利用无电解电镀的方法制备了导电且具有电磁屏蔽功能的木材-金属复合材料.探讨了镀液用量、施镀时间和施镀温度对复合材料的表面电阻率和电磁屏蔽效能的影响,同时利用能谱分析(EDS)、X射线衍射分析(XRD)和扫描电镜分析(SEM)方法分别测定了不同施镀温度下得到的各镀层的磷含量、微结构和表面形貌.实验结果表明,在镀液使用量为500mL,施镀时间为30min和施镀温度为62℃的最优条件下,所得镀层的导电性和电磁屏蔽效果最佳.而且发现,随着施镀温度的提高,镀层中磷含量缓慢增加.XRD分析表明不同温度所得各镀层的结构均为多晶结构,通过SEM分析,镀层均匀、连续且具有金属光泽,说明在pH值一定的条件下,施镀温度对镀层结构和表面相貌的影响很小.图7表3参11.  相似文献

Copper coating on birch veneer substrate was conducted by electroless deposition to prepare electromagnetic interference shielding material. In the process, Pd2+ ions were chemically adsorbed on the wood surface modified with chitosan. Then, they were reduced and dipped into a plating bath where copper film was successfully initiated. The coatings were characterized by SEM–EDS, XPS, and XRD. The metal deposition, surface resistivity, and electromagnetic shielding effectiveness were measured. The morphology of the coating observed by SEM is uniform, compact, and continuous. EDS, XPS, and XRD results showed that the coating consists of Cu0 with crystalline structure. Moreover, the copper films firmly adhere to the wood surface. Birch veneers plated with crystalline copper film exhibit high electro-conductivity with surface resistivity of 119.1?mΩ?cm?2 and good electromagnetic shielding effectiveness of over 60?dB in frequencies ranging from 10?MHz to 1.5?GHz.  相似文献

A facile electroless Ni–P plating process for preparing EMI shielding wood-based composite was studied. In the process, the activation was combined with electroless deposition in the plating bath. By a simple and environmentally friendly method, Ni–P film was easily deposited on the surface of birch veneer. The plated specimens were observed by SEM, and it was found that the film is uniform, compact, and continuous. EDS results show that the coating contains 3.32 wt% phosphorus and 96.68 wt% nickel. It is indicated by XRD analysis that the film on birch veneer is crystalline. It is considered that the crystalline structure is related to the lower phosphorus content of the film. It was found that the birch veneer plated with crystalline Ni–P coating has better electrical conductivity and electromagnetic shielding performance.  相似文献

A conductive and corrosion-resistant wood-based composite was obtained via electroless Ni–W–P plating on birch veneers. The W content of the Ni–W–P coatings obtained under different Na2WO4 concentrations in the plating bath was analyzed. The crystal structure, surface morphology, electrical resistivity, electromagnetic shielding effectiveness, surface wettability, adhesive strength and corrosion resistance of the composite were investigated. Energy-dispersive spectroscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy results showed that the coating consisted mainly of Ni0, Mo0 and P0 doped with little of their oxides. X-ray diffractometry analysis suggested the obtained coatings contained a nanocrystalline structure. Scanning electron microscopy images showed that the veneer surfaces were covered with uniform and continuous coatings. Birch veneers plated with Ni–W–P alloy exhibited good electrical conductivity with surface resistivity below 200 mΩ/cm2 and shielding effectiveness above 35 dB from 9 kHz to 1.5 GHz. Ni–W–P films firmly adhered to the wood surface. Water contact angle of the composite reached about 130° indicating the hydrophobic surface. The Ni–W–P-plated veneers showed excellent corrosion resistance due to the polarization resistance above 3.1 kΩ/cm2. This study further provides a new method for fabricating multifunctional wood-based composites.  相似文献

The regeneration of exhausted solutions of electroless nickel plating wood veneer was realized using soluble calcium salt to precipitate and remove phosphite and then using fluoride to remove residual calcium ions from the solution. The effect of the pH value of the solution, treatment temperature and the molar ratio of calcium ions to phosphite ions on the removal efficiency of phosphite was investigated. Wood veneer was electroless plated using regenerated solutions. One of the ways to realize it is to introduce the chemical plating which has already been developed in electron industry into wood processing. The paper clarifies the mechanism of electroless copper and gold plating and its application to wood. It emphasizes the development and technology of electroless copper and gold plating on wood. A novel and simple electroless Ni–Cu–P plating process was used for preparing corrosion-resistant and electromagnetic interference shielding wood-based composite. The effects of CuSO4·5H2O concentration, pH value in the plating solution and operation temperature on the metal deposition, surface resistivity, chemical composition, corrosion resistance and surface morphology of the composite were investigated. The surface morphologies were observed by using scanning electron microscopy and the chemical compositions were analyzed by X-ray energy dispersive spectrometer. The electromagnetic shielding effectiveness (ESE) was measured by spectrum analyzer. The corrosion resistance was evaluated by potentiodynamic corrosion measurement. The results show that metal deposition increases with pH value and temperature increase; however, it decreases with CuSO4·5H2O concentration increase. The corrosion resistance of the plated Ni–Cu–P coatings obviously depends on the total content of Cu and P in the coating. Higher total content of Cu and P leads to higher corrosion resistance. The optimum conditions are as follows: CuSO4·5H2O concentration of 1.0 g/L, pH value of 9.5, and operation temperature of 90 °C. The obtained coating contains 77.41 % Ni, 8.96 % Cu, and 13.63 % P. The wood-based composite exhibits higher corrosion resistance and ESE of around 60 dB in frequencies ranging from 9 kHz to 1.5 GHz. In this paper, a promising process for corrosion-resistant and electromagnetic shielding wood-based composites was developed.  相似文献

采用化学镀法在桦木表面获得Ni-P合金镀层.利用傅立叶红外光谱(FTIR)和X射线光电子能谱(XPS)技术,分析桦木单板化学镀前预处理后,桦木表面官能团的变化和化学镀后元素的变化.FTIR分析表明:分别经活化和解胶处理后的桦木单板表面FTIR谱与素材几乎重合,表明活化和解胶处理过程没有使木材表面发生任何化学反应.XPS分析结果表明:活化后桦木单板表面吸附了内部包裹着具有催化作用的Pd0胶粒,此时Pd0起不到催化作用;解胶后,Pd0才显露出来并催化化学镀反应的进行,但化学镀过程之初是Ni先沉积而P的沉积滞后,所得镀层成分为Ni-P合金.  相似文献

Root mat method described by Kuchenbuch and Jungk was used to study the rhizosphere processes. The experiment was carried out on two years oldPinus koraiensis seedlings. Soil samples collected from the upper 20-cm soil layer in Changbai Mountain were treated with three different forms of nitrogen fertilizers: NO3 −N, NH4 +−N and NH4NO3. The results showed that the soil pH and available P near the roots were all lower than in the bulk soil in control treatment. NH4 +−N application greatly decreased the soil pH near the roots compared to the control treatment and promoted the absorption of phosphorus, which led to a more remarkable depletion region of available P. On the contrary, the rhizosphere soil pH was higher than in the bulk soil in treatments with NO3 −N and retarded the P absorption, which led to a nearly equal available P contents to the bulk soil. In treatment with NH4NO3, the rhizosphere soil pH was only a little lower than that in the control treatment and its effects on P absorption is mediate between the treatments with NH4 +−N and NO3 −N. The effects of anthocyanin fromMalva sylvestris on plasma lipids and free radical were investigated by Reagent Kit method and in vitro assay. High fat model was set up with albino rats that were fed with different dosages of anthocyanin fromMalva sylvestris (0.03 g·d−1, 0.04 g·d−1 and 0.05 g·d−1). The results showed that the total cholesterol was decreased by 19.7% at an anthocyanin of 0.04 g·d−1 and triglyceride was decreased by 34.4% at an anthocyanin of 0.05 g·d−1. In vitro assay, some indexes of anthocyanin were measured including the capability of scavenging free radical, reducing force and the capability of anti-lipid peroxidation by orthophenanthroline Fe+2 oxidation-reduction method. The results indicated that the clearance rate of free radical reached to 43.46% when the content of anthocyanin was 0.20 mg·mL−1 and the inhibition ratio of lipid peroxidation reached 18.82% when the content was 0.5 mg·mL−1. Therefore anthocyanin is a kind of natural and effective free radical remover and antioxidant and can prevent from the formation of the thrombus and reduced the emergence of the cardiovascular disease. 在东北林业大学帽儿山实验林场,选择了26个17年生红松种源实验林作为研究对象,进行了木材材质性状和生长性状的调查。材质性状包括解剖学性状和物理学性状。解剖学性状测试指标包括,管胞长度、管胞直径和管胞壁腔比。物理学性状指标测定了:生长轮宽度、晚材率和生长轮密度。生长性状方面调查了树高和胸径。统计分析结果表明:各项材质性状和生长性状指标在种源间均存在着显著差异,同时证明各项材质性状均受一定的遗传效应控制;红松的生长性状指标在不同种源间也存在着较大的变异,红松的树高和胸径也受遗传效应的控制;但是,多数材质指标表现为一定的以经向为主的地理变异规律,而红松的生长性状指标如树高和胸径均呈现出一定的纬向变异规律,无经向变异规律。图2表5参6。  相似文献

本研究着重考察不同胶粘剂种类、不同金属材料和不同规格金属网,在不同组坯条件下压制复合板的电磁屏蔽性能。确定木单板与金属网的复合工艺,结果表明,板材的电磁屏蔽效能在1-1000MHz范围内可达到40dB以上;采用处理剂A处理金属网,可改善金属网与木材的胶合;复合板的胶合强度符合国家标准GB9846.12-88的要求。  相似文献

本项研究通过采用固体培养和液体培养的试验方法,进行大花葵花(Malvasylvestris)色苷对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和黑曲霉的抑菌试验。结果表明:大花葵花色苷对金黄色葡萄球菌有很强的抑制作用,而对大肠杆菌和黑曲霉没有抑制现象发生。在固体培养试验中大花葵花色苷随着浓度的增加,对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制程度越大,当大花葵花色苷浓度为10g/L时抑菌圈平均直径为6mm,当浓度增加至30g/L时,抑菌圈平均直径为16mm。而且,高浓度的大花葵花色苷溶液对金黄色葡萄球菌有长时间的抑制作用。  相似文献

The root segments selected from dominant trees ofPopulus davidiana Dode were taken as reproductive material and were buried in different depths to carry out the reproduction of root turion sprout. The affecting factors of gemination rate, survival rate, and height growth for cutting wood of root sprout were comparatively analyzed. The results showed that the best suitable substrate for burying root is pearlite, with a germination rate of 15.16%. 3–4-cm root segments has the highest rate of germination (12.4%). The mixture of sand and soil (2∶1) is the best cutting substrate, with a survival rate of 81.3%, while as to height growth of cutting wood, the mixture of turfy and soil (1∶1) is the best. The cutting woods selected from different positions of stem show difference in height growth. The cutting wood from top stem is higher obviously than those from middle or low stem. Abstract

Customers demand a very a high quality of veneered furniture products with regard to surface appearance, shape stability and rigidity. To meet these requirements, it is important to improve the manufacturing process by a better understanding of the thermohydromechanical behaviour of the individual veneers. During the manufacture of strongly curved products, the veneers are exposed to large membrane and bending deformations and to a high pressure in the radial fibre direction. When hot-press forming is used, the veneers are also exposed to a high surface temperature during the pressing time (curing time). These severe conditions can result in plastic deformation perpendicular to the veneer surface as well as mechanosorptive strains in the curved regions, since the heating can significantly affect moisture distribution. How strong an influence these factors have on the distortion of the veneered product is far from being fully clarified. To study this complex multiphysical problem including temperature, moisture, large deformations for orthotropic materials, surface constraints and progressive glue interaction, a three-dimensional finite element simulation was performed. In this study, the simulation of deformations and stresses occurring during the manufacture of a curved veneered product (chair seat) of birch wood is described. The results show that heating, pressure and the fibre orientation in the veneers have a significant influence on the distortion of the chair seat.  相似文献

Summary Scots pine wood veneers were acetylated to weight gains of 5, 10, 15 or 20% and exposed to natural weathering. Veneers acetylated to low weight gains of 5 and 10% and exposed to the weather showed greater losses in mass and tensile strength due to increased delignification and depolymerisation of cellulose than similarly exposed, untreated controls. Acetylation to 20% weight gain restricted the loss of veneer mass and holocellulose during exposure. Initially it also slightly reduced the depolymerisation of cellulose, and this was reflected in lower losses in veneer zero-span tensile strength after 35 days exposure. However, the photoprotective effects of acetylation, with the exception of veneer mass, were lost with prolonged exposure of veneers to the weather. Acetylation of wood blocks to 20% weight gain caused a bulking of the wood cell wall, particularly the S3 layer of the secondary wall, and reductions in lumen size. Acetylated latewood cells maintained their shape and radial orientation during exterior exposure, but acetylation did not prevent erosion of the middle lamella. Mechanisms to explain how acetylation may affect the weathering resistance of wood are suggested. Received 26 May 1998  相似文献

Eight provenances of 19-year-oldPicea koraiensis Nakai from the provenance trials of Maoershan (45°20′N, 127°30′E), Liangshui (47°10′N, 128°53′E) and Jiagedaqi (50°24′N, 124°07′E) in Northeast China were investigated to analyze the genetic variation in growth characteristics (tree height and diameter) and wood characteristics (tracheid length, tracheid diameter, tracheid wall thickness, annual ring width as well as wood density). Great variation in height growth and breast height diameter growth was observed among the provenances, and along with the increase of tree age, these provenances presented different geographic adaptability. The growth characteristics ofPicea koraiensis stand at age of 10 in Maoershan and Liangshui provenance trials had a positive correlation with longitude, and with increase of tree age to 15 and 19, the tree growth of the provenances displayed a significant positive correlation with latitude as well as altitude. For wood characteristics, great variation was also found among the provenances. There exists a close relation between growth characteristics and wood properties of the provenance. The height and breast height diameter growth of the provenance had a positive correlation with tracheid diameter and annual ring width, and a negative correlation with tracheid wall thickness and wood density. Genetic performance of the provenance in all above characteristics was also investigated in order to provide more useful information for comprehensive selection of this species for pulpwood and plywood production.
