On the Regional Culture Features of the Traditional Folk Housing Architecture of Huizhou Style

The traditional architecture of Huizhou style with its unique regional cultural features makes a well- developed genre of architecture in late ancient China. Especially, the traditional folk housing of Huizhou style is the most vivid embodiment of Huizhou culture, reflecting the social history and culture in Huizhou area. The location and setting of the traditional folk housing in ancient Huizhou is greatly influenced by the geomantic theory, a fact that can be best detected in the practice of building artificial landscapes at the accesses to villages. The internal structure of the traditional folk housing of Huizhou style vividly reveals the ideology and the system of the patriarchy in ancient Huizhou. Being traders but sticking to the identity and temperament of Confucian scholars, local merchants of ancient Huizhou fostered a unique culture, which has shaped an distinctive artistic charm found in the internal decoration and furnishings of the traditional folk housing in ancient Huizhou.

旱地冬小麦膜沟栽培水分利用率研究

针对陇东旱作农业区年降水量少、季节分布不均，特别是冬小麦生产中干旱问题，从改善旱地冬小麦生长环境和栽培条件、提高降水利用率入手，将小垄沟集水和覆膜保墒技术有机地结合在一起，进行了旱地冬小麦膜沟栽培水分利用率研究。研究表明，采用膜沟方式栽培，可克服自然降水利用率低等弊端，使使水分利用率（WUE）较露地平播提高13.7kg/(hm2·mm)，冬小麦返青期—成熟期干物质积累较露地平播提高766g/m2；冬小麦单产较传统露地平播栽培增产23.86%。是陇东旱地冬小麦自然降水高效利用、实现高产稳产的最佳模式。     

Potential for the Adaptation and the Strategic Implementation of Local and PRC Resources for Industrialised Housing in Chongqing

The provision of quality industrialized housing in Chongqing to meet demand is perceived by the Chongqing Construction Commission to be a key feature of the local construction industry's future development. The growing strategic importance of Chongqing as a developing municipality, at the junction of the Yangtze and Jialing rivers, will ensure continuing economic development in the region. To facilitate such development the local construction industry will need to react accordingly to provide new infrastructure, commercial development, and housing and recreation facilities. Clearly, this must be achieved in accordance with a robust Master Plan, which addresses all issues associated with the built environment and other environmental considerations relating to pollution, conservation and sustainability. Throughout the World it is becoming increasingly recognized that traditional forms of construction are not sustainable in the long term and that new concepts and methods of construction must be developed. Construction must more effectively utilize and re-cycle resources that would otherwise become depleted or exhausted. Further, all aspects of the in-use performance of buildings, especially housing, must be significantly improved. The situation in Chongqing is no exception to this perception and hence the purpose of this paper is to evaluate locally available resources and relevant resources elsewhere in China to assess the potential for adaptation for effective use in industrialized housing. A broad approach will be taken covering all forms of human and non-human resources, especially those resources which can be re-cycled rather than being consigned to waste. By-products from other industries will be considered, such as those from agriculture and manufacturing. A key aspect of this paper is the articulation of a framework to facilitate the realization and development of an industrialized housing system by the creation of an integrated supply chain capable of delivering the necessary design and performance features geared to affordability, conservation and sustainability. The paper will be concludes by presentation of recommendations regarding the introduction of a development strategy geared to an incremental timetable for implementation.     

哈尔滨农民回迁居住区户外景观设计模式初探

回迁居住区是城市化推进的产物之一。回迁居民在这里的生活模式和物质环境都与其本来状态存在许多矛盾与冲突,使得回迁者常出现“回而不适”现象,对农民生活、心理产生极大负面影响。文章以哈尔滨市城郊失地失宅农民为研究对象,通过对哈尔滨市现有回迁居住区进行实地调研,总结出农民回迁者审美的特异性和行为活动需求及农民回迁居住区户外空间环境存在的主要问题,最后提出满足于哈尔滨失地失宅农民审美情趣及行为需求的农民回迁居住区户外空间设计策略,让农民回迁者有一定的家园感与归属感。     

Regional Architecture and Design Practice

Taking a project practice for example,this paper probed into the design methods of regional architecture in such aspects as geographic environment,traditional folk residence style,space environment and construction material etc.In this paper,one of the developing directions of modern architecture,i.e.the regional architecture design is pointed out first,then,the correlation between regional architecture and natural environment as well as historical culture tradition,space environment and material application of regional architecture,etc.were systematically discussed,it also indicated that the regional architecture should be an organic renewal of traditional folk residence style.It is concluded that the regional architecture should be in accordance with the nature.

随着社会经济的发展、生活水平的提高,人们对新建居住区的环境质量越来越关注。以河南省中牟县“中洲官渡世纪花园”环境设计过程为例,从行为、事件模式、空间三者关系的角度进行分析,以人的尺度、人的活动为根本出发点,营造一种优雅、放松、生态、安全并有强烈归属感的居住环境,使居住环境的设计在较大程度上成为居民之间彼此交流、沟通的介质,进而探讨新时期小区环境设计的发展趋势,并希望对当今小区的规划设计、建设等实践有参考作用。     

Correlation Analysis of Digital City and Urban Sustainable Development

Digital city and its sustainable development is the new vision on city civilization in the 21st century, which will greatly change the life conception, style and level of the people. The relationship of Digital City and sustainable development will affect the orientation and speed of worldwide economic development. The concepts and the relationship of Digital City and sustainable development are analyzed and their harmony and collision are studied in this paper. It suggests that Digital City is an important component of Digital Earth and a result of new technology revolution as well as the inherent necessity to the implementation of sustainable development. Digital City and sustainable development will be vested with new connotations with the development of the city.     

“精明增长”理论对栾川县城镇空间扩展的启示及在土地利用总体规划中的应用

摘要：精明增长是20世纪90年代末诞生于美国规划界最流行的时髦概念,总的来说,精明增长是一种在提高土地利用效率的基础上控制城市扩张、保护生态环境、服务于经济发展、促进城乡协调发展和人们生活质量提高的紧凑式城市规划发展模式。本文是在新一轮的土地利用规划修编背景下结合栾川县的土地利用规划修编实际,阐述了“精明增长”理论对栾川县城镇空间扩展的启示,以及在栾川县的土地利用总体规划中的具体运用。     

The Landscape Style and Features of Historical and Cultural Blocks in Handan,Hebei Province,China

The landscape style and features of historical and cultural blocks in Handan show the landscape characteristics of Handan in the specific cultural and historical period.To explore the landscape style and features of historical and cultural blocks in Handan is of great practical significance to maintain the characteristics of historical and cultural blocks,improve city quality,continue city culture and retain cultural characteristics.According to the advantaged natural geography,human geography factors and the current situation of landscape style and features in Handan City,this study discussed the landscape style and features of historical and cultural blocks through practical investigation and scientific research,found out the main problems and put forward corresponding protection and promotion strategies,in order to create a landscape pattern of historical and cultural blocks with cultural connotation,harmony and order,and distinctive characteristics.     

Exploration of Near Water Rural Landscape Planning and Design:Taking Shiping Village,Zhijiang City in Hubei Province as an Example

By centering on the problems in rural environment and ecology in new rural planning of China,this study is to discuss the new rural planning modes through the effective methods on the near water rural landscape planning and design.Based on the studies of the status at home and abroad,borrowing ideas from successful cases,this study intends to apply the landscape ecological design technique to the Shiping Village,Zhijiang City in Hubei Province by depending on the near water geographical position and water resources.Through improving pools,fishponds,rivers,canals and other environments near water and planning and design of landscape,modern ecological new countryside with features of water resource is formed.Through discussion,we find effective ways to improve ecological environment of countryside,protect style and feature of countryside near water,construct people-oriented rural development system of and promote the construction of rural human habitat environment.Such landscape planning model of countryside near water obtains good ecological and environmental effect,and provides references for projects of similar themes.     

新型流化床生物滤器处理海水养殖废水性能研究

为提升流化床生物滤器的水处理性能,优化滤器的工艺运行参数,研制了新型流化床生物滤器,并以玻璃珠为填料,将该生物滤器应用于斑石鲷循环水养殖系统,探讨了其对养殖水体中营养盐和有机物的去除效果。结果表明：新型流化床生物滤器实现了床层高度的稳定,避免了滤料的流失,优化了滤器内部的流态。在海水养殖工况下,新型流化床生物滤器经过一个月的自然挂膜,可实现滤器的成功启动。通过扫描电镜观察,挂膜前后生物膜载体表面发生了显著的变化。流化床生物滤器的硝化作用主要发生于床层的底部,表层对其贡献率不显著。在稳定工况下,新型流化床生物滤器对TAN、NO2--N、BOD5和SS 的去除率分别达到了(48.7±5.23)%、(64.28±9.88)%、(59.19±4.98)%和(40.06±10.21)%,对TAN的平均去除负荷达到了(245.2±50.5) g/(m3 ·d)。本生物滤器硝化性能及稳定性优于常规生物滤器,可为该滤器在循环水养殖系统中的高效运行和应用提供一定的技术支撑。
