开放环境下农业科技信息资源开放共享——以FAO的实践为例

[目的/意义]开放科学运动的兴起极大地促进了学术传播以及科研成果利用。开放共享作为推进开放科学运动的重要手段,也是推动全球农业科技发展的必要措施。通过梳理开放环境下联合国粮农组织（Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations,FAO）面向全球农业科技信息资源的开放共享实践,有助于为推动中国实现农业科技信息资源的开放共享、促进科研成果的转化及利用提供借鉴。[方法/过程]从率先构建并积极践行农业信息管理标准AIMS、持续维护与多渠道开放共享多语种叙词表AGROVOC,以及精心建设与运营国际农业科技信息检索系统AGRIS等多维度,梳理FAO为推进国际农业科技信息资源开放共享的实践进展。[结果/结论]基于FAO为推动国际农业科技信息资源开放共享得出的实践经验,从构建规范化管理体系、提高资源开放共享能力以及促进国际合作等方面对中国农业科技信息资源开放共享的建设工作提出展望。     

CABI、AGRICOLA和AGRIS数据库比较研究

对美国银盘公司检索系统webspirs下的三大农业数据库 ,CABI、AGRICOLA和AGRIS进行比较研究发现 :三个数据库在文献收录数量 ,收录内容和语种等方面存在显著差异。对植物、动物、饲料、肥料和灌溉五大类代表文献的检索结果显示 :AGRIS在文献总量上占优势 ,但从近 10年检索结果来看 ,CABI则在文献收录量上领先。从收录文献的语种来看 ,AGRICOLA以英语为主 ,其次是法语、俄语 ,CABI和AGRIS除英语外 ,还收录较多的汉语和法语文献。从收录文献的类型来看 ,三个数据库均以期刊文献为主 ,但各具特色 ,如CABI以收录会议论文、图书、技术报告见长 ,A GRIS除会议文献外 ,还收录较多的单行本、学位论文、书目和数据库文献 ,AGRICOLA除单行本和书目外 ,还收录一定量的参考工具书。比较结果显示 3个数据库都存在不同程度的重复 ,重复率在2 0 %～ 6 0 %。对数据库收录文献的质量、数量综合比较显示 :CABI最优 ,其次是AGRIS和AGRI COLA。以上研究对三个数据库的选择订购具有一定的参考作用     

世界农业文献数据库AGRIS中云南农业大学科技论文分析

 对云南农业大学科技论文被录入国外农业文献数据库AGRIS的情况进行统计,并分析所录用论文的学科、作者、期刊的分布等,从而揭示云南农业大学科技论文正走向世界。
