40种中草药对三株鸭疫里默氏杆菌的体外抑菌试验   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
本试验采用40种常用中草药的浸出液对本地分离鉴定的3株鸭疫里默氏杆菌菌株用纸片法进行体外抑制试验。结果表明,大黄、黄连等中草药具有显著抑菌效果,为筛选中草药治疗鸭疫里默氏杆菌提供了依据。  相似文献

为探究木姜子油对鸭疫里默氏杆菌和黄曲霉菌的抑菌效果,本试验以木姜子油为试验材料,采用平皿打孔法测定不同浓度的木姜子油对鸭疫里默氏杆菌和黄曲霉菌的抑菌效果。结果显示,木姜子油对鸭疫里默氏杆菌和黄曲霉菌均有很好的抑菌作用,为研究新的抗菌药物及新药研发提供指导作用。  相似文献

试验应用试管二倍稀释法测定硫酸头孢喹肟可溶性粉对鸭疫里默氏杆菌(RA)的最小抑菌浓度(MIC),并设盐酸环丙沙星可溶性粉、盐酸多西环素可溶性粉和氟苯尼考可溶性粉为对照药物。结果显示,硫酸头孢喹肟可溶性粉对鸭疫里氏杆菌有较强的抗菌活性,MIC为0.082μg/mL,抗RA效果优于盐酸环丙沙星可溶性粉、盐酸多西环素可溶性粉和氟苯尼考可溶性粉。头孢喹肟作为第四代头孢菌素类药物,抗革兰氏阴性菌作用强,可用于临床治疗鸭疫里氏默杆菌感染。  相似文献

鸭疫里默氏杆菌病(Riemerrela anatipestifer,RA)又称鸭传染性浆膜炎(infectious serositis induckings),是目前危害养鸭业最重要的传染病之一[1]。目前国际上已经确定的血清型有21型,在美国以Ⅰ、Ⅱ、ⅹ为主,在对我国京、沪、川等地区的鸭疫里默氏杆菌的研究中发现,我国以Ⅰ和Ⅱ型为主[2]。鸭疫里默氏杆菌是主要侵害家鸭、火鸡和鸟类的一种接触性传染病,主要侵害2-7周龄的雏鸭,呈急性或慢性败血症。  相似文献

In order to establish a stable,simple and rapid detection method to estimate the activities of the recombinant chicken interferon-α/interleukin-2 fusion protein (rChIFN-α-Linker-ChIL-2,recombinant fusion protein) in vitro,the activities of rChIFN-α-Linker-ChIL-2 were estimated by detecting its specific immune response to monoclonal antibody (MAb) against ChIFN-α and ChIL-2 by ELISA assay.The antiviral activities of rChIFN-α-Linker-ChIL-2 protein were tested by inhibiting the 50% appearance of cytopathic effect (CPE) of vesicular stomatitis virus (VSV) and infectious bursal disease virus (IBDV) on the passage cell lines DF1.The promoting proliferation activities of lymphocytes in the chicken peripheral blood and spleen of recombinant fusion protein were tested by MTS method.The results showed that rChIFN-α-Linker-ChIL-2 protein had the ability of specific immune response to anti-ChIFN-α MAb and anti-ChIL-2 MAb,respectively.The antiviral activity of rChIFN-α-Linker-ChIL-2 protein inhibiting the reproduction of VSV on DF1 cell line was higher than IBDV,and both of the antiviral activities of recombinant fusion protein against VSV and IBDV were much higher than the recombinant ChIFN-α protein (rChIFN-α) control.The recombinant fusion protein had apparent promoting proliferation activity of lymphocytes in the chicken peripheral blood and spleen,which were much higher than that of the rChIFN-α control.The study suggested that the activities detection and estimation methods of the recombinant fusion protein in vitro were successfully established,which laid the foundation for the further study of the synergy activity of recombinant fusion protein in vivo.  相似文献

Single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) in exon 2 of insulin-like growth factor Ⅰ receptor (IGF-ⅠR) gene were detected by PCR-RFLP in Bian chicken,which was to find the correlation markers of growth and reproduction traits in Bian chicken.The results showed that AluⅠsite displayed polymorphic, and a G→A mutation at the position of the 376 bp in exon 2 was occurred. There were three genotypes (GG, GA and AA), the genotypes frequencies were 0.687, 0.296 and 0.017, respectively, GG genotype was the dominant genotype, the frequency of G allele was 0.835, which was the dominant allele. This site was in Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium (P>0.05).Correlation analysis showed that GG genotype had significantly higher body weight than those of GA genotype at the age of 8, 14, 16 and 18 weeks (P<0.05);The GG geno type had extremely significantly higher body weight at first egg than those of GA genotype (P<0.01),but it didn't mean that this locus could be used as a genetic marker for reproduction traits in Bian chicken. This results suggested that the AluⅠsite (G→A) in exon 2 of IGF-ⅠR gene could be used as a genetic marker for growth traits in Bian chicken.  相似文献

This experiment was conducted to study the protein expression of F gene of Newcastle disease virus (NDV) type Ⅶ by baculovirus expression system.The F gene was amplified by RT-PCR and cloned into pFastBac HT A plasmid, and then the recombinant plasmid was transformed into DH10Bac competent cells to get the positive recombinant bacmid.After 72 h transfection of Sf9 cell with recombinant bacmid, the expression of interest protein was detected by indirect immunofluorescence assay (IFA), SDS-PAGE analysis and Western blotting. Serum antibody titers of immunized SPF chickens were determined by ELISA and the protective properties were determined by protection test. The results showed that F gene was expressed in Sf9 cells infected with the recombinant baculovirus. The expressed protein could induce high titer specific antibody against NDV. The protective rate of recombinant F protein group was 90%, which was significantly higher than that of the negative control group. These results laid a foundation for study on NDV subunit vaccine.  相似文献

This study was aimed to explore the effect of compound Chinese herbal medicinal polysaccharides (cCHMPS) on immunomodulatory in different MHC B-LβⅡ genotype chickens.MHC B-LβⅡ genotype was analyzed by PCR-SSCP method in 500 chickens.Collected the blood from different MHC B-LβⅡ genotype chickens,isolated peripheral blood lymphocytes,and added cCHMPS with the final concentration of 200,100,75,50,25 and 0 μg/mL cocultured for 24 h.Then the lymphocyte supernatant cAMP,cGMP,Ca2+,NO and iNOS content were detected by ELISA.The results showed that cCHMPS could increase cAMP,cGMP,Ca2+,NO and iNOS levels in chicken lymphocyte supernatant compared with control group in each MHC B-LβⅡ genotype chickens.And when the concentration of cCHMPS was 50 μg/mL,cAMP,Ca2+,NO and iNOS levels of AA and BC genotypes chicken lymphocyte supernatant were higher than that of the same genotype chicken,cGMP level of BC genotype chicken lymphocyte supernatant was higher than that of the same genotype chicken;When cCHMPS concentration was 75 μg/mL,cGMP level of AA genotype chicken lymphocyte supernatant was higher than that of the same genotype chicken;When cCHMPS concentration was 100 μg/mL,cAMP,cGMP,Ca2+,NO and iNOS levels of BB genotype chicken lymphocyte of the supernatant were higher than that of the same genotype chicken.cCHMPS could increase cAMP,cGMP,Ca2+,NO and iNOS levels in different MHC B-LβⅡ genotypes chickens,and the cCHMPS optimum immunomodulatory doses were different in each MHC B-LβⅡ genotypes chickens.  相似文献
