本试验旨在研究微囊丁酸钠CM3000对保育仔猪生长性能的影响。选择120头日龄、体重接近的保育仔猪(杜×长×大),随机分为2个处理组,每个处理组3个重复(栏),每个重复20头。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组饲喂基础日粮+1000 g/t CM3000。结果表明,与对照组相比,CM3000组仔猪腹泻状况明显改善,平均日采食量提高了16%,平均日增重提高了31.07%,料重比降低了0.170。结果表明,日粮中添加CM3000可以提高保育仔猪的平均日采食量、平均日增重,并能降低料重比,减少腹泻,从而提高养殖场的经济效益。  相似文献

选用24日龄断奶仔猪45头,随机分为3组,每组3个重复,每重复5头仔猪。对照组饲喂基础日粮,2个试验组在基础日粮中分别添加0.05%和0.1%的丁酸钠,试验期为26d。试验结果表明:与对照组相比,试验组日增重分别提高8.01%和17.84%;腹泻率分别下降69.4%和75.0%;每头仔猪毛利收入分别提高15.39%和33.1%。试验表明,丁酸钠对断奶仔猪的生长有良好的促进作用。  相似文献

研究日粮中添加不同质量浓度的丁酸钠对断奶仔猪生产性能、消化器官发育和肠道黏膜形态结构的影响.选用体质量平均为(6±0.05)kg 21日龄断奶的96头杜×长×大仔猪,,随机分成对照组、试验1组和试验2组3个处理组,每处理组4个重复,每重复8头仔猪.丁酸钠的添加质量浓度分别为0、1和2 g/kg.在断奶后3、7和14 d从各重复中分别取1头仔猪屠宰取样.结果表明:日粮中添加丁酸钠能提高仔猪平均日增质量,促进消化器官的生长发育,特别是提高胃相对质量和胰腺相对质量.断奶后14 d,试验1组和2组的十二指肠绒毛高度分别比对照组高15.5 %(P>0.05)和23.9 %(P<0.05),空肠绒毛高度分别比对照组高14 %(P<0.01)和6 %(P<0.05).结果表明:日粮中添加丁酸钠能改善断奶仔猪肠道黏膜形态结构,促进消化器官的生长发育,从而提高生产性能.  相似文献

包膜丁酸钠对断奶仔猪生长性能和肠道消化酶活性的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
本试验研究日粮中添加不同浓度的包膜丁酸钠对断奶仔猪生长性能和肠道消化酶活性的影响。选用108头21日龄断奶、体重(6.20士0.56)的杜×大×长仔猪,随机分成3组,每组6个重复,每个重复6头仔猪。试验日粮分别为:基础日粮;基础日粮+500g/t包膜丁酸钠;基础日粮+1000g/t包膜丁酸钠。在仔猪断奶后第7天和第14天分别称重和屠宰取样。结果表明:(1)从仔猪断奶后全期1~14天来看,与对照组相比,试验2组平均日增重分别提高了2.9%(P〉0.05)和4.5%(P〉0.05)、料肉比分别降低了4.8%(P〉0.05)和2.7%(P〉0.05)、腹泻率降低了23.0%(P〈0.05)和353%(P〈0.05)。(2)仔猪断奶后第7天和第14天,添加500 g/t-1000g/t包膜丁酸钠对仔猪十二指肠、空肠前段的总蛋白酶、淀粉酶和脂肪酶活性没有影响(P〉0.05)。仔猪断奶后第7天,与对照组相比,试验1组和试验2组的空肠后段总蛋白酶活性分别提高了9.2%和12.2%;回肠淀粉酶活性分别提高了13.6%和12.6%,空肠后段脂肪酶活性分别提高了11.9%和23.0%,差异均显著(P〈0.05)。说明添加不同浓度的包膜丁酸钠对断奶仔猪后段肠道酶活性有不同程度的影响。  相似文献

选择96头8.10±1.1kg健康的长X大二元杂交断奶仔猪,研究不同剂量(500g/t、1000g/t和1500g/t)缓释包膜丁酸钠对其生产性能的影响。结果表明:与对照组相比,在饲料中添加500g/t、1000g/t和1500g,/t缓释包膜丁酸钠后。仔猪的日增重分别增加3.23%、4.85%和7.39%(P〈0.05);随着添加剂量的增加,日采食量呈现增加的趋势:各包膜丁酸钠组料肉比均显著低于对照组.分别降低2.86%、4.32%和6.25%(P〈0.05);各包膜丁酸钠组之间也存在显著差异(P〈0.05)。本研究表明,缓释包膜丁酸钠对于断奶仔猪生产性能具有明显地改善作用.能较大幅度提高仔猪养殖毛利润.具有良好的应用前景。  相似文献

本试验旨在研究丁酸钠对断奶仔猪生长性能及免疫功能的影响。试验选用162头28日龄(8.25±0.18)kg断奶去势仔猪,随机分为6组,每组3个重复,每个重复9头猪。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别在基础饲粮中添加0.01%抗生素(Ⅰ组)、0.10%丁酸钠(Ⅱ组)、0.10%丁酸钠+0.01%抗生素(Ⅲ组)、0.30%氧化锌+0.01%抗生素(Ⅳ组)和0.10%丁酸钠+0.30%氧化锌+0.01%抗生素(Ⅴ组)。试验期21 d。结果表明:1)Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ组末重、平均日采食量和平均日增重显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。2)除Ⅰ组外,其他4个试验组的脾脏指数、胰脏指数、淋巴结指数均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);与对照组相比,各试验组免疫球蛋白G含量均显著升高(P<0.05),各试验组肠道黏膜免疫球蛋白A阳性(IgA+)细胞含量均有所上升,其中Ⅲ组上升最显著。3)Ⅲ、Ⅴ组的二胺氧化酶活性分别比对照组降低了46.22%和44.83%(P<0.05);Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ组的皮质醇含量分别比对照组降低了43.13%、43.14%、47.01%(P<0.05)。结果提示,饲粮中添加丁酸钠能促进断奶仔猪生长和免疫器官发育,提高血清免疫球蛋白含量,刺激机体肠道黏膜分泌免疫球蛋白A阳性细胞,提高其免疫功能。此外,丁酸钠与抗生素一起使用对促进生长性能和降低腹泻率作用效果更明显。  相似文献

选择胎次相同、体况相近且同期配种的15头健康妊娠后期二元母猪,随机分为3组,分别饲喂基础日粮(对照组)、基础日粮+400g/t包膜丁酸钠和基础日粮+600g/t包膜丁酸钠,直到仔猪断奶(28日龄)。结果表明:包膜丁酸钠可提高母猪繁殖性能。与对照组相比,400和600g/t包膜丁酸钠分别提高仔猪初生窝质量1.44%和1.90%、提高初生个体质量2%和2.6%;经过28d的哺乳期后,2个剂量包膜丁酸钠分别提高仔猪断奶个体质量和平均日增质量达4.71%、6.99%和5.41%、8.63%。结果表明:包膜丁酸钠可改善母猪的繁殖和泌乳性能,提高仔猪断奶质量。  相似文献

The experiment was conducted to study the effects of sodium butyrate (SB) on growth, haematological and immunological characteristics in weanling pigs. A total of 100 male piglets (Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire) with a body weight of 8.0 ± 0.2 kg weaned at the age of 28 days were randomly assigned to two treatments with five replicates and 10 pigs per replicate. Piglets received a basal diet (control group) or diets supplemented with 1000 mg/kg SB. The feeding trial lasted for 21 days. The results showed that dietary SB significantly decreased (p < 0.05) diarrhoea incidence of weaned piglets, but did not affect (p > 0.05) the average daily feed intake (ADFI), average daily gain (ADG) and feed to gain (F/G). Furthermore, piglets fed dietary SB had higher (p < 0.05) serum concentrations of glucose and triglycerides and lower (p < 0.05) serum concentrations of urea nitrogen, cortisol, D‐lactic acid and diamine oxidase when compared with the control group. However, dietary SB did not affect concentrations of serum albumin, total protein, insulin and glucagon (p > 0.05). There were no significant (p > 0.05) treatment effects on serum IgA and IgM, whereas serum IgG concentration and IgA+ cell count in jejunum from pigs fed SB were significantly higher (p < 0.05) than in those given the basal diet. In conclusion, the present study indicated that dietary SB significantly decreased diarrhoea incidence of weaned piglets and increased the efficiency of nitrogen utilization. Also, dietary SB could regulate and enhance the immune function of piglets by increasing the serum IgG concentration and IgA+ cell count in jejunum. Our results suggest that SB may reduce some of the adverse effects of weaning stress and play an important role in maintaining the integrity of intestinal mucosa.  相似文献

试验研究包膜丁酸钠对青脚麻种鸡生产性能的影响,为包膜丁酸钠在种鸡上的应用提供理论参考。将11 000只27周龄健康的青脚麻种鸡随机分为2个处理,每个处理5个重复,每个重复1 100只,分别为对照组(基础日粮)和试验组(基础日粮+500 mg/kg包膜丁酸钠)。试验期为60 d。试验结果表明,与对照组相比,包膜丁酸钠组蛋鸡产蛋率提高2.76%,差异显著(P<0.05),高峰产蛋率提高6.28%,差异显著(P<0.05),种蛋合格率提高3.16%,差异显著(P<0.05),死淘率降低49.28%,差异显著(P<0.05)。由此可见,包膜丁酸钠可改善青脚麻种鸡的生产性能。  相似文献

为比较添加不同浓度丁酸钠对地方家禽彭县黄鸡生产性能、屠宰性能和肠道菌群的影响,选取健康且体重相近的100日龄彭县黄鸡(公鸡)共288羽,随机分成4组,每组4个重复,每个重复18羽。其中:S0为对照组,S1、S2、S3组分别在基础日粮中添加0.025%、0.05%和0.1%的丁酸钠。结果:日粮中添加0.05%的丁酸钠能显著提高彭县黄鸡105~152日龄阶段的增重、日增重和活重(P<0.05);当添加量在0.05%和0.1%水平时,能显著降低料重比(P<0.05)。日粮中添加0.05%的丁酸钠能显著提高腹脂重(P<0.05),显著降低腺胃重和腺胃率(P<0.05)。此外,日粮中添加不同水平丁酸钠对彭县黄鸡的肠道双歧杆菌、乳酸菌和沙门菌数量均无显著影响(P>0.05),但添加0.05%的丁酸钠可在一定程度上增加肠道双歧杆菌数量,降低沙门菌的数量。综合考虑,彭县黄鸡后期日粮中丁酸钠的适宜添加剂量为0.05%。  相似文献

This study was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary supplementation xylo-oligosaccharides (XOS), coated sodium butyrate (CSB), and their combination on growth performance, immune parameters, and intestinal barrier of broilers. A total of 192 1-day-old chicks were assigned to a 2 × 2 factorial design including two dietary additives (0 and 150 mg/kg XOS and 0 and 400 mg/kg CSB). This trial lasted for 42 days. CSB supplementation increased the thymus and bursa index, blood myeloperoxidase (MPO) activity, and IgG and IgM concentrations, whereas adding XOS only improved IgM concentration (p < .05). A significant interaction was observed for MPO activity. Furthermore, broilers fed CSB and their interaction exhibited increased ileal villus height/crypt depth (VH/CD) and goblet cells numbers in the ileum, as well as decreased ileal CD (p < .05). Broilers fed XOS and CSB individually showed higher ileal VH, the number of goblet cells in the duodenum and jejunum (p < .05). Moreover, XOS and CSB individual supplementation upregulated the expression of claudin3 in the ileum (p < .05). Simultaneously, a significant interaction was found for the ileal expression of claudin3. Overall, XOS and CSB supplementation could improve the development of immune organs, the small intestine morphology, and the intestinal physical barrier of broilers. Although no clear synergy of XOS and CSB was detected, the combination had positively affect broilers intestinal barrier and immune parameters.  相似文献

本试验旨在研究保育日粮中添加0.3%抗菌肽替代0.2%氧化锌对仔猪腹泻率、生产性能及血清猪瘟抗体的影响。选用35日龄平均体重无显著差异的三元仔猪48头,随机分为2组,每组3个重复,每个重复8头仔猪(公母各半),试验期为24 d。期间观察仔猪的生长及腹泻情况,59日龄时每个重复随机选择1头健康仔猪,共6头进行前腔静脉空腹采血并制备血清,采用酶联免疫吸附测定法(ELISA)检测猪瘟抗体水平。试验表明,添加0.3%抗菌肽替代0.2%氧化锌能显著降低仔猪腹泻率及饲料增重比(P<0.05),显著提高仔猪日增重(P<0.05),对血清猪瘟抗体水平也有一定的改善作用(P>0.05)。  相似文献

试验选用72头杜长大断奶仔猪,随机分为3组,每组3个重复,每个重复8头。试验分为对照组Ⅰ(基础日粮含100 mg/kg无机铁)、对照组Ⅱ(基础日粮+50 mg/kg无机铁)、试验组(基础日粮+50 mg/kg甘氨酸铁),试验结果表明:对照组Ⅰ、对照组Ⅱ和试验组3个组之间差异不显著,试验组的日增重比对照组Ⅰ和对照组Ⅱ分别提高2.67%(P>0.05)和2.18%(P>0.05);从料肉比来看,试验组和对照组Ⅰ差异显著,但与对照组Ⅱ相比差异不显著。分别比对照组Ⅰ和对照组Ⅱ降低1.4%(P<0.05)和0.7%(P>0.05);在腹泻率方面,试验组与对照组Ⅰ之间差异显著(P<0.05),但与对照组Ⅱ之间差异不显著(P>0.05)。试验组比对照组Ⅰ和对照组Ⅱ分别降低93.3%和83.3%;育成率3组之间差异不显著;血清微量元素铁增加的趋势试验组均高于对照组Ⅰ和对照组Ⅱ,组间差异均不显著(P<0.05);试验组粪中微量元素铁的含量比对照组Ⅰ和Ⅱ分别降低30.02%和30.47%,且试验组和对照组Ⅰ、对照组Ⅱ之间差异极显著(P<0.01),但对照组Ⅰ和对照组Ⅱ之间差异不显著(P>0.05)。由此可见,在基础日粮中添加50 mg/kg(含二价铁)甘氨酸铁不仅能提高断奶仔猪生产性能,还能减少粪中微量元素铁的排放量。  相似文献

We examined the effects of sodium butyrate and flavors on feed intake of lactating sows and growth performance of piglets. A total of 52 primiparous sows (Large White) were randomly divided into four treatments (n = 13) and received 6 g/kg sodium butyrate (SB), fruit‐milk (FM) flavor and fruit‐milk‐anise (FMA) flavor with pair feeding to the mothers receiving the control diet. The feeding trial lasted for 29 days, including 21 days of nursing and 8 days of post‐weaning period, respectively. The nursing and weaning piglets received creep diets with the same flavor or SB supplement as their mother. The results showed that FMA flavor increased average daily feed intake (ADFI) of lactating sows (P < 0.01), as well as improved litter weight gain (P = 0.05) and ADFI (P < 0.01) of nursing pigs among treatments. Indeed, greater ADFI and average daily gain of weaning piglets for the initial 8 days after weaning was observed in the FMA group compared with those in the control group (P < 0.01). These findings indicated that adding FMA flavor was superior to SB for increasing feed intake of lactating sows and improving growth performance of piglets.  相似文献
