Mechanical Behaviour of Hazelnut under Compression Loading   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
Aci Findik, Cakildak, Tombul, and Güney Karasi varieties of hazelnut were loaded between two parallel plates to determine the specific deformation, rupture force, and rupture energy required to initiate shell and kernel rupture. The tests were carried out at two deformation rates of 0·52, and 0·91 mm s−1, four moisture contents of 6, 11, 15, and 18% w.b., and three axes (X,Y,Z). The X-axis is the longitudinal axis through the hilum, while the Y-axis is the transverse axis containing the major dimension at right angles to the longitudinal axis, and the Z-axis is the transverse axis containing the minimum dimension. Physical characteristics of nut and kernel such as mass, dimensions, geometric mean diameter and sphericity were determined. Specific deformation and rupture energy of the shell generally increased in magnitude with an increase in moisture content while rupture force decreased for compression along the X- and Y-axis. The highest nut shell specific deformation, rupture force and rupture energy among the four varieties were obtained for Aci Findik nuts loaded along the Z-axis at a deformation rate of 0·52 mm s−1. The Tombul and Güney Karasi varieties had the highest kernel rupture force and rupture energy, respectively.  相似文献

黄土高原刺槐根系国土的力学增强效应评价   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
为了评价根系固土的力学增强效应,采用三轴压缩试验研究了中国西北黄土高原上的刺槐(Robiniapseudoacacia)根系-黄土复合体.结果表明:根土复合体极限主应力差最多时候比素土提高了70%,复合体抵抗剪切破坏的能力比素土有明显提高;根系能显著增强土壤黏聚力,复合体黏聚力在含水量12.7%时比素土提高了38%~162%,在含水量12.7%时比素土提高了22%~50%,对土壤内摩擦角影响较小;在含垂直根、水平根和复合根的3种复合体中,根体积比高的复合根土复合体比根体积比低的水平根与垂直根土复合体具有更高的增强土壤抗剪强度的特性;土壤含水量的增加直接导致土壤内部黏聚力下降,对素土和根土复合体抗剪强度产生的是负面效果.  相似文献

为探索鱿鱼墨黑色素提取物(SIME)对体外培养的肿瘤细胞的抑制效应,通过四甲基偶氮唑盐(MTT)法和划痕试验比较SIME对人结肠癌细胞HCT-116、宫颈癌细胞Hela、肝癌细胞Hep G2、乳腺癌细胞MCF-7和前列腺癌细胞PC-3增殖及细胞迁移能力的影响。结果表明,SIME对肿瘤细胞形态有不同程度的影响,对肿瘤细胞增殖有浓度依赖性抑制作用,并具有抑制肿瘤细胞非定向迁移的作用。SIME对HCT-116和PC-3细胞增殖的抑制作用较好,72 h时两者半数抑制浓度IC50分别为0.144mg·m L~(-1)和0.485 mg·m L~(-1)。由此可见,SIME具有较强的抗肿瘤活性,该研究结果为鱿鱼墨高值化利用提供了一定的理论依据。  相似文献

本实验主要是从人乳腺癌细胞中克隆Rab7基因并进行基因序列比对和分析。通过培养乳腺癌细胞MCF-7和MDA-MB231,提取细胞总RNA,逆转录为cDNA,以此cDNA为模板,根据GenBank公布的人Rab7全长序列设计引物,扩增Rab7基因的开放阅读框。将其与真核表达载体pc-DNA3.1连接,构建pcDNARab7重组质粒。测序后发现MCF-7细胞中克隆的Rab7序列与GenBank序列的同源性为91%,发生了多处突变,其中94.4%为同义突变,5.5%为错义突变。但是MDA-MB231细胞中克隆的Rab7基因序列与GenBank中的Rab7序列的同源性为100%。由于发现Rab7在MCF-7乳腺癌细胞中发生突变,而在MDA-MB-231乳腺癌细胞中基因未发生突变,我们推测Rab7基因的突变是否与乳腺癌的产生有关系,这个发现为以后研究Rab7与乳腺癌的关系奠定了基础。  相似文献

This research investigated the possible anticancer effects of germinated wheat flour (GWF) on growth and apoptosis of human breast cancer cells. In a series of in vitro experiments, estrogen‐receptor‐positive (MCF‐7) and ‐negative (MDA‐MB‐231) cells were cultured and treated with GWF that was obtained after a three‐day germination. The GWF significantly reduced the growth of both of MCF‐7 and MDA‐MB‐231 cells. In analysis with a flow cytometer, the GWF significantly up‐regulated apoptosis of both cell lines. These results indicate that GWF induced apoptosis and inhibited growth of the human breast cell lines, thereby demonstrating its potential inhibition of breast cancer cell proliferation.  相似文献

FGF4已经被证明是癌基因,它涉及肿瘤的生长和转移,为了解FGF4的表达与肿瘤微环境的关系。我们利用FGF4抗体通过免疫组化对一名肺癌患者癌旁,癌组织,癌组织小鼠移植瘤,二次移植瘤以及原代培养的细胞爬片进行FGF4检测,探究其表达差异。通过对比癌组织与对照组(癌旁组织),FGF4在癌巢中高表达;同样,移植瘤与二次移植瘤的癌巢中与癌旁组织比较,FGF4表达相对较高;但是将癌组织进行原代培养后,免疫组化检测细胞爬片FGF4,发现仅有5%±0.21%的肿瘤细胞表达FGF4,对照蛋白Cytokine作为肿瘤标记物,则在100%的肿瘤细胞中表达。研究提示免疫组化检测到FGF4在体内和体外表达不同,提示肿瘤细胞FGF4的表达与肿瘤微环境调控密切相关,肿瘤微环境对肿瘤细胞的FGF4的调控有着重要作用。  相似文献

The Eph tyrosine kinase receptors and their ephrin ligands play a central role in human cancer as their deregulated expression induces tumorigenesis with aggressive phenotypes. To evaluate their potential contribution to EphA2-ephrinA1 modulation, several colonic catabolites of dietary (poly)phenolics, known to be generated in vivo, were screened using an ELISA-based binding assay. Some of the catabolites inhibited the binding in a dose-dependent manner (IC(50) values from 0.26 to 43 μM). Functional studies on prostate adenocarcinoma cells revealed that pyrogallol and protocatechuic acid specifically antagonized ephrinA1-Fc-induced EphA2 phosphorylation at concentrations that were not cytotoxic. The active concentrations of pyrogallol appear to be close to what can be reached in vivo under physiological conditions. Finally, because of the roles played by the Eph-ephrin system not only in cancer development but also in neurodegeneration and diabetes, pyrogallol and protocatechuic acid are candidates for more detailed functional studies to elucidate their role in these pathophysiological processes.  相似文献

We determined the phenolic, anthocyanin, and proanthocyanidin content of three brown, purple, and red rice brans isolated from different rice varieties using HPLC-PDA with the aid of 27 standards of known structure and matching unknown peaks to a spectral library of known compounds. Antioxidative capacities were determined by DPPH and ORAC and cell-inhibiting effects using an MTT assay. Based on the calculated IC(50) values, the light-brown bran had no effect, the purple bran exhibited a minor effect on leukemia and cervical cancer cells, and the red bran exhibited strong inhibitory effects on leukemia, cervical, and stomach cancer cells. High concentrations of protocatechuic acid and anthocyanins in purple bran and proanthocyanidins in red bran were identified. The red bran was further fractionated on a Sephadex column. Fraction 3 rich in proanthocyanidin oligomers and polymers had the greatest activity. Red bran has the potential to serve as a functional food supplement for human consumption.  相似文献
