An investigation was conducted to evaluate the annual variation in potential predation impact (PPI) on larval and juvenile
Pseudopleuronectes yokohamae by Crangon uritai in Hakodate Bay using predator-prey size relationships. Laboratory experiments were designed to estimate the favorable prey
size of C. uritai through back-calculation of body length (BL) of P. yokohamae from sagittal otolith diameter observed in the stomachs of C. uritai. The most favorable prey-predator size ratio (BL of P. yokohamae-total length (TL) of C. uritai) class was 0.15–0.19, and ranged from 0.12–0.31. There was a significant positive correlation between the BL increase of
P. yokohamae and the bottom water temperature in the field, such that BLs stagnated during the cold year of 1999 from April to June, and
increased during the warm year of 2002. In contrast, no significant correlation was found between the TL increase of C. uritai and the bottom water temperature. Moreover, there were no significant differences in the mean TL of C. uritai between months (April–June) or years (1998–2002). Variation of PPI depended on the relationships between the growth rates
of P. yokohamae and bottom water temperature. Therefore, the warm year of 2002 resulted in higher potential predation impact (PPI≥20), and it was at least 20 days shorter than that of the cold year of 1999. These results suggest that increased bottom
water temperature in the nursery area was one of the most important factors for cumulative predation loss. 相似文献

To find an appropriate method for age determination in the marbled sole Pseudopleuronectes yokohamae in Tokyo Bay, Japan, sagittal otoliths of 1,343 individuals were observed by surface-reading and cross-section methods and
the results were compared. Opaque zones occurred once a year and were regarded as annuli in both methods. The surface-reading
method sometimes provided a lower count of the number of annuli than the cross-section method, and the frequency of this discrepancy
was highest in older fish (males above 5 years, females above 4 years). The oldest female fish was estimated to be age 10 years
by the cross-section method but 8 years by the surface-reading method. The cross-section method could provide a more accurate
estimate of age and is therefore likely to be indispensable to estimations of longevity. In contrast, the surface-reading
method is superior in terms of cost and time efficiency but is likely to underestimate the ages of older fish. However, growth
equations based on age estimated by the surface-reading method were sufficiently accurate if males ≥5 years and females ≥4 years
were combined as specific, single age groups of 5+ and 4+, respectively. 相似文献

We examined the age and growth of the marbled sole Pseudopleuronectes yokohamae collected from Tokyo Bay, Japan, during two study periods between 2002 and 2008, when the stock size was consistently low.
The von Bertalanffy growth equations were found to differ significantly between sexes, and females attained a larger standard
length than males of the same age. These results were then compared with those reported for 1974–1983 and 1986–1988, two study
periods when the stock size was high. The growth of both sexes of marbled sole in Tokyo Bay during the 2000s was found to
be significantly higher than that in the 1970s and 1980s. To explore possible factors causing these changes in the growth,
we examined bottom water temperature and population density. We found that the population density decreased and the bottom
water temperature increased between the late 1970s and the late 2000s. However, despite evidence of changes in population
densities and water temperatures, further study is needed to determine the main factors causing the observed changes in growth. 相似文献

菊黄东方鲀仔稚鱼的生长、发育及行为生态 总被引:3,自引:1,他引:3
在大批量苗种培育条件下,通过对菊黄东方鲀胚后发育阶段的观察、测量和摄影,研究了菊黄东方鲀仔、稚鱼的生长、发育及行为生态特点。结果显示,仔稚鱼发育分为前期仔鱼、后期仔鱼、前期稚鱼、中期稚鱼和后期稚鱼5个阶段,每个阶段由若干个时期组成,总共为17个时期。在盐度10.0~13.5、温度20.5~26.0 ℃条件下,鱼苗历时35 d 完成了从初孵仔鱼至夏花鱼种的发育。期间,鱼苗食性经历了开口和转食配合饲料2个关键时期。食物转换依次为卵黄、轮虫、卤虫幼体、中型枝角类、大型桡足类和枝角类、底栖生物和虾类幼体、配合饲料。同时,鱼苗完成了由水体中上层向中下层活动区域的转变。游泳行为经历了平游、巡游和池塘觅食巡游3个模式。鱼苗在后期仔鱼阶段特定生长率最低,为3.18%/d,中期稚鱼阶段最高,达13.31%/d。全长与日龄及积温均呈指数函数增长相关(y=aebx)。肛前长和体高相对于全长均呈有拐点的、可分段的异速生长相关(y=axb)。拐点分别出现在鱼苗16~17日龄、全长10.0 mm和16~17日龄、全长10.5 mm。在拐点前,肛前长、体高生长优于全长(b>1)。拐点后则相反(b<1)。根据研究结果,建议当菊黄东方鲀仔鱼4日龄开口时,采用S型褶皱臂尾轮虫,并保持轮虫密度(5~7 ind/mL);及时分池,时间在10~12日龄为好;下塘时间为20日龄左右;在鱼苗转食配合饲料后(35日龄),及时过筛、分级养殖等,提高菊黄东方鲀苗种培育存活率。 相似文献

研究灯笼鱼属仔稚鱼的发育形态与分类特征,为以后相关的海洋生态调查的仔稚鱼种类鉴定提供参考资料,以相关的灯笼鱼属仔稚鱼形态与分类特征文献为依据,对1978年4—5月和8—10月太平洋中部热带水域、1979年5—6月西太平洋热带水域,1984年4—7月、1984年12月—1985年1月和1985年4—6月东海外海黑潮流域调查采集到的灯笼鱼属鱼类的仔稚鱼样品进行分类鉴定,共鉴定了栉刺灯笼鱼、闪光灯笼鱼、粗鳞灯笼鱼、斑点灯笼鱼、金焰灯笼鱼、东方灯笼鱼、钝吻灯笼鱼和灯笼鱼Myctophum sp.等8种仔稚鱼。观察和描述了其个体发育形态,并引用发光灯笼鱼、双灯灯笼鱼、粗短灯笼鱼、短颌灯笼鱼、Myctophum sp1.和Myctophum sp2.的形态特征,构建了目前全球已了解的11种灯笼鱼以及3种未定到种的Myctophum sp.、Myctophum sp1.和Myctophum sp2.仔稚鱼的种类分类检索表。观察结果显示,灯笼鱼属仔稚鱼鱼体细长,头部呈三角形、微扁,眼非圆形,眼部脉络组织发达或有发达眼柄支撑,颊部、胸鳍和鳃盖骨边缘具黑色素,消化管末端内侧或外侧色素均匀分布,两颌生有小利牙,具脂鳍,发育过程除金焰灯笼鱼外均具有发达扇形胸鳍,这是灯笼鱼属仔稚鱼共有的形态特征。金焰灯笼鱼形态特征独特,头部非常扁平,两眼眼柄非常发达,向体外两侧伸展,消化管末端游离于体外。仔稚鱼两眼前后是否具眼柄和眼部脉络组织形状,上下颌骨末端是否具黑色素,胸鳍柄和鳍条间黑色素有无,尾柄末端、脂鳍和臀鳍后缘是否具黑色素斑分布,消化道末端色素的分布等发育形态特征是该属仔稚鱼种类鉴别和分类的主要依据。 相似文献

ABSTRACT: Daily age and food habits of Lateolabrax latus larvae and juveniles were investigated at two different habitats in Uwajima Bay, western Shikoku, Japan. In the shallow zone at Miura, which contained eelgrass beds, larvae occurred from January and were collected abundantly in March. The size, age, and hatch-date distributions suggested that late-hatched specimens stay longer than early-hatched specimens at this station. On the contrary, in the intertidal flats of the Kunomura River mouth larvae were rarely collected, but juveniles were collected in relative abundance from April. The distributions in the intertidal flats station suggested that specimens had migrated from another location and then resided in the intertidal flats. Spatial and temporal trophic variations increased remarkably with metamorphosis, and thus, the spatial differences in growth rate were considered in relation to the trophic diversity of prey items. Our results suggest that the nursery environment, nursery utilization pattern, and food habits of early life stages of L. latus show remarkable flexibility. From the similarity of these ecological aspects with L. japonicus , which is a closely related species, we suggest the important role of the interspecific competition to the realized niche difference between Lateolabrax congeners. 相似文献

To explore which lifestages affect the stock size of young-of-the-year mantis shrimp Oratosquilla oratoria in Tokyo Bay, Japan, we investigated interannual variations in the quantitative relationships among egg production, larval
density, and juvenile density. We collected adult females, larvae, and juveniles during monthly field surveys from 2004 to
2007. The interannual trend for the juvenile density index differed from those for egg production and larval density; although
indices of both egg production and larval density were high in 2004 and 2007, the juvenile density index was high only in
2007, suggesting high mortality during the pelagic larval stage or the early phase of the postsettlement juvenile stage in
2004. We found that larval settlement started at the end of August and peaked in October, although larvae from the early spawning
season (May–June) should have settled in August or earlier. Juveniles were found throughout the bay except in areas where
bottom hypoxia occurred, suggesting that hypoxia restricts the spatial distribution of juveniles. Our results suggest that
mortality during the early life history fluctuates among years, probably because of changes in environmental conditions in
the bay, resulting in interannual variation in the stock size of young-of-the-year juvenile O. oratoria. 相似文献

本文分析研究了2003年春季东海区(27°00′~34°00′N)150m以浅海域浮性鱼卵、仔稚鱼的种类组成及数量分布。共鉴定49种鱼类的鱼卵、仔稚鱼,其中31种鉴定到种,隶属于26科、29属。优势种类为日本鳀、方氏云鳚、太平洋鲱。带鱼、小黄鱼等经济鱼类鱼卵、仔稚鱼数量少,鲱形目鱼类鱼卵、仔稚鱼数量较多。鱼卵、仔稚鱼分布主要在近海禁渔线附近海域。 相似文献

Nutritional status and feeding habits of immature female bighand thornyhead Sebastolobus macrochir were assessed based on Fulton’s condition factor K, hepatosomatic index (HSI), and stomach observations. Fish were obtained from bottom trawl samples taken seasonally during
2006/2007 in the Tohoku area, off the Pacific coast of northern Honshu, Japan. Results of the generalized linear model (GLM)
indicated that fish condition deteriorated with depth, and small fish had a lower K, HSI, and percent stomach content index (SCI) than larger specimens. The empty stomach rate was higher in deeper waters in
northern Tohoku (except for small fish from spring to autumn) and in southern Tohoku (spring/summer). Changes in the index
of relative importance (%IRI) showed that the main prey items changed from nutritionally high to low prey items with depth. This suggests that deeper
waters, where fish with the lowest condition values occur, are a poorer quality habitat for immature bighand thornyhead and
that small fish are subordinate to larger fish. The effect on growth, due to variations in nutritional status and feeding
habits, produced by the distributional changes in bighand thornyhead is also discussed. 相似文献

Measurement of blood osmolarity of pre-metamorphic turbot larvae demonstrated that hypoosmoregulation is well established in larvae 6 days post-hatch (121 degree-days) and older. Blood osmolarity of 121–420 degree-day larvae reared in 100% seawater was significantly greater than blood osmolarity of larvae reared in 50% seawater. Hypoosmoregulation involved drinking, but instantaneous drinking rates of 340 degree-day larvae reared in 100% seawater were only slightly more than those of similarly aged larvae reared in 50% seawater. Adaptation to environmental salinity involved changes in gut water absorption; 65–74% water absorption occurred in larvae reared in seawater compared to 30–35% water absorption in larvae reared in 50% seawater. Gastrointestinal water absorption occurred prior to the rectum. In seawater this occurred alongside a decrease in gut fluid osmolarity but desalting was apparently less significant than in adult fish. Absolute water absorption by the gut of 340 degree-day larvae reared in seawater was about 2-fold that of larvae held in 50% seawater, while the osmotic gradient between internal body fluids and environmental media differed by 4-fold, which implies changes the in water permeability of skin and/or developing gills. 相似文献

根据2010—2017年莱州湾"伏休"结束前底拖网调查资料,通过轮廓系数法对莱州湾三疣梭子蟹资源的时空分布特征进行了研究,并结合放流回捕资料对莱州湾三疣梭子蟹资源状况提出了建议。结果显示,在空间分布上,三疣梭子蟹南部资源明显优于北部;依据Rousseeuw质量指数分为3组,分别为近岸组、远岸组和深海组,分组评估合理,平均轮廓系数为0.34,组内相似度较高,聚类效果较好;从时间变化上,三疣梭子蟹资源具有明显的年际波动性,依据Rousseeuw质量指数分为3组,分别为较好组、一般组和较差组,分组评估合理,平均轮廓系数为0.15,组内相似度较低,聚类效果较差。另外,空间分组的Pearson相关性分析结果表明,三疣梭子蟹资源状况与"伏休"结束前近岸组资源密切相关;时间分组的SIMPER分析结果同样显示,三疣梭子蟹资源状况主要取决于"伏休"结束前的近岸资源。因此,"伏休"结束前三疣梭子蟹近岸资源的管理与保护对于三疣梭子蟹资源的影响至关重要,建议在实施三疣梭子蟹增殖放流时,不仅要保持增殖的规模,还应重点关注前期资源的保护与管理,从而有效增加近岸资源,进一步实现三疣梭子蟹增殖放流修复的意义。 相似文献

2007年7月、8月和9月在长江口区域从小型拖网和张网渔获物中获取凤鲚幼鱼,摘取矢耳石进行耳石微结构分析,确定凤鲚幼鱼的日龄和孵化日期,分析个体早期生长过程.凤鲚幼鱼的体长范围为25.6~63.2 mm,矢耳石形状与成鱼耳石相似,为不规则扁椭球形,只有—个翼状突起.耳石横截面磨片上具有一个核和一个原基.耳石原基的直径为12.5 ~ 22.8μm,平均为(14.3±4.8) μm(n =111).耳石核中心到第一个生长轮的距离为(24.9±6.4)μm(n=44).生长轮在耳石长轴上排列较疏且不清晰,短轴上较密但清晰.凤鲚幼鱼的日龄为54~128 d,对应的孵化日期为2007年4月10日至7月23日,高峰期为2007年5月1 1日至6月26日.耳石半径(R)与标准体长(LS)间呈显著的线性相关关系,回归方程为LS=6.68 +0.065R.凤鲚幼鱼前20个生长轮宽度较窄,并有逐渐变窄的趋势,第20日轮之后,生长轮宽度逐渐变宽,至第50日轮后生长轮宽度趋于稳定. 相似文献

基于沿浦湾2014年10月(秋季)和2016年10月(秋季)的潮间带大型底栖动物调查资料,运用生态位宽度、生态位重叠、功能群分类和冗余分析(RDA)等指标与方法,分析秋茄(Kandelia candel)种植前、后大型底栖动物的生态位、功能群变化。研究结果表明,秋茄种植后广生态位种和中生态位种物种数占比与种植前相比较均有所增加,窄生态位种物种数占比减少。种植前生态位重叠值最大的种对为大青弹涂鱼(Scartelaosgigas)和细螯虾(Leptochela gracilis)(0.94),种植后则分别为豆形拳蟹(Pyrhila pisum)和微黄镰玉螺(Lunatica gilva)(0.99)、堇拟沼螺(Assiminea violacea)和光滑河篮蛤(Potamocorbula laevis)(0.99)。种植后高、中潮带功能群多样性较种植前上升,而低潮带功能群多样性下降;种植后浮游生物食者(Pl)、植食者(Ph)和杂食者(Om)的密度较种植前均增加,而肉食者(Ca)的密度略有减少。秋茄种植前3个潮带之间无显著性差异(P0.05);秋茄种植后高潮带与低潮带,以及中潮带与低潮带均有显著性差异(P0.05)。冗余分析(RDA)得出,对大型底栖动物群落具有较大影响的因子由种植前的铅、镉和石油类变为种植后的锌、镉和砷。总之,苍南沿浦湾秋茄林种植对大型底栖动物生态位和功能群总体上具有积极的改善作用。 相似文献

2006年6月,浙江萧山养殖乌鳢(Ophiocephalus argus Cantor)暴发一种类似细菌性的结节病,从患典型症状乌鳢肝脏和肾脏中分离到纯度一致的菌株W060622.形态结构观察显示,菌株W060622革兰氏阳性,好氧,具有弱抗酸性,菌体呈长或短杆状,或细长分枝状.常规生理生化试验表明,该菌株具有诺卡氏菌属(Nocardia)的基本特性.对其16S rRNA基因进行PCR扩增、测序及系统发育分析,结果表明,该菌株与诺卡氏菌属的菌株亲缘关系最近,与鰤鱼诺卡氏菌(Nocardia seriolea JCM 3360T)的16S rRNA基因序列相似性达99.9%.据此鉴定菌株W060622为鰤鱼诺卡氏菌(Nocardia seriolea). 相似文献
