸水倍率最高达57g/g。  相似文献

适宜1-MCP处理保持采后菠萝常温贮藏品质   总被引:4,自引:3,他引:4  
为了探索1-MCP处理对采后菠萝生理及品质的影响,为菠萝贮藏保鲜措施提供理论依据。以‘巴厘’品种的菠萝果实为试材,采用适宜0.45μL/L体积分数的1-MCP对菠萝进行处理,置于25℃条件下贮藏,采用气相色谱定期测定乙烯释放量,并采用常规理化分析方法测定菠萝品质及相关生理指标。结果表明,1-MCP处理能延缓果实贮藏过程中乙烯的合成速率,与相同贮藏条件下的对照(未处理)果实相比,乙烯释放高峰推迟4 d;1-MCP处理可以延缓果实丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)含量的快速升高,同时对脂氧合酶(lipoxygenase,LOX)酶活性起到抑制作用;与对照相比,1-MCP处理推迟了过氧化物酶(peroxidase,POD)、过氧化氢酶(catalase,CAT)等酶活性高峰的出现,并使POD、CAT、过氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)等保持较高的活性,可以有效延缓菠萝在贮藏期间的衰老进程,在贮藏14 d时,分别比对照高出22.30%、32.35%、36.67%,差异显著(P0.05);1-MCP还可减缓果实可滴定酸、维生素C等含量的下降,有助于保持果实的良好品质。1-MCP处理可抑制菠萝贮藏期的果实衰老进程,有利于保持果实品质,提高贮藏效果。研究结果将为菠萝贮藏保鲜措施提供参考。  相似文献

[目的]分析复合缓释保水保肥材料对苗木生长的影响,探索适宜苗木生长的复合材料。[方法](1)选用4个实验组和1个对照组的皂角树进行盆栽试验,对苗木的生长和生理指标进行测量分析。[结果](1)复合缓释保水保肥材料能够显著提高苗木的地径,增加叶片数量和叶面积,增大新梢长度,增加苗木生物量;(2)能够显著提高苗木的叶水势以增强水分利用率,提高苗木对肥料的利用效率,维持苗木的叶片叶绿素含量(SPAD)长期处于较高的数值。[结论]复合缓释保水保肥材料能够显著促进苗木生长。  相似文献

盐碱地塔宾曲霉菌的解磷能力及其对小麦生长的影响   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
[目的]研发新型解磷生物菌肥,提高黄河三角洲盐碱障碍耕地作物产量。[方法]采用无机磷液体培养基培养的方法,从黄河三角洲盐碱化菜园根际土壤筛选得到一株解磷真菌CT1,即塔滨曲霉菌(Aspergillus tubingensis),对其解磷能力进行了深入研究。[结果]解磷菌CT1的解磷能力随发酵液盐浓度升高降低,当发酵液盐浓度在0.03%~6%时,发酵液中有效磷浓度可维持在523.5~338.5mg/L,且解磷菌的溶磷量与发酵液pH之间存在明显的负相关。解磷菌CT1在葡萄糖作为碳源的培养基上生长状况最好,在(NH_4)_2SO_4作为氮源的培养基上生长状况最好。接入解磷菌15d的小麦与未接菌的小麦相比,茎长增加了16.24%,茎鲜重增加了12.35%,根长增加了21.6%。[结论]解磷菌CT1对盐碱地小麦幼苗生长有一定的促进作用,可作为提高盐碱地作物产量的新型解磷生物菌肥利用。  相似文献

d'Anjou cv. pear fruit (Pyrus communis L.) exposed at harvest to 0, 0.42, 4.2, or 42 micromol m(-)(3) 1-methylcyclopropene (1-MCP) for 12 h at 20 degrees C were stored at 1 degrees C for up to 8 months. After storage, half of the fruit was continuously exposed to ethylene (0.45 or 4-18 mmol m(-)(3)) for 7 days at 20 degrees C. All fruit treated with 1-MCP had lower respiration and ethylene production compared to untreated controls. Fruit quality changes were delayed following 1-MCP treatment, as was development of superficial scald and peel yellowing. The duration of 1-MCP-induced responses was dependent on 1-MCP treatment concentration. When 1-MCP-treated fruit began to ripen, softening and production of volatile compounds proceeded similar to that of untreated fruit. Post-storage ethylene exposure did not consistently stimulate ripening of fruit previously treated with 1-MCP. Efficacy of ethylene treatment depended on 1-MCP concentration and storage duration.  相似文献

An automated immunosensor for the rapid and sensitive analysis of penicillin type beta-lactam antibiotics has been developed and optimized. An immunogen was prepared by coupling the common structure of the penicillanic beta-lactam antibiotics, i.e., 6-aminopenicillanic acid to keyhole limpet hemocyanin. Polyclonal antibodies raised in rabbits after immunization with this conjugate have been applied for the development of a competitive fluoroimmunoassay (FIA), using a novel fluorescent penicillin {[2S,5R,6R]-3,3-dimethyl-7-oxo-6-[(pyren-1ylacetyl)amino]-4-thia-1-azabicyclo[3.2.0]heptane-2-carboxilic acid, PAAP} as the tracer and penicillin G as the reference antibiotic. Protein A/G covalently bound to an azlactone-activated polymeric support was used for the orientated capture of the antibody-antigen immunocomplexes. Upon desorption from the immunosupport, the emission signal generated by the PAAP-Ab complexes is related to the antibiotic concentration in the sample. The 50% binding inhibition concentration of penicillin G standard curves was at 30 ng mL(-)(1) with a detection limit (10% binding inhibition) of 2.4 ng mL(-)(1) and a dynamic range from 6.0 to 191 ng mL(-)(1) (20-80% binding inhibition) penicillin G. The generic nature of the antiserum was shown by good relative cross-reactivities with penicillin type beta-lactam antibiotics such as amoxicillin (50%), ampicillin (47%), and penicillin V (145%) and a lower response to the isoxazolyl penicillins such as oxacillin, cloxacillin, and dicloxacillin. No cross-reactivity was obtained for cephalosporin type beta-lactam antibiotics (cephapirin), cloramphenicol, or fluoroquinolones (enrofloxacin and ciprofloxacin). The total analysis time was 23 min per determination, and the immunoreactor could be reused for more than 200 cycles without significant loss of activity. The immunosensor has been successfully applied to the direct analysis of penicillin G and amoxicillin in spiked influent and effluent sewage treatment plant water samples with excellent recoveries (mean values for penicillin G and amoxicillin, 99 and 105%, respectively). Results displayed by comparative analysis of the immunosensor with a chromatographic procedure for penicillins showed excellent agreement between both methods.  相似文献

甘薯在常温环境下放置极易出现失重、腐烂、发芽等问题,较难贮藏。为明确不同1-甲基环丙烯(1-MCP)熏蒸处理对甘薯贮藏保鲜及抗氧化能力的影响,并筛选出适宜甘薯常温贮藏的保鲜技术,本试验以烟薯25号为试验材料,研究不同熏蒸浓度(0.5、1.0、2.0、4.0、8.0 μL·L-1)、不同熏蒸时间(6、12、24、36、48 h)及其交互作用对甘薯贮藏保鲜效果的影响,并通过模糊评价方法对不同1-MCP处理组在不同贮藏时间(0、7、14、22、30、60、90、120 d)的动态时间点上进行综合评判与分析。结果表明,在相同熏蒸时间条件下,高浓度1-MCP处理显著抑制甘薯发芽率、发芽指数和丙二醛(MDA)含量上升,抗氧化酶活性随着1-MCP处理浓度的增加呈降低趋势。相同熏蒸浓度条件下,12 h熏蒸处理与其他处理组相比贮藏保鲜效果更好。双因素方差分析结果显示,熏蒸浓度、熏蒸时间及其交互作用对甘薯贮藏期不同理化指标的影响随贮藏时间的延长逐渐减小,其中熏蒸浓度对甘薯发芽率、发芽指数、失重率、MDA含量及过氧化氢酶(CAT)、坏血酸过氧化酶(APX)活性的影响较大,熏蒸时间对甘薯超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性影响更大,熏蒸浓度与熏蒸时间的交互作用主要影响甘薯的呼吸强度。模糊综合评价模型表明, 2 μL·L-1 1-MCP密闭熏蒸12 h最接近标准物元的最优状态,贮藏保鲜效果最好。本研究结果可为延长甘薯货架期与贮藏期提供技术参考。  相似文献

The impact of 1-methylcyclopropene (1-MCP) on the synthesis and retention of flavonoid compounds during storage and ripening of red Delicious (Malus x domestica Borkh.) apples was investigated. Numerous anthocyanins, flavonols, flavan-3-ols, and a hydroxycinnamic acid from three different fruit harvest maturities were monitored after a 120 day storage and 1 week shelf life period using high-performance liquid chromatography/diode array detector analysis. The total flavonoid concentration was 5% greater in fruit treated with 1-MCP, whereas chlorogenic acid levels were 24% lower. All compounds analyzed increased in concentration during fruit harvest; however, the anthocyanins generally declined after storage, while chlorogenic acid levels increased. 1-MCP treatment resulted in the retention of anthocyanins in the latter stages of storage but did not affect the flavonols and flavan-3-ols. Chlorogenic acid biosynthesis from early and optimal fruit harvest maturities was greatly inhibited by 1-MCP during storage and the 1 week shelf life period. However, 1-MCP did not affect chlorogenic acid concentrations in late-harvested fruit. Results suggest that 1-MCP may inhibit the activity of phenylalanine ammonia-lyase and subsequent biosynthesis of flavonoid compounds. However, because very little postharvest biosynthesis of flavonoids occurs in apples, 1-MCP treatment may be useful for maintaining some of the intrinsic flavonoid levels of red Delicious apples, if applied at the proper harvest maturity.  相似文献

[目的]探究保水剂粒径对秦巴山区土壤水分及烤烟生长的影响,为改善秦巴山区烟田的土壤环境以及促进保水剂在烤烟生产中的应用提供科学支持。[方法]以不施用保水剂为对照,以粉末状(粒径0.18mm)、细颗粒状(粒径0.18~2.25mm)和颗粒状(粒径2.25~3.25mm)的聚丙烯酸钾保水剂为研究材料,监测不同粒径的保水剂对秦巴山区黄棕壤烟田土壤水分、土壤容重及烤烟生长、烤烟品质及经济性状的影响。[结果]不同粒径的聚丙烯酸钾保水剂在烤烟不同生长期均可提高0—40cm土层土壤水分,降低0—40cm土层土壤容重,但对40cm以下土层的土壤水分无显著影响,其中细颗粒状保水剂对土壤水分、土壤容重影响较大。不同粒径的保水剂均可促进烤烟根系生长及茎叶生长,提高烟叶产量与产值,降低下等烟的比例,其中细颗粒状保水剂对烤烟最大叶片、根系生长量、产量及产值影响较大,但粉末状保水剂对上等烟比例影响较大。[结论]不同粒径的保水剂均可提高烤烟品质,其中细颗粒状保水剂对烟碱、总氮、钾及氯的影响较大,粉末状保水剂对总糖和还原糖影响较大。秦巴山区黄棕壤烟田应选用细颗粒状的聚丙烯酸钾保水剂。  相似文献

The p-sulfonatocalix[n]arenes are supposed to show potential application in the clinical treatment of viologen poisoning. In the present study, p-sulfonatocalix[4]arene (C4AS), the most common derivative of p-sulfonatocalix[n]arenes, is used to study the antidotic mechanism for paraquat (PQ) by pharmacokinetics in vivo. A high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method was established to determine the concentration of PQ in rat plasma. The results showed that the peak plasma concentration (C(max)) and area under the plasma concentration-time curve (AUC(0-t)) were significantly lower after C4AS intervention than in the PQ intoxication group. It was considered that C4AS has great effective detoxication to PQ poisoning, and the results of in vitro intestinal absorption studies showed that C4AS can inhibit the absorption of PQ via oral administration by forming a stable inclusion constant.  相似文献

以煤矸石山的生态恢复为目的,将煤矸石粉粒作为改良煤矸石山绿化基质的主要组成部分,同时添加土壤、保水剂、缓释肥和菌肥,作为基质组成的4个因素,各因素均设4个水平,选用L16(44)正交表安排每类基质中各组成部分的水平,在各基质中播种紫穗槐,通过分析紫穗槐的出苗率和壮苗指数,判定得到适合于煤矸石山绿化的基质为:煤矸石粉粒和土壤的体积比为2:1,每m3的煤矸石粉粒和土壤的混合物中添加保水剂和菌肥的质量分别为2kg和680g。采用这种基质配比方式,对于满足植物正常生长,降低煤矸石山改良的成本,具有一定的参考意义。  相似文献

为研究1-甲基环丙烯(1-MCP)熏蒸和60Co-γ辐照处理对枇杷贮藏品质的影响,本研究以大五星枇杷为试验材料,对采后自发气调包装枇杷的腐烂指数、木质素、硬度、呼吸强度、乙烯生成速率、相对电导率、可滴定酸(TA)、可溶性固形物(TSS)以及苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)、脂氧合酶(LOX)、多酚氧化酶(PPO)、过氧化物酶(POD)活性进行测定,研究6±0.5℃条件下1 μL·L-1 1-MCP、1.5 kGy60Co-γ、1 μL·L-1 1-MCP+1.5 kGy 60Co-γ不同处理对枇杷贮藏品质的影响。结果表明, 1-MCP和60Co-γ复合处理效果最好,可延缓腐烂指数和木质素含量上升,维持果实硬度,降低果实呼吸强度、乙烯生成速率和相对电导率,保持果实TA和TSS含量,抑制PAL、LOX、PPO和POD活性的上升。在贮藏40 d时,1-MCP和60Co-γ复合处理枇杷的腐烂指数仅为17.95%,而1-MCP组、60Co-γ组、CK组分别为22.86%、25.72%和36.24%。因此,1-MCP和60Co-γ复合处理对枇杷果实的贮藏效果最好。本研究结果为枇杷的贮藏保鲜提供了理论依据。  相似文献

Cyclodextrins are common compounds capable of forming inclusion complexes with a variety of pesticides to improve their solubility, bioavailability, and stability. In this study, chloramidophos (CP) was inclusion-complexed with beta-cyclodextrin (beta-CD) by a kneading method in an attempt to gain a more stable but equally effecacious formulation compared with CP alone. A 1:1 CP-beta-CD complex with an inclusion constant of 203.0 M(-1) was determined to exist by UV spectrophotometry. The structural identification, thermal stability, and biological assays of the CP-beta-CD complex were then carried out with a product with the maximum guest loading efficiency. The data measured by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR), and X-ray diffraction (XRD), where the endothermic peaks of beta-CD, the FT-IR bands, and the XRD peaks were generally changed, deduced the formation of complex. Results of the thermal stability assay showed that the degradation rate of CP in 14-day incubation was slowed by a factor of 3.6 when it was complexed with beta-CD. Then, activity and toxicity of CP influenced by the encapsulated process of beta-CD were evaluated by an in vitro acetylcholinesterase (AChE) inhibition assay and an acute aquatic toxicity assay, respectively. No significant differences were found in both the two biological assays by a t-test. This indicated that the encapsulation process greatly improved the thermal stability of the pesticide with no adverse effects on bioefficacy compared to that of CP. There is a promising outlook for CP-beta-CD to be produced as the active ingredient of various formulation additives of CP for its continued application.  相似文献

[6]-Gingerol is the major pungent principle of ginger and frequently is ingested with various condiments and nutritional supplements. We report here that incubation of [6]-gingerol with NADPH-fortified rat hepatic microsomes gave rise to eight metabolites, which were tentatively identified by GC-MS analysis as two products of aromatic hydroxylation as well as the diastereomers of two aliphatic hydroxylation products and the diastereomers of [6]-gingerdiol. Hepatic microsomes from rats and humans fortified with UDPGA glucuronidated [6]-gingerol predominantly at the phenolic hydroxyl group, but small amounts of a second monoglucuronide involving the aliphatic hydroxyl group were also identified by LC-MS/MS analysis. Human intestinal microsomes formed the phenolic glucuronide only. Supersomes containing human UGT1A1 and 1A3 exclusively generated the phenolic glucuronide, albeit with very low activities, whereas UGT1A9 catalyzed the specific formation of the alcoholic glucuronide and UGT2B7 the predominant formation of the phenolic glucuronide with high activities. Our study indicates a rather complex metabolism of [6]-gingerol, which should be taken into consideration for the multiple biological activities of this compound.  相似文献

Eleven odor-active thiols, namely, 2-methyl-1-propene-1-thiol, (Z)-3-methyl-1-butene-1-thiol, (E)-3-methyl-1-butene-1-thiol, (Z)-2-methyl-1-butene-1-thiol, (E)-2-methyl-1-butene-1-thiol, 2-methyl-3-furanthiol, 3-mercapto-2-pentanone, 2-mercapto-3-pentanone, 4-mercapto-3-hexanone, 3-mercapto-3-methylbutyl formate, and 2-methyl-3-thiophenethiol, recently identified in an extract prepared from white sesame seeds, were quantitated in sesame using stable isotope dilution analyses. For that purpose, the following deuterium-labeled compounds were synthesized and used as internal standards in the quantitation assays: [2H6]-2-methyl-1-propene-1-thiol, [2H3]-(E)- and [2H3]-(Z)-2-methyl-1-butene-1-thiol, [2H3]-2-methyl-3-furanthiol, [2H2]-3-mercapto-2-pentanone, [2H3]-4-mercapto-3-hexanone, [2H6]-3-mercapto-3-methylbutyl formate, and [2H3]-2-methyl-3-thiophenethiol. On the basis of the results obtained, odor activity values (OAVs) were calculated as ratio of the concentration and odor threshold of the individual compounds in cooking oil. According to their high OAVs, particularly the 3-methyl-1-butene-1-thiols (OAV: 2400) and the 2-methyl-1-butene-1-thiols (OAV: 960) were identified as the most odor-active compounds in pan-roasted white sesame seeds. These compounds were therefore suggested to be mainly responsible for the characteristic but rather unstable sulfury aroma of freshly pan-roasted white sesame seeds.  相似文献

Isotopically labeled D-glucose, D-fructose, 1-deoxy-D-fructose, and 6-deoxyhexoses were applied to detached ripening strawberry (Fragaria x ananassa) fruits, and the incorporation of the isotopes into the key strawberry aroma compounds 2,5-dimethyl-4-hydroxy-3(2H)-furanone (DMHF, 1) and 2,5-dimethyl-4-methoxy-3(2H)-furanone (DMMF, 2) was determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. In contrast to previous reports the data clearly showed that 6-deoxy-D-fructose/6-deoxy-D-glucose and 1-deoxy-D-fructose are not natural precursors of the furanones. However, isotopically labeled 1 and 2 were observed after the application of [1-(2)H]-, [2-(2)H]-, and [6,6-(2)H(2)]-D-glucose as well as [U-(13)C(6)]-, [1-(13)C]-, [1-(2)H]-, [6,6-(2)H(2)]-D-fructose. The isotope label of [4-(2)H]-D-glucose was not recovered in the furanones. In contrast, [2-(2)H]-D-glucose was converted to [1- or 6-(2)H]-1 and [1- or 6-(2)H]-2 by the strawberry fruits. The observed isotope shift can be explained by the catalysis of phosphohexose isomerase in the course of the biogenesis of the hydroxyfuranone (1) and the methoxyfuranone (2) from D-glucose. Thus, the applied D-glucose is metabolized to D-fructose-6-phosphate prior to the transformation into the furanones.  相似文献

[目的]以过硫酸铵(APS)为引发剂,N,N'-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(NMBA)为交联剂,通过壳聚糖(CTS)和瓜尔胶(GG)接枝丙烯酸(AA)制备新型高耐盐保水剂,探究其合成过程最佳反应条件,研究其对盐碱地土壤保水保肥的效果。[方法]利用水溶液聚合法制备保水剂,通过单因素试验(AA中和度、GG投加量、APS用量、NMBA用量)研究保水剂的最佳合成条件,用FTIR和SEM对产物进行表征,并对产物的环境适应性(盐溶液类型及浓度、溶液pH值)及其加入盐碱土后对于土壤水肥保持的效果进行研究。[结果]当AA中和度为85%,GG投加量为0.2g,APS与NMBA用量分别为单体总量的0.3%和0.02%时,该保水剂在去离子水和0.9%NaCl溶液中的吸收效率分别为1 128g/g和185g/g,此时产物的吸收效果达到最佳。红外光谱与电镜扫描分析结果表明CTS,GG和AA都参与了聚合反应,产物具有较好的空间网络结构与表面形态。该保水剂在溶液pH值为4~10的范围内吸收效率较稳定,但是当溶液中存在阳离子时其吸收效率明显降低,阳离子类型对其吸收效率的抑制作用从大到小依次为:Mg2+Ca2+Na+K+。当保水剂加入到盐碱土时,既能提高土壤持水能力又能抑制土壤氮肥和钾肥的淋溶损失。[结论]本研究自制保水剂具有较好的耐盐效果,环境适应性强,单体环境友好,将其加入盐碱土壤时能够有效降低土壤水肥的淋溶损失。  相似文献

Wounding is one of the most effective stress signals to induce ethylene synthesis in persimmon (Diospyros kaki Thunb.). We found that wound-induced ethylene biosynthesis is subjected to negative feedback regulation in mature 'Saijo' persimmon fruit since ethylene production was enhanced by 1-methylcyclopropene (1-MCP) (an inhibitor of ethylene perception) pretreatment, which was approximately 1.8 fold of that in control tissues (without 1-MCP pretreatment). Wound-induced 1-aminocyclopropane-1-carboxylate (ACC) synthase activity and DK-ACS2 gene expression were substantially increased by 1-MCP pretreatment after 12 h, which resulted in much higher ACC content in 1-MCP pretreated tissues than that in a control after 24 h. These results indicated that wound-induced DK-ACS2 gene expression was negatively regulated by ethylene in mature persimmon fruit. However, 1-MCP pretreatment had no effect on DK-ACO1 gene expression, suggesting the independence of wound-induced DK-ACO1 on ethylene. Out of accord with DK-ACO1 gene expression, ACC oxidase activity was enhanced 48 h after wounding in 1-MCP pretreated tissues, reaching a peak 1.5-fold higher than that in control tissues at 60 h.  相似文献
