Numerical simulation for random inventory system applying Mente Carlo's simulation technology is carried on,moreover system decision is made and optimal solution is arrived after research on relevant sensitive parameter.These results of research confirm that the way of making decision is practicable.Two important conclusions are proved by the data from an example inventory system.One of them is that optimal inventory strategic permit a restrictive short-of-stock policy in the case of paying for decrease because of short-of-stock;the other is that it embodies the ideas of zero-inventory technology and Just-In-Time(JIT). 相似文献

In order to meet the demand of large scale boiler design and operating optimization, this paper establishes the dynamic mathematic model for domestic 600MW subcritical pressure boiler. MMS software is adopted in the whole process from modeling to simulation. This software make process simple and quick. This model is based on modulariza- tion and the comprehensive physical and chemical process in boiler is considered. Simulation result shows that the re- sponses of this model under different disturbance are coincident to mechanics analysis. The simulation result under ste Pdisturbance can be used to analyze unit changes and provide some guide and it also can supply performance reference data to boiler design. 相似文献

棉花形态发生的模拟以每日生理热效应为主要驱动因子,同时考虑了地膜覆盖后地温升高对气积温的补偿作用。叶面积指数的模拟基于棉花LAI动态消长与物质流的库源关系,量化了棉花生育过程中源或库不足时的LAI增长过程。通过对模型参数的校正和核实,使模型适应于不同类型品种的形态发生和LAI动态模拟。结果表明,叶片数、株高、果枝和果节的模拟精度均差方根(RMSE)分别达到了0.7片、1.6cm、0.8个和3.3个;叶面积指数在不同品种和管理方式下的模拟精度RMSE达到了0.3,表现出较好的吻合度和适用性。 相似文献

A simulation system for logistics in steel-making process has been developed by analyzing the state of logistics in steel plant, integrating the approach of coloured Petri nets with time and queuing network and using object-oriented methodology. The software functions for building-up simulation model, executing simulation, managing simulations, playing demo, analyzing statistics and online help. The objectives and principles of the simulation software have schematically been introduced. At last, the software is visually validated with measured input data of primary logistics in Vanadium-extracting, Steel-making Plant of Panzhihua Iron and Steel Corporation. A Gantt diagram and statistics of simulation case are included in simulation results and can be used to assist decision-making for scheduling in steel-making process. 相似文献

To solve potential scheduling problems in production after renewal of continuous casting process in Vanadium-extracting and Steel-making Plant of Panzhihua Iron and Steel Corporation (PISCO), how to model and simulate logistics system in steel-making processhas been discussed. A series of simulatingtests for logistics system in steel-making processhave been conducted based on inputs of presentsteel-making processof PISCO. In the tests, cases of regular schedule case and cases with repairing converter have also been regarded as essential simulation condition. It has been shown that three casters can not start at same time in order to ensure continuous hot metal supply for casters when three kinds of steel are made. It has also been shown that the simulation system for logistics system in steel-making processis valid and can be used for simulating logisticsin upcoming 100% continuous casting process of PISCO. The better schedule scheme of production and reasonable match of converter-caster in time and capacity can be achieved with the help of using simulation approach. 相似文献

With the development of circulating fluidized bed boiler(CFB),the study field of external heat exchanger(EHE) is greater in extent and degree.In order to research the working process of EHE,the model which deals with flow and heat transfer of EHE for 300MW CFB of Dong Fang Boiler Grou PCo.Ltd.is presented.Based on the cell modeling theory,the EHE is divided into several chamber by heating surfaces.The mass and energy conservation equations of each cell have been developed according to some reasonable assumption.The complete mathematical model has been compiled by Fortran and solved by classical Algorithm of Runge-Kutta.The static test and perturbation experiment of simulating model has been performed.The simulation results show that the model has been reached the steady state rapidly,the dynamic responses are reasonable and the modeling presented in the paper is reliable and appropriate. 相似文献

In order to investigate the effects of inlet temperature,velocity and water methanol molar ratio on methanol- steam reforming for hydrogen production in microreactor, we carry out 3-D simulation of methanol-steam reforming for hydrogen production in self-designed plate microreactor with the application of general finite reaction rate model in CFD software of FLUENT, The kinetics used are DE and SR model, The results show that, At the conditions of inlet velocity, temperature and water methanol molar ratio are 2.88 m/s, 493 K and 1.3 respectively, methanol conversion at the reactor outlet reaches 79.8%. Through the simulation, we can see that in microreactor it can be maintain higher hydrogen molar fraction and methanol conversion at high reactant flow rate. 相似文献

To provide gist of air distribution design for subway island-platform and appraise the blue print of air distribution design,a three-dimension model of typical island-platform was constructed.Then it got an appropriate temperature difference for the supply air to optimize the air conditioning system design for subway island-platform.The physical model was set up with standard turbulence.Based on factual heat and wet load,a boundary condition for the simulation was analyzed.The air flow of subway island-platform was simulated with Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD).The Simulated temperature fields were the same as the tested temperature fields.Then the Computational Fluid Dynamics simulation can simulate and forecast subway island-platform temperature fields accurately with standard model.Thus it can provide gist for air-conditional system design of subway island-platform. 相似文献

通过对山西某铝厂赤泥的基础特性分析,提出用含CO2为20%左右的石灰窑尾气对赤泥进行脱碱模拟实验。热力学分析表明利用石灰窑尾气脱碱是可行的,而实际影响脱碱的主要为动力学因素。实验以脱碱率为指标,分析液固比、CO2体积分数、CO2摩尔比、搅拌速度和反应温度5个因素对赤泥脱碱率的影响。研究结果表明,合理的脱碱工艺参数为:液固比8 mL/g、CO2体积分数20%、CO2摩尔比40、搅拌速度400 r/min和反应温度60 ℃,该工艺条件下的脱碱率为31.10%。实验结果表明,可以利用含CO2为20%左右的石灰窑尾气对赤泥进行脱碱处理,该工艺能脱除赤泥中的可溶性碱,符合“以废治废”的循环经济理念。 相似文献

The controller of paralleling small single phase synchronous generators should restrict the dash currents in generators below a defined value when it switches on. A field-circuit coupling time-stepping finite element model of the parallel system is built. The computation program is written in APDL languages of ANSYS and the transient process of paralleling two single phase synchronous generators in various parallel parameters are studied. The value and variation of the dash currents in two generators when switch on at various differences of three parallel parameters are analyzed and the accurate parallel conditions are provided to the parallel controller. 相似文献

For a further understanding of biofilter, a mathematical model is developed based on the analysis of the main effects on the up flow anaerobic biofilter(UFAB), which can characterize not only the substrate removal dynamics but also the gradual biofilter clogging. The model considers three aspects: the biological reaction, deep filtration and hydrodynamics, and consists of flow rate of UFAB, the substrate and suspend solid concentration in the influent, and diameter, surface area, porosity of support medium. By applying the model to the experimental UFAB, and contrasting the simulated and experimental data, the authors prove the model can simulate availably the performance of the biofilter, which is operated on different loading and environment. The model can be used as an effective tool for the wastewater treatment plants operation management and the biofilter optimizing design accurately. 相似文献
