Whether the intention of green building design can be realized in buildings needs to be verified in practice.This study firstly investigates the basic climate conditions including the monthly average temperatures,humidity,wind directions,and wind speeds in Sydney,Australia,based on which it introduces some passive design features such as natural ventilation,thermal mass,natural lighting and shading control of an educational and office building in the University of New South Wales.Then,it reviews some problems identified from the post-occupancy stage of the building and discusses the strategies to solve the problems.Finally,it suggests that to implement the design intentions and ensure the expected performance of green buildings,attentions should be paid to supervise and direct implementation of the green design strategies and techniques in the whole process(from preliminary design,working drawing design,construction,to the occupancy stage) of building practice.  相似文献

In order to accurately survey the situation of geologic anomalous body on the coal working surface, the influence situation of different anomalous bodies on the radio wave instrument is simulated and discussed, and the research results are used to instruct coal survey. An integrated batch planning mathematical model based on multi-object optimization is proposed to solve the orderly and efficient flow of material between different working stations in iron and steel enterprises, where production technology constraints, material variations and coupling between steelmaking-continuous casting and hot rolling are analyzed first. According to the requirements of the hot rolling steel strip contracts, the integrated batch planning is divided into sub-plans of rolling plan, casting plan and furnace plan which are independent and coupling to each other, forming rolling plan and furnace plan simultaneously to influence casting plan. Heuristic method based on modified co-evolutionary algorithm is advanced to resolve this problem. The results of simulation and analysis in an iron and steel plant for strip steel production shows that it is feasible to provide effective guidance for integrated batch plan making.  相似文献

Self-adjusting planetary gear rational mechanism can eliminate the influence of various uncertain errors in mechanism. Therefore ,it's method of self-adjusting designing is attented by machine designer. For seeking a simple, regular, and widely realizing self-adjusting designing way, this article uses approach of the follow text to design no over-constraint and self-adjusting mechanism. First, the article advances the conception of planetary gear structure muster and it's plotting basis, through using for reference the strategy and method of self-adjusting structure groups in planar linkage mechanism. Second, it designs the self-adjusting planetary gear structure muster, through analyzing the constraint and freedom of planetary gear structure muster. Third, it designs the self-adjusting mechanism, through adding aptitude rotational links outside of self-adjusting planetary gear structure muster. This mechanism can realizes the self-adjusting in the interior of muster and self-adapting in the exterior of muster. This designing plan possesses a series of excellence, such as, theoretical, simple, feasible, widely self-adjusting. Consequently, the mechanism can eliminate the working capability influence of various errors.  相似文献

It is of great significance in steel complex to link production flow between work stations and control production rhythm by cranes. Crane scheduling is a multi-machine multi-task problem which limits temporal and spatial constraints and production plan. A simulation model based on evolution rules to solve temporal and spatial constraints is proposed. Its objective is to guarantee execution of production plan in steelmaking plant. And match between cranes and production task on working span is conducted to fulfill temporal constraints between multi-tasks and spatial constraints among multi-cranes. Simulation rules including task allocation, conflicts eliminating and task finishing are also proposed to dominate simulation process. This model avoids difficulties of theoretical calculation for crane scheduling problem. Offline test in a steelmaking plant shows that it is available to make a crane scheduling without conflicts between cranes and plans, which provides a guideline for production scheduling.  相似文献

为掌握自然崩落法多漏斗放矿属性矿岩流动特性,给出属性随机介质放矿理论基础,从放矿水平布置出发,提炼出高阶段多漏斗放矿仿真模型。采用4块模型、6块模型和9块模型3种概率模型分别考虑不同的放矿端部条件;建立流动颗粒体数据结构和空位传递模型,设计高阶段多漏斗放矿流动数据结构和模拟流程,采用C++面向对象语言和hoops可视化工具包开发模拟程序,在三维可视化环境下得到了不同放矿点间距下多漏斗放矿的矿岩流动特性。根据研究结果,确定放矿底部结构优化参数,为放矿控制和放矿优化提供了参考和依据,并可作为后续放矿计划编制的基础。  相似文献

Abstract: This paper reviews the struggle for freedom of the press in Indonesia from the colonial period until 2006. First, the paper examines press initiatives and restraints placed on these during the colonial period, followed by those during the period of Sukarno. Then, the paper questions Suharto's efforts to censor the press during his presidency drawing on the author's personal experiences working as a journalist in Jakarta during this period. More recent governmental changes are then analysed with regards to the press and questions raised regarding how far this emancipation has enabled journalists and the mass media – especially the popular press – to live up to what some argue is their responsibility, to serve as a forum for political change and critical assessment. The paper questions if newspapers in Indonesia have been successful in reaching in practice, their mottos of implementing press freedom, and it debates whether announcing that one is ‘working on the people's behalf’ is the same as maintaining ‘press freedom’. I conclude with case studies that raise questions regarding whether, in the present political climate, a newspaper can really be free from government interference in Indonesia.  相似文献

人居环境改善涉及重大民生问题,节能减排是国家重大战略。因此,有必要寻求合理的居住建筑设计方法,使设计方案既满足居民的室内热舒适需求又能降低建筑能耗。基于多目标遗传优化算法,建立能够对建筑设计方案进行优化、实现增加室内热舒适时间比例的同时降低建筑全年冷热负荷的居住建筑设计双目标优化模型。最后,以重庆典型户型为实例进行优化,优化后的设计方案建筑全年冷热负荷降低了47.74%,室内热舒适时间比例提高了3.94%,验证了模型的可行性和准确性。  相似文献
