[目的]探究随着绵羊体内胎儿的发育,母体卵巢转录组表达水平的变化。[方法]试验绵羊为苏格兰黑面羊和特克赛尔羊F1代杂交品种,3个妊娠时间分别为妊娠23 d、妊娠35 d和妊娠100 d。从NCBI的高通量测序数据SRA存储库下载3个妊娠时期绵羊卵巢转录组的18个样本数据。使用Z-Score方法对转录组数据进行标准化处理。将妊娠23 d、妊娠35 d的绵羊卵巢组织进行比对,妊娠35 d、妊娠100 d的绵羊卵巢组织进行比对,使用R语言的limma包进行基因差异表达分析,筛选DEGs,以P-Value<0.05和|logFC|≥2作为筛选DEGs条件。利用DAVID在线软件对DEGs进行注释及功能富集分析,并以P-Value<0.05作为信号通路显著富集标志。[结果]在妊娠23 d与妊娠35 d组绵羊卵巢中筛选出54个DEGs,妊娠35 d与妊娠100 d组绵羊卵巢中筛选出68个DEGs,两组均包含HSP90AA1、HSP90AB1、MMP2和HSP90B1基因。妊娠23 d与35 d组绵羊卵巢的54个DEGs显著富集到包括内质网蛋白质加工信号通路、核糖体信号通路、雌激素信号通路、癌症蛋白聚糖信号通路、扩张型心肌病信号通路、肥厚型心肌病信号通路6条通路;妊娠35 d、妊娠100 d组绵羊卵巢的68个DEGs显著富集到包括癌症相关信号通路、黏着斑信号通路、抗原加工与提呈信号通路、细胞外基质受体相互作用信号通路、细菌侵袭上皮细胞信号通路、内质网蛋白质加工信号通路、核糖体信号通路、雌激素信号通路、PI3K-Akt信号通路、癌症蛋白聚糖信号通路和前列腺癌信号通路11条通路。[结论]在妊娠期间雌激素信号通路上的HSP90AA1、HSP90AB1、MMP2和HSP90B1基因表达有很大变化,这些基因可能对绵羊妊娠维持有着重要的作用。  相似文献

本试验在干物质采食量一致条件下,改变精料补充料与饲草比例调控妊娠后期母羊饲粮营养水平,旨在研究其对产后羔羊生长性能、器官发育和血清抗氧化指标的影响.选用健康、年龄[(11.0±1.0)月龄]和体重[(44.43±2.20) kg]相近、妊娠90 d的怀双羔初产湖羊母羊66只,分为3组,每组22只.以干物质为基础按照精料补充料与饲草比例分别为5∶5(5∶5组)、4∶6(4∶6组)和3∶7(3∶7组)饲喂至产羔,产羔后各组母羊饲喂相同的全混合日粮,自由采食.出生10、60 d屠宰羔羊测定各组织器官重量,出生20、60 d采集羔羊血清测定血清抗氧化指标.结果表明:1)妊娠后期母羊饲粮营养水平对羔羊初生重、哺乳期(出生0~60 d)羔羊体重均无显著影响(P>0.05),但随营养水平降低,羔羊初生重有降低趋势(0.05≤P<0.10),出生40和50 d体重有增加趋势(0.05≤P<0.10).2)出生0d,随着妊娠后期母羊饲粮营养水平的降低,羔羊的胸深极显著提高(P<0.01),体斜长显著降低(P<0.05);出生60 d,随着妊娠后期母羊饲粮营养水平的降低,羔羊的胸深、曲冠臀长显著或极显著提高(P<0.05或P<0.01).3)出生10 d,羔羊的肝脏、肺脏的重量随妊娠后期母羊饲粮营养水平的降低而显著降低(P<0.05);出生60 d,各组羔羊的组织器官重量差异不显著(P>0.05).4)出生20和60 d,随着妊娠后期母羊饲粮营养水平的降低,羔羊血清中总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、谷胱甘肽过氧化酶(GSH-Px)含量显著或极显著提高(P<0.05或P<0.01),丙二醛(MDA)含量极显著降低(P<0.01).妊娠后期通过精料补充料与饲草比例调控母羊饲粮营养水平时发现,低营养水平(低精料补充料比例)能够降低羔羊初生重,但经补偿生长作用,羔羊血清抗氧化能力得到提高,生长性能也得到恢复.  相似文献

These studies aimed to determine if shearing ewes at the second or last third of gestation modify the uterine and placentome blood flow, placentome size, and maternal progesterone concentration. Pregnant ewes were assigned to four groups of 12 ewes each according to the gestation period: mid-pregnancy sheared (on day 90 of pregnancy) or unshorn group; and late-pregnancy sheared group (on day 121 of pregnancy) or unshorn group. In both experimental periods, using spectral Doppler ultrasonography, placentomes and uterine artery blood flow and placentome size were evaluated 14 days before and 6 days after shearing. An additional measurement was performed 26 days after shearing in mid-pregnant ewes. Serum progesterone concentration was measured before shearing 4, 24, 72 h, and 22 days after shearing. The uterine artery's end-diastolic velocity (EDV) tended to be greater in the sheared than in the non-sheared ewes (p = 0.1). Peak systolic velocity (PSV) and EDV of placentome increased (p = 0.05 and p = 0.008, respectively) on day 26, accompanied by an increase in placentome area (p = 0.035) in mid-pregnant ewes. In late-pregnant ewes, uterine artery and placentome blood flow and size did not vary. Progesterone concentration varied with time but was not affected by shearing. In conclusion, shearing triggered an increase in placentome size and some changes in blood flow only when ewes were sheared during the second third of their pregnancy. Shearing ewes either the second or last third of gestation did not affect uterine artery blood flow and progesterone secretion.  相似文献

It is useful to determine the gestational age in sheep to provide essential information for effective flock management practices. The aims of this study were to evaluate the efficacy and practical aspects for using two ultrasound techniques, transabdominal and transrectal, in determining the gestational age in Württemberg ewes. Monitoring of embryo and fetus developmental stages during the ewes’ gestation was carried out with real time ultrasound using a transabdominal convex probe, frequency 3.5 MHz, and a transrectal linear probe, frequency 7.5 MHz. The size of the embryonic vesicle during the period from the 23rd to the 38th day of gestation can be used as a confirmational indicator of gestational age when the transrectal probe is used. The occipital nasal diameter correlated with the gestational age with both transabdominal (P < 0.05) and transrectal probes (P < 0.01) from the 46th to the 63rd day of gestation. The biparietal diameter of the fetal head measured by transabdominal probe during the period from the 46th to the 63rd day of gestation correlates with gestation age (P < 0.05). The diameter of the fetal eye orbit monitored by transrectal probe from the 46th to the 63rd day of gestation also correlated well with gestational age (P < 0.05).  相似文献

为了探讨不同生产期对澳美后代(即用澳美公羊授精鄂尔多斯细毛羊母羊所产羔羊)初生重的影响,该试验选取400只基础母羊,随机分为4组(全部试验羊的日粮水平及饲养管理条件均相同),分别在不同月份授精,待妊娠母羊产羔后,记录其初生重。结果发现,2009年1、2、3、4月妊娠母羊所产单羔的平均初生重依次为(4.81±0.51)、(4.30±0.68)、(3.95±0.70)、(3.98±0.47)kg,双羔的平均初生重依次为(4.03±0.85)、(3.08±0.24)、(3.08±0.53)、(2.87±0.40)kg;2010年1、2、3、4月妊娠母羊所产的羔羊单羔平均初生重分别为(5.43±0.63)、(4.63±0.55)、(4.60±0.73)、(4.54±0.63)kg,双羔的平均初生重分别为(4.10±0.48)、(3.30±0.94)、(3.28±0.68)、(3.10±0.18)kg。由此可见,澳美后代羔羊的初生重与生产期有密切关系,1—4月出生的澳美后代羔羊的初生重呈下降趋势,其中,1月出生的羔羊其初生重均高于2、3、4月出生的羔羊,且每年1月与4月出生羔羊的初生重差异均显著(P<0.05)。  相似文献

Heritabilities and genetic correlations for different prolificacy traits were estimated to assess possibilities of selection for high number of piglets weaned. Three litter-size traits: total number of piglets born (TNB), number of piglets born alive (NBA), number of piglets weaned (NW); four piglet survival traits: number of stillborn piglets (NSB), percent of stillborn piglets (NSB%), piglet mortality between birth and weaning (PM), percent of dead piglets during suckling (PM%); and three traits measuring time intervals: age at first farrowing (AFF), first farrowing interval (FFI), and gestation length (GL) were analysed. The Finnish national litter recording scheme provided data on the first parity litters of 11 329 Landrace and 8 362 Large White pigs born between 1986 and 2000. The heritabilitiy estimates were moderate for AFF and GL (0.24–0.37), and low for all the other traits (0.03–0.11). The genetic correlations between TNB and PM (0.68 in Landrace and 0.43 in Large White) and between NBA and PM (0.64 in Landrace and 0.31 in Large White) suggest that selection only for high TNB or NBA will lead to increased PM. The results showed further that GL will increase indirectly if the selection pressure is for low PM (r g =?0.050 in Landrace and ?0.43 in Large White.  相似文献

The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of supplementation with digestible undegradable protein (DUP) in diet during late pregnancy on colostrum production, lamb survival and growth. For 3 weeks prior to lambing, 41 Afshari ewes were assigned at random to three dietary treatments, namely a control (CDUP), moderate (MDUP) and high (HDUP) DUP group. The ewes (n = 14) in CDUP group were fed a protein maintenance level for pregnant ewes [83 g metabolizable protein (MP)/kg dry matter (DM)], while ewes in the MDUP (n = 13) and HDUP (n = 14) groups were fed diets provided 14% (94.7 g MP/kg DM) and 24% (104.3 g MP/kg DM) MP in excess of these requirements respectively, which this increment was coming from DUP (DUP/MP ratio 43.8; 51.0% and 57.6% respectively). All diets were isoenergetic (12 MJ ME/kg DM). All ewes received the same lactation diet after lambing. Ewes in HDUP tend to produce more colostrums (p < 0.1) and had higher protein, fat, and solids non-fat content (p < 0.05) in colostrums during the first 24 h after lambing. MDUP group had higher colostrum yield compared to CDUP (p < 0.1). The changes in body weight and body condition score of ewes were similar for all diets but placenta weight was higher in MDUP group (p < 0.05) than for HDUP and CDUP ewes. Lamb body weight at weaning was higher for males compared to females (p < 0.05), but was not different between treatments. HDUP ewes had higher blood glucose concentration in the pre-lambing period than other treatments (p < 0.05). In this period, increasing the level of DUP in diet increased the content of blood urea nitrogen (p < 0.05). It was concluded that increasing the DUP content of diet for 3 weeks prior to lambing above the standard requirements resulted in an increase in colostrums production but had no effect on lamb outcome to weaning.  相似文献

In order to rapid propagation of purebred Wagyu, the experiment were conducted to study the effects of high intensity superovulation, embryo sex identification and different breeds recipient cattle on calving, gestation period and calf birth weight. Wagyu were superovulated repeatedly for nine times with a 30 days interval. The results indicated that the average number of total embryos collected at the second time was 22.78, which was significantly higher than those of the fifth to ninth times (P< 0.05),and there was no significant difference between the other groups (P> 0.05).There was no significant difference between the number of transferable embryos in the first to third times (P> 0.05). The available embryos number of the second times superovulation were significantly higher than those of the fourth to ninth times (P< 0.05),and were remarkably significantly higher than those of the seventh and ninth times (P< 0.01). There were no observably differences of pregnant rate and calving rate between sex identified embryos, and regular embryos respectively (P> 0.05).The female calf percentage of sexed embryos was 95.56%. The calving rate of the Simmental-catalo receptors were higher than those of Wagyu-catalo and Holstein receptors (P> 0.05). The gestation period of Wagyu-catalo were remarkably significantly greater than those of Simmental-catalo and Holstein receptors (P< 0.01), however, there was no significant difference between Simmental-catalo and Holstein receptors (P> 0.05). The birth weight of female calves calved by Simmental-catalo receptors were higher than those of Wagyu-catalo (P< 0.05), which was extremely significantly higher than those of Holstein receptor (P< 0.01). The male calf birth weight was no significant difference in the three breeds receptors (P> 0.05). There were obvious differences between male and female calves in gestation and birth weight with in the same recipient breed.  相似文献

运用形态计量学方法对31头牦牛肉阜间区子宫腺的相关组织学数据进行了测定,并进行统计分析。研究发现,除了妊娠151~180 d,牦牛肉阜间区子宫腺上皮高度随着妊娠时间的增长极显著降低(P0.01);妊娠期子宫腺管周长和面积非常明显增大(P0.01);不同妊娠阶段之间体积密度差异极显著(P0.01),先增加后下降,而表面密度无显著差异(P0.05);除了妊娠151~180 d,扭曲腺管和管状腺管的比例随着妊娠时间的增长分别非常显著地增大或减小(P0.01);分泌腺管的比例在妊娠期间有明显变化(P0.05),牦牛肉阜间区还存在嵌套腺管。结果显示,妊娠期牦牛肉阜间区子宫腺形态结构有明显的变化,子宫腺变的更大、更长,形状更加扭曲。  相似文献

为达到快速扩繁纯种和牛的目的,试验从供体牛高强度超数排卵、胚胎性别鉴定及不同品种受体牛移植对产犊、妊娠期和犊牛初生重的影响进行研究。结果表明,纯种和牛连续超排9次,每次间隔30 d,第2次头均回收胚数22.78枚,显著高于第5~9次结果(P< 0.05),其余各组之间无显著差异(P> 0.05);第1~3次头均可用胚数分别为8.67、13.78、8.56枚,组间无显著差异(P> 0.05),第2次头均可用胚数显著高于第4~9次头均可用胚数(P< 0.05),极显著高于第7、9次头均可用胚数(P< 0.01)。性别鉴定胚胎和常规胚胎移植妊娠率和产犊率差异均不显著(P> 0.05),性别鉴定胚胎的母犊率为95.56%。西门塔尔杂交牛受体产犊率高于和牛杂交牛、荷斯坦奶牛受体,但差异不显著(P> 0.05)。和牛杂交牛受体妊娠期极显著高于西门塔尔杂交牛和荷斯坦奶牛受体(P< 0.01),西门塔尔杂交牛和荷斯坦奶牛之间差异不显著(P> 0.05);西门塔尔杂交牛受体所产和牛母犊初生重显著高于和牛杂交牛受体(P< 0.05),极显著高于荷斯坦奶牛受体(P< 0.01),3个品种受体牛产和牛公犊初生重之间差异不显著(P> 0.05);同一品种受体牛其产公、母犊牛的妊娠期及初生重均相近。  相似文献

试验选择体重相近、健康良好的无角陶赛特羊与藏羊杂一代羔羊28只,藏羊羔羊15只进行育肥,测定其育肥效果。结果表明,试验组绝对增重、平均日增重和相对增重分别比对照组提高4.35kg、72.5g/d和23.87%,差异显著(P〈0.05);试验组胴体重、屠宰率分别较对照组提高4.55kg和4.74%,差异显著(P〈0.05),试验组GR值和眼肌面积分别较对照组提高2.12cm。和0.7mm,但差异不显著(P〉0.05);经济效益分析表明,育肥后杂一代羊较藏羊多收入174.0元/只。  相似文献

To determine how nutrient restriction and melatonin supplementation influence ewe and foetal hepatic and small intestinal energy use, 32 primiparous ewes on d 50 of gestation were fed 60% (RES) or 100% (ADQ) of NRC recommendations with 0 (CON) or 5 mg/d (MEL) of dietary melatonin. On d 130 of gestation, small intestine and liver were weighed and collected. Data were analysed as a completely randomized design with a 2 × 2 factorial arrangement of treatments. Liver weight (g/kg EBW) decreased (p = 0.02) in RES ewes. Jejunum weight (g/kg BW) increased (interaction p = 0.04) in ADQ‐MEL ewes compared with all other treatments. Total in vitro O2 consumption (mol/min/tissue) and total citrate synthase activity (mol/min/tissue and mol/min/kg EBW) in liver decreased (p ≤ 0.03) in RES ewes. Oxygen consumption (mol/min/kg EBW) increased (interaction p = 0.02) in jejunum of ADQ‐CON versus RES‐MEL and ADQ‐CON. Citrate synthase activity (mol/min/kg of EBW) increased (interaction p = 0.03) in jejunum of ADQ‐MEL compared with RES‐MEL and ADQ‐CON. Foetal liver weight (g/kg BW) decreased (p = 0.02) in RES versus ADQ. Foetal small intestine weight (g/kg BW) decreased (interaction p = 0.05) in RES‐MEL versus ADQ‐MEL. Total O2 consumption (mol/min/tissue) and total citrate synthase activity (mol/min/kg of BW) in foetal liver decreased (p ≤ 0.05) in RES versus ADQ. Foetal small intestinal O2 consumption (mol/min/kg of BW) was greater (interaction p = 0.03) in RES‐CON and ADQ‐MEL than RES‐MEL and ADQ‐CON. Maternal nutrient restriction had a greater effect than melatonin supplementation on liver and jejunum mass and energy utilization in dams and foetuses. Because intestinal mass and energy utilization were more responsive to melatonin supplementation in ewes fed adequate nutrition compared with restricted ewes, melatonin may have limited use as a therapeutic supplement to help overcome potential negative effects of nutrient restriction.  相似文献

为获得河南省绵羊隐孢子虫的流行病学资料,应用饱和蔗糖溶液漂浮法和改良抗酸染色法对河南省4个地区的5个羊场共1701份绵羊粪样进行了检测,并对绵羊隐孢子虫感染的风险因素进行了评估。结果表明,查出隐孢子虫阳性样品80份,总阳性率为4.70%,3周龄羔羊和产后3周母羊的感染率最高,分别为41.18%和6.29%。根据隐孢子虫卵囊的形态学数值分析结果,将发现于绵羊的隐孢子虫卵囊初步鉴定为微小隐孢子虫和安氏隐孢子虫。同时发现绵羊隐孢子虫感染存在年龄差异,但未见明显的季节性变化。  相似文献

为了证明引入东佛里生羊发展肉乳兼用型羊产业的可行性,本研究开展了东佛里生羊、湖羊、东湖杂交F1代、东湖杂交F2代的初生、2月龄、4月龄、6月龄体重数据和6月龄胴体重数据测定,以及体重、日增重、屠宰率数据的对比分析。结果表明:随着东佛里生羊血统占比提高,羔羊体重呈现增加趋势;4月龄和6月龄各组合羔羊体重都呈现显著性差异;东湖F1、F2代羔羊哺乳期和育肥期日增重显著高于湖羊。因此,生产中可以利用东佛里生羊对湖羊开展导血改良,提高羔羊体重,增加养殖效益。  相似文献

将妊娠母鼠随机分为高剂量(1/10LD50)、中剂量(1/50 LD50)、低剂量(1/250LD50)和溶剂对照组。高、中、低剂量染毒组和对照组母鼠分别于妊娠的9,11,13,15 d和17 d腹腔注射1.2,0.24,0.048 g/L的醋酸铅[Pb(CH3COO)2·3H20]溶液和灭茼蒸馏水0.01 mL/g。研究醋酸铅对妊娠小鼠雄性后代的生长发育和生殖能力的影响。试验结果表明:①高剂量染毒母鼠带仔行为受到醋酸铅的显著影响;②各试验组后代公鼠体重增长变化无统计学差异(P>0.05);③各试验组公鼠的睾丸、附睾湿重及其与体重的比值均无明显差异(P>0.05);④各染毒组后代公鼠精子相对密度显著低于对照组(P<0.01);⑤各染毒组后代公鼠精子活力与对照组之间无统计学差异(P>0.05);⑥高剂量和中剂量组后代公鼠精子畸形比率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),低剂量组则与对照组无统计学差异(P>0.05);⑦备染毒组后代公鼠精子顶体形态异常率与对照组之间无统计学差异(P>0.05)。  相似文献

为探索云南考摩型细毛羊的增重规律,选择体重20 kg左右的云南考摩型细毛羊22只,测定其体重。结果发现,随着云南考摩型细毛羊日龄的增加,其增重速度逐渐加快,采食量逐渐增大,牧草转化效率逐渐提高;在同一时期,绵羊日增重为公羊>羯羊>母羊,饲料转化效率公羊>羯羊>母羊。这一规律也分别在血清生化指标及激素含量中找到依据。  相似文献

Sows mated in summer produce a greater proportion of born-light piglets (<1.1 kg) which contributes to increased carcass fatness in the progeny population. The reasons for the low birth weight of these piglets remain unclear, and there have been few successful mitigation strategies identified. We hypothesized that: 1) the low birth weight of progeny born to sows mated in summer may be associated with weight loss during the previous summer lactation; and 2) increasing early gestation feed allowance for the sows with high lactational weight loss in summer can help weight recovery and improve progeny birth weight. Sows were classified as having either low (av. 1%) or high (av. 7%) lactational weight loss in their summer lactation. All the sows with low lactational weight loss (LLStd) and half of the sows with high lactational weight loss received a standard gestation feeding regime (HLStd) (2.6 kg/d; day 0–30 gestation), whereas the rest of the sows with high lactational weight loss received a compensatory feed allowance (HLComp) (3.5 kg/d; day 0–30 gestation). A comparison of LLStd (n = 75) versus HLStd sows (n = 78) showed that this magnitude of weight loss over summer lactation did not affect the average piglet or litter birth weight, but such results may be influenced by the higher litter size (P = 0.030) observed in LLStd sows. A comparison of HLStd versus HLComp (n = 81) sows showed that the compensatory feeding increased (P = 0.021) weight gain of gestating sows by 6 kg, increased (P = 0.009) average piglet birth weight by 0.12 kg, tended to reduce (P = 0.054) the percentage of born-light piglets from 23.5% to 17.1% but reduced the litter size by 1.4 (P = 0.014). A subgroup of progeny stratified as born-light (0.8–1.1 kg) or -normal (1.3–1.7 kg) from each sow treatment were monitored for growth performance from weaning until 100 kg weight. The growth performance and carcass backfat of progeny were not affected by sow treatments. Born-light progeny had lower feed intake, lower growth rate, higher G:F, and higher carcass backfat than born-normal progeny (all P < 0.05). In summary, compensatory feeding from day 0 to 30 gestation in the sows with high weight loss during summer lactation reduced the percentage of born-light progeny at the cost of a lower litter size, which should improve growth rate and carcass leanness in the progeny population born to sows with high lactational weight loss.  相似文献

用常规方法监测了11只围产期小尾寒羊的体温、脉搏、呼吸、红细胞、血红蛋白、白细胞和白细胞分类各项数值。结果表明,分娩前后体温和中性分叶细胞呈“M”形变化,分娩时增高,产后第5 d时降低,产后第12 d又升高。血红蛋白和红细胞数则从产前到产后5 d期间都处于低水平,产后12 d恢复至正常水平。呼吸数、脉搏数及白细胞数在分娩时均升高。  相似文献
