城市文化主题公园景观设计探析

Research on the Design Method of Digital Urban Lighting

This paper has introduced a kind of design method for digital urban lighting, it is an application of the illuminating engineering in digital city and a kind of measurable, dynamic visualization design method of the effect of digital urban lighting. A kind of new artificial method of scene imitation has been proposed in this paper. After taking pictures by verified digital camera, the luminosity and color information are taken to imitate the effect of urban lighting design, to display the current and future effect of lighting for the scene and thus optimize the urban lighting design plan to meet the demand of energy - conservation and beautifying the urban night scene.     

Relations between Urban Design and City Planning in the Work of Plan-making

In this paper, three fundamental principles of city planning under the present system are brought forward: the integration of urban design and city planning, the double attributes and position of the urban design and the correspondence between the urban design and the city planning in levels. Therefore, according to the different circumstances, three functioning ways for the urban design in the practice of plan making are put forward: to put the urban design into the system of city planning, to work out the urban design as a research work and then make use of its achievement in the work of plan making, and to regard the urban design as a specialized work of city planning.     

Urban Design Strategy Research Based on the Concept of Sponge City: A Case Study of Renbei District in Chengdu

Cities are currently confronted with many urban problems, such as water shortages, water quality pollution, floods, and the loss of habitats of aquatic organisms, and badly in need of a more comprehensive solution. In this context, the concept of "sponge city" is proposed. This paper, based on the theory of sponge city and low impact development, elaborated the origin, development, connotation, and construction method of "sponge city" concept. In this paper, the urban design scheme of Renbei District in Chengdu was taken for example to analyze the geographical environment and climate characteristics of Chengdu and explain the formation and verification of the scheme. It is considered that the "sponge city" is different from the traditional urban infrastructure. It is essentially an ecological approach. Its core is to build a cross-scale urban water ecological infrastructure to comprehensively solve the prominent water-related problems of urban and rural areas in China.     

Ancient Cultural Relics in Cities and Environmental Art Design: Series I of Urban Public Environment Design

Buildings and spatial environment left by history record evolution traces of cities and significant events related to the cities, and as a particular carrier of culture, they are witnesses of city development, and show the later generations memories of the city history. In urban planning, historical images must be respected, the relation between ancient cultural relics and urban planning handled properly, city brand established, and city image improved. The author, on the basis of exploring signifi cance of urban ancient cultural relics, used practical cases to fi gure out approaches of preserving urban ancient cultural relics in urban planning.     

Urban Public Space Development in Harbin Driven by Music Culture Intervention

"Social event driving" has become a way to promote urban development, create urban public spaces and create a city image. As one of the important big cities in northeastern China, Harbin enjoys the reputation of "The Music City", and its public space development is inextricably linked with the driving of music culture. This paper started with the analysis of the correlation between the development of urban public spaces and the development of music culture in Harbin, and studied the influence and driving role of music culture on the construction and development of urban public spaces.     

An Evaluation Method for the Quality of Urban Hot Environment - Air Total Heat Change Quality Index

Due to the effect of hot island of the city, the temperature is much higher and the urban hot environment is much worse in the city than those in the countryside. In this paper, the total heat difference based on the temperature has been suggested as an evaluation factor and the total heat change quality index as evaluation method to describe the quality of urban hot environment.     

Urban Environmental and Urban Ecological Problems in the Sustainable Development of Chongqing City and Its Countermeasures

The main urban environmental and urban ecological problems existing in the sustainable development of Chongqing city were introduced in this paper. Furthermore, the causes and features of these problems were analyzed. At last, some countermeasures, which would provide some scientific bases for accelerating the urban sustainable development of Chongqing city, were suggested.     

地域性植物景观在城市道路中的设计与探索——以云南元谋县城特色规划研究为例

随着经济的发展、科技的飞跃,道路交通压力的增大,人们对道路植物景观的要求也日益重视。但是由于多种原因。在道路景观建设中,植物景观设计普遍缺少特色,更缺少地域性文化氛围。本文通过对云南元谋几条道路的现状调查分析,然后改进后的设计,从而探索地域性植物景观在实际规划中的应用及其思路、设计方法等,为今后在城市景观规划设计中提供一定的参考依据。     

生态理念指导下的城市总体规划探析

综述了生态理念在国内外城市规划领域的发展过程以及实践活动,指出中国几十年来城市规划中存在忽视生态承载力研究、城市生态格局的构建和城市生态工业合理布局3个有关生态方面的问题,探讨了生态承载力的有限性、生态承载力弹性和生态足迹在城市总体规划中的应用,在景观生态格局理论和国内外城市绿地布局实践基础上总结了城市绿地布局的5种模式,在城市生态工业布局中比较深入的分析和探讨了都市型工业和一般工业在城市规划中的布局问题。     

Seasonal Characteristics of Thermal Environment in Urban Public Space of the Urban in Hot-summer and Cold-winter Region

Thermal environment in urban public space is considered as an important factor affecting thermal comfort of human beings. In the whole year, thermal environment in public space of the city in hot-summer and cold-winter zone changes dramatically, which has an effect on human thermal comfort. In this study, three typical public spaces including street, park and square of Changsha were selected for a long-term experiment of thermal environment. Based on the analysis of four significant thermal environment parameters-air temperature, relative humidity, global temperature and wind speed, seasonal characteristics of thermal environment in urban public space were obtained. The results show that the characteristics of urban thermal environment are determined by natural climate, while the physical structure of a city has essential impact on the changes of local outdoor thermal environment. Affected by plants (trees) and water (Xiangjiang river) air temperature of the street along the street is much lower, relative humidity is higher and solar radiation is weaker in most of the year. Compared to the street along the river, air temperature of the square is higher and solar radiation is stronger.     

The Public Participation in the Urban Planning

The policy of public participation in urban planning was first practiced in Europe in the 1960s. After 40 years of development, the policy has become the essential step of city planning in Western countries where as is just at the elementary step in China. For the purpose of knowing the situation about the policy performing in local cities and discussing the feasibility of public participation in urban planning, several kinds of investigation have been done. From the investigation, it is found that although the public participation has already been the important step of urban planning in some city during just several years,there are still many problems. This paper shows a panorama view of this issue. Th describe the future of public participation in e authors will offer some solutions according to the problems and the urban planning.     

Social and Psychological Benefit of Urban Green Space

Recent rapid urbanization has broad impact on the contemporary urban environment. Preserving the natural environment has become the central issues in the world. The main concern of this paper is to address the importance of social function of green space. Some results of a survey conducted among visitors of urban parks in Mianyang city in Sichuan Province are presented and discussed. The results confirm that open space experiences have a positives influence on psychological and mental health. Urban green space verifies beliefs about stress-reduction benefits and mental health, and advances social intercommunication. Finally, the monetary evaluation methods of urban green space, such as contingent valuation method, hedonic pricing method, travel cost method, are discussed.     

Memory,Site,City. Rethinking about the City and Architecture in the Perspective of Psychology and Sociology

Each city includes memory elements. As a precious resource, the city memory exists, changes and continues in reality through visual material objects and cultural sub-consciousness. It is the basic context clue for urban people to apperceive, to experience themselves and their existent environment with the lapse and change of time. Beginning with the concept of memory, this article analyzed the relationship of time, space, human being and environment. It tried to use interdisciplinary research methods and rethink about the essence of city and architecture in the perspective of psychology and sociology, so as to explore the dee Pissues of ideology and value conception in urban design and urban conservation of history and culture.     

城市公园的使用功能研究——以石家庄市长安公园、水上公园为例

城市公园是城市中环境最优美的游憩空间,具有满足人们多种休闲活动得需要。从市民对城市公园使用的角度,对石家庄市城市公园的使用功能进行了实证研究。研究结果表明,要充分发挥城市公园的使用功能必须增加城市公园的文化内涵,丰富活动内容;营造多种活动空间,同时强调公园的功能分区;完善城市公园环境设施,加强城市公园的安全性建设。     

Regengeration-Space:Study on Urban Regeneration in Vision of Space

Where to have regeneration and where to give it a priority are the basic questions need to answer in urban regeneration.Based on clarifying the defined method,this article aims at probing into the scope and the priority of regeneration-space.Then,a further survey of it from the angle of time and an analysis of the regeneration-space were carried out combined with the current situation of China.In order to reach a clear understanding of the space program of the city regeneration for a scientific decision for regeneration and raising the efficiency.

With reference to the characteristics of urban road under the World Bank's loan construction project,this paper proposes the contents of post_evaluation of urban road project and gives its process evaluation,national economy evaluation,influence evaluation and sustainability evaluation.Based on the theoretical principles,a project post_evaluation of inner_ring road in T city was conducted.     

Square Design of Mountain Cities: A Case Study of Shiyan Broadcasting Media Center Square

City squares are an important part of urban public spaces and play an important role in improving the quality of urban landscapes. For mountain cities, city squares with mountainous characteristics formed by its special geographical environment, which have more identifiability and uniqueness than that in plain cities, have greater influence on the promotion of city image. Their unique regional cultural characteristics and local customs and practices have shaped the totally different temperament of mountain cities. Based on the dialectical relationship between the square, the landscape and the culture, this paper took Shiyan Broadcasting Media Center Square for example to explore the ideas of landscape design in mountain cities.     

On the Development of Urban Spatial Structure in the Information Age

Today the information globalization is the trend of society development. The information technology has great influence not only on the mode of life and production, but also on the urban social and economic structure. In order to fit in with the change in this regard, the urban land-use distribution, residential mode, traffic pattern and so on should be changed correspondingly. Therefore, this change will lead to the development and evolution of whole urban spatial structure. In this paper, the development tendency of urban spatial structure in the information age is analyzed and some proposals on city planning and construction are put forward.     

Study on the Flexible Paradigm of Urban Planning

There is a great probability in the development of modern urban economy,and the traditional rigid urban planning paradigm can't meet the need of the urban construction.The flexible work method will become the developing direction of urban planning at the new stage.In the flexible urban planning,the items of urban development prediction,land use arrangement,and urban development policies,all have great flexibility and are indeterminate.So the flexible paradigm can keep the urban planning adjustable with the stability in whole.Taking the population prediction of Bengbu as an example,the author finally explains how the flexible method of urban planning works.
