《家畜育种原理与应用技术》融合课程思政的探索与实践

《家畜育种原理与应用技术》课程是动物科学专业、畜牧兽医技术专业的一门主干课。从教学目标、教学设计和教学评价三方面,探索并实践了《家畜育种原理与应用技术》融合课程思政的方法与路径,提升了教师开展课程思政建设的能力,培养了学农知农爱农强农兴农的人才。     

禽用多价活疫苗的作用机理与研究探索

疫苗在疾病控制中的作用毋庸置疑,但疫苗在发挥其防控疾病的过程中出现了很多的问题,且不断有新的问题出现,针对当前疾病流行的新特点和疫苗免疫的种种问题,本文综述了多价疫苗在疾病控制中的作用,从原理和临床实践中分析多价疫苗的前詈。

Nutritional support of hospitalized animals.

Nutritional support of hospitalized animals is new and encouraging, although it is in need of rigorous evaluation. Principles and procedures of established value in human patients appear to be readily applied to other species, with due regard to comparative physiologic properties and medicine.

Allo-implant reconstruction of a femoral fracture following osteomyelitis

A complicated, segmented fracture of the femoral diaphysis in a dog is presented. Complications arose from multiple surgeries and subsequent osteomyelitis. Repair was staged by firstly removing all implants, secondly treating the osteomyelitis with appropriate antibiotics while spanning the cortical-deficient fracture site with a Kirschner external fixator, and finally rigid fixation of the fracture with incorporation of an ethylene oxide-sterilised intercalary cortical allo-implant. Principles of bone grafting are reviewed.     

Perioperative antimicrobial considerations for gastrointestinal surgery of cattle

Perioperative use of antimicrobial drugs constitutes extra-label use of those drugs. Principles of therapeutic and prophylactic use of antimicrobial drugs can guide decisions about their perioperative use. Regimens currently suggested are based on those principles, theoretical information, pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic data, extrapolation from studies with other species, empirical data, personal bias, and experience. Controlled clinical investigations are necessary to provide objective data from which specific recommendations can be derived.     

培养课下自学思维提高学生综合解决问题能力

为改变传统的教学模式,根据生物统计课程理论性和实践性并重的特点,利用统计原理揭示事物内在规律。课上讲授原理和方法,课下利用图书馆资源,充分发挥学生积极性自主学习,激发学生推断思维、创新思维、分析问题和解决问题的能力,使畜牧专业学生的综合解决问题能力得到较大提升,收到了良好的教学效果。     

利用逆转录病毒侵染技术制备转基因动物研究进展

转基因技术已成为现代生命科学中的一项重要技术,它不仅广泛地用于研究基因的功能,同时也用来快速改变生物的遗传性状。本文简要介绍了利用逆转录病毒侵染技术制备转基因动物的原理,概述了此项技术近年的研究进展。在比较了原核显微注射与慢病毒侵染技术优缺点的基础上,进一步提出慢病毒侵染技术可能成为一种制备转基因动物的较好工具。

Principles of construction in the forepaw and hindpaw of the domestic cat (Felis catus). 4. Innervation of muscles and analysis of locomotion.The innervation relations of the fore- and hindlimb of the cat were newly investigated to complete the interpretation of the muscle innervation (Figs 1-4). By means of special motion studies the contribution of paw muscles was determined during balance, locomotion as well as under specific manipulation of the prevailing single phases of the motion cycle. The functional considerations are graphically prepared in Figs 5-11.
