The rapid urbanization and new rural construction have being exerted serious impact on the renovation and protection of traditional water villages in Jiangnan area(the southern regions of the Yangtze River). More and more distinctive villages are losing their historical background and regional architectural culture in modern society. Taking the renovation planning of Wenchang village as a case study, its function structure and land use are determined by the theory of "three layers of HSR(high-speed rail) station" after deep mining its history and culture. Then, the design method of rebuilding characteristic space in traditional villagesaiming at finding a proper way to handle the relationship between development and protection of traditional villagesis investigated from the perspective of natural landscape, spatial form and architectural features.  相似文献

Transport varies greatly in agricultural eco-scenic areas for the diversity of resources, and different terrains such as mountains, low hills and forest lands. Special tourism transportation is common in scenic area of different themes. For agricultural eco-scenic area, the road design has to consider the theme of the scenic area, thus animal power is a favorable transportation choice, it refl ects agricultural ecological characteristics and also takes production needs into consideration. This paper analyzed road design characteristics of agricultural eco-scenic area, and proposed the transportation model dominated by animal power and considering farming production, so as to meet the standards of "rural road" in agricultural eco-scenic area and comply with the style of agricultural tourism, and satisfy the visitors.  相似文献

Energy-saving design of residential building is an important part of energy-saving architectural design. Planning and design of residential buildings in Hanzhong area should pay more attention to the building orientation, sunshine, summer ventilation and wind resistance in winter and so on, so as to create favorable conditions for energy-saving design of single buildings. The geographical location, climatic characteristics, residents living habits and indoor and outdoor thermal environment situation were analyzed in this paper, and combined with the existing problems of energy conservation in the planning and layout of residential buildings in Hanzhong area. Based on the investigation, this paper drew some conclusions to provide references for the energy-saving planning and design of urban residential buildings in the local area.  相似文献

通过对吉林市江南公园送检东北虎病例的病原分离鉴定,分离出多杀性巴氏杆菌,为进一步加强对该病的流行病学调查,并为准确诊断和治疗该病提供依据,实验对该株巴氏杆菌毒力基因toxA进行了研究。根据巴氏杆菌毒力基因toxA序列设计合成1对引物,以临床分离的虎源巴氏杆菌为模板,通过PCR技术,扩增出toxA基因片段。将长约526bp的toxA目的基因克隆到pGEM-T载体上,通过核苷酸序列测定,结果表明toxA基因序列与发表序列(X51512)的同源性为100%。流行病学调查显示,东北虎巴氏杆菌病的病原可能来自其食物(牛、羊肉等)。因此,在饲养过程中应加强检疫,切断巴氏杆菌病食源性传播途径。  相似文献

Ventilation design is the difficulty of transformer room design. Temperature field and velocity field in a transformer room was simulated by CFD method . By comparing simulation value with the experimental value in related document , the effectiveness of the mathematical model was verified. Based on it, an indoor substation transformer built was taken as the simulation object, then designed and simulated six kinds of ventilation condition by changing the location and area of air inlet, focused on the influence of air inlet on the ventilation effect by comparing the temperature field ,velocity field and temperature characteristic value in different condition. The simulation results show that when air inlet area is fixed, the air inlet should be arranged in the radiator side and its center height should be controlled in the radiator center height or slightly offset position, it should not be higher than the radiator. When the air inlet location is fixed, air inlet area should be increased along the high direction to improve ventilation effect. The conclusions can provide technical support for the ventilation design of transformer room.  相似文献

This paper based on the relationship between the natural geographic environment of the city and its form, analyses the effect of the Three Gorges reservoir on the city form in this area. The author believes that the round and ribbon form of the city in this area will be broken, and the group and ribbon group and constellation forms will be developed. 根据现代灾害学理论,灾害事件在灾情方面的轻重差别是评估灾害等级的基本依据。采用农业灾害灾度等级量化方法对三国魏晋南北朝时期正史资料中的灾害史料进行定量分析。研究了农业灾害的区域分布特征、农业灾害的年内季节分布特征、农业灾害在年际间的规律性和重大农业灾年等问题,认为三国魏晋南北朝时期农业灾害年内发生频次差距缩小,农业灾害在一年四季都有发生,季节之间的差距大大减小,出现季节分布的均衡化趋势。春季农业灾害的发生频次增幅较大,夏秋两季农业灾害频繁发生,冬季农业灾害的发生频次显著增加。江南、山西、山东成为三大农业重灾区,江南地区是农业灾害频繁发生的重灾区。山东、山西农业区与江南农业区一起成为魏晋南北朝时期农业灾害频繁发生、危害严重的农业重灾区,形成了农业灾害区域分布的新格局。农业灾害在年际间出现七个多发期。总计魏晋南北朝时期中等以上农业灾年出现291次,在本时期360年时间中占81%。其中中等灾年166次,重灾年107次,特重灾年18次。  相似文献

农业科技示范园是当前正在迅速兴起的农业园区,是实现农业现代化的有效形式之一,兼顾农产品生产、农业高新技术示范、种苗繁育技术示范培训及旅游观光等多种功能。农业科技示范园的核心区、示范区与辐射区一般呈现“圈层”结构形态,其主要功能区可分为农业生产区、科技示范区、观光娱乐区与配套服务区。笔者以山东高青绿色农业科技示范园为案例,对农业科技示范园的特征定位、功能分区以及各功能区在园区发展中的作用地位、主要涵盖内容以及规划设计要点等进行探讨,并据此指导园区的规划设计布局。  相似文献

我国茶树无性系品种遗传多样性和亲缘关系的ISSR分析   总被引:32,自引:0,他引:32  
利用ISSR分子标记分析了我国36个主要茶树无性系品种的遗传多样性和亲缘关系。结果表明20个ISSR引物在供试品种中共扩增出368条谱带,其中多态性条带占总条带的99.7%,引物的多态性信息指数(PIC)平均达0.90。供试品种的基因多样性(H)和Shannon信息指数(I)分别为0.23和0.38。茶区内茶树品种的遗传多样性低于总体水平,江南和华南茶区主栽无性系品种的多样性高于西南茶区。AMOVA分析表明区域因素引起的变异(占5.6%)远小于品种因素(占94.4%)。供试品种间的相似系数介于0.58~0.84,平均为0.69,显示出我国茶树主栽品种的遗传基础已相对比较狭窄。ISSR聚类分析表明,中国台湾品种金萱与大陆品种的遗传距离较远,形成单独的个类。35个大陆品种聚成一个大类群,其中除宜红早形成独立的个类外,其他品种又聚为3个亚类群。亲缘关系树状图在分子水平上显示了我国主要茶树无性系品种间的亲缘关系,为今后茶树育种亲本的选配提供了理论依据。  相似文献

在北京山区沟域经济发展的过程中,特色民俗村建设是整个产业链条中的重点之一,随着沟域经济的进一步发展和消费者需求的不断变化,北京山区部分民俗村已不能适应当前的发展形势,应重新规划设计和升级改造。笔者根据北京山区民俗村建设的问题和发展趋势,提出北京山区特色民俗村规划设计要点,分析了北京市怀柔区“夜渤海”沟域3个村庄节点的升级改造规划案例。笔者认为在民俗村建设中应丰富投资主体、加强基础设施建设,重视景观设计、整体规划与包装,融入文化元素、突出区域特色,更新经营理念、提高经营水平;应通过民俗村整体形象设计、个性化农家院形象设计、民俗旅游产品的开发与设计提升民俗村的档次和水平。  相似文献

This paper briefly introduces the contents and characteristics of the software reuse technology and industrial control software. The development of the software reuse technology in industrial control software area is discussed emphatically. Then the article brings forward a kind of thought that establishes standard element class library and develops the application program frame adapts to industrial control area. Namely, they are the establishment of the reuse of standard element class library based on the level of class library, the design of the reuse of the program frame based on the level of design, the amelioration of the reuse of the designing method based on the level of analysis. 通过对中国现有8座典型景观温室的考察发现,景观温室多肉植物区以美学为原理的设计存在一些问题,具体表现为景观特色不突出、景观体验不丰富等。针对这些问题,提出了遵循植物原生境的设计方法,即在设计中模仿多肉植物原生境典型的地形地貌、基质、色彩、植物等特征,据此提出景观温室多肉植物区的生境主题设计模式,旨在为后期景观温室多肉植物区的创新设计提供参考。  相似文献

The residential area studied in this paper is situated on the special borderland between Beibei town and Jinyun Mountain,which is a national beauty spot and natural conservation region.In order to conserve the ecological environment of JinYun Mountain,prevent the excessive development,and promote sustainable progress of the residential area,it is suggested in this article that an ecological sustainable residential area should be designed for this area. The present status and problem for collaborative design are analyzed. A communication system structure based CORBA principle and the Java distributed programming technology is developed. The capability of CORBA and Java supplying is compensated each other in this structure system. The integration of CORBA and Java is proved to be a more effective designing platform for distributed collaborative design in the area developing WWW-based applications. 不同移栽时期对山西早熟区春玉米生长及产量的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
为了探索在山西早熟区无膜种植玉米的新模式及明确该地区玉米育苗移栽的适宜移栽时期,采用完全随机区组设计大田试验,以覆膜直播为对照,分析比较了不同时期露地移栽对玉米生育进程、株高、成熟期棒三叶叶面积与产量及其构成因素的影响。结果表明:各时期移栽玉米的生育进程均慢于对照。移栽具有降低株高与减小成熟期棒三叶叶面积的效应。在本试验条件下5月1日移栽玉米产量与对照无显著差异,较覆膜直播(CK)仅减少了7%。在早熟地区采用育苗移栽方法无膜种植玉米时必须注意当地晚霜对玉米幼苗的伤害,可以认为在该地区适宜的移栽时期应当是在当地晚霜之后抓紧时间尽早移栽。  相似文献
