 形态学观测和寄生性研究结果表明,发生于我国河南省兰考县泡桐(Pauloumia sp.)和内蒙古自治区凉城县豌豆(Pisum sativum)上的胞囊线虫均属于大豆胞囊线虫(Heterodera glyeines);上述两种植物上的胞囊线虫均可侵染大豆,在根部形成有卵雌虫。而兰考和凉城两地大豆上的胞囊线虫群体可分别在泡桐成豌豆上良好繁殖。以上结果证明,泡桐和豌豆为大豆胞囊线虫的两种新寄主植物,其中,泡桐为大豆胞襄线虫侵染多年生乔木植物的首例报道。  相似文献

本文研究了柑桔大实蝇蛹的发育,生殖系统和生殖细胞的发生及辐射对卵子、精子及其超微结构的影响。后期蛹体细胞分化发育完成时,卵子尚处于卵原囊期,雄虫已形成大量成熟精子。用9krad照射后期蛹,不影响成虫的活动和交尾竞争能力,但可导致大实蝇不育。大实蝇染色体数目为2n=12,总长度56.2μm,长度变异范围6.52~1.10μm,属中等非对称核型。辐照后引起染色体断裂而导致缺损、多着丝点环等畸变,使细胞分裂受阻引起不育。唾腺及肠细胞辐照以后24小时DNA含量明显下降,但能逐步修复。  相似文献

Xenomas caused by Microgemma vivaresi Canning, Feist, Longshaw, Okamura, Anderson, Tsuey Tse et Curry, 2005 were found in liver and skeletal muscle of sea scorpions, Taurulus bubalis (Euphrasen). All muscle xenomas examined were in an advanced stage of destruction. In developing xenomas found in liver, parasites were restricted to the centre of the cell, separated from a parasite-free zone by a nuclear network formed by branching of the host cell nucleus. Although xenomas were able to reach a size of several hundred microns, the surface remained a simple plasma membrane. Host reactions took the form of penetration by phagocytes and isolation by fibroblasts. Once the xenoma had been attacked, the nuclear profiles became pycnotic and the barrier between parasitized and parasite-free zones was lost. Parasite antigens cannot be exposed at the surface of intact xenomas, as the host does not recognise the enlarging cell as foreign. Breaches in the plasma membrane of the xenoma and leakage of parasite antigens are thought to be the stimuli for phagocyte entry into the cell, its isolation by fibroblasts and eventual granuloma formation.  相似文献

 近年来, 小麦孢囊线虫病已成为我国小麦生产上的重要病害之一。掌握病原线虫的侵染动态是病害防控基础。本文在田间条件下, 对两种孢囊线虫—禾谷孢囊线虫(Heterodera avenae)和菲利普孢囊线虫(H.filipjevi)在河南郑州的侵染动态进行了比较研究, 结果显示:小麦出苗后2周即可发现孢囊线虫的二龄幼虫侵入到小麦根内, 4周后少量二龄幼虫发育为三龄, 6周后根内幼虫数量达到第一次高峰, 同时发现少量四龄幼虫。小麦出苗60 d后, 由于温度较低, 根内各虫态数量基本维持稳定;在120 d后, 温度逐渐回升, 根内二龄幼虫数量逐渐增加, 幼虫数量的第二次高峰出现在小麦出苗后150 d左右, 但入侵幼虫数量明显少于第一次。此后根内幼虫陆续发育为白雌虫和孢囊, 白雌虫数量高峰出现在小麦出苗后180 d后。H.filipjevi三龄、四龄幼虫及白雌虫出现的时间均比H.avenae的早一周。  相似文献

Metacestodes of Mesocestoides sp. were recorded from Sturnus vulgaris (Passeriformes: Stumidae) in the Czech Republic in April 2002. They were found in a cutaneous cyst and in the thoracic region of the body cavity of the bird. This is the first record of metacestodes of Mesocestoides sp. in this host species in Europe as well as the first finding of the formation of a cutaneous cyst provoked by this parasite. Additional specimens from Apodemus agrarius (Mammalia: Rodentia) from Bulgaria and Lacerta agilis (Reptilia: Squamata) from the Czech Republic were compared with that from S. vulgaris. Sequence data from the V4 variable region (18S rDNA) were used to compare genetic variability among these and previously characterized isolates of Mesocestoides spp. A number of distinct clades were recognized, with metacestodes from L. agilis showing the highest degree of relative divergence.  相似文献

The effect of the insecticide diflubenzuron [1-(4-chlorophenyl)-3-(2,6-difluorobenzoyl)urea] on photosynthesis, respiration, and leaf ultrastructure of soybean [Glycine max (L.) Merr., cv. Swift] was examined on plants treated at the second trifoliate leaf stage with 0, 0.067, and 0.269 kg of active ingredien/ha of diflubenzuron. Photosynthesis and respiration were measured with an infrared CO2 analyzer in an open flow system prior to diflubenzuron application and at 4, 24, 48, and 96 hr after treatment with diflubenzuron. Diflubenzuron had no effect on soybean photosynthesis at any rate examined. Respiration was stimulated by the high rate (0.269 kg/ha) in a transitory manner. Tissue samples removed from both old and new leaves, 9 days after diflubenzuron application, were used for the ultrastructure study with the transmission electron microscope. The lower trifoliate leaves contained more starch grains than the upper ones being formed after treatment, but no aberrations or degradation of leaf ultrastructure due to diflubenzuron treatment were evident.  相似文献

Seedlings of six cauliflower cultivars ( Brassica oleracea convar. botrytis var. botrytis ) were assessed for resistance to a Danish isolate of Peronospora parasitica , under controlled conditions. Resistance, characterized by restricted sporulation and necrotic dark flecks at the inoculation site on the cotyledons, was expressed in the hybrids 9306 F1, 9311 F1, and the open pollinated cultivar Perfection. Testing of the parent lines and F2 generations of the two resistant hybrids suggested that resistance was a dominantly inherited trait controlled by a single gene. Inoculation of the cultivars with seven isolates, from different geographical origins, showed that the resistance was isolate specific. The two hybrid cultivars expressing cotyledon resistance and two hybrids expressing susceptibility were assessed for adult plant resistance under field conditions. The AUDPC (Area Under the Disease Progress Curve), based on disease incidence and severity, revealed significant differences between the cultivars. At harvest, the cultivars exhibited significantly different levels of defoliation and curd attack. The cultivars 9306 F1 and 9311 F1 showed high levels of resistance in all assessments, whereas the two cultivars exhibiting susceptibility at the seedling stage, 9304 F1 and 9305 F1, also exhibited susceptibility through the adult plant stage. Thus, the resistance exhibited under field conditions resembled that identified at the seedling stage under controlled conditions. The results suggest that cotyledon resistance similar to that described could provide resistance throughout the adult plant stage, including curds.  相似文献

 为害栽培地黄(Rehmannia glutinosa Llbosch.,f.hueichingensis Hsiao)的孢囊线虫,经形态和生物学特性的观察,以及在地黄与大豆间的交互接种试验,鉴定为大豆孢囊线虫(Heterodera glyines Ichinohe,1952)。本文报道了该线虫的主要形态、生物学特性及防治方法。该线虫在北京此区地黄上一年发生5-6代,平均土温24.5℃时完成一代约须27天;20.2℃时约须35天。干燥使孢囊中的卵和幼虫的生命力急剧下降。地黄根浸出液对幼虫孵化没有明显的刺激作用。轮作与抗病品种是防治该线虫的主要措施;D-D混剂处理土壤及热水处理繁殖材料也是有效的防治方法。该线虫除为害地黄外,尚可侵染高黄芩、黄花毛蕊花、比利牛斯金鱼草、小叶野决明和歪头菜等药用植物。  相似文献

ABSTRACT The population structure of Guignardia citricarpa sensu lato (anamorph: Phyllosticta citricarpa), a fungus of which strains pathogenic to citrus are subject to phytosanitary legislation in the European Union and the United States, was investigated. Internal transcribed spacer sequences revealed two phylogenetically distinct groups in G. citricarpa. This distinction was supported by amplified fragment length polymorphism analysis that also supported the exclusion of two isolates that had apparently been misclassified as G. citricarpa. On cherry decoction agar, but not on other media, growth rates of group I isolates were lower than those of group II isolates. Conidial dimensions were similar, but group I isolates formed conidia with barely visible mucoid sheaths, whereas those of group II formed conidia with thick sheaths. Cultures of isolates belonging to group I produced rare infertile perithecia, whereas fertile perithecia were formed by most isolates of group II. Colonies of isolates belonging to group I were less dark than those of group II, with a wider translucent outer zone and a lobate rather than entire margin. On oatmeal agar, exclusively group I isolates formed a yellow pigment. Group I harbored strains from citrus fruits with classical black spot lesions (1 to 10 mm in diameter) usually containing pycnidia. Group II harbored endophytic strains from a wide range of host species, as well as strains from symptomless citrus fruits or fruits with minute spots (<2-mm diameter) without pycnidia. These observations support the historic distinction between slowly growing pathogenic isolates and morphologically similar fast-growing, nonpathogenic isolates of G. citricarpa. The latter proved to belong to G. mangiferae (P. capitalensis), a ubiquitous endophyte of woody plants with numerous probable synonyms including G. endophyllicola, G. psidii, P. anacardiacearum, and P. theacearum. G. mangiferae occurs in the European Union and the United States on many host species including citrus, and does not cause symptoms of citrus black spot, justifying its exclusion from quarantine measures.  相似文献

Laboratory work was conducted to elucidate the life cycle of the South African gnathiid isopod, Gnathia africana Barnard, 1914. The natural fish hosts of this temporary parasite, the super klipfish Clinus superciliosus (Linnaeus, 1758), were exposed to gnathiid larvae in the laboratory. It was found that G. africana has three larval stages, consisting of three unfed (zuphea) and three fed (praniza) stages. First-, second- and third-stage zuphea larvae took an average of 2 h 18 min, 2 h 43 min and 10 h 8 min respectively to complete their feeding and the first- and second-stage praniza moulted at 8 and 10 days respectively into the next zuphea stage. Three to six days after its last blood meal, the sex of the third and final praniza stage could be determined by the presence of either a testis or two ovaries in the dorsal pereon. Male larvae moulted into adult males between 8 and 10 days post feeding. Female larvae moulted at approximately 17 days into adult females. Fertilisation of the eggs by the male took place within 24 hours of completion of the female moult. The development of the embryos and subsequent release of the young larvae between 15 and 23 days post fertilisation completed the cycle. This entire cycle took approximately 62 days in water temperatures of 20-25 degrees C.  相似文献

甘肃省小麦禾谷孢囊线虫的发生及分布   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
为了解甘肃省小麦孢囊线虫病发生程度和分布情况,2009-2012年于小麦抽穗至灌浆期,采用Z字形取样法,取根际0~20cm土壤,用漂浮法分离孢囊,统计100g土样的孢囊数量,用形态学方法鉴定线虫。从甘肃省12个地区50个县区,134个乡镇共采集到463个小麦田间土样。结果表明,孢囊平均检出率为47.9%,其中冬麦区孢囊平均检出率为61.5%,春麦区平均检出率为34.2%,冬麦和春麦混播区为52.3%,冬麦、春麦及冬春麦混播区平均孢囊数分别为3.5、6.8和3.9个/100g土样。其中平凉市灵台县和兰州市永登县孢囊线虫发生最为严重,个别地块每100g土样中孢囊数超过40个。根据孢囊形态学特征的观察,将甘肃省采集到的孢囊线虫鉴定为禾谷孢囊线虫(Heterodera avenae)。研究结果可为有效防治甘肃省麦类孢囊线虫病提供依据。  相似文献

Cereal cyst nematode (CCN), Heterodera avenae, is one of the most important pathogens of wheat worldwide, and causes significant yield losses. Research on CCN–wheat interactions is hampered by the lack of an effective model pathosystem. This study investigated the potential of the model cereal Brachypodium distachyon (Bd21‐3) and diploid wheat 2A (G1812) and 2D (AL8/78) as model hosts for CCN. Nematode infection analysis showed that although some CCN penetrated Bd21‐3 roots, these nematodes failed to develop to the later developmental stages or form cysts, indicating B. distachyon is not a host for CCN. A strong burst of reactive oxygen species (ROS) within Bd21‐3 roots infected with CCN was induced 3 days after infection and the expression of seven ROS‐producing genes was significantly increased. In contrast, CCN completed its life cycle in both diploid wheat 2A and 2D, and formed normal syncytia in these hosts. Although CCN developmental processes within both diploid wheat 2A and 2D were very similar to those in the susceptible control, the number of cysts formed on diploid wheat 2D was less than those formed on diploid wheat 2A and the susceptible control, indicating that diploid wheat 2A was a more suitable host for CCN than 2D. This is the first report of a potential new pathosystem for CCN–host interactions using diploid wheat.  相似文献

The insecticidal activity of the antiherpetic agent (E)-5-(2-bromovinyl)-2'-deoxyuridine (BVDU) was assessed in in vivo assays against the fall armyworm, Spodoptera frugiperda (JE Smith) (Lepidoptera, Noctuidae). BVDU, mixed into an artificial diet, caused a variety of effects, depending on the concentration used. Compared with controls, food intake was lower, larval growth was retarded and larval development was prolonged. The treated larvae formed smaller pupae and the hatching moths often showed morphogenetic defects. A higher mortality could be found in larval and pupal stages and was generally caused by moult disruption. A choice assay showed that BVDU has very slight feeding-deterrent properties, which only partly explain the toxic effects. The agent most probably acts through its cytostatic activity that has been described previously using cell lines of different insect species.  相似文献

 禾谷孢囊线虫(Heterodera avenae)是中国小麦上的重要病原线虫。纤维素结合蛋白基因是一种重要的植物线虫寄生和致病相关基因。用同源克隆的方法从禾谷孢囊线虫寄生前二龄幼虫中克隆出一种纤维素结合蛋白新基因Ha-cbp-1(GenBank 注册号GQ178086)cDNA序列。Ha-cbp-1基因cDNA包含1个开放阅读框,编码131个氨基酸残基的蛋白质,预测蛋白由1个长度为18氨基酸残基的信号肽和1个纤维素结合区域(CBD)组成。Ha-cbp-1的基因组DNA序列含有2个内含子。预测的禾谷孢囊线虫纤维素结合蛋白(HA-CBP-1)序列与大豆孢囊线虫纤维素结合蛋白(HG-CBP-1)序列有60%的同一性和76%的相似性,与甜菜孢囊线虫纤维素结合蛋白(HS-CBP-1)序列有60%的同一性和75%的相似性。本研究首次从禾谷孢囊线虫中成功克隆出CBP蛋白基因。  相似文献

Histological and histochemical methods were used for the studies on 12 species of metacestodes of the genera Coronacanthus, Diorchis, Diplopylidium, Fimbriaria, Hymenolepis, Microsomacanthus, Rodentotaenia, and Triodontolepis. Two basic types of larvae, cysticercoid and cercoscolex, were found. The cyst structure is identical or similar in the cysticercoids using the same group of intermediate hosts (gammarus, planktonic crustaceans, coprophagous beetles, and terrestrial snails). The morphological structure of scolex and neck is the same as in adult cestodes. The length and number of hooks are definitive in morphologically differentiated metacestodes, while the scolex, rostellum and suckers grow still inside the definitive host. The excretory canals open separately at the end of neck in the cysticercoids and in a common opening at the body end of larva in the cercoscolex. Calcareous corpuscles are smaller and more numerous in the scolex and neck than in the cyst wall. Acid mucosubstances prevail in the tissues at the early stages of development. In morphologically differentiated metacestodes, the amount of neutral mucosubstances and glycogen increases. In ageing larvae, the amount of neutral mucosubstances and glycogen gradually decreases and later also decreases the amount of acid mucosubstances, proteins and lipids.  相似文献

淡紫拟青霉发酵滤液对大豆胞囊线虫趋化性的影响   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
 实验室条件下,研究了大豆胞囊线虫幼虫对大豆根和根浸出液的趋化性以及淡紫拟青霉代谢产物对其趋化性的影响。结果表明,大豆胞囊线虫二龄幼虫(J2)对大豆根存在着一定的趋化性,而淡紫拟青霉发酵滤液对J2存在明显的驱避性。在根浸出液、真菌滤液及其混合液剂处理下,大豆胞囊线虫J2在WA平板上靠近处理液的0~1cm区间中分布率存在极显著差异(P <0.0 1),而加样时间(液剂与线虫同时放置或提前2 4h处理)对其分布率没有显著影响。大豆幼根蘸取滤液后对线虫J2在该区间的分布与不经处理的幼根差异显著(P <0.0 5),证明淡紫拟青霉发酵滤液可以明显地降低线虫与大豆根的亲和力,并强烈抑制线虫对大豆根的侵染。  相似文献

In June 2007, the Asian longhorned beetle Anoplophora glabripennis (Motschulsky) was found at Corbetta, in Lombardy, 23 km west of Milan, Italy. The invasive exotic pest was observed in four host trees, one sycamore maple Acer pseudoplatanus L. and three silver birches Betula pendula Rothmahler. During summer 2007, 20 living and 107 dead A. glabripennis beetles were collected on or around the infested trees. The dissection of the infested material showed that 287 beetles emerged from the trees during previous years and 158 living larvae of varied ages were still developing in April, 2008. Fortunately, it appears that predation by birds on early stage larvae developing under the bark, played a major role in limiting the developing pest population. A. glabripennis is native to China and Korea where it is considered as a serious pest of many deciduous trees including maples, poplars, and willows. During the last decade, it was accidentally introduced into the USA, Canada, Austria, Germany and France in wood packaging material of goods imported from China. The current discovery in Italy is the first record of the Asian pest in this country.  相似文献

In field trials during three years respectively 18, 22 and 57 potato genotypes were grown on soils moderately or heavily infested with potato cyst nematodes (Globodera pallida) after soils were fumigated or not. Nematode infection increased leaf calcium contents but genotypes that were relatively tolerant of potato cyst nematodes (Globodera pallida) had lower leaf calcium concentrations on a particular sampling date. Tolerance of potato cyst nematodes was closely linked to genotype lateness and may be related to tolerance of drought. When using the method in plant breeding and screening for genotypes with tolerance, plants may be planted in infected or in uninfected soils, without influencing the outcome. The relationship between tolerance and calcium contents was clearest when sampling took place towards the end of the growing season when the variability was at it highest with a good distinction between newly formed leaves in late maturing genotypes and aged leaves in early maturing cultivars.  相似文献

报道了在新疆柽柳上造成虫瘿的齿腿柽瘿蚊、毛尾柽瘿蚊、土库曼柽瘿蚊和害柽瘿蚊。对4种柽瘿蚊分布、寄主植物、生活史、行为及对寄主植物的选择性等生物学特性进行了观察。4种瘿蚊造成柽柳枝条形成性状各异的虫瘿,多一室一虫。齿腿柽瘿蚊在新疆乌鲁木齐市一年4代,毛尾柽瘿蚊在新疆阜康一年1代,均以老熟幼虫在虫瘿中越冬;在室内养虫盒和罩笼中,齿腿柽瘿蚊平均产卵42粒,害柽瘿蚊平均产卵56粒,卵多单产。寄生齿腿柽瘿蚊、毛尾柽瘿蚊的寄生蜂均分别有姬小蜂科和金小蜂科各1种。寄生蜂对齿腿柽瘿蚊越冬代的寄生率为38.5%,第1代蛹末期为58.0%,第2代蛹末期为91.3%,第3代蛹末期为3.6%;对毛尾柽瘿蚊蛹期寄生率为58.8%。接种卵试验表明,齿腿柽瘿蚊可以在采自美国的盆栽多枝柽柳上成功地取食、造成虫瘿,但不能在盆栽杨树和柳树上取食、存活。  相似文献
