采集具有典型高致病性猪蓝耳病病变特征的心、肝、脾、肺、肾、小肠和淋巴结等制作成石蜡切片,经H.E染色后观察,显示肾小管上皮细胞变性、坏死、脱落减少、肾脏局部出血、肾小球见有萎缩;肺的病例变化差异较大,可见到肺气肿、出血、肺泡壁增厚、单核淋巴细胞等炎性细胞渗出和肺泡内充满纤维素样蛋白渗出物等;肝脏见液化性坏死灶、肝小叶间结缔组织增生;脾脏的动脉鞘部位淋巴细胞减少,噬酸性粒细胞浸润,脾小体周围出血;淋巴结中见有合胞体等。  相似文献

观察了 2 2头哺乳仔猪 ,3日龄肌肉注射牲血素 15 0mg后 ,注射后 3~ 6 0d ,用组织学方法 ,制石腊切片 ,做PERLS铁染色[1] 和HE染色 ,观察铁在淋巴结、肝、肾、脾、肺、胰、脑、胃肠等脏器的定位和组织学变化。结果表明 ,局部注射铁制剂首先经淋巴循环吸收到淋巴结内暂存 ,根据机体需要再经输出淋巴管和静脉血流运输到肺、肾、肝等脏器内贮存和释放 ,被机体利用造血 ,注射 7d内会出现一时性铁过剩。组织学观察除淋巴结作为贮存器官外 ,肺、肾、肝等器官都出现明显的铁反应 ,可证实过剩的铁经肾、肺排出体外 ,属于生理性应答  相似文献

将人工感染弓形虫兔于濒死期(3~46d不等)扑杀,取其心、肝、脾、肺和肾五种脏器组织,作了病理形态学观察。主要结果如下:肝、心、脾组织中有周边无炎性反应的凝固性坏死;肝组织中还有网状细胞增生形成的结节;肺脏表现为肺泡隔炎等,这些特征性病变与其他动物弓形虫病变基本相同。同时观察到在肝窦状隙、小叶间动、静脉、肺泡壁毛细血管、肺支气管动脉、心肌纤维间毛细血管和脾静脉窦内均有血栓形成,同时伴?坏死性血栓性血管炎;各脏器的动脉管壁呈现不同程度的玻璃样变,以及由血栓形成所致其周围组织的病变。另外,应用PAS、PTAH、Weigert-Gram等染色方法显示组织切片中的弓形虫,比H.E染色更易于观察。  相似文献

对自然感染犬瘟热病毒的病死貉进行尸体剖检,采集其胃、小肠、大肠、肝脏、胰腺、肺脏、心脏、肾脏、脾脏、淋巴结等器官组织,置10%的中性福尔马林溶液中固定,经脱水、透明、浸蜡、包埋和切片,切片厚度为4μm,H.E.染色后在光学显微镜下观察组织的病理变化。结果发现肺脏、胃、肠等器官组织充血、出血;心肌、肝脏、胰腺等组织发生局限性坏死;脾脏、淋巴结中淋巴细胞减少,脾脏白髓体积缩小,脾脏和淋巴结中有大量巨噬细胞,感染犬瘟热的貉多种器官组织出现了较严重的病理变化。  相似文献

对1例疑似患猪圆环病毒病的病猪进行临床观察和病理解剖,结果在该猪的淋巴结、肺脏中扩展出2型猪圆环病毒的特异性条带,与预期的片段大小相符,说明该猪确实存在猪圆环病毒2型(PCV-2)感染。取病死猪的心脏、肝脏、脾脏、肾脏、淋巴结等组织制作石蜡切片,H.E.染色,进行病理组织学观察,结果显示淋巴结生发中心存在嗜两性病毒包涵体。  相似文献

本实验应用了免疫组织化学的单克隆抗体间接酶标染色法,对人工感染鸭瘟病毒雏鸭的组织切片进行染色观察。旨在研究病毒在鸭体内分布,对其进行定位。研究结果显示,鸭的心脏、肝脏、脾、胸腺、肠、法氏囊、胰、肺、肾等组织的细胞浆内均出现了染色的特异阳性反应物。结果表明,鸭瘟病毒广泛分布于感染雏鸭的各种组织器官,并造成一定的组织病理变化。  相似文献

淋巴肉瘤又称恶性淋巴瘤,是由淋巴组织和造血组织所发生的一种恶性肿瘤。牛、狗、猪、鸡较多发。我们在外检工作中获得1例猪的淋巴肉瘤,现报告如下。 材料和方法 材料系送检病科,有腰部及肠系膜淋巴结、肝、肾、肺、大肠、膀胱及子宫等脏器。病料经眼观检查后以10%甲醛液固定,石蜡包埋、切片,用苏木素—伊红,简易三色染色法、姬氏液以及Gomori氏法银染(改良法)等进行染色观察。  相似文献

肉鸡腹水综合征(Ascites syndron in droiers)是一种由多种致病因子共同导致的以在心肥大扩张和腹腔内积聚浆液性淡黄包流体为特征,有着明显的腹水、右心扩张、肺充血、水肿以及肝脏器官病理性扣伤的为特征的一种非传染性疾病。本试验对因腹水病而死亡的肉鸡的心、肝、肺、脾、胃、肠、肾、大脑、胸腺、法氏囊等组织,用10%福尔马林固定,常规石蜡切片,HE染色进行诊断。试验结果显示:因腹水病死亡的肉鸡的心、肝、肺、脾、胃、肠、肾、大脑、胸腺、法氏囊等组织均有不同程度的病变。  相似文献

通过对1例成年雌性华南虎(Panthera tigris amoyensis)发病后的临床特征、死后剖检、病理组织形态学观察,发现虎体内多种脏器均有不同程度的病变。临床特征表现为,渐进性消瘦、食欲减退至废绝,病程持续一个多月后死亡。尸体剖检可见严重黄染,淋巴结肿大坏死,肝、脾、肾、胰、肺等脏器表面均有灰白色结节。组织病理切片观察发现,淋巴滤泡结构、淋巴结结构被大片形态一致的淋巴细胞样肿瘤细胞取代。同时,在多个器官中均发现了瘤细胞呈浸润性生长,影响周围正常的组织结构,且各脏器中的肿瘤细胞与淋巴结中肿瘤细胞形态一致。最终,诊断为体表、肠系膜淋巴结B细胞恶性淋巴瘤,累及肝脾、肺、肾脏、胰腺等组织,造成机体死亡。  相似文献

Fifteen Yorkshire female pigs were inoculated with 100,000 infective T. canis eggs. Three animals were used as uninfected controls. Groups of three infected pigs were euthanized by accepted methods on days 7, 14, 21, 28 and 126 p.i., respectively. Larvae were recovered from all animals included in each group slaughtered on days 7 and 14 p.i.; on day 21 p.i. from two pigs, on day 28 p.i. from one, and no larvae were found on day 126 p.i. Differences in the mean number of larvae per gram in lymph nodes, liver and lungs between slaughter days, were significant for livers on day 7 p.i. and for lungs on day 14 p.i. (P < 0.10). The decrease over time was significant in all the organs that previously had larvae. Larvae were not found in the other organs and tissues analysed. Macroscopical lesions were found in the liver, lungs and lymph nodes on days 7, 14, 21, and 28 p.i. The entire surface of the liver was covered with small white spots on day 7 p.i., on days 14 and 21 p.i. the spots were distinctly nodular and, in some places, individual lesions were confluent. Lesions had apparently started to heal on days 28 and 126 p.i. appearance was normal. Lymph nodes were enlarged and oedematous during the first 4 weeks and the lungs had small areas of consolidation visible all over the surface, but by day 126 p.i., no visible lesions could be seen. Microscopical lesions were observed in the liver on day 7 p.i., with a largely periportal hepatitis. Numerous eosinophils and lymphocytes were present. The typical granulomatous reaction was observed on days 14 and 21 p.i. with a central necrotic core and a narrow region of fibroblastic tissue. By day 28 p.i. lesions had almost disappeared and the number of eosinophils was fewer. There were fewer leukocytes and the fibrous tissue had disappeared from the liver on day 126 p.i. For the first 3 weeks, pictures of the lymph nodes and the lungs were characterised by the formation of a granuloma. In the center of the granuloma larvae were observed. The majority of the lesions had healed by day 126 p.i.  相似文献

A 9-year-old neutered male domestic shorthair cat was presented because of coughing, dysphagia, and prostration. Examination revealed firm bilateral anterocervical swellings extensively adhered to the surrounding tissues. Anisocoria with left-side miosis was also evident. X-ray and ultrasound examinations along with a fine-needle aspiration biopsy were performed. Slides were stained with May-Grünwald Giemsa, and a diagnosis of salivary gland carcinoma was made. At surgery, the tumor was found to involve both submandibular salivary glands as well as adjacent lymph nodes and surrounding tissues. The cat was euthanized and necropsy was performed. The majority of tissues and organs examined histologically, including mandibular and retropharyngeal lymph nodes, soft palate, laryngopharynx and lungs, contained neoplastic cells whose appearance was consistent with adenocarcinoma. Bilateral salivary adenocarcinoma has not previously been reported in cats, and extensive metastases are rare.  相似文献

对送检的9只家兔进行病理解剖,对心血、肝、脾及肠系膜淋巴结进行细菌分离培养,并选取心、肝、脾、肺等组织按常规病理制片进行病理组织学检查,应用免疫组化染色(ABC法)检测肝细胞内兔病毒性出血症病毒(RHDV)抗原,结果证实此次家兔自然暴发的传染病即是兔病毒性出血症(RHD)。其临床主要表现为最急性型及急性型,病理变化特点以全身微循环障碍为主;DIC形成,以实质器官淤血、水肿、出血、变性、坏死为主要特点,其中以肝、肾、脾等器官病变较重,尤其肝脏的病变具有特征性。综合病理学检测结果,确定此次家兔暴发的是RHD。  相似文献

Ten cats with sporotrichosis were examined clinically and pathologically. They were in very poor general condition, and had widespread ulcerated cutaneous lesions and respiratory signs. Gross internal abnormalities were found only in the lungs and lymph nodes. Histologically, an inflammatory infiltrate and yeast-like structures were observed in the skin, lungs, liver and lymph nodes. The spleen was congested and contained fungal elements. No microscopical changes were observed in the pancreas, kidneys and heart. Sporothix schenckii was isolated from all the skin samples and nasal swabs obtained in vivo, and from all the samples of lung, liver, spleen, lymph nodes, heart and kidney taken postmortem.  相似文献

Faecal (at least 3 months before slaughtering) and organ examinations were carried out in 611 animals (497 dairy, 69 dual-purpose and 44 beef cattle) originating from eight paratuberculosis infected cattle herds. The diagnosis in cattle was established by routine intestinal culture (ileum and the adjacent lymph nodes) after slaughter. In selected 132 animals, post-mortem intensive culture was performed on tissue samples collected from the gastrointestinal tract (duodenum, jejunum, ileum, ileocecal valve, caecum, rectum) and the corresponding lymph nodes, submandibular, retropharyngeal, tracheobronchial, liver and supramammary lymph nodes, kidney, liver and spleen. In 251 (41.1%) of all 611 animals, Mycobacterium avium subspecies paratuberculosis could be isolated from the faeces; in 164 (65.7%) out of 251 shedding animals the infection was detected in the ileum and adjacent lymph nodes. The detection of M. paratuberculosis by routine intestinal culture of faecal culture positive animals varied from 46.0% in animals shedding 1 CFU (colony forming unit), to 94.7% in massive shedders. On the contrary, M. paratuberculosis was detected by routine intestinal culture in 92 (25.5%) of the 360 faecal culture negative animals. Shedding animals had significantly higher (P<0.01) number of organisms in their organs than non-shedding animals. During the intensive tissue cultivation from selected 132 animals, 72 (54.5%) of them were positive. For the negative animals, no significant difference was found between the detection rate in organs examined after slaughter with routine and intensive method. However, in the subgroup of tissue culture positive animals a highly significant difference (P<0.01) was found by intensive examination (83.0%) compared with the routine examination (60.4%). Out of 72 tissue culture positive animals 73.6% of them harboured M. paratuberculosis in the gastrointestinal tract, 16.7% in the gastrointestinal tract and the parenchymatous organs, tracheobronchial and mandibular lymph nodes. The rest of the 9.7% of the infection was detected in the lymph nodes of head and lungs. Our study concerning the distribution of M. paratuberculosis by intensive examinations revealed a minimum effect of breed and production type on localisation of the agent. Thus, the results suggest that in case of an active infection, M. paratuberculosis can be localised in different organs of animals irrespective of their breed or production type.  相似文献

根据高致病性猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(highly pathogenic porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus,HP-PRRSV)的Nsp2基因部分缺失的特征,设计合成1对特异性引物,对长春某猪场4份疑似HP-PRRSV感染病死猪的淋巴结、脾脏、肺脏等病料进行RT-PCR检测,结果均扩增出226 bp的特异片段,与预想结果一致。取病死猪淋巴结、肺脏、脾脏等组织,用10%中性福尔马林固定,石蜡包埋,HE染色,进行病理组织学分析,结果显示,淋巴结和脾脏中淋巴细胞严重坏死,肺脏呈弥漫性间质性肺炎病变,肝脏、肾脏、脑等器官实质细胞均出现不同程度的损伤。  相似文献

本试验用猪繁殖-呼吸综合征(PRRS)活疫苗和国内分离的PRRS强毒CH—1a株接种PRRS阴性的断奶仔猪,分别在接种后的3、7、14d各剖杀1头,取各脏器分别做冰冻切片和病理切片观察。用间接免疫荧光法检测各脏器PRRS病毒的分布。结果表明,PRRS活疫苗在免疫初期,抗原主要分布在脾脏、淋巴结,其次是肾脏和肺脏,少见于肝脏和心脏,第14d时在脾、淋巴结和肾脏有一定量的抗原,而肺脏相比则数量很少,肝脏和心脏未检到PRRS病毒抗原的存在,表明接种PRRS活疫苗随着时间的推移抗原分布呈下降趋势。而强毒抗原分布以脾脏最多,依次是肾脏、肺脏、淋巴结、肝脏、心脏,接种后第14d仍能在各脏器检到PRRS病毒抗原。病理组织学检测结果表明,活疫苗产生以下颌淋巴结、脾脏增生为特征的免疫应答,组织损伤轻微,对肺的病变较少,且仔猪生长良好。强毒则引起以大面积的肺泡隔增宽为特点的间质性肺炎和微循环障碍的病理变化,淋巴小结、脾脏滤泡发生崩解与周围界限不清,个别淋巴细胞核浓缩,组织损伤严重。本试验表明弱毒疫苗对仔猪是安全的。  相似文献

In an attempt to determine whether Trypanosoma congolense occurs both within and outside the blood vessels in an infected animal host, multimammate rats (Mastomys coucha) were infected with T. congolense and samples from spleen, lymph nodes, bone marrow, liver, kidney, lungs, brain, heart, intestines, ovaries and testes were collected. The tissue samples were fixed and processed for light and electron microscopical examination. In all the tissues examined, trypanosomes were found only within the lumen of large and small blood vessels, capillaries and sinuses. It is concluded that following entry into the blood circulation after intra-peritoneal infection of M. coucha, T. congolense remains restricted to the bloodstream.  相似文献

Disseminated mycobacteriosis was diagnosed in a 4-year-old, castrated male Domestic Shorthair cat following the observation of one to three retractile, non-staining bacilli in neutrophils and monocytes on a Wright-Leishman-stained blood smear Organisms were bright red following acid-fast staining by Kinyoun's technique. The cat had a history of progressive weight loss, anemia, fever, and sporadic vomiting after eating. In addition to blood smears, mycobacteria also were observed in bone marrow aspirates. During necropsy, multiple small white nodules were observed in the spleen and liver. An enlarged sternal lymph node and ascites also were present. In histologic sections, mycobacteria were observed in granulomas within the lungs, liver, spleen, colon, mesenteric and sternal lymph nodes, omentum, and kidney. Mycobacterium avium complex was isolated from cultures of liver, spleen, lung, and kidney. Occult feline leukemia virus infection, detected by immunofluorescent testing of bone marrow aspirates, may have predisposed this cat to bacterial infection. The serum ELISA test for group-specific feline leukemia virus antigen was negative.  相似文献
