This paper introduces the main structure and function,the theor-etical basis and the main features of the computer aided design software system QT-SCAD for the steel structure of tower crane.The QT-SCAD is suitable for allkinds of movable or fixable tower crane with level arm which rotates above thecrane body,and has single or double hanging points.It can be used for the stre-ngth,stiffness and stability analyses of the structure,the vibrative and dynamiccalculation of mechanisms and structure,and the optimal design of the structureof tower crane or its components.  相似文献

The background of a west communication science & technology project whose topic is structural model and cargo-handling technology of the quay with high amplitude of water level in Lantsang is introduced, and its main research content, research of key technology and main findings are introduced too. Three types of structural model and cargo-handling technology which can be applied perfectly in Lantsang are put forward. The structural models include beam and slab structure with pillar supported, box bridge crane structure and reinforced earth structure, the cargo-handling technologies include vertical fixed crane technology, bridge crane technology and movable simple crane technology. Some findings have been applied in the supporting engineering-Menglun harbor.  相似文献

This paper presents a dynamic hybrid substructure synthetic method for tower crane dynamic analysis. This method employs the transfer matrix method and the flexibility degree method respectively to formulate the vibration mathematical models of the tower body and tower top system substructures in the hoisting luffing plane. Based on the motion of the substructures in the interface and the dynamic harmonize condition, the frequency equations are established. Then the program is designed according to the mathematical models and firstly applied to the dynamic analysis of the QTZ63 tower crane in the construction site and the parameter identification of attached device and tower body. The test results show that the value calculated by the above method is quite approximate to the instrument measured value, which can meet the engineering requirements. Further study has found that , for the flexible long-distance attached tower crane, the method that introduces dynamic load coefficient for statics analysis of tower cranes is unprecise enough since there exist errors.This paper suggests to conduct site test and identification of the rigidity coefficient of attached device of the tower crane for the accident prevention of tower crane collapse by timely take measures.  相似文献

随着中国电网技术的发展,杆塔负荷越来越大,八地脚螺栓塔座板应用越趋普遍。但现有计算理论与实际情况不符,为了使八地脚螺栓塔座板的计算方法合理、可靠,通过试验对八地脚螺栓刚性塔座板承载力进行了研究,同时借助有限元对构件进行了参数化分析。结合经典力学理论、试验及有限元数据,提出了全新的计算方法,引入了等效计算宽度和有效力臂的概念,充分考虑了底板刚度,屈曲后强度和垫板对承载力的影响,对工程设计具有指导意义。  相似文献

考虑地震动的非平稳性,变化连体位置,对非对称双塔连体结构运用虚拟激励法进行非平稳随机激励下的动力可靠度研究。采用刚度退化的Bouc-Wen模型模拟塔楼各楼层的滞变特性,建立非线性化动力方程。运用混合精细积分法对每一时刻的响应进行求解,得到连体位置变化时非对称连体结构在非平稳随机激励下的时变方差。基于首次超越破坏准则与Markov假定,研究非平稳随机地震激励下连体结构的动力可靠度。运用上述理论,在8度罕遇地震作用下对某非对称双塔连体结构进行随机地震响应与动力可靠度分析。研究结果表明,地震作用下结构的层间位移响应呈现强烈的非平稳性,变化连体位置对连体结构的随机地震响应与动力可靠度将产生显著影响。  相似文献

According to our current bridge seismic design codes, the bridge tower is explicitly required to remain almost elastic even under the excitation of occasionally happened earthquake. To achieve this seismic performance objective, usually the steel ratios of tower base and strut are required to satisfy the static loading demand and increase by a large margin as well in most engineering practices which leads to engineering inefficiency as well as a rising seismic demand for the substructure. Therefore, the structural design parameters including the location, the stiffness and the constrain condition of the strut with respect to the tower column of H shape tower were studied to explore their effect on the transverse seismic responses of cable-stayed bridge tower, Moreover, the effect of yield intensity of the strut on the seismic responses of the tower column is also studied. The results show that the location and the stiffness of the strut have a slight effect on the seismic responses while the transverse seismic demands of the bridge tower decrease drastically when the constrain condition between the cross beam and the tower column changes.  相似文献

Making use of large finite element analysis software ANSYS, combine with the mine shaft tower actual frame tube structure project to model analysis, by means of concrete performance of mine shaft tower under the effect of horizontal load, come to a conclusion that beam column stiffness ratio has a great influence on shear lag effect. Then analyse the phenomenon of beam column stiffness ratio to shear lag effect, make a comparison on calculated results and simulation analysis results, to move an improved method. The aerodynamic characteristic of wind turbine is calculated by applying the Blade Element Momentum(BEM) theory.Also finite element mode analysis is done for the tower and the rotor.Then the multi-dynamic model of the wind turbine is built in Adams.Also the drive chain is calculated by applying state space method and programmed in Matlab/ Simulink.With that the combined simulation of vibration characteristics is carried out on the base of MATLAB/Simulink and ADAMS,in which the transmission effects and aero-elasticity coupling is fully considered.The results show that the method is able to simulate the vibration characteristic almost the same as software Bladed,which is well-known for analyzing performance and loads for the design and certification of wind turbines.  相似文献

In this paper the section sizes of box expansion arm of crane truck are optimized in order that the weight of the arm will be the lightest on conditions that strength, rigidity, stability and size constraints are satisfactory. The fuzzy factors which influence design and the fuzziness of constraint conditions are considered. The unsymmetry mode of fuzzy optimization is established and solved by the method of optimal level cut set. Examples show that the effect is notable.  相似文献

In this paper, the formulas calculating the stress of frame of truck crane are deduced according to the thin wall structure theory, the calculation program is compiled and used in calculating the stress of the truck frame. 针对行人下肢的碰撞保护,建立了某车型的有限元碰撞模型并进行了试验验证。为改善行人保护性能,提出了添加吸能泡沫及副保险杠的改进方案。以吸能泡沫厚度、主副保险杠垂向距离、副保险杠壁厚这3个结构参数为设计变量,构造了优化的拉丁超立方试验,结合最小二乘法建立胫骨加速度、膝关节弯曲角度及剪切位移3个伤害指标的响应面模型,运用多目标遗传算法进行优化求解。对比结果表明,优化后的结构有效地降低了行人腿部受到的伤害,满足了安全法规要求。  相似文献

在现有通风系统的基础上,六个风道内各安装一台活动式可拆卸轴流风机,冬季启动风机进行通风,取得了良好的通风降温效果,达到了通风降温目的,且通风均匀,能耗低,减轻了操作劳动强度。并且拆卸方便,不影响风道密闭隔热。  相似文献

It is of great significance in steel complex to link production flow between work stations and control production rhythm by cranes. Crane scheduling is a multi-machine multi-task problem which limits temporal and spatial constraints and production plan. A simulation model based on evolution rules to solve temporal and spatial constraints is proposed. Its objective is to guarantee execution of production plan in steelmaking plant. And match between cranes and production task on working span is conducted to fulfill temporal constraints between multi-tasks and spatial constraints among multi-cranes. Simulation rules including task allocation, conflicts eliminating and task finishing are also proposed to dominate simulation process. This model avoids difficulties of theoretical calculation for crane scheduling problem. Offline test in a steelmaking plant shows that it is available to make a crane scheduling without conflicts between cranes and plans, which provides a guideline for production scheduling.  相似文献
