[Cr(2gb)(3)]Cl(ZnCl(4)), [Cr(2gb)(3)]Cl(3), and [Co(2gb)(3)]Cl(3) were synthesized and characterized. Their chemical structures and the oxidation states of their metal centers remained unchanged in solution. The effects of these compounds, CrCl(3) and [Co(NH(3))(6)]Cl(3), on photosynthesis were investigated. The coordination compounds inhibit ATP synthesis and electron flow (basal, phosphorylating, and uncoupled), behaving as Hill reaction inhibitors. The target for [Cr(2gb)(3)]Cl(ZnCl(4)) is located at the Q(B) level. In contrast, the interaction sites of [Cr(2gb)(3)]Cl(3) and [Co(2gb)(3)]Cl(3) are located in the span from P(680) to Q(A) and at the b(6)f complex. Neither CrCl(3) nor [Co(NH(3))(6)]Cl(3) inhibited photosynthesis. The 100% inhibition on PS II of [Cr(2gb)(3)]Cl(ZnCl(4)) is explained in terms of a synergystic effect between the 2gb-chromium(III) coordination compound and the ZnCl(4)(2)(-) anion.  相似文献

采用水培和土培试验方法,研究了不同浓度的铬(Cr6 )对水稻种子萌发、幼苗生长的影响,结果表明,六价铬对水稻种子的萌发及出苗都有不良影响;幼苗随着铬(Cr6 )浓度的增加,植株的生长明显受到抑制,株高、根长、鲜重和干重均下降,但水培较土培所引起铬的危害起始浓度更小,失绿症状更严重。  相似文献

在实验室条件下,对黄松稻田土壤、紫色稻田土壤和红壤稻田土的反硝化细菌(DenitrifyingBacteria,DNB)种群数量及其反硝化活性,以及Cr2(SO4)36H2O处理4周后Cr3+污染对DNB种群数量及其反硝化活性影响进行了研究。结果表明,紫色稻田土壤、黄松稻田土壤和红壤稻田土的DNB种群数量每克干土分别为(59.04~157.59)104cfu、(42.89~108.97)104cfu和(32.14~75.30)104cfu。在每千克干土中加入200mgCr3+时,对稻田土的DNB种群数量及其活性有明显的抑制作用,但稻田土壤还能通过自身的能力,在培养3周后完全恢复稻田土壤的DNB种群数量及其活性。随着Cr3+加入量的增加,Cr3+对DNB的毒性越来越大,稻田土壤通过自身来恢复DNB种群数量及其活性越来越困难,但可通过外界力量(如调节土壤pH)逐渐恢复稻田土壤的生物活性。  相似文献

通过吸附解吸实验研究了添加海泡石后典型水稻土对Cd的吸附解吸特性及其对吸附溶液pH值变化的响应。结果表明,Freundlich方程可以较好地拟合红黄泥、黄泥田和红沙泥3种典型水稻土对Cd的等温吸附过程(R2〉0.962)。在溶液初始Cd浓度相同的情况下,添加海泡石可使3种水稻土对Cd的吸附量增加20%以上,增强土壤对Cd的吸附强度,有效降低吸附Cd的解吸率,其效果随海泡石添加量的增大而增强。3种水稻土吸附Cd的解吸率均高于70%,而且都随吸附量的增加而上升。溶液的pH值是影响土壤吸附Cd的一个重要因素,在低pH值的条件下(pH〈4),随着溶液pH值的降低,土壤对Cd的吸附量迅速降低,当溶液pH值高于5时,pH值的变化对吸附量的影响较小。在溶液初始pH值2-8范围内,添加海泡石均能有效提高3种水稻土对Cd的吸附能力。  相似文献

Sorghum [Sorghum bicolor (L.) Moench] seeds were planted into ‘white quartz flintshot’ sand and watered with 0.01M sodium acetate at pH 6.0, 5.5, 5.0, 4.5, or 4.0 plus 0, 1.4, 14.0, or 140.0 mg/L manganese (Mn2+). Cultivars used were 38M, 58M, GP‐140, SC283, SC574, 5C599, TAM428, and Funk G522DR. Lengths, fresh weights, and dry weights of roots were decreased as hydrogen (H+) or Mn2+ concentrations increased. Interactions of H+ and Mn2+ concentrations were synergistic for length, fresh weight, and dry weight of roots in 38M and 58M. Interaction of H+ and Mn2+ stresses on root length was additive in GP‐140, SC283, SC574, SC599, and TAM428 but interactions of these stresses were antagonistic in root length of Funk GS22DR.  相似文献

采用1次平衡法研究了不同pH值条件下重金属Pb2+的吸附解吸特性。研究结果表明,吸附量随平衡浓度的增加而增大,随pH值的升高而增大。初始浓度为100mgL-1和pH值为7分别为初始浓度和pH值的变化敏感阈值。解吸量随吸附量的增加而增大,解吸量随吸附量变化而变化的幅度随pH值的增大而减小。解吸量随pH值的增大而减小。解析率大小顺序为:pH=3>pH=5>pH=7>pH=9>pH=11。  相似文献

Sorghum [Sorghum bicolor (L.) Moench] cultivars were planted in 8 cm × 8 cm × 8 cm pots filled with ‘white quartz flintshot’ sand containing 0, 0.25, 0.50, 1.0, or 2.0 mg/kg metolachlor [2‐chloro‐N‐(2‐ethyl‐6‐methylphenyl)‐N‐(2 methoxy‐1‐methylethyl)acetamide] and the pots were watered on alternate days with 100 mL 0.1 M sodium acetate at pH 6.0, 5.5, 5.0, 4.5, or 4.0 to determine the influence of excess H+ and metolachlor concentrations on sorghum root growth. Cultivars utilized were Funk G522DR, SC574, SC283, GP‐10, 58M, and 38M. At pH 4.5 and 4.0 (0 metolachlor), root lengths of Funk G522DR and SC574 were significantly decreased compared to roots from plants grown at pH 6.0. The other four cultivars had decreased root growth at pH 4.0 (0 metolachlor). Metolachlor influence on sorghum cultivar root growth was dependent on pH, cultivar, and metolachlor concentration. None of the cultivars showed increased metolachlor activity which was influenced by pH. Metolachlor (0.25 mg/kg) reversed the influence of excess H+ concentration (pH 4.0) in SC574. Metolachlor (0.5, 1.0, and 2.0 ppmw) reversed the excess H+ concentration inhibition of root growth at pH 4.0 in Funk G522DR.  相似文献

通过静态吸附实验和动态吸附实验,研究了pH值、电解质(NaCl)、活性炭纤维用量等因素对用棉花秸秆制备的活性炭纤维吸附水中3,4-二氯苯胺的影响,同时从动力学和热力学角度考察了活性炭纤维对3,4-二氯苯胺的吸附行为。结果表明,棉花秸秆制备的活性炭纤维可以有效地吸附3,4-二氯苯胺,电解质(NaCl)的存在对吸附有抑制作用;准二级动力学模型能够很好地描述3,4-二氯苯胺在活性炭纤维上的吸附行为;吸附等温线符合Langmuir方程,吸附行为是一个自发放热的物理吸附过程。  相似文献

Potassium is an essential macronutrient for plants; it is characterized by increased photosynthetic activity by ensuring a better utilization of light energy, also acts as a regulator of cell osmotic pressure, decreasing transpiration and helping to maintain cell turgidity. However, the sodium is not an essential element for plants, although it is beneficial to certain crops, in some instances can replace the potassium and osmotic regulation making and turgidity of the cells, this effect is greatest when the supply of potassium is deficient (Wild, 1992). Both elements, in periods of aridity, delayed the wilting of plants to maintain cellular osmotic potential and in cold periods, they lower the freezing point of sap (Navarro and Navarro, 2000).This is an experiment to study the influence of soil management techniques on the monovalent cations in soil solutions at different depths. The cropping systems studied are conventional tillage, minimum tillage and direct drilling.Conventional tillage releases more Na+ and K+ to the soil solution than the conservative techniques. In the case of Na+, the conventional tillage soil solution has an average concentration of 0.563 meq/L compared to 0.303 meq/L of minimum tillage and 0.340 meq/L of direct drilling. As for the K+, the soil solution concentration of conventional tillage is 0.097 meq/L, compared to 0.079 meq/L of the solution of minimum tillage and 0.056 meq/L of direct drilling.The behavior for the two cations studied is distinct at different depths. The Na+ is more abundant in water samples of soil taken in depth. Therefore, the salinization risk may take place in the subsoil, especially in conventional tillage where the Bw1 horizon values are three times higher than in the Ap horizon, while the K+ is more abundant in the surface horizon. Conventional tillage and minimum tillage techniques, in the Ap horizon have a similar pattern with a K+ concentration average of 0.15 meq/L and 0.14 meq/L, respectively, resulting in lower values for direct drilling.Studies on clay soils have not been performed previously because of the difficulty presented by these soils when soil solution extracted for analysis. We analyzed the monovalent cations (sodium and potassium) from soil solution; because the soil solution is the immediate source of sodium and potassium for plants.  相似文献

为获得性能优良的3Cr13电弧喷涂层,采用正交试验、极差分析和方差分析研究了电弧喷涂工艺参数对3Cr13涂层结合强度和耐磨性的影响。试验结果表明:影响涂层结合强度的工艺参数主次排列为喷涂电流、喷涂气压和喷涂距离,而影响涂层耐磨性的工艺参数主次排列为喷涂电流、喷涂距离和喷涂气压。考虑试验因素对结合强度和耐磨性影响程度的大小以及它们在涂层使用中所起作用的重要程度,优化的3Cr13电弧喷涂工艺规范为喷涂电压35 V;喷涂电流180 A;喷涂距离180 mm;喷涂气压0.6 MPa。齿轮泵轴修复实践表明,优化的电喷涂工艺规范用于修复齿轮泵磨损件是可行的。  相似文献

Phosphate sorption and desorption in soils are markedly influenced by iron oxides, although little is known on how the common iron oxides differ in their behaviour towards added phosphate. In this study, we investigated phosphate sorption and desorption in the clay fractions of 12 Terre Rosse that ranged widely in Fe oxide content, had very low contents of oxalate-extractable Fe oxides and different hematite/goethite ratios. Phosphate sorption at an equilibrium concentration of 1 mg P 1?1 was correlated with the goethite but not with the hematite content of the clay fractions. When phosphate was desorbed by electro-ultrafiltration, the difference in desorption half-time between untreated and deferrified clays was positively correlated with the goethite but not with the hematite content. These results suggest that goethite is more active than hematite in phosphate sorption and retention by soils.  相似文献

本研究通过室内土柱试验,研究了不同强度和持续时间的模拟酸雨淋溶下,赤红壤磷素淋失量及部分阳离子(Ca2+、Al3+、Fe2+)的释放程度和特征。结果表明:经pH 2.0、pH 3.0、pH 4.0、pH 5.0模拟酸雨持续淋溶 34 d后,淋溶液pH值变化并不明显(>0.05 ),而对Ca2+、Fe2+的溶出有显著的促进作用,Ca2+、Al3+、Fe2+ 溶出量均随 pH 值的降低而升高,Al3+ 和 Fe2+ 淋失量在pH 2.0时均有骤增现象。随淋溶时间的增加,土壤可溶态磷的淋失量表现为先增加后逐渐降低;随着pH值的降低,土壤磷淋失总量也表现为先增加后降低,pH4.0的酸雨有助于促进土壤磷的释放,pH<4.0时土壤磷的淋失减少。相关分析发现淋溶液中磷淋失总量与Al3+和Fe2+溶出量均呈显著负相关(r1=0.6531, r2=0.5107),和Ca2+总溶出量相关关系不显著(r3=0.1287),表明高强度酸雨降低了土壤磷淋失量可能与酸雨作用导致活性铁、铝的大量释放,增加了磷的活性吸附点位,从而增加了对磷酸根离子配位吸附与固定有关。  相似文献

The Soreq recharge basins, used for wastewater reclamation employing the Soil-Aquifer Treatment (SAT) system, have been recharged, on average, by about 1,800 m depth of secondary effluent during their operation period of ~25 years. An estimated amount of ~6 kg P m?2 was added to the soil/sediment column during this period. The objective of this study was to compare phosphorous sorption characteristics of representative pristine soils in the Soreq recharge site to those of the basin soils sampled after a long period of effluent recharge. Batch isotherm experiments were conducted: samples of one g of soil were equilibrated with 25 mL of 0.02 M NaCl solution containing 0–3.2 mM of phosphate for 7 days at 25± 1°C and P sorption was measured. Long-term effluent recharge significantly decreased the maximum P sorption capacity of the top sandy soil (0.15–0.3 m) and only very slightly decreased maximum P isotherm capacity of the deep clayey-sand soil (10–10.5 m). The retention of P in the basin sandy soil primarily involved sorption and surface precipitation reactions on soil carbonates. In the basin clayey-sand soil, P was retained by its sorption on surfaces of Fe, Al, Mn oxide/hydroxides and clay minerals. Long-term effluent recharge increased EPC0, (the equilibrium P concentration in solution at which there is no sorption or desorption to or from the soil under the given conditions), of the basin soils compared to the pristine soils. Due to loading of the top horizons with P by prolonged recharge and reduced P concentration in the effluent, EPC0 of the basin sandy soil is now equal to the average P concentration of the recharged effluents. If effluent P concentration will decrease further, the top sandy soil will become a source of P to the reclaimed water, rather than a sink. The clayey-sand layers and lenses in the vadose zone of the SAT system of the Soreq site offer a large capacity for P adsorption. With gradual leaching of carbonate minerals and synthesis of secondary clay minerals, driven by long-term effluent recharge, P retention mechanisms in the basin soil may be changed, but this process would be extremely slow.  相似文献

以玉米秸秆、水稻秸秆、稻壳为原料分别在350℃、450℃、550℃、650℃热裂解温度下制备玉米秸秆炭(MSB)、水稻秸秆炭(RSB)和稻壳炭(RHB),比较不同热裂解温度下三种生物质炭对溶液中重金属离子Cd~(2+)的吸附解吸特性。利用准一级、准二级和颗粒内扩散模型对吸附过程进行拟合,结果表明三种生物质炭对Cd~(2+)的吸附满足颗粒内扩散方程。随着热裂解温度的升高,同一种原料制备的生物质炭达到吸附平衡的时间缩短。Langmuir方程和Freundlich方程拟合结果显示,三种生物质炭对溶液中Cd~(2+)的吸附更符合Langmuir方程。单位数量的RSB在一定浓度Cd~(2+)溶液中对Cd~(2+)的吸附量显著高于MSB和RHB。三种生物质炭对Cd~(2+)的吸附量随制备生物质炭的热裂解温度的升高而降低。三种生物质炭中玉米秸秆炭的解吸率最小。因此评价生物质炭对溶液中重金属的去除效果需要考虑原料、热裂解温度等多种因素的影响。  相似文献

The pH effect on the sorption kinetics of heavy metals in soils was studied using a constant flow leaching method.The soil samples were red soil collected from Yingtan,Jiangxi,and yellow-brown soil from Nanjing,Jiansu,The heavy metals tested were zinc and cadmium.Assuming that the experimental data diffed to the following kinetic rate equation:1/c.dx/dt=kx∞-kx,the rate constant k of sorption could be determined from the slope of the straight line by plotting of 1/c,dx/dt vs.x.The results showed that the pH effect on the rate constants of heavy mental sorption in soils was very significant.The values of k decreased with increasing pH.The sorptions were more sensitive to pH in red soil than in yellow-brown soil.  相似文献

The sorption of volatile organic compounds (VOCs)—the most common, mobile, but relatively poorly studied contaminants—by soils is considered. Typical VOCs of different classes, the major processes determining their retention by soils, the main rules and mechanisms of VOC sorption, and the experimental methods of its measurement are characterized. The common approximation models and geometrical shapes of VOC sorption isotherms are discussed. Provisional analytical ranges of experimental VOC sorption values in the aqueous and the vapor phases at low and high relative concentrations are reported.  相似文献

The use of peat for removal of copper(II) from aqueous solution has been investigated at various initial copper ion concentrations and masses of peat. The equilibrium sorption study can be described by the Langmuir equation and defined in terms of the operating lines for each batch contacting system. The mechanisms of the rate of sorption of copper(II) were analysed using the Elovich equation and a pseudo-second-order model. Both rate mechanisms provided a very high degree of correlation of the experimental sorption rate data suggesting either model could be used in design applications.  相似文献
