中华鳖出血性肠道坏死症病原及其药敏性   总被引:9,自引:0,他引:9  
从中华鳖出血性肠道坏死症患病个体的血液、脾脏、肝脏及肠壁中共分离到 5株细菌 ,经人工感染、毒力测试 ,鉴定分离菌株为嗜水气单胞菌 (Aeromonas hydrophila)、豚鼠气单胞菌 (A.Caviae)和类志贺邻单胞菌 (Plesiomonasshigelloides)。药敏试验结果表明 ,此 3种致病菌对新霉素、丁胺卡那、呋喃妥因均高度敏感。  相似文献

脂肪坏死症是由于某种原因腹腔过度蓄积的脂肪被饱和度高而又硬的甘油三酸所代替 ,这种脂肪结晶化以后 ,引起坏死性变化的疾病。本病在临床上比较少见 ,食欲不振和便秘是本病的特征性症状。而在慢性病例 ,排粪量逐渐减少、次数增加 ,随病情变化 ,出现食欲减退 ,显著消瘦的症状。笔者在临床上曾遇到一例 ,现报道如下 :症状 :1头荷斯坦成母牛 ,6岁 ,第 3产 ,体况良好 ,于 1995年 6月下旬 ,产后 15d开始发病。病初精神沉郁 ,体温正常 ,食欲减退 ,排粪量逐渐减少、次数增加 ,接着下痢并变为血便 ,与粪便变化的同时 ,病牛出现食欲废绝 ,显著消瘦…  相似文献

牛脂肪坏死症以日本黑母牛多发,其特征是腹腔内脂肪,特别是结肠、直肠和肾周围的脂肪发生变性坏死,形成坚固的肿块,压迫肠管及妊娠子宫,导致肠腔及子宫狭窄,进而引起消化道疾病和流产。近年来发现,本病不仅母牛发生,而且同种公牛亦有发生,因而成为影响优良犊牛生产的因素之一。本病在肉牛饲养地区几乎均有发生,被认为是脂质代谢异常所致的肥胖综合征的一种,其发病机制尚不完全清楚。  相似文献

乳房炎的治疗方法很多,如肌肉给药,静脉注射,乳房基部封闭,乳房灌注及外用药等,其应用药物以病因不同而不相同.作者通过近10年的治疗比较,筛选出了2种理想的治疗方案. 1 材料与方法 1.1 动物选择来自本校动物医院门诊自然病例,均为成年产乳期乳山羊,个体饲养,临床确诊为急性乳房炎. 1.2 方剂一:青霉素钠盐320万u配合布洛芬20 ml. 方剂二:应用生理盐水或蒸馏水把鱼石脂稀释成100 g/L的溶液,每次应用10~15 ml.  相似文献

新疆塔里木河流域为中国马鹿最大的饲养地 ,位于塔里木河中下游的新疆生产建设兵团农二师的现代化农场 ,从五十年代起就驯养马鹿 ,现有马鹿三万余头。马鹿生产为该师的高效特色农业 ,是各养鹿团场的经济支柱 ,年可创利润数千万元。近几年来 ,马鹿“猝死症”在该地区各养鹿单位时有发生 ,年均死亡率在1.03 %左右 ,造成直接经济损失200余万元 ,部分鹿场虽经采用羊用三联四防梭菌苗免疫 ,效果不佳 ,鹿群仍有发病。笔者和有关兽医技术人员一道对马鹿“猝死症”的流行规律进行了调查 ,对病原菌及其血清型进行了研究 ,确诊病原菌血清型为“…  相似文献

Abdominal fat necrosis was diagnosed in an 11-year-old female pygmy goat with a 10-day history of lethargy, anorexia, and progressive abdominal distension. Gross necropsy findings revealed multiple firm, dark yellow, nodular masses of fat throughout the abdominal cavity, which compressed several abdominal organs including the rumen, small intestine, spiral colon, and gall bladder. Histologically, multiple to coalescing adipocyte necrosis, saponification, and infiltration with variable numbers of macrophages, lymphocytes, and plasma cells was observed. Fat necrosis in this case was attributed to tall fescue toxicity based on the presence of high levels of endophyte (Neotyphodium coenophialum)-infected fescue identified in the goat's pasture. This is the first known report of abdominal fat necrosis in a goat and demonstrates the fat necrosis syndrome of fescue toxicosis in ruminants.  相似文献

The conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) content of grazing sheep and goat milk fat, throughout their lactation period, was examined. Six sheep and six goat representative farms were selected at random and milk samples were taken at monthly intervals for fatty acids profile determination. Sheep and goat nutrition was based on natural grazing and on supplementary feeding during the winter months. From April onwards, grazing native pastures was the only source of feed for sheep and goats. The University farm whose sheep are kept indoors all year round without any grazing, was also used as reference. Fifteen individual milk samples were also taken in April from a sheep and goat farm respectively, in order to see the variability of CLA inside the farm. The results showed that: a. the CLA content of grazing sheep and goat milk fat increased significantly in April–May (early growth stage of grass) and then declined while that of indoors kept sheep was more or less constant during the same period, b. the isomers cis-9, trans-11 and trans-10, cis-12 of CLA were found in grazing sheep milk fat, while in indoors kept sheep and goats' milk fat only the cis-9, trans-11 isomer was found, c. the CLA content of sheep milk fat was much higher than that of goats, d. a negative correlation between sheep milk fat and CLA content was found and e. there was considerable variation in milk fat CLA content between sheep and goat farms and inside the farms.  相似文献

2015年10月,某羊场被确认存有羊布鲁菌病阳性病例,该场自2015年8月初出现首个流产病例后,连续发病,至2016年4月底停止。对1月龄以上的778只羊采血送检104份血清,88份为阳性,可疑9份,阳性率达84.6%。通过调查定性风险分析表明,非法引进患病母羊未隔离观察,直接混群饲养导致疫病在场内迅速扩散,是此次疫情发生的主要原因,但通过该场向外扩散的风险较小。  相似文献

This report describes a case of a subcutaneous xanthoma of the sacral region in a 2-year-old female Saanen goat. The tan-coloured mass was 8.5 cm × 4.0 cm × 0.5 cm in size. Yellow-white areas were present across the cut surface. Histopathologically, the mass was composed of foamy macrophages, numerous giant cells, abundant lipid material and cholesterol clefts. The structure consisted of lobular areas surrounded by a stroma. Tissue sections were negative for bacteria, fungi and mycobacteria. Frozen tissue from the mass stained positively with Oil Red O, confirming lipid accumulation in both the extracellular spaces and the large foamy macrophages. Immunohistochemically, the mass was positive for vimentin, proliferating cell nuclear antigen and CD68, but negative for smooth muscle actin, glial fibrillary acidic protein and S100 protein antibodies. As the animal was presented dead, it was not possible to analyse blood lipid levels. To the authors' knowledge, this is the first report of a xanthoma in a goat.  相似文献

Progesterone profiles were measured in milk fat of 12 goats (Deutsche Bunte Edelziege) from kidding until a new pregnancy. The goats were kept under natural light conditions without bucks. Eight of the does started to cycle from August until October without a progesterone rise in the preceding period. Three does exhibited one single luteal phase in March and resumed cycling in July and August. The occurrence of a normal corpus luteum was typically preceded by a transient progesterone “spike” in 10 out of the 12 goats. One goat additionally showed several “spikes” in June and July; normal luteal function, however, started in September. With one exception oestrus symptoms were never observed without a preceding progesterone rise.  相似文献

为选择和建立奶山羊隐性乳房炎的早期诊断指标,人工感染金黄色葡萄球菌并成功建立隐性乳房炎模型.检测了21d内奶山羊感染乳区乳中体细胞数和乳中的细菌浓度,模型奶山羊血液和乳中血清淀粉样蛋白A和结合珠蛋白的变化。同时做了各指标间的相关性分析。发现血清淀粉样蛋白A和结合珠蛋白在感染后血清中的浓度较感染前急剧升高,乳中血清淀粉样蛋白A和结合珠蛋白较感染前显著升高,各项指标呈显著正相关。结论为乳中血清淀粉样蛋白A和结合珠蛋白均可作为乳房金黄色葡萄球菌感染的敏感指标,且结合珠蛋白比血清淀粉样蛋白A更敏感。  相似文献

Lactoferrin concentration (LFC) in normal and mastitic milk of dairy goats were examined. LFC in bulk milk collected from 70 dairy goat farms and individual milk samples from 10 goats with mastitis were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and their reaction time in methylene blue reduction test (MBRT) monitored. Bulk milk samples were categorized into three grades, such as high, normal and low, based on the reaction time in MBRT. The mean LFC in milk that was considered high quality (167 microg/ml) was significantly lower than that of those graded as normal (218 microg/ml) and low quality (304 microg/ml), while mean LFC in mastitic milk was 587 microg/m l. The correlation coefficient between milk LFC and MBRT time was found to be -0.7. Three goats were inoculated with Staphylococcus aureus into one of their udder halves. The mean milk LFC was found to be significantly higher (1500 microg/ml) than the control (30 microg/ml). These findings suggest that milk LFC may be useful as an index for intramammary infection in goats.  相似文献
