The characteristics of two dimensional bar code are analyzed, then the technological characteristics and the composition of logistic bar code are discussed.Through the analysis of application in medicine trade logistics management system,the PDF417 two dimensional bar code is used to make out a selling invoice, medicines stock,etc. With PDF417 two dimensional bar code , the medicine trade logistics management system overcomes many difficult problems, makes the whole system to be more efficient, completes the plan, organization, coordination and control of trade partners, logistic, information ,business,finance etc., and strengthens the connection between the trade partners.     

Present Situation and Trend of Urban Storm Water Model Development

Since the early 1970s, hundreds of urban storm water models have been developed to plan, design and operate the drainage system, in order to build the system more appropriately, reduce the flood in urban areas and make the storm water controllable. In this paper, the concepts and theory of urban storm water models are expounded and the main characters of three representative urban storm water models are described and the state and trend of their development in China are introduced.

Are Business Services Immune to the Business Cycle?

Should an economic development strategy target the business services industry to insulate the local economy from the business cycle? The relationship between business services employment (SIC 73) and measures of the business cycle is analyzed at national and metropolitan-area levels. At the national level, certain components of business services are not immune to the business cycle while others are. At the metropolitan level, certain characteristics of the metropolitan area and its industrial structure are identified which would result in business services employment being procyclical or not immune to the business cycle.

Site tools distribution method for machining job shop and its implementation

Aiming at site management problems of machining job shop, a site tools management method based on dynamic distribution for machining job shop is proposed. According to the method, the site dynamic distribution plan of machining tools is generated. A site tools distribution management information system is developed. The function and information models of the system are presented. With the system, dynamic distribution and recycling of machining tools and materials is realized. As a result, the inventory of machining tools is reduced, and the productivity is improved. The system has been applied in a machining job shop with satisfied result.

The Centralize-Distributed Structure Model of Electronic-Business that Based on the Concept of Field-Bus Control System

Electronic business is a model of automation business activities, so the concept of field bus control system that is the latest control technology in automation control domain could be transplanted into electronic business structure to optimize the performance of the electronic business. The author studied the model which had centralize distributed structure and built under the concept of FCS in the environment of electronic business. By analyzing the performance of shops online, authority center and logistics distribution center that have the centralize distributed structure, the conclusions could be drawn that the centralize distributed structure model of electronic business has the advantages of high reliability, rapid response, high expandability, easy to rebuild and high system efficiency that FCS has.     

Design of an Interacting Multiple Model Algorithm for Vehicle Target Tracking

The interacting multiple model algorithm is used to solve the vehicle's tracking problems in automated highway system.It has multiple models,each of which matches to a particular mode such as uniform motion with constant velocity and maneuvering motion with acceleration.Combined with the target maneuvering models,the current acceleration of the target and its covariance are simulated.Significant noise reduction is achieved during the uniform motion.And it does better in maintaining the accuracy of the state estimates than the unfiltered radar measurements during the maneuver.A rapid detection of the maneuver is also obtained.The Monte Carlo simulation results show that the IMM algorithm will improve the target's tracking performance and enhance the vehicle's safety and reliability.

Taiwanese bed and breakfast business performance: A geographic region perspective

Taiwan has prioritized bed and breakfast (B&B) business performance improvement in its tourism policies because B&Bs are a sustainable business model that can boost local economy through rural tourism. In order to identify the factors that can improve business performance, this research uses directional distance function and metafrontier approach to evaluate the technical efficiency of 18 cities and counties with B&Bs in Taiwan from 2011 to 2016. Results are divided into four geographic regions: Northern, Central, Southern, and Eastern Taiwan; technology gap ratios are computed to determine the degree of technical gaps for each region in order to provide information to potential B&B owners when selecting their accommodation location or region, to aid B&B managers in tailoring their business models and marketing strategies to maximize total revenues or minimize inputs, and to facilitate tourism, small businesses, and local economy with the support of the Taiwanese government.

Enterprise Information Engineering Model and Its Integrated Support Environment

By analyzing the process of enterprise information engineering construction and intra relationship among information system requirement, business process modeling, application system constructing and project management, one of 4 meta model composed of requirement engineering, process engineering, application system engineering and support engineering is proposed for enterprise information engineering. The developments and applications of the business processes and its application systems are integrated into the same development space and application space. Basing on this, a prototype system composed of requirement modeling environment, business process modeling environment, application system modeling environment, and support engineering environment has been designed and built, which is used for supporting enterprise information engineering constructing. It is valued for the enterprise information engineering construction in our country.
