多年来的调查研究表明,浙江省各主产麻区红麻烂根死苗,有“丝核菌”(Rhizoctonia Solani)诱致的立枯病和镰刀菌(Fusarium Spp)诱致的根腐病。这两种病害历年来对红麻——播全苗和壮苗威胁甚大,而且轻病苗所造成的后遗症,往往是红麻中后期引起烂根(茎基腐)死株的根源。 相似文献

茶橙瘿螨是茶树主要害螨之一,在高山有机茶园主要发生在7~10月份以后,为害夏暑茶和秋茶,严重影响茶叶的品质和产量。试验结果表明,99%绿颖乳油100~250倍对茶橙瘦螨均具有良好的室内毒力效果;在荼橙瘿螨的发生高峰期前喷施100—250倍液,防效良好。 相似文献

为筛选出安全有效地防治高海拔茶区茶饼病的药剂,开展了生物农药氨基寡糖素、申嗪霉素、多抗霉素和矿物油4种药剂及氨基寡糖素与多抗霉素混配剂对贵州湄潭和德江茶园茶饼病的防效试验研究.结果表明:供试生物农药10%多抗霉素处理对贵州湄潭和德江高海拔茶区的茶饼病均有一定的防效(分别为62.43±5.84%和58.17±2.93%);若与5%氨基寡糖素混配后的防效有显著提升(分别为67.3±2.19%和72.77±2.93%),与对照药剂吡唑醚菌酯的防效差异不显著.表明供试生物药剂10%多抗霉素、或10%多抗霉素与5%氨基寡糖素混配使用防治茶饼病可以替代化学农药吡唑醚菌酯,可在我国高海拔茶区大面积应用. 相似文献

Copper oxychloride at three dosage rates, nickel chloride at two rates and a combination of the two at three rates were tested against blister blight of tea (caused by Exobasidium vexans Massee) at six different treatment intervals from June to November, 1981. Under severe monsoon weather conditions, disease incidence exceeded the critical economic threshold limit with both fungicides when applied at intervals longer than 3 days. Only with the combination of copper and nickel was blister blight infection below the critical limit at 5-day spray intervals. When weather conditions were mild in October and November the treatment interval could be safely extended to 11 days with either copper or nickel alone, or both used together. The eradicant nickel chloride was superior to the protectant copper fungicide under severe weather conditions. A strong interaction was evident between dosage, treatment interval, the mode of action of the fungicide and weather conditions in blister blight disease control. The results point to the need in practice for short spray intervals with a copper-nickel combination at 210 g/ha of each from June to September and longer intervals thereafter, for maximum economic control. 相似文献

采用同时蒸馏萃取和气相色谱-质谱联用( SDE/GC/MS)技术,分别测定了健康及受茶饼病菌侵染鲜叶中挥发性物质,探讨了云南大叶种健康及受茶饼病菌侵染鲜叶中挥发性物质的组成和差异,分析了茶饼病菌侵染对茶树挥发性物质的影响.结果表明:茶树健康叶片中共检测出37种挥发性物质,占总挥发物的80.195%,而受茶饼病菌侵染叶片中共检测出56种挥发性物质,占总挥发物的92.166%;在受茶饼病菌侵染叶片中有13种物质未检测出,有31种新的挥发性物质被检测出;芳樟醇是云南大叶种茶树鲜叶中主要的挥发性物质;受茶饼病菌危害的叶片以含氮含硫化合物、萜烯类、芳香族化合物、绿叶性气体为主要挥发物. 相似文献

Blister blight caused by the biotrophic fungus, Exobasidium vexans Massee, is the most problematic foliar disease of tea in Sri Lanka. A reliable and accurate method is needed for field assessment of severity of the disease for epidemiological studies, formulating disease control strategies and crop improvement programmes. A field assessment key with 0–6 scores was developed for blister blight, considering the lowest (0) and highest (>30%) limits of disease severity observed in the field and different stages of symptom development. The key was validated by six raters, 3 experienced and 3 inexperienced. The field assessment trials made using the key were accurate and precise (R2 > 0.80). The area under the disease progress curve (AUDPC), calculated using the disease severity levels obtained using the assessment key, was used to combine multiple observations of disease progress into a 0–9 susceptible scale. Ascending numbers in the scale represent increasing susceptibility. The new scale was proposed to discriminate blister blight resistance in tea accessions/cultivars in field screening. Screening trials for validation of the susceptible scale, conducted using tea cultivars of known resistance or susceptibility levels and newly developed accessions of tea, at three locations, revealed that the 0–9 scale is simple to apply, offers a fine discrimination of blister blight resistance levels, and allows objective evaluation. 相似文献
