黄颡鱼(Pelteabagrus)又名“黄姑子”、黄腊丁、黄鼓鱼等,在湖南,被称为“黄鸭叫”,隶属于鲶形目科,为广布性鱼类,在我国各大水系均有分布,特别是在长江中下游的湖泊更为集中。黄颡鱼喜栖息于水底层,夜间则游至水上层觅食。其肉质细嫩、味道鲜美,已逐渐成为一特种淡水养殖鱼类,其养殖规模有迅速扩大之势。有关黄颡鱼的研究较多,但主要仅集中于生态研究[1-4],发育研究[5,6]和疾病的防治[7-10]等,对黄颡鱼生理生化、亲缘关系等的研究所见报道极少[11]。鱼类同工酶差异是鱼种间不同生化遗传结构的反映,因此我们对分布于洞庭湖区四种黄颡…  相似文献

采用不连续聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法,对昆明裂腹鱼的眼球、心脏、肾脏、性腺、脾脏、肝胰脏、脑、鳃和肌肉等9种组织的乳酸脱氢酶同工酶(LDH)进行了测定。结果表明:昆明裂腹鱼LDH共有15条酶带表现出特异性,在不同组织中检出的LDH酶带数量不同,以肝胰脏中最多,共检出9条;在酶活性方面,LDH在脑、鳃、肌肉和肾脏等组织中活性最强,而在眼球组织中最弱。  相似文献

本文应用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳结合光密度扫描的方法,对中国林蛙6种组织器官的乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)同工酶进行分析研究,结果表明:存在3种基因(Ldh-A、-B、-C)编码的LDH 同工酶;在不同组织中 LDH 同工酶差异显著,其中心肌以 LDH_2、LDH_1活性最高,骨骼肌、肝脏以及脑组织以 LDH_5活性最高,LDHc 仅出现在肝脏及骨骼肌中。  相似文献

采用聚丙烯酰胺梯度凝胶垂直板(PAGE)电泳,对黄颡鱼雌、雄个体血清蛋白、酯酶同工酶(EST同工酶)及血红蛋白(Hb)进行了分析。结果表明:黄颡鱼雌、雄个体的血清蛋白存在明显差异,表现在B1区雄性个体比雌性个体多1条MI带,B2区雌性个体比雄性个体多1条MA带,少2条MⅡ带,B3区雄性个体比雌性个体多1条MA带。另外在B2区雌、雄个体间MA带和MI带排列次序也有差异。血清EST雌、雄个体也有明显的差异,雄性黄颡鱼血清EST的酶谱出现了3条酶带无中强带,而雌性黄颡鱼EST的酶谱出现了7条酶带,有4条中强带。雌、雄个体胁只能分离出1条谱带,并且雌、雄之间基本没有差异。  相似文献

黄颡鱼与瓦氏黄颡鱼耗氧率的比较研究   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
采用流水密闭装置测定了五组不同规格的黄颡鱼和一组瓦氏黄颡的耗氧率,找出了黄颡鱼的耗氧率和体重的关系式,对黄颡鱼和瓦氏黄颡鱼的耗氧率进行了比较,并绘制了两种黄颡鱼耗氧率的昼夜变化图。试验表明:瓦氏黄颡鱼的耗氧率显著高于同种规格的黄颡鱼,随着体重的增加两种黄颡鱼耗氧率都显著下降。两种黄颡鱼的耗氧率的最大值都出现在晚上23时前后。通过测定计算出黄颡鱼的耗氧率与体重的回归方程为:Y=0.7279X-1.1826,R2=0.9872。  相似文献

刀鲚不同组织的乳酸脱氢酶同工酶及DNA含量研究   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
采用同工酶技术和流式细胞术研究了刀鲚肝脏、眼睛、肾脏、肌肉、鳃和血清6个组织的乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)及尾鳍、鳃、肌肉、性腺和肝脏5个组织的细胞核DNA含量,旨在为刀鲚遗传背景和种质标准的建立提供技术参数。结果显示:(1)刀鲚不同组织的LDH同工酶呈现一定的组织特异性,眼睛是LDH表达较为典型的组织;除肌肉和血清没有LDH2条带外,其余组织均出现了5条同工酶酶带,并且相对迁移率一致,各组织中均未见LDH-c基因的表达。(2)刀鲚鳃、肌肉和肝脏3个组织的细胞核DNA含量不存在显著差异(P0.05),但都显著低于尾鳍、卵巢细胞DNA含量(P0.05);测定的鳃、肌肉和肝脏组织细胞核的DNA含量与单倍体的精子细胞的比值依次为2.16、2.19和2.22,即刀鲚为二倍体鱼类。此外,肝脏细胞容易从组织上脱落,较易制成单细胞悬液,是用流式细胞仪进行倍性分析的适宜试材;如果要保持生物体健康存活状态,则剪取小部分尾鳍进行倍性分析为宜。研究亮点:首次报道了刀鲚的乳酸脱氢酶同工酶酶带相对迁移率、组织分布、活性扫描及细胞核DNA含量。研究发现,刀鲚眼睛是LDH表达较为典型的组织;刀鲚是二倍体鱼类,肝脏细胞是进行倍性分析的适宜试材,这为刀鲚遗传背景和种质标准的建立提供了科学依据。  相似文献

The ability of lactate dehydrogenase isozyme five from rabbit skeletal muscle to catalyze pyruvate reduction is extremely sensitive to changes of pH within the range of 6.2 to 7.8.The activity of lactate dehydrogenase isozyme one from rabbit heart is virtually unaffected by changes of pH within the same range. Lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) isozyme activities have been followed in 17 human cardiac allografts. A pattern of abnormality associated with cardiac rejection during the first month after operation has been determined: (i) LDH-1 activity is greater than LDH-2 activity; (ii) LDH-1 activity is greater than 35 percent of total LDH activity; and (iii) LDH-1 activity is greater than 100 international units. The LDH-1 abnormality helps to meet the need for an index of cardiac rejection during the early weeks after operation when the electro-cardiogram is least reliable.  相似文献

In a group of 21 gelada baboons, three different lactate dehydrogenase patterns were observed after starch-gel electrophoresis of tissue extracts. The patterns indicate that a mutation has occurred in this population in the gene responsible for the A-subunit. The normal and variant homozygotes each contain five isozymes, those containing the A subunit having characteristically different electrophoretic mobilities. In contrast to an earlier report, we find that the primitive vertebrate Eptatretus possesses a muscle lactate dehydrogenase whose molecular size is like that of lactate dehydrogenases from higher vertebrates. A survey of representative invertebrates has revealed the presence of pyridine nucleotide-linked (D)-lactate dehydrogenase in a number of groups. All species studied contained either D(D)-or (L)L-lactate dehydrogenase, but no species contained both enzymes. Heterozygosity occurs at the lactate dehydrogenase b-locus in two diploid parthenogenetic species of Cnemidophorus. Each such species produces two different B subunits, one of which is also found in two sexual species and in two triploid parthenogenetic species; the other occurs also in a third sexual species. Interspecific hybridization between sexual species carrying different b-alleles and producing different B subunits may be responsible for the heterozygosity at the lactate dehydrogenase b-locus in diploid parthenogenetic Cnemidophours.  相似文献
