云南省辣木害虫及天敌种类调查 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
为明确云南省辣木主要害虫及天敌种类,给害虫防治和天敌利用提供参考,2013-2014年对云南省辣木种植区的辣木害虫及天敌进行了调查。经鉴定,调查采集到的辣木害虫隶属4纲、33科、45个种,主要害虫为辣木瑙螟、斜纹夜蛾、小菜蛾、柑橘蚜虫、二斑叶螨、美洲斑潜蝇等;天敌隶属2纲、7目(蜘蛛归为一个目)、7科、19个种,主要天敌为蜘蛛和瓢虫。辣木瑙螟、斜纹夜蛾、小菜蛾、柑橘蚜虫、二斑叶螨、美洲斑潜蝇等种类发生较普遍,在调查点均有发现。尺蠖、菜粉蝶、根粉蚧等害虫危害相对严重,但分别只在四川米易、玉溪易门和本所发现,锈斑白条天牛只在本所和德宏热作所发现。 相似文献

以危害杨树的云斑白条天牛种群为调查对象,对其危害特点与空间分布进行调查研究。结果表明,云斑白条天牛的危害程度与杨树的树龄、胸径均呈抛物线式相关,危害程度随树龄、胸径的增大先上升后下降,4~8年生树龄、12.0~21.9cm胸径的杨树受害最严重;不同林地环境下的杨树受害程度也不一样,渠道林受害最重,村庄林和道路林次之,片林较轻。通过频次比较法分析表明,危害杨树的云斑白条天牛幼虫的空间分布型符合负二项分布,为聚集分布。 相似文献

Twenty-one essential oils were tested for insecticidal activity via topical administration to third instar larvae of the tobacco cutworm, Spodoptera litura. Oils of Satureia hortensis, Thymus serpyllum and Origanum creticum produced >90% larval mortality at 24 h at a dose of 100 microg per larva. The LD(50) value for S. hortensis (48.4 microg) was comparable to that for Thymus vulgaris (46.9 microg). The monoterpenoid phenols thymol and carvacrol, major constituents of the oils of Thymus and Satureia species, likely account for the insecticidal action of the species. 相似文献

Toxicity of ivermectin (Ivecop-12), a derivative of avermectin B, produced by a soil actinomycete, Streptomyces avermitilis, was evaluated in laboratory against the larvae of Spirama retorta Cramer (Lepidoptera: Noctuidae), a major stenophagous insect defoliator of Albizia spp. (family Leguminosae) in nurseries and young plantations. The study was conducted with eight treatment concentrations
of lethal and sub-lethal doses. Results revealed that ivermectin is highly toxic and induce larval mortality when applied
separately on host plant leaves and larvae, and on leaves and larvae of the insect pest together. The nature of treatment
affects the larval mortality. Treatment of host plant leaves alone as well as leaves together with larvae showed 100% mortality
by the treatment of 0.075% concentration whereas only 95% larval mortality was recorded due to larval treatment by the concentration
of 1.2%. The LC50 value of the tested product was worked out to be 0.014, 0.170 and 0.012% for leaf and larval treatments separately and leaf
and larval treatments together, respectively, against the insect pest. This clearly shows that ivermectin is more effective
in larval killing when ingested through food. Further, the adults developed from treatments of sub-lethal concentrations and
subsequently, when mated laid significantly (P < 0.05–0.01) less number of eggs and also showed significant (P < 0.05–0.01) reduction in hatching percentage compared to control. These observations suggest that the tested bioproduct,
ivermectin, interfere physiological programming of larvae thereby causing alteration in fecundity and fertility of the target
