瓜实蝇Bactrocera (Zeugodacus) cucurbitae (Coquillett)隶属双翅目Diptera,果实蝇科Tephritidae,是瓜类蔬菜和水果的重要害虫之一,以幼虫为害幼瓜.幼虫在瓜内蛀食,受害的瓜先局部变黄,而后全瓜腐烂变黄,造成大量落瓜,即使不腐烂,刺伤处凝结着流胶,畸形下陷,果皮硬实,瓜味苦涩,严重影响瓜的品质和产量.雌成虫产卵于嫩瓜果内,幼虫取食瓜果造成严重腐烂脱落[1],世界上很多国家和地区都把瓜实蝇列为重要的检疫对象.瓜实蝇广泛分布于亚热带地区30多个国家和地区,能够为害的寄主有100多种[2].国内以地瓜实蝇种群动态的研究已报道[3~4],但不同地区因环境差异使种群动态差异较大.近年来三明地区瓜实蝇发生严重,对当地瓜菜生产影响很大.通过田间系统调查,探明三明地区瓜实蝇种群动态,为瓜实蝇的综合防治提供依据. 相似文献

果蔬类实蝇主要是橘小实蝇、瓜实蝇、南瓜实蝇等,近年来已在饶平县发生为害,其中橘小实蝇、瓜实蝇发生范围广、为害严重,一般为害率25%~30%,严重的高达90%以上,已在局部地区造成毁灭性损失。2001年以来在本县受害较严重的果蔬有洋桃、番石榴、青枣、枇杷、青梅、李、杨梅、香蕉、黄瓜、丝瓜、苦瓜等。荔枝、龙眼、橄榄受害较轻。为更好提高对该害虫的防治效果,根据本县近年来多方面的经验,可采取如下综合防治措施:1)清除被害果蔬,消灭虫源。将被害果蔬摘下,装入塑料袋,再施辛硫磷颗粒剂,然后深埋。果蔬市场的被… 相似文献

将敏感棉蚜用灭多威选育20代,获得抗性倍数达142.37的高抗种群,在连续数代不接触药剂的情况下,其抗性水平呈下降趋势,停药12代后抗性基本稳定,但高于敏感种群5倍,以该种群进行恢复试验,其抗性发展速度更快,恢复8代时抗性出现突增,20代时抗性倍数达383.67。 相似文献

Studies were conducted in northern Ghana in 1996 and 1997 to assess any changes in the quality of insects in different generations of the millet stem borer, Coniesta ignefusalis (Hampson), over the growing season. The goal was to determine if, and to what extent, such changes are responsible for observed differences in the sizes of populations of successive generations of the insect. Pupae from diapause larvae gave rise to adults that were significantly smaller and had lower reproductive rates than those derived from non-diapause larvae. There were, however, no significant differences between the non-diapause generations for all the quality indicators studied. The results suggest that observed differences in the sizes of generations developing fromnon-diapause anddiapause larvae of C. ignefusalis are, at least, partly due to differences in the inherent quality of individuals of these generations. 相似文献

The second and third generations of Lobesia botrana can cause both yield losses and spreading of grape bunch rots. The aim of this study was to know to what degree these generations of L. botrana influence the rots at harvest time. The study was carried out in two grape-growing areas of northeastern Italy where the moth completes two and three generations per year, respectively. In the context of 12 insecticide trials, samplings were conducted in different plots to estimate the number of larval nests of the second and third generations and that of rotten berries at harvest time. The data sets (number of larval nests and rotten berries) from the different trials were submitted to regression analyses. Gray mold was the most important grape rot. The second generation, in the area where L. botrana has only two generations per year, and the third generation, in the area where the moth completes three generations per year, can favor gray mold on and around berries bored by larvae. In contrast, groups of rotten berries non-contiguous to larval nests did not appear to be influenced by moth activity. In the area where the moth completes three generations per year the larval nests of the second generation did not show a significant influence on bunch rots at harvest time. 相似文献

系统研究了绿盲蝽在河北省沧州棉区主要寄主上的发生规律及转主迁移特点。结果表明,在河北省沧州棉区,枣树和棉花是该虫的主要互为寄主,1~2代主要为害枣树,2代成虫转主于棉花等作物,转主高峰为6月19~25日,3~4代为害棉花和其他作物,第5代成虫于9月初开始返回枣树产卵越冬。绿盲蝽1~2代若虫孵化时间集中,成虫羽化高峰明显。根据绿盲蝽生活史中的薄弱环节,提出了抓住关键时期,采取大面积统一防治,将该虫消灭在孵化期和成虫羽化及转主之前的防治策略。 相似文献

应用佳多频振式杀虫灯开展刚竹毒蛾成虫监测试验,结果表明:该虫在永安1年发生3代,世代明显,各代成虫历期41~49d,而盛期只有12~16d,羽化时间较为集中。3代成虫夜间活动规律均不相同:无月光夜晚,越冬代和第1代成虫均产生两个明显高峰值,而第2代仅出现1个高峰期;在有月光的条件下,越冬代成虫亦只形成1个显著的高峰。 相似文献

棉铃虫齿唇姬蜂在河南新乡棉区年发生约8代,以6个世代发生在棉田,其中4个世代与棉铃虫低龄幼虫发生期吻合。田间出现4个寄生高峰,分别在5月中旬、6月中下旬,7月底至8月初,8月底至9月初,寄生率平均在19.2~42.9%,以一、二代棉铃虫期的寄生率较高,齿唇姬蜂对3龄前棉铃虫幼虫的总寄生率平均为23.7%,最高达40.0%,占整个世代总寄生数的71.3%。该蜂是豫北棉铃虫寄生性天敌中的优势种。成蜂对菊酯类农药敏感。 相似文献

采用离体叶柄伤口接种法测定大豆疫霉根腐病菌44号生理小种单游动孢子连续3代或4代分离后代的毒性,结果表明:从S1中选择与亲本相比毒性不发生变异的1号单游动孢子菌株(44号生理小种)和变异最大的30号单游动孢子菌株(1号生理小种)继续分离2代或3代,单游动孢子毒性变异趋势主要是从44号生理小种变异为3号生理小种,也有变异成毒性公式为7或1a,7的单游动孢子。大豆疫霉根腐病菌无性世代毒性变异几率很高,多数单游动孢子毒性在分离后代中都发生变异,产生不同的小种或毒性公式,并且毒性变异基本不能稳定遗传。 相似文献
