Reinforced concrete specimens with concrete compressive strength varied from 46.5 to 50.6 MPa and with depth of cross section from 250 mm to 1 000 mm subjected to bending were tested. Size effects of flexural behavior with respect to bending capacity and deformation capacity were investigated based on the analysis of the test results and those of high-strength specimens (fcu=72.1~72.4 MPa) of which the geometry and reinforcement layouts were identical to those of specimens tested in this study. It is shown that beam depth does not has any apparent influence on nominal cracking moment, nominal yield moment and nominal ultimate moment, and that it has significant influence on displacement ductility and plastic rotation capacity of plastic hinges of members. For normal-strength concrete specimens and high-strength concrete specimens, both the displacement ductility and the plastic rotation capacity decrease with the increasing of depth in the similar ways, and are independent of concrete strength. It is also demonstrated that the lengths of plastic hinges of members with different depth and concrete strength are approximately equal to the depth.  相似文献

For prestressed frames, the axial compression ratio will affect not only the ductility of structures but also the structural internal force.Based on the computer-calculation for four groups of 24 prestressed frames combined with the references, in this paper, the effects of axial compression ratio on the prestressed frames are studied and discussed through three aspects: the second-order effect, the axial deformation of frame-columns and the comparison with ordinary concrete frames.The study results show that the effects of axial compression ratio on the prestressed frames and the ordinary concrete frames are basically consistent, but there are some self-born characteristics.As a whole, the effect of axial compression ratio on the prestressed frames is more notable than that on the ordinary concrete frames, but under common situation the effect is small.  相似文献

In this paper, the influences of different kinds and different amount of mineral admixture to Cl-penetration and diffusion in concrete are studied. The results of experiment show that separate addition of mineral admixture (ground fly ash, slag fines, silica fume) into concrete can improve its resistance to chloride ion penetration and diffusion. Furthermore,the effect of silica fume is the best, fly ash second, and then follows slag fines. Mechanism analysis shows that the pozzolanic effect of mineral admixture improves the interface between the cement and aggregate in concrete, reduces the total porosity, makes pores more smaller, on the other hand it increases the Cl-consolidation capability of concrete with low alkaline C-S-H gel produced. So the resistance to chloride ion penetration of concrete is improved.  相似文献

By adding small amount of dihydrate gypsum (CaSO4·2H2O) and silica fume in steel slag-cement system, steel slag-cement binding materials were prepared. And the dosage of CaSO4·2H2O and silica fume on the properties of steel slag-cement binding materials was studied. Hydration properties and paste structure were investigated by SEM and XRD. The results show that both CaSO4·2H2O and silica fume can improve the strength of steel slag-cement binding materials. Compared with single-doped, compound of CaSO4·2H2O and silica fume has much better effect on strength of steel slag-cement binding materials. The optimum proportion of CaSO4·2H2O and silica fume are 1% and 4%, respectively. The 3 d compressive strength is increased by 59.0%, and the 28 d compressive strength is increased by 36.5%. No matter adding CaSO4·2H2O and silica fume or not, the steel slag-cement binding materials have the same hydration products. However, the content of C-S-H gel and AFt crystals is higher, and the content of Ca(OH)2 crystals is lower in steel slag-cement binding materials containing CaSO4·2H2O and silica fume than those in steel slag-cement binding materials without CaSO4·2H2O and silica fume.  相似文献

The frost resistance of steel fiber reinforced concrete (SFRC) was studied based on the fast freeze thaw tests in water and in a 3.5% sodium chloride solution, with different mass fraction of steel fiber in concrete at 0%, 0.5%, 1.0%, 1.5% and 2.0%, respectively. The effects of the number of freeze thaw cycles and the volume fraction of steel fiber on the mass lose rate, the splitting strength loss rate and the dynamic modulus of elasticity of SFRC were analyzed. The reinforcement mechanism of the steel fiber under the action of freeze and thaw was also discussed. Moreover, mercury intrusion method and SEM analysis were carried out to study the pore size distribution features and the performance of microstructure on the impact of frost resistance of SFRC. The results show that adding an appropriate amount of steel fiber into concrete can reduce the pore porosity and improve the compactness of concrete. Furthermore, the presence of steel fiber proves to shrink the porosity and improve evidently the frost resistance of concrete. It is also shown that the steel fiber content has a great influence on the frost resisting property of SFRC. The best performance of SFRC can be achieved when the volume fraction of steel fiber is 1.5%.  相似文献

To analyse size effect of high-strength concrete column under small eccentric loading, experimental analysis was carried out on 3 categories of different sizes of high-strength concrete columns under small eccentric loading. The columns' section size was 200 mm × 200 mm, 400 mm × 400 mm and 800 mm × 800 mm, respectively. Failure mode, ultimate strength, deformation capacity and cross-sectional strain distributing rules were compared to get the size effect law. The results show that the compressive failure mode and cross-sectional strain distributing rules of HSC column under small eccentric loading are basically the same, and the size effect isn't obvious. Ultimate strength and deformation capacity of HSC column under small eccentric loading have size effect obviously. With increase of section size, safety reservation of ultimate strength is reduced and deformation capacity also reduces.  相似文献

In order to prepare aerated concrete with alkali-phosphorus slag and better use of industrial waste, the powder composition of the slurry was investigated. The impacts of certain factors on aerated concrete, including the foaming agent, sodium silicate modulus, alkali content and the temperature of alkali solution also were investigated using single-factor test methods. The results indicate that: the cement and fly ash in powder have impacts on the pouring stability of slurry, and the bulk density of aerated concrete is impacted by the amount of foaming agent, sodium silicate modulus and alkali content. In the experiment, aerated concrete with bulk density in range of 535~887 kg/m3 and compressive strength of 6~9.5 MPa was produced; its mechanical performance conforms to the requirements of the standard GB 11968 2006.  相似文献

The flexural performances of a rubber concrete beam and a ordinary concrete beam are studied under concentrated load through the experiment. The influences of the content of the rubber powder in the rubber concrete beam on the bearing capacity and the crack width of beams are analyzed. The experimental results show that the crack distributions on two beam surfaces possess the characteristics of self-similar in statistical sense. The maximum crack width of the rubber concrete beam is less than that of the ordinary concrete beam under the same load level. The performance of anti-crack of the concrete beam is improved by adding the crumb rubber. Using the fractal theory, the fractal dimension values of the surface crack of the beams under different load grades are calculated and the relationship between the fractal dimension and the maximum crack width of the surface cracks is established.  相似文献

A creative test method for post-tensioned prestressed frame is presented in this paper. In the test, the stationary supports at the column base are simulated and the forces at the column base can be tested while the two column bases are not connected with concrete beam. The prestressed secondary moment and the weight-produced moment are established by adjusting the support device at the column base. In this paper, the necessary conditions of the method and the basic process are recommended. It is proved theoretically that the prestressed concrete frame built by this method is equivalent to that used in practice.  相似文献

Autogenous relative humidity (ARH) reduction and autogenous shrinkage (AS) due to self-desiccation are common phenomena in high performance or high-strength concrete, which are the main reasons resulting in cracking of concrete at early ages. In this paper, the effects of the ratio of water to cementitious material (w/cm), paste volume content and the combined addition of silica fume (SF) and ground blast furnace slag (GBFS) on ARH change and AS of concrete due to self-desiccation were studied, and their relationship was discussed. The results indicate that the w/cm is a main factor affecting ARH change and AS of concrete. With the reduction of w/cm, ARH change and AS of concrete increases. The combined addition of SF and GBFS also augments these properties at later ages. There is significant linear correlation between ARH change and AS of concrete with different w/cm, paste volume content and the combined addition of SF and GBFS.  相似文献

A new mold slag with low content SiO2 and high content Al2O3 is designed in order to avoid or alleviate the reaction between Al and SiO2 during the continuous casting of high-Al steel, the acidity of this slag is adjusted by adding B2O3, and the effect of B2O3 content on the fusion property, viscosity property and heat transfer characteristics through the mold slag film of the mold slag is analyzed. The results show that the fusion temperature, viscosity, viscous flow activation energy decrease and heat flux through the slag film increases with the increase of B2O3 content in the range of 4%~10%; temperature time transformation (TTT) diagrams move to longer incubation time with the increase of B2O3, while the crystallization speed of mold fluxes decreases; under this experiment condition, the precipitation of CaF2 crystals can be restrained by the increase of B2O3 content in the mold slag.  相似文献

In this paper, the influence of fly ash (FA), blast furnace slag (BS) and silica fume (SF) on the properties of lightweight aggregate concrete (LAC) with high fluidity were studied. Results show that in LAC the effects of composite additives are better than that of single additive. The slump of LAC with apparent density of 1 840 kg/m 3 could reach 267 mm and the spread 650 mm. The 28d strength is 28.8 MPa for LAC with 20% ground FA and 20% BS as additives and the shale ceramsite with bulk density of 503 kg/m 3 and crushing strength 3.1 MPa was used as aggregate. Physical properties of lightweight aggregate have significant effects on durability of the flowing LAC.  相似文献

The size effects on axial compression performances of reinforced concrete column under repeated load are needed. Specimens were designed and tested in accordance with the relevant similarity, whose geometric dimensions are: 400 mm×400 mm×1 200 mm, 600 mm×600 mm×1 800 mm and 800 mm×800 mm×2 400 mm. The result of the experiment, the failure characteristics, crack development process, strength, peak stress, peak strain and stiffness of various specimens were comparatively analyzed.
