试验以"蜜本"南瓜为对照,以Sphaerotheca fuliginea(Schlecht.ex Fr.)Poll.白粉病为病原菌,采用幼苗期接种鉴定、成株期叶片叶盘法接种鉴定和田间调查的方法鉴定中国南瓜"112-2"自交系对白粉病的抗性,并在扫描电镜下比较了它们的叶片表面结构。结果表明:苗期接种白粉病11 d后,"112-2"自交系的病情指数显著低于"蜜本"南瓜,病情指数分别是28.8和47.6;叶盘法接种4 d后,"112-2"自交系的病情指数显著低于"蜜本"南瓜,病情指数分别是7.5和38.6;田间调查"112-2"自交系和"蜜本"南瓜的病情指数分别为0和21.7;说明"112-2"自交系是高抗白粉病的材料。在电镜下观察,"112-2"自交系的气孔密度、刚毛密度和刚毛长度显著大于"蜜本"南瓜,而气孔长度和宽度显著小于"蜜本"南瓜。 相似文献

以22个中国古老月季品种为试材,采用离体鉴定和田间鉴定方法进行月季白粉病抗性试验,以期明确中国古老月季种质资源白粉病的抗性能力.结果表明:这2种鉴定方法的结果基本一致,其中5个中抗品种(“匍匐红”、“软香红”、“云蒸霞蔚”、“思春”、“绿萼”),12个中感品种(“一季粉”、“四面镜”、“一品朱衣”、“紫香绒”、“牡丹月季”、“玉玲珑”、“金粉莲”、“映日荷花”、“湖中月”、“春水绿波”、“羽仕妆”、“紫红香”),5个易感品种(“月月粉”、“大富贵”、“青莲学士”、“橘囊”、“金瓯泛绿”).该结果为今后利用古老月季资源进行月季抗病育种提供了科学的理论依据. 相似文献

为了筛选抗白粉病强的华南型黄瓜种质资源,以17份华南型黄瓜自交系为材料进行白粉病喷雾接种,调查并测定了自交系材料的病情指数、相对叶绿素含量和光合指标。结果表明,根据白粉病病情指数,自交系材料'C0503’和'C1216’属于高抗',15C-18’为抗病',01JM-1’为中抗,其他为高感或感病。这4份材料在发病后保持着较高的相对叶绿素含量(50%以上)和较高的光合速率(20μmol·m~(-2)·s~(-1)以上),气孔导度和蒸腾速率的下降幅度较小。对白粉病抗性强的材料光合性能也强,自交系材料'C0503'’C1216'’15C-18’和'01JM-1’可以作为品种选育的抗病性材料加以利用。 相似文献

随着黄瓜病害种类逐渐增多,病害程度日趋严重,黄瓜的多抗性鉴定筛选工作便成为抗病育种的重要环节和手段。前人已做过3种病害的多抗性鉴定技术研究(枯萎病—霜霉病—炭疽病、枯萎病—炭疽病—疫病、枯萎病—霜霉病—角斑病、霜霉病—角斑病—黑星病)〔1-3〕,但随着育种目标的不断提高,生产上要求兼抗4种甚至5种病害的黄瓜品种,这就对育种工作者提出了更高的要求。在黄瓜主要病害抗病性鉴定的基础上,笔者初步进行了黄瓜枯萎病—白粉病—霜霉病—黑星病苗期多抗性鉴定方法的探索,并与各病害的单抗性鉴定相比较,以期确定一套适合这4种病害的多… 相似文献

为了探究一种高效的甜瓜白粉病苗期抗病性鉴定方法,笔者以薄皮甜瓜自交系‘KR-89’为试验材料,对接种方法(喷雾法、刷叶法、摩擦法)、接种时期(1叶1心、2叶1心、3叶1心)、接种浓度(2×104、2×106、2×108个·m L~(-1))进行了系统研究。结果表明,甜瓜白粉病苗期最佳接种方法为喷雾法,发病率为96.66%,且操作简单易行;当幼苗长到2叶1心时,接种后发病快、发病率高,为94.66%,是最佳的接种时期;甜瓜白粉病苗期接种最适宜的孢子悬浮液浓度为2×106个·m L~(-1),发病率为96.00%。 相似文献

A study was undertaken to investigate the inheritance of powdery mildew resistance in muskmelon grown on river beds, under natural epiphytotic conditions. ‘Campo’ and ‘PMR 6’ were selected as resistant parents, ‘Gulfstream’ as moderately resistant and ‘Lucknow Safeda Selection’ as susceptible parents. The genotypes of the two resistant parents have locus/loci which are similar in conferring resistance. The moderately resistant parent might have an allele at least in one locus different from that in the resistant parent. Two effective factors were found to be differentiating disease reaction between the susceptible and the resistant parents. The direction of the genetic effects showed that it is possible to get from the cross between the susceptible and resistant parents, segregants with the desired level of resistance. 相似文献

Results are presented for levels of mildew infection in seedlings of the cultivated strawberry in years of severe outbreaks of powdery mildew. Evidence is shown for the presence of general and specific effects in mildew inheritance and of differences in breeding-value of close relatives, in this case full-sibs. The results also indicate that a maternal effect on mildew susceptibility exists, and that while ‘Cambridge Vigour’ is more susceptible than ‘Cambridge Favourite’, and gives the more susceptible progeny, there may be either a maternal effect for susceptibility transmitted through ‘Cambridge Favourite’, or an effect for resistance transmitted through ‘Cambridge Vigour’. 相似文献

白粉病是黑龙江省南瓜3大病害之一,发病率高,发病面积大,严重影响了南瓜的品质和籽粒饱满,降低了南瓜的商品性,给种植户造成了较大的损失。明确引起黑龙江省南瓜白粉病的病原菌种类,并筛选出一套南瓜苗期白粉病抗病接种鉴定技术,对于病害的防治和抗源筛选具有重要的理论和现实意义。试验结果表明:引起黑龙江省南瓜白粉病的主要病原菌是子囊菌亚门的单囊壳菌[Sphacelotheca fuliginea(Schlecht.ex Fr.)Poll]。抗性鉴定孢子悬浮液接种浓度应为2.5×105-5.0×105个/mL。对苗龄、遮阴、保湿时间经L9(34)正交试验设计研究表明,苗龄为2 片真叶、遮一层遮阳网、保湿48 h的处理组合是极显著优于其他组合的最优处理组合。 相似文献

The availability of powdery mildew-resistant raisin accessions will lower grower production costs and enhance the environment through reduced fungicide use. To achieve this objective, backcrossing has been employed with Vitis romanetii as the source of non-race-specific powdery mildew resistance. Initial crosses of powdery mildew-resistant F1 hybrid B36-45 with seeded raisin cultivars ‘Rangspray’ and ‘Raisin de Palestine’ yielded seedless powdery mildew-resistant first-generation backcross selections C87-41 and C87-106, which were used to develop second-generation backcross populations. Principal component analyses consistently identified ‘wrinkle,’ ‘meatiness,’ ‘product attractiveness’ and ‘skin persistence’ as being the quality characteristics most important in discriminating among powdery mildew-resistant raisin accessions and commercial raisin cultivars. Raisin quality ratings were much improved across most evaluated characters in second-generation backcross families as compared with parental powdery mildew- resistant accessions C87-41 and C87-106. After two generations of backcrossing, powdery mildew-resistant raisin selections were identified with product quality characteristics similar to those of commercial raisin cultivars. 相似文献
