为探讨保健砂在蛋鸡生产中的合理应用,将450只文昌鸡(24周龄蛋鸡)随机分为5组,每组90只。对照组饲喂基础日粮和添加剂,试验组饲喂基础日粮、添加剂和保健砂,各试验组添加比例分别为2%、4%、6%和8%。同期对照组与试验组Ⅳ的产蛋率、料蛋比差异均显著(P<0.05),对照组与试验组Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ的产蛋率、料蛋比差异不显著(P>0.05),平均蛋重、蛋壳厚度以及破损率各试验组与对照组对比差异均不显著(P>0.05)。试验结果说明饲料中添加4%~6%保健砂,有助于提高文昌鸡的产蛋率、减少饲料消耗,提高养鸡生产经济  相似文献

在20只小鼠和20只大鼠上分别做武夷岩茶抗疲劳和抗氧化作用试验。对照组饲喂基础饲料和自来水;试验组添加3%的武夷岩茶,饮0.5%的茶汤;试验期3周。抗疲劳试验结果表明,对照组死亡时间为(1.90±0.66)min;试验组死三时间为(2.52±0.77)min,比对照组显著延长(P〈0.05)。  相似文献

不同沼液灌溉量下橡胶幼苗生长及土壤肥力特征   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
为明确不同沼液灌溉量下橡胶幼苗的生长状况及土壤肥力特征,以便科学指导施肥,本研究以橡胶树实生苗为研究对象,采用土培试验方法,设置7个不同沼液用量处理,分别为0 mL(T0)、471 mL(T1)、942 mL(T2)、1413 mL(T3)、1884 mL(T4)、2355 mL(T5)、2826 mL(T6),测定分析了不同沼液用量的橡胶幼苗长势及主要土壤肥力因子。结果表明:沼液灌溉有利于橡胶幼苗生长,不同处理间橡胶幼苗苗木质量指数大小顺序为:T4(1884 mL)>T3(1413 mL)、T5(2355 mL)>T2(942 mL)>T0(0 mL)、T1(471 mL)>T6(2826 mL),沼液施用量为T4处理时苗木质量指数最佳,株高、地径指标偏优,预示植株定植成活率高;同时施用沼液有利于土壤养分含量的增加,并提高土壤脲酶、过氧化氢酶、酸性磷酸酶和多酚氧化酶活性;采用主成分分析法和隶属度函数法对试验组土壤质量综合指数进行计算,结果表明,试验组土壤质量综合指数表现为T3(0.933)>T5(0.906)>T4(0.855)>T2(0.826)>T6(0.794)>T1(0.742)。研究认为,施加沼液可明显改良土壤化学性质,但过度施加沼液会降低苗木质量指数,且沼液量为1413~1884 mL时为最适灌溉量。  相似文献

试验研究了不同剂量水平绿茶粉对老年犬免疫功能的影响。选取10岁初始体重34.5~37.5 kg的拉布拉多72头,随机分为4组,分别饲喂添加0、1 000、2 000、4 000 mg/kg绿茶粉饲料,每组3个重复,每个重复6头犬,试验进行9周。结果显示,添加量为2 000 mg/kg时,T淋巴细胞转化率达到最高,与对照组相比,提高了47.83%(P<0.05)。低添加量绿茶粉(1 000 mg/kg)降低了老年犬血清中溶菌酶的含量,差异不显著(P>0.05),但2 000 mg/kg和4 000 mg/kg绿茶粉处理组溶菌酶含量分别提高了32.76%(P<0.01)和19.39%(P<0.01)。同时提高了血清中总蛋白含量(P>0.05),随着绿茶粉添加量的增加,球蛋白含量有所增加,4 000 mg/kg组球蛋白含量高于对照组,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。  相似文献

大麦型饲粮中添加GXC酶对生长肥育猪生长和消化的影响   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
选择90头体重约33kg的“杜长大”杂交仔猪,按饲养要求分成3组,其中一组饲喂玉米-豆粕型饲粮,另外二组分别饲喂含0和0.2%GXC的大麦-豆粕型饲粮,进行了为期84d的饲养试验(分生长、肥育两个阶段),在试验后期进行了消化试验。饲养试验结果显示,添加GXC使日增重在生长阶段和肥育阶段分别提高了8.75%(P<0.01)和5.32(P<0.01),料重比降低了8.90%(P<0.05)和7.95%(P<0.05);消化试验表明,饲粮中添加GXC酶使生长期的粗脂肪、粗蛋白和粗纤维表观消化率分别提高了14.16%(P<0.01)、12.31%(P<0.01)和85.00%(P<0.01)。  相似文献

为合理开发和利用热带牧草资源,研究热研2号柱花草和热研4号王草混合青贮对其营养成分及发酵品质的影响,以期筛选出适宜的混合青贮比例,为调制高品质的青贮饲料提供理论依据。本研究将热研4号王草和热研2号柱花草混合青贮比例分别设置为100∶0(CK)、85∶15(A1)、70∶30(A2)、55∶45(A3)4组,青贮30 d后开封取样检测。结果表明:A2组混合青贮感官评价最佳,随着热研2号柱花草比例的升高,pH和氨态氮/总氮(NH3-N/TN)值逐渐升高,A1、A2、A3组与CK组差异显著(P<0.05);乳酸(LA)含量逐渐降低,A3组显著低于CK组(P<0.05);各试验组乳酸/乙酸(LA/AA)值均大于2.6;且A2组丁酸(BA)显著低于其他各处理组(P<0.05)。随着热研2号柱花草比例升高,各处理组粗蛋白(CP)、干物质(DM)和粗脂肪(EE)含量随之升高,且显著高于CK组(P<0.05);水溶性碳水化合物(WSC)含量呈上升趋势,且各试验组差异不显著(P>0.05);中性洗涤纤维(NDF)逐渐降低,且各处理组间差异不显著(P>0.05);各试验...  相似文献

通过药剂筛选和药剂剂量选择试验研究。15%多鼓吹可湿社粉剂接种子量2‰林种;50%粉镜宁可湿性粉剂按种子量0.3‰拌种;8%402乳油接种子量0.5‰拌种;预防啤麦条纹病相对防效分别为100%、100%、97.3%。无药害,有促进出苗作用;用药剂量小,预防效果极显务.经济有效。  相似文献

在猪油中分别添加0.4%的V、VE和武夷岩茶TP,85℃下进行抗氧化试验14d,间日取样测定油脂POV和AV。结果:Vc、VE和TP对油脂氧化的抑制率分别达到31.7%、4.8%、92.5%(P〈0.05或0.01);对照组和添加VE、Vc的油脂AV分别升高280%、274%、11%,而TP使油脂AV降低27%。结果说明TP对油脂有显著的抗氧化效果,其作用优于Vc和VE。  相似文献

本研究进行了两次饲养试验。试验一选用225羽37周龄罗曼蛋鸡随机分为5个处理,在试验基础日粮中分别添加0%、0.05%、0.1%、0.2%、0.4%茶多酚(纯度40%),试验期59天;试验二选用600羽51周龄罗曼蛋鸡随机分为4个处理,分别在试验基础日粮中添加0%、0.025%、0.055%、0.1%茶多酚(纯度40%),试验为期8周。探讨了茶多酚对蛋鸡生产性能、脂类代谢、蛋品质量的影响。结果表明:(1)日粮中添加不同剂量茶多酚对蛋鸡产蛋率和饲料利用率有一定的改善,但未见随茶多酚添加水平的升高而提高的趋势。(2)日粮中添加0.1%茶多酚可提高蛋黄中VE58.99%、VA20.96%,添加0.025%茶多酚降低蛋黄中胆固醇35.28%,茶多酚对全蛋中含硫氨基酸有增高趋势,重金属指标符合无公害鸡蛋要求;产蛋后期日粮中添加0.025%~0.1%茶多酚可降低破软蛋率31.59%~47.09%。(3)日粮中添加0.4%茶多酚分别降低46周龄蛋鸡血清总胆固醇19.65%、甘油三酯19.99%、低密度脂蛋白7.69%,提高高密度脂蛋白45.35%;但添加0.025%~0.1%茶多酚对59周龄蛋鸡血脂指标未见显著影响。  相似文献

A total of 400 Single Comb White Leghorn hens at 80 weeks of age were used in present study. Four treatment groups that were consisted of six replications with 10 hens per each replication were considered. In the first treatment, food and water were removed for the first 2, 4, 6 and 8 days. However, on days 3, 5, 7, 9 and on day 10 until day 28 hens were fed 45 g of food per hen (ON-OFF group). In the second and third groups, food was withdrawn for 10, 14 days, respectively and oyster shell and water were provided for ad libitum until day 28 (California and North Carolina treatments (CAL, NC groups)). The last group (full-food treatments (FF group)) was the hens that were non-food-deprived and were fed corn molt diet for 28 days ad libitum. In all treatment groups at day 29, hens were returned to a full food layer ration and received 16 h of light day(-1). Body weight, egg production, egg weight, relative eggshell weight, internal egg quality, egg specific gravity and mortality were determined. Differential leukocyte count and antibody response were also measured. The results demonstrated that induced molting increased egg production according to pre-molt egg production. There was not a significant difference in the rate of egg production during the peak period of post molt production for treatments. No significant differences were detected in differential leukocyte counts and antibody response against Sheep Red Blood Cell (SRBC) between treatments at pre molt and post molt of the experiment. This study indicated that diets with high corn level (FF groups) are effective and simplified nonfood removal procedure for welfare molting hens.  相似文献

The aim of the present study was to evaluate the effect of different doses dexamethasone and progestagen-PMSG on fertility and prolificacy in Kivircik ewes during the breeding season. For the experiment, 100 ewes were divided into four groups, with 25 females in each group. Groups were fluorgestone acetate (FGA, 30 mg), administered via intravaginal sponges. Experimental groups 2, 3 and 4 mL dexamethasone injection were given 72 h before mating season. The fertility rates control, 2, 3 and 4 mL were 88.0, 92.0, 100.0 and 100.0%, respectively (p<0.05). The prolificacy rates for the same groups were 122.7, 130.4, 144.0 and 156.0%, respectively (p<0.01). The injections dexamethasone significantly increased lamb birth weight and daily weight gain for 60 days (p<0.05).  相似文献

研究菠萝叶渣青贮饲料对生长育肥猪生长性能的影响,结果表明:试验组B、C、D平均日增重分别比对照组A提高826.31、805.25和796.46 g;料肉比分别比对照组A降低9.84 %、6.33 %和2.27 %;每头猪效益分别比对照组A提高70.94、18.62、7.74元/头;猪肉品质也比对照组A有不同程度的提高,尤其以添加4 %菠萝叶渣饲料肥育猪的日增重、料肉比和经济效益均最好。  相似文献

Background: The secretion of thyroxin (T4) as the main hormone of thyroid gland is regulated by androgens. The present study aimed to evaluate the effect of testosterone and finasteride administration and castration on serum levels of T4 and to show the effect of this regulation on total body weight, weight of testis, and the weight of prostate. Methods: Male adult rats (n = 32) were divided into 4 groups (n = 8): Group 1 (control), Group 2 (castration), Group 3 (finasteride: 20 mg/kg/day) and Group 4 (testosterone: 5 mg/kg/day). At the end of the study (35 days), serum level of thyroxin, body weight, weight of testis, and prostate were determined. Results: The data showed that the body weight increased in castrated (P = 0.04) and decreased in testosterone (P = 0.00) groups but did not differ in finasteride (P>0.05) group. There were not any differences in the weight of testis among control, finasteride, and testosterone groups but the weight of prostate increased in testosterone group (P = 0.00) and decreased in castrated (P = 0.03) and finasteride groups (P = 0.04). In addition, the serum level of T4 (nmo/ml) decreased in the three groups: finasteride (P = 0.03), testosterone (P = 0.04), and castrated (P = 0.00). Conclusion: Testosterone in both high and low levels decreased the amount of T4 with a time-dependent manner. Key Words: Finasteride, Rats, Testosterone, Thyroxin  相似文献

The optimum dietary protein requirement of the Malaysian mahseer (Tor tambroides) fingerlings was determined in this study. In this completely randomized designed experiment, formulated diets of five levels of dietary protein (30, 35, 40, 45 and 50%) were tested on the T. tambroides fingerlings (initial body weight of 5.85 +/- 0.40 g), reared in aquarium fitted with a biofiltering system. The fingerlings were fed twice daily at 5% of biomass. The fingerling body weight and total length was taken at every two weeks. Mortality was recorded daily. The dietary protein had significant effects on the body weight gain and Specific Growth Rate (SGR) of the fingerlings. The body weight gain and SGR of fingerlings fed with the diet with the dietary protein level of 40% was significantly higher (p<0.05) than that of 30, 35 and 50%. The feed conversion ratio of the 40% dietary protein was the significantly lowest at 2.19 +/- 0.163. The dietary protein level of 40% was the most optimum for T. tambroides fingerlings.  相似文献

为探究控释氮肥施用策略对稻茬小麦产量和氮肥吸收利用的影响,在大田条件下,以小麦品种扬麦16和扬麦20为材料,设置不施氮(T1)、常规速效氮肥分次施用(T2,对照)、常规控释氮肥一次性基施(T3)、速效氮肥减量分次施用(T4)、控释氮肥减量一次性基施(T5)、控释+速效氮肥一次性基施(T6)、控释+速效氮肥配合分次施用(T7)共7种氮肥处理,比较分析了不同处理下稻茬小麦产量、叶面积指数(LAI)、叶绿素相对值(SPAD值)、干物质积累量、氮素积累量、根系吸收面积和根系氧化力等性状的差异。结果表明,两个品种的产量均表现为T6>T7>T3>T5>T2>T4>T1。与T2处理相比,两个品种的平均产量在T3、T6和T7处理下分别增加17.9%、30.3%和25.1%,平均氮肥农学效率(AE)分别增加40.0%、84.8%和72.4%,平均氮肥偏生产力(PFP)分别增加22.2%、52.3%和45.6%。与单一施用速效氮肥(T2、T4)或控释氮肥(T3、T5)处理相比,在控释氮肥与速效氮肥配施(T6、T7)处理下两个品种的地上部农艺性状(干物质积累量、LAI和SPAD值)显著改善,氮素积累量、根干重、根冠比、根系氧化力、根系总吸收表面积和活跃吸收表面积均显著增加。因此,控释氮肥配施速效氮肥策略可以同步促进稻茬小麦地上部与地下部生长,最终实现高产与氮肥高效吸收利用。  相似文献

以泥炭、蛭石和水稻土为原料混配成不同水稻育秧基质(CK,100%稻田土;T1,50%稻田土+50%泥炭;T2,50%稻田土+30%泥炭+20%蛭石;T3,25%稻田土+75%泥炭;T4,25%稻田土+50%泥炭+25%蛭石;T5,33.3%稻田土+33.3%泥炭+33.3%蛭石),研究不同基质的理化性状及其对水稻秧苗素质、机插质量和毯秧质量的影响,筛选适合广东本地化的育秧基质。结果表明,与CK相比,混配基质容重显著降低34.16%~57.25%,总孔隙度提高9.99%~15.82%,通气孔隙和持水孔隙明显改善;除T3外,混配基质均具有壮秧作用,以T4效果最好,株高、百株地上部干物质量、根系盘结力分别比CK提高了24.49%、31.79%和26.11%,T5次之;秧苗素质以T4、T5最好,成秧率、壮苗指数分别比CK显著提高了16.63%~17.91%和30.00%~36.57%,毯秧质量减轻了20.52%~22.43%;栽插质量以T4、T5最好,丛苗数是CK的1.31~1.34倍,漏秧率、漂秧率和伤秧率分别比CK降低了3.48%~3.97%、2.28%~2.46%、1.93%~2.69%...  相似文献
