维生素E对克氏原螯虾生殖的影响   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
实验用不同的维生素E(VE)含量的饲料投喂克氏原螯虾亲虾,研究对其繁殖性能的影响,目的是为研制亲虾的人工饲料提供指导.结果显示,在添加VE量分别为基础饲料干重的0%、0.004%、0.02%、0.1%和0.5%的5个饲料组中,0.02%VE组不仅可以增加产卵雌虾的数量比例,而且也能提高克氏原螯虾雌虾的产卵量.随着VE含量的升高,产卵雌虾的比例呈下降趋势,单个雌虾的产卵量与0.02%VE组差不多,这表明饲料中适当添加VE可促进克氏原螯虾产卵,但饲料中VE含量过高对克氏原螯虾的繁殖产生负面影响.在饲料中添加适量的VE能够提高亲虾繁殖能力,方法简单,效果明显,适合规模化生产的需要,可以推广.  相似文献

为探讨低鱼粉高植物蛋白饲料中蛋白酶的适宜添加范围,在克氏原螯虾基础饲料中分别添加0、0.1、0.2、0.4、0.8、1.6 g/kg蛋白酶,制作成6组饲料。选择初始体质量为(8.18±0.11) g的克氏原螯虾,随机分为6组,每组3个重复,每个重复15尾虾,在室内养殖桶中饲养8周。结果显示,随饲料蛋白酶添加量的增加:(1)各组间存活率、肝体比、腹部含肉率均无显著差异;增重率和特定生长率均先升高后降低,且在蛋白酶添加量为0.2 g/kg时达到最大值。当蛋白酶添加量为0.4 g/kg时饲料系数最低;蛋白质效率和蛋白质沉积率分别在添加量为0.4和0.2 g/kg时达到最高值。经折线回归分析,增重率、饲料系数、蛋白质效率分别在蛋白酶添加量为0.16、0.24、0.23 g/kg时有最佳值。(2)腹部肌肉和全虾粗蛋白质含量先升高后降低最终趋于平稳,均在0.2 g/kg组有最大值。(3)肠道及肝胰腺蛋白酶、脂肪酶、淀粉酶活性均先增加后缓慢降低,均在0.2 g/kg组出现最大值,且显著高于对照组。(4)血清总蛋白含量在0.4 g/kg组出现最大值;谷草转氨酶及谷丙转氨酶活性先降低后增加,均在0.4 ...  相似文献

为探究维生素C作为饲料添加剂短期投喂克氏原螯虾(Procambarus clarkii)对其肝胰腺非特异性免疫的影响,并寻找出最适的添加量,将规格相同(27 g±3 g)、健康无伤的克氏原螯虾暂养7 d后分5组,对照组投喂基础饲料,4个试验组投喂的饲料为在基础饲料中添加维生素C(添加量分别:0.1、0.2、0.4、0.8 g/kg)。投喂5 d后,取试验虾肝胰腺进行免疫相关酶活指标的测定,结果显示:添加0.2 g/kg的维生素C可以显著提升克氏原螯虾肝胰腺中SOD、CAT、T-AOC等抗氧化酶的活性,对于免疫酶ACP、AKP的活力依然有显著提升作用。并且对于肝胰腺中MDA的含量有降低作用(P<0.05)。0.4 g/kg添加组,能够显著提升肝胰腺中CAT活力,并且显著降低MDA含量(P<0.05)。由此可以得出在饲料中添加0.2~0.4 g/kg维生素C可以在一定程度上提升克氏原螯虾肝胰腺的非特异性免疫。  相似文献

研究了不同盐度对克氏原螯虾幼虾生长的影响.试验于水族箱内进行,试验幼虾的初始体质量(1.82±0.21)g,体长(3.13±0.30)cm.在25 ℃条件下,试验设置0、2、4、6、8、10、12、14计8个盐度梯度,试验结果表明,盐度为0~14时,克氏原螯虾的幼体均能存活与生长.盐度为0~6,成活率较高,生长较快,饵料系数较低,各项指标与对照组差异不显著(P>0.05).当盐度超过此范围时,随着盐度增加,幼虾的成活率下降,生长变慢,饵料系数增大,与对照组差异显著(P<0.05).  相似文献

将体质量0.527 g(幼虾)和6.100 g(亚成体虾)的克氏原螯虾饲养在底面积为113 cm^2 、高为12 cm的圆形塑料盒中,一组放入内径为1.9 cm的PVC管作为隐蔽所为隐蔽组,以不放PVC管为对照组,其他条件同隐蔽组,定期测量各组克氏原螯虾的体长、体质量增长量、存活率和蜕壳率等指标,研究隐蔽所对不同规格克氏原螯虾生长的影响。2个月的饲养结果显示,试验第1个月隐蔽组幼虾组体长增长、体长相对增长率、体质量增长及蜕壳量均显著大于对照组( P <0.05),第2个月两组各数据无显著差异( P >0.05);隐蔽组亚成体螯虾摄食量、体质量及蜕壳量均小于对照组。研究结果表明,隐蔽所在螯虾的早期生长阶段对其生长有促进作用,但随着螯虾体格的增大,隐蔽所的促进作用随之减弱,甚至最终抑制螯虾的生长。本研究围绕克氏原螯虾穴居的习性以及趋触性等行为的特点,为生产提供了合理建议。  相似文献

为探索饲料蛋白质水平对克氏原螯虾生长性能的影响,选用体质健壮、规格一致的克氏原螯虾[初始体质量为(9.45±1.33) g]225尾随机分成5组,每组设3个重复,每个重复15尾虾,分别饲喂5种不同蛋白质水平(质量分数为25%、30%、35%、40%、45%)的饲料,试验期为60 d。试验结果显示:当饲料中蛋白质质量分数由25%提高至45%时,试验虾的体质量增长率(WGR)先升高后降低,而饲料系数(FCR)呈现先降低后升高的变化趋势;当饲料蛋白质质量分数为30%时,克氏原螯虾的WGR和特定生长率(SGR)均达到最大值,显著高于除饲料蛋白质质量分数为35%外的其他各组(P0.05); FCR在饲料蛋白质质量分数为30%时最低,显著低于除35%和40%组外的其他各组(P0.05)。通过二次曲线方程回归分析,当饲料蛋白质质量分数分别为31.66%、31.37%和32.20%时克氏原螯虾的WGR、SGR和FCR达到最优。结果表明,在该试验条件下,克氏原螯虾饲料中适宜的蛋白质质量分数为31.37%~32.20%。  相似文献

以均初始体质量为(3.02±0.01)g的克氏原螯虾幼虾为研究对象,进行为期58 d的养殖试验,同时比较研究不同配合饲料(D1、D2、D3、D4)对虾的摄食、生长以及非特异性免疫力的影响。养殖试验结束后进行白斑综合征病毒(WSSV)感染试验,并于感染后0、12、24、36、48、60、72、84 h统计虾的存活率。养殖试验结果表明:与D1组相比,投喂D4、D3、D2饲料组均能显著提高克氏原螯虾的增重率、特定生长率,降低饲料系数(P0.05);D4、D3组溶菌酶水平显著高于D1组,D4组超氧化物歧化酶水平显著高于D2、D1组,D4组过氧化氢酶水平显著高于其他三组(P0.05);各组间存活率、葡萄糖、皮质醇和丙二醛水平均无统计学意义差异(P0.05)。攻毒试验结果表明:感染WSSV 24 h后虾开始出现死亡;36 h时,各组间存活率无显著差异(P0.05);48 h、60 h、72 h时,D4、D3、D2组存活率显著高于D1组(P0.05);84 h时,D4组存活率显著高于其他三组(P0.05),D1、D2、D3组之间存活率差异不显著(P0.05)。综上所述,D4组饲料使用效果最佳。  相似文献

本文目的旨在研究虾青素对微囊藻毒素MC-LR胁迫下(25μg/L)克氏原螯虾的免疫力及生长繁殖的影响。实验设计四个梯度的饲料中虾青素添加比例分别为(0、5、10、20 mg/g)养殖周期持续8星期。结果表明虾青素显著提高了克氏原螯虾肝脏中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和碱性磷酸(AKP)的活力(P0.05)。5g/kg虾青素的添加量即可对SOD酶活具有明显提升(P0.05);10 g/kg的虾青素添加量对AKP的提升最为明显(P0.05);研究还发现虾青素可显著提高微囊藻毒素MC-LR胁迫下克氏原螯虾的存活率和特定生长率(SGR)(P0.05),提高克氏原螯虾雌虾的抱卵量。研究表明虾青素作为一种抗氧化剂适宜于在克氏原螯虾饲料中添加,并且具有提高虾体免疫活力,缓解微囊藻毒素MC-LR对虾体氧化胁迫的作用。  相似文献

Fish meal (FM), vitamin C (VC) and fish oil (FO) play important roles in the growth and reproduction in aquatic animals. To determine the optimum dietary combinations of FM:SM (soybean meal) ratio, VC and FO supplementations for the growth and reproduction of female crayfish Procambarus clarkii, we used the L9 (33) orthogonal array, which arranged three factors varied at three levels (FM:SM at 1:3, 1:2 and 1:1.5; VC supplementation at 0.02%, 0.04% and 0.06%; FO inclusion at 1.90%, 2.85% and 3.80%). Range analysis showed that the highest weight gain (WG) of the crayfish occurred at FM:SM of 1:1.5, VC supplementation of 0.04% and FO inclusion of 1.90%, and the maximum gonadosomatic index (GSI), egg laying amount (ELA) and spawning rate (SR) were obtained at FM:SM 1:1.5, VC supplementation 0.06% and FO inclusion 3.80%. Analysis of variance indicated that all the three factors had no significant effects on WG. Fish oil supplementation significantly affected GSI, ELA and SR (P<0.05), while FM:SM did not significantly influence any of these indicators. Taking the cost into consideration, we suggest that a dietary FM:SM of 1:3, VC supplementation 0.06% and FO inclusion 3.80% might be the optimal combinations for the reproduction of P. clarkii.  相似文献

The aim of this study was to quantify the importance of population density on the growth and survival of juvenile red swamp crayfish, Procambarus clarkii (Girard), and to understand the effects of density on both the period between moults and the increment per moult at high densities without food limitation. A laboratory experiment was performed to determine growth and survival of juvenile crayfish at five densities (20, 40, 60, 80 and 100 crayfish m?2). Density clearly affected crayfish growth. The impact of density on final weight was higher than on total length increase, growth rate and final length (FL) (by decreasing order of effect). When comparing minimum and maximum densities, we observed that FL suffered a 34% reduction. Number of moults, mean intermoult period (IP) and survival were not significantly affected by density. Our results indicated that the IP and the percentage of increment per moult are affected by the size of crayfish before moult and we provide equations for these relations. Our findings are relevant both for crayfish aquaculture management and for the management of wild or harvested rice‐field crayfish populations.  相似文献

The red swamp crayfish, Procambarus clarkii (Girard), is one of the most commonly farmed freshwater species in inland China due to its high market value and consumer demand. The aim of this study was to determine the optimum combinations of photoperiod, water calcium concentration and pH for juvenile survival, growth and moulting. In our orthogonal experiment, the three environmental factors were varied at three levels (photoperiod: 16L:8D, 12L:12D and 8L:16D; calcium concentration: 45.5, 65.5 and 85.5 mg L−1; and pH: 6.8, 7.8 and 8.8). Range analysis showed that the maximum survival of juvenile crayfish occurred at photoperiods of 16L:8D or 8L:16D, water calcium concentration of 45.5 mg L−1 and pH of 7.8; maximum weight gain at photoperiod 16L:8D, water calcium concentration 65.5 mg L−1 and pH 7.8; maximum length increase at photoperiod 16L:8D, water calcium concentration 65.5 mg L−1 and pH 7.8; and the highest moult frequency at photoperiod 12L:12D, water calcium concentration 65.5 mg L−1 and pH 7.8. Analysis of variance indicated that photoperiod, water calcium concentration and pH significantly influenced only the weight gain of juvenile crayfish ( P <0.05). Taking growth into consideration, we suggest that a photoperiod of 16L:8D, calcium concentration of 65.5 mg L−1 and pH 7.8 might be optimal conditions for rearing juvenile P. clarkii .  相似文献

Fish meal, vitamin C and fish oil are known to play essential roles in reproduction and immunity in animals. To investigate how the diet affect reproduction under the condition of reducing costs, we designed an experimental diet that decreased the ratio of fish meal with soybean meal from 1:1 to 1:1.5, and supplemented with 0.06% vitamin C and 3.8% fish oil for the crayfish, Procambarus clarkii. After a 100‐day feeding experiment, female crayfish fed the test diet had significantly greater gonadosomatic index (GSI) compared with those fed the basal diet (< 0.05). At the middle stage of ovarian development, the test diet gave significantly higher trypsin‐specific activity (340.94 ± 57.32 U mg?1 protein) in hepatopancreas of the crayfish than the basal diet (89.48 ± 10.01 U mg?1 protein) (< 0.05). However, hepatosomatic index (HSI) was remarkably decreased for those females fed test diet (< 0.05). In addition, the experimental diet resulted in markedly lower superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity and malonaldehyde (MDA) levels, especially in the ovaries (< 0.01). These results suggest that dietary reduction of fish meal, supplementation of appropriate amounts of vitamin C and fish oil may promote ovary development probably by increasing digestibility, as well as by promoting transferring of nutrients from hepatopancreas to ovary and raising immunity of P. clarkii.  相似文献

Crayfish show both shelter‐seeking behaviour and agonistic behaviour. Agonistic interactions among crayfish combatants can be triggered and released by the access of shelter, which is a necessary resource for crayfish. The use of shadow as a shelter has not been thoroughly tested in experiments. In this study, we provided the Red Swamp Crayfish Procambarus clarkii (Girard) with different shadow area and shadow partition to test if shadow can act as a solid shelter. Eleven different treatments designed with different shadow area and partition, and 2640 juvenile crayfish were used. The survival rate increased with the increase of shadow area ratio. The shadow area contributed less to the body weight gain and the number of the survivals without injury. The growth variance of the juveniles under shadow conditions was significantly lower than those maintained without providing shadow. Under the recent experimental settings, generally, more partitioned shadow resulted in lower mortality. With 60% shadow area, more partitioned shadow led to higher body weight gain. The more the partition was provided, the fewer were the injury events, and the lower body weight variance observed. Our experiments indicated that both area and partition of the shadow influenced the growth of juvenile Red Swamp Crayfish.  相似文献

Procambarus (Austrocambarus) llamasi (Villalobos 1955) is a crayfish endemic to south‐eastern Mexico with aquaculture potential. This study intends to enhance knowledge of the reproductive biology of this species under laboratory conditions, including fecundity, egg development and juvenile growth. Mean fecundity was 311 eggs/female, and egg development occurred in seven stages over a 27‐ to 30‐day time range. The best growth results were obtained at a density of 50 organisms m?2.Procambarus llamasi is considered to perform well in aquaculture contexts.  相似文献

The influence of dietary protein/lipid levels on growth and survival in juvenile crayfish (Procambarus acanthophorus) was evaluated during a 12‐week nutritional trial. Twenty experimental diets were formulated containing different protein (200, 250, 300, 350 and 400 g kg?1) and lipid (60, 80, 100 and 120 g kg?1) levels. A bifactorial model (5 × 4) was used with three replicates and 15 crayfish (0.014±0.006 g) per replicate, in a recirculation system with 60–15 L rectangular tanks and a biological filter, the culture conditions were a photoperiod of 12:12 h L:D and temperature 24.7±1.0 °C. Total survival ranged from 66.6% to 86.6%, with no differences attributed to treatments. Dietary protein levels had a significant effect on growth gain and nutritional efficiency; in contrast, lipid levels had no effect on juvenile performance. The 250/120 (protein/lipid) treatment promoted the most efficient growth (final weight: 3.09 g, weight gain: 21 995%, specific growth rate: 3.35% day?1); the less efficient growth was observed in juveniles fed with 400 g kg?1 protein diets. The quadratic regression model indicated 279 g kg?1 as the optimal protein level for crayfish growth, while levels between 211 and 232 g kg?1 could minimize the feeding costs without affecting growth.  相似文献

The growth responses of juvenile crayfish, Procambarus clarkii Girard, to diets based on common fresh feedstuffs available from agriculture and freshwater ecosystems were studied under controlled laboratory conditions. The dietary treatments were: fresh leaves and shoots of watercress, fresh potato tubers, fresh fish meat from mosquitofish, and all the possible combinations of those ingredients on alternate feeding days. After 22 days, the results showed a significantly higher growth rate (P= 0.05) in crayfish fed with mosquitofish meat. The differences were not significant between the other treatments, but those which included fish meat induced growth rates consistently higher than those based only on plant ingredients. This trend was maintained until the end of the experiment. These results suggest that a dietary supplement based on animal ingredients might significantly improve growth rate and yield, provided the economic feasibility of such a production process be confirmed in field trials. However, it was not clear whether this was because of protein, or lipid concentration and composition of mosquitofish meat. Further research must also clarify the role of vegetable ingredients in dietary composition, as well as the effect of microbial populations occurring during the decomposition of plant material on its nutritional properties for crayfish.  相似文献
