利用体重1~4kg的怀仔黑Jun亲鱼56尾,完全人工控制弱光,长流水,自然水温培育,共产仔272万尾,布池后,根据不同日龄投喂轮虫,卤虫无节幼体,配饵和糠虾,控制光照,调节水质,防病治病,及时疏稀,420m^3水体育出平均全长28.8mm的黑Jun苗77.6万尾,总成活率30%,认为,全人工控制光源蓄养亲鱼,溢水法布池,夜间开灯少量投饵,效果较好。 相似文献

黑脊倒刺Spinibarbus caldwelli(Nichols)主要分布于我国长江以南的淡水水域中,曾是福建省闽江等水系的重要经济鱼类之一。近年来,黑脊倒刺的养殖已形成一定的规模,但由于黑脊倒刺特殊的繁殖习性,致使人工育苗量较小,难以适应规模化养成需求。2005年在以往研究工作的基础上开展了规模化繁育技术研究,使育苗水平有了较大的提高,共孵出黑脊倒刺仔鱼79.5万尾,利用土池仿生态法培育夏花67.39万尾,夏花培育成活率达84.8%,现将该育苗工艺的主要技术总结如下:1亲鱼的来源与培育蓄养充足的、性腺发育良好的优质亲鱼,才可能通过人工催产获得大量的优… 相似文献

以人工饲养的2、3冬龄黄颡鱼为研究对象,进行4批次的人工催产和孵化试验。催产雌亲鱼5960尾,平均体重120.6~148.2g,雄亲鱼350尾,平均体重278.6~310.5g。催产药物为LHRH-A2、DOM和HCG合剂。亲鱼注射后放入水泥池暂养,到达效应时间时实施人工采卵、采精液和人工授精,受精卵脱黏后用孵化桶孵化。雌雄亲鱼为20∶1。共收获受精卵4389.6万粒,孵出水花鱼苗3774.2万尾。平均催产率和受精率达到94.6%和84.1%,每尾雌亲鱼平均产受精卵约0.74万粒,孵化出鱼苗约0.63万尾。结果表明,该方法操作简便,亲鱼产卵率、受精卵孵化率和出苗率均较高,同时,节省人力、物力和空间,可大大提高黄颡鱼人工繁殖生产效率。 相似文献

采用亲鱼强化培育、药物人工催产、自然产卵受精、人工授精、水泥池微流水孵化及鱼苗室外池塘培育方式,进行了锦鲤的亲鱼培育与规模化人工繁育,试验取得了良好的效果。采用LHRH-A3与DOM混合胸腔一次注射法催产140组锦鲤亲鱼,结果138尾雌鱼顺产,孵化出仔2500万尾。对230万尾仔鱼进行了规模化培育,共培育出3~5cm长的苗种150万尾,成活率65.2%。50万尾夏花鱼种经3次挑选,按照业内分级标准,选留了5万尾优质鱼种,其背部挺直,色彩鲜艳,图案斑纹清晰,品种特征明显。 相似文献

1980年以前,昭平县鱼种场的草鱼雌性亲鱼每市斤获苗数较低,1979、1980两年分别平均为3.9万尾和2.6万尾。从1981年起我们采取了新的措施,使获苗数逐年提高,1981年每市斤雌亲鱼获苗4.8万尾,1982年5.2万尾,1983年8.7万尾。 相似文献

本文研究了杂交鳢(Channa maculate♀×C.argus♂)的亲鱼斑鳢(C.maculata)培育、杂交鳢人工繁殖、孵化和鱼苗培育等技术。结果显示:斑鳢在杭州地区池塘条件下经人工培育可达性成熟,但无法在自然条件下过冬,需进行保温越冬。杂交鳢人工催产繁殖的适宜水温在22℃以上,以25~28℃为宜。25~30℃水温条件下,分二次注射LHRH-A2、HCG和DOM混合催产剂,其效应时间在32 h以内;采用自然受精,泡沫箱或网箱孵化,其平均催产率为93.3%,平均受精率为72.9%,孵化率为64.1%,孵化时间18~45 h;通过定时过筛、分级分养、适时驯食等技术培育20 d左右,鱼种全长可达3.3~3.8 cm,平均成活率56.5%。 相似文献

This experiment, designed for the first time in the Middle East region to sustain Coregonus lavaretus production, examined the efficacy of a live organism ( Brachionus plicatilis ), an artificial diet (48% crude protein) and a mixed feed for the first 3 month of rearing fry. Nine rearing cages were floated on the surface of a natural pond supplied with hyporheic-zone river water, each containing 150 numbers of white fish fry, where they were treated with each of the three diets in triplicates. The fry were fed eight times daily starting at the onset of exogenous feeding. Results showed that fry utilized live organisms more efficiently than the artificial and mixed diets. Rotifer-fed group consistently showed higher growth rate during the entire experiment. Length increment (29.6 mm), weight gain (572.3 mg) after 12 weeks of feeding were higher ( P < 0.05) in this group. Also, their mean weekly specific growth rate (4.97% day−1 ) was the highest and feed conversion rate (2.97) was the lowest among all treatments. Survival rates of the fry declined from 75% to 61.4%, from 74.3 to 45.8% and from 72.7 to 54.5% for live feed, mixed diet and artificial diet, respectively. 相似文献

Artificial rearing of fry has been introduced as an alternative to supply fry and juvenile sturgeon in order to restock the depleted sturgeon population in the Caspian Sea. The aim of this study is to assess the feed selection characteristics of sturgeon (Acipenser persicus) fry during the period in which they stay in earthen ponds before being released into the river. Sturgeon fry weighing around 150 mg were introduced into five almost similar‐sized earthen ponds. The ponds were enriched with fertilizer to supply natural food for the fries. A weekly sample of six specimens was collected from each pond during the 5 weeks of the experiment. All collected fish were weighed and then dissected for inspection of the stomach and the intestine content. The overall stomach content measured from 150 fish showed that around 74% of the stomach content was composed of chironomids and the rest was daphnia and cyclops. At the beginning of the study (first 2 weeks), sturgeon fry feed more on daphnia and cyclops; this trend, however, reversed in the last 2 weeks of the study. In conclusion, sturgeon fry feed on three prey groups—chironomids, daphnia and cyclops—during their lifespan in earthen pond. Feeding on chironomids larvae increased with sturgeon fry size. 相似文献
