Because there are lots of difficulties in mathematic modeling for uncertainty complex object, so it is not suitable to utilize traditional methods in some aspect such as identification, analysis, synthetical design and implementation. Especially, for the idea of system modeling, it is very different in comparison with traditional mathematic modeling, therefore, it is very difficult to study control problem for uncertainty system in technology and theory. On the basis of summarizing characteristics of uncertainty complex object, present to establish generalized control model, and apply intelligent control strategy to implement control effectively. In addition, authors also studied control algorithm and system structure. Engineering practice shows that it is effective and successful to establish generalized control model, and select intelligent control strategy for uncertainty control system.  相似文献

In the intelligent control system with microprocessor controlling, the development of embedded software requires some simple and practical intelligent control algorithms. The algorithms can not only make the control system's performance good, but also meet the demands of real time control. Aim at the problem, it is presented that a fuzzy controller with simulating human intelligent control. The structure , control algorithms and the simulation results of the controller are given. The simulation and application show that the fuzzy controller with simulating human intelligent control has many advantages such as fast response, less overshoot, good robust. This paper researches the fuzzy control and simulation of regulating system for PMSM in electrical vehicle. The mathematics model is set up.The PMSM,the PMSM measures demux, dq to abc converter and the three phrase PWM converter models are set up in MATLAB/ Simulink. The fuzzy controller is designed with two dimension fuzzy design method, and take E and EC as input variable, U is the output variable. According to the controller and models, the fuzzy control model of regulating system for PMSM is created in matlab/simulink. The computer monitor and control system for hydropower station is always a structure system of laminate distribution and open style. The system can adjudge active power and inactive power of water turbine according to the requirement. The operators in active-control level give the value of active power and inactive power for water turbine by computer workstation. PLC of LCU run the power control procedure by net communication in order to realize power adjust. The power adjust of water turbine mainly by speed control system and magnetization system. The 2-D Fuzzy PID Control Model is proposed in order to carry out power adjust of water turbine . In this new method the parameter of PID can self-neaten on line according to power deviation and power deviation rate. By means of this procedure the machine unit can obtain given power value rapidly, exactly and stably. It can make the power adjust of monitor and control system obtain good control characteristic and robust, and it is benefit to extend the work life of machine unit.  相似文献

AGC control technology is one of the key techniques used in modern rolling mill, the effect of which has influence on the accuracy of the product. On the base of analysing system composition and dynamic characteristics of the main dynamic emelent, a danamic simulation model is put forward,and then dynamic simultion for the hydraulic AGC system of 3340 rolling mill is implemented. In practical industrial fields, it is very difficult to control uncertain complexity object effectively, because there are various uncertainties from internal dynamic characteristic and external, surroundings disturbance for controlled object. Its complexity is not only shown in structure, but also in information relation, so it is uneasy to implement it on technology. Aimed at selecting puzzle of control strategy for uncertain complexity system control, the authors describe cybernetics model based on analysis on some kinds of control strategy and contrastive research, and the model is applied in physical engineering system successfully. Finally, the authors point out that intelligent control strategy should be selected for uncertain complexity system control, and that Human Simulation Intelligent Control is a wise choice.  相似文献

Fuzzy PID controller was applied in variable air volume system. The task was to control the temperature of supply air and the temperature of air conditioned room (the return air temperature) close to their respective targets. The fuzzy PID control system of supply air temperature and return air temperature was designed respectively. The supply air temperature was controlled through adjusting the valve opening of chilled water. And the indoor temperature was controlled through adjusting the rotational speed of variable frequency ventilator. The supply air temperature and the indoor temperature (return air temperature) were controlled online by fuzzy PID controller. Thus, it was shown that the design of fuzzy PID controller was reasonable and the effect of fuzzy PID control was well.  相似文献

The developmemt and research of taking fuel cell /battery as electric vehicle power is a new direction in abroad. A real-time simulation model for power driving system of a fuel cellbattery powered electric virtual vehicle is established. This electric vehicle powered primarily by 30 kw proton exchange membrane (PEM)fuel cells, with Lead-acid battery as assistant power, and with focus classis as virtual vehicle classis.The electric vehicle is simulated on the advisor platform, and the NEDC driving pattern simulation results show that the electric vehicle can satisfy the need of performance.  相似文献

The majority difficulty for uncertainty system control is that agreements haven't been arrived in concept of uncertainty information and its characteristics, uncertainty system and its properties. Therefore some control problems have discussed based on some confused concepts, and the result shows that the study on uncertainty system control hasn't made great progress yet. In addition, problems concerning uncertainty system control are very wide in the practical engineering. Aimed at above problems the concept of uncertainty information and its classification, basic properties of uncertainty system and desired control strategy based on own practical experience are studied. Fuzzy control strategy is used to study the fuel economy of ISG-Type hybrid electric vehicle with CVT.Based on the instantaneous state of vehicle,the fuzzy logic controller is built aiming to get minimum fuel consumption.In order to avoid the subjective factor,the control rules are established with the optimized results from the sequence quadratic programming(SQP) method.Through the second development of ADVISOR,the simulation for ISG hybrid electric vehicle at different cycles has been accomplished.The results show that the fuzzy logic control strategy is efficient in improving the fuel economy of hybrid electric vehicle.  相似文献

对粮食或食品进行烘干处理有利于运输、储存与后续加工,而在干燥过程中对温度的控制非常重要。为对比不同算法在温度控制方面的差异,使用西门子S7-200 SMART可编程逻辑控制器(Programmable logic controller,PLC)进行程序设计,并采用昆仑通态触摸屏实现人机交互。同时,为达到提高温度控制精度的目的,通过对传统比例-积分-微分(Proportion-integral-derivative,PID)控制算法与模糊控制算法进行改进,设计了模糊PID复合控制算法和模糊PID切换控制算法。采用梯形图语言对上述4种控制算法进行编程,并进行PLC控制烘干箱的试验验证。结果表明,新设计的模糊PID复合控制算法和模糊PID切换控制算法均在一定程度上反映了其结合要素各自的优点,能有效克服传统PID控制算法动态特性差和模糊控制算法稳态特性差的缺点。当温度由30 ℃升至设定温度72 ℃时,与模糊PID切换控制算法相比,模糊PID复合控制算法能将调节时间缩短6 s,且稳态误差减小0.1 ℃。  相似文献

果蔬分选是农业果蔬产后不可缺少的重要环节,以可编程逻辑控制技术为核心的自动化生产线为现代农业的智能化发展提供了新途径.为提高果蔬的分选效率,减少本地分选的人工成本,将数据采集、数据处理、无线通讯、智能控制等技术深度融合,研究一种可远程控制的果蔬智能分选机制,并通过可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)自动化数据采集与机械控制和.NET Core架构的分布式网络控制方法两方面对远程控制分选方案进行研究,配合合适的糖度-质量等果蔬品质模型,实现高速远程在线果蔬智能分选.基于该分选技术的软硬件方案进行试验,对控制策略和分选精确度进行仿真.结果表明,与传统的果蔬分选技术相比,该系统从系统成本、反应速度、分拣精度、管理效率等方面均有优势,果蔬分选精度能达93%以上,可以实现远程故障排查,节省了人工成本,具有推广应用价值.  相似文献
