A PROCESSING METHOD FOR THE WEIGHT OF THE OBJECT IN THE FUZZY SOLVING METHOD FOR THE MULTI-OBJECTIVE OPTIMIZATION

A processing method for the weight of the object in the fuzzy solving method for the multiojectide optimization are presented. The methods are using different type of membership functions and using the same kind membership function adjusting the parameter. Some corresponding analysis and examples are discussed and the results show that the two methods are very effective.     

CONTROLING INVESTMENT OF FIXED ASSETS AND MAKINGMACROSCOPIC ADAPTIVE MECHANISM PERFECT

This paper analyses several problems in the work of in vetmen t of fixed assets.The present macroscopic adaptive control policies of the governmen t and their correspondent mea-sures are taken into account.Suggestions of crucial aspects of adaption and the macroscopic adaptive mechanism are discussed.     

THE FUZZY OPTIMIZATION DESIGN OF BOX EXPANSION ARM OF CRANE TRUCK

In this paper the section sizes of box expansion arm of crane truck are optimized in order that the weight of the arm will be the lightest on conditions that strength, rigidity, stability and size constraints are satisfactory. The fuzzy factors which influence design and the fuzziness of constraint conditions are considered. The unsymmetry mode of fuzzy optimization is established and solved by the method of optimal level cut set. Examples show that the effect is notable.     

A MULTI -OBJECTIVE FUZZY DECISION -MAKING APPROACH FOR POWER NETWORK PLANNING UNDER UNCERTAINTY

This paper proposes a multi - objective fuzzy decision - making approach for power network planning under uncertainty ,which simutaneously considers not only the least investment cost,the minimum power loss,the maximum reliability,and the least environmental impacts, but also the uncertainty about the future load growth and the capital investment availability. The validity and effectiveness of the proposed approach is verified with numerical examples.     

A NERUAL NETWORK FOR THE ADAPTIVE CONTROL OF A 2 ORDER NONLINEAR SYSTEM

This paper presents a new method of self tuning adaptive control which adopts a neural network to identify the characteristics of a second order nonlinear system, which is in turn applied to adaptive control. The simulations show that the method has good capability of sduty and adaptation.     

THE OPTIMAL DECISTON OF ECONOMICAL DEVELOPMENT BY MARKOVIAN DECISION PROGRAMMING

This paper studies the tactics choice and its improvement in the development of economy by means of Markovian Decision Programming. An optimal decision and the maximum expected revenue can be obtained. The . paper also presents the procedures and formulas of numerical evaluation.     

THE APPLICATION OF FUZZY AGGREGATION ANALYSIS TO THE CLASSIFICATION OF PLANT COMMUNITY

The subtropical evergreen broadleaved forest of the Jinyun Mountain Natural Reservation in Chongqing is studied the fuzzy aggregation analysis is applied to the partition of classificational unity. On the basis of strict computation, the dynamical graph of fuzzy aggregation is made and five formations are parlitioned.     

饲料害虫的发生规律及防治

经系统普查,在饲料中发现27种害虫及其天敌。鞘翅目害虫占63．9％,原料仓中优势对为赤拟谷盗、玉米象、谷蠹、亚扁粉盗。生产车间优势种为黑菌虫、赤拟谷盗、玉米象。成品饲料中的优势种为赤拟谷盗、谷蠹、长角扁谷盗、亚扁粉盗。主要害虫高峰期在6～9月。主要优势种的数量随季节变动表现出不连续特点。成品词料初期害虫竞争性大小为谷蠹＞玉米象;后期害虫竞争性大小为赤拟谷盗＞锯谷盗＞锈赤扁谷盗。饲料抗虫性随饲料颗粒大小而异,颗粒越小,抗虫性越弱。塑料最密封261天的饲料中害虫比未封装的少59．7％。抗虫袋包装饲料可防虫2个月。     

FAST ADAPTIVE FILTERING ( FAF ) FOR THE PROCESS DETECTION CONTROL SYSTEMS

The limitation of LMS adaptive noise cancelling (ANC ) is analyzed here. Based on the discussing of general signal and noise model of process detection control system, a fast adaptive filtering(FAF) is proposed on the basis of modelling the correlativity between the noise and it's correlative noise with the view of large noise. Fast transversal filtering ( FTF ) adaptive, algorithms is used to imitate the correlative modelling. Both simulation and experiments show that the method presented in this paper is suitable for the process detection control system , and it exhibts better results than the LMS noise cancelling method.     

A PREDICTION OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF COMMODITY ECONOMY BY MEANS OF MARKOVIAN DECISION PROGRAMMING

This paper studies the transition prdbability, transfer matrix,distribution of owning the marketplace, and the transition probapility of theflow of customers by means of the theory of Markovian Decision Programming.It gives the theory and method for scientific predietion of the main probabilityof owning the marketplace and expected revenue in commodity economy.     

A NEW DISCONTINUOUS CURRENT MODEL FOR SCR DC MOTOR SPEED CONTROL SYSTEM AND CURRENT ADAPTIVE CONTROL

The paper presents a new approximative model suitable to discontinuous current and continuons current in the three-phase controlled bridge rectifier DC motor control system. This model offers a new approach for discontinuous current adaptive control.As an example of application of the model, digital simulation results of discontinuous current adaptive control in a double-closed-loop control system are presented.     

模糊综合评价分析两种生物农药对玉米储藏品质的影响

应用模糊综合评价研究了蛇床子素和多杀菌素两种生物农药拌粮防治储粮害虫的同时对玉米储藏品质的影响。在玉米储藏4个月、8个月和10个月时,分别构建稻谷储藏品质变化的模糊综合评价模型的指标矩阵,先用极差变换及线性比例变换对指标矩阵进行无量纲化处理,再用夹角余弦法确定权重向量,最后得到模糊综合评价值,并用拉依达检验法检验,确定了该评价模型的可行性。结果显示:综合评分值H和F均小于2s(2s相当于显著水平α=0.05),由此可以看出,各样品不显著,即拌以0.5 mg/kg、0.75 mg/kg、1.0mg/kg的1%蛇床子素粉剂和0.5mg/kg、1.0mg/kg、1.5mg/kg的0.5%多杀菌素粉剂的两种生物农药对玉米的储藏品质在10个月内没有显著影响,并且为粮食品质储藏研究工作提供了一个重要的认识工具。     

模糊控制理论在棉花烂铃病流行趋势预报中的应用

本文将棉花烂铃病流行趋势预报过程模拟成一个模糊控制系统,预报因子作为系统的输入。预报对象作为系统的输出。根据射阳县1980～1987年棉花烂铃病流行趋势资料,建立了模糊控制预报模型。经1980～1987年回报和1988～1991年预报,结果令人满意。且该模型能超前一个月作出趋势预报,故完全可以应用于预报实践。     

ENERGY-SAVING AND OPTIMAL HIERARCHICAL CONTROL OF WATER PLANT

In this paper, on condition that the production processes in water plant are related with each other, a new coordinative algorithm is presented, using a hierarchical control structure and taking the equivalent efficiency of the pump station as coordinative variable. In this way, the problem of optimal control of the complex delay system is solved. Simulation shows that great energy-saving efficiency may be obtained by the above method.

文章对谷蠹生物学、生态学特性，谷蠹抗药及谷囊防治方法进行了综述。     

大豆菟丝子生物学特性及化学防治技术的研究

通过对菟丝子生物学特性的系统观察和药剂防治试验,发现在大豆播后芽前和苗期的3—5片复叶期,单用或混用25%胺草磷、48%地乐胺进行防治,对菟丝子的防效可达90—95%,还可兼治豆地其它杂草.经生产实践证明有显著的增产效果.     

属间远缘杂交水稻复合发芽特性研究初报

研究了水稻与高梁及玉米的远缘杂交后代及其亲本以及三系杂交组合之种子在不同生态条件（常温湿润，低温湿润，高温浸渍，淹水保温）下的复合发芽特性的差异。     

棉花早熟品种吸收养分特点及氮肥施用时期研究

本文研究了棉花早熟品种的吸收养分特点,提出了一生吸收积累养分动态方程;应用导数,成功地得到了棉花一生吸收养分的变速率、变加速率动态变化规律;根据棉花早熟品种一生变加速率的动态变化,提出氮素化肥如果需要追施,应在现蕾后进行。田间氮肥适宜施用时期试验证明,早熟品种施用适量氮素化肥,在有一定保肥能力的土壤上,可全做基肥或者基施、蕾追各半为最宜。与其吸收养分特点研究结果相一致。     

ORTHOGONAL COLLOCATION METHOD AND IT APPLICAIONS IN THE CALCULATION OF DYNAMIC CHARACTERISTICS OF HEAT EXCHANGER

Being a kind of MWR, the orthogonal colloacation method can be conveniently used to reduce the initial-boundary value problems of the partial differential equations to initial value problems of ordinary differential equations. In this paper, the orthogonal collocation method is introduced in detail and by using it the dynamic characteristics of a steam-water heater are investigated.     

稻谷自然干燥特性与品质的研究

研究了不同自然干燥条件下的稻谷干燥特性及其对稻谷干燥品质，特别是对稻谷爆腰发生的影响。结果表明：采用控制干燥速率和避免过度干燥的室外阴干的方法，可以有效地降低稻谷爆腰率，提高稻谷干燥品质。
