In order to estimate the effect of alpha‐lipoic acid (LA) supplementation on relieving ammonia stress of broilers, 180 22‐day‐old male broilers were assigned to three groups, six replicates in each group and 10 birds per replicate. The three groups were: (1) a control group without ammonia stress; (2) exposure to 70 ppm atmospheric ammonia (AM); (3) exposure to 70 ppm atmospheric ammonia and administration of 300 mg/kg LA (AM + LA). The experimental period was 3 weeks. Results showed that average daily weight gain was increased and feed conversion ratio was decreased in the AM + LA group, compared with the AM group (P < 0.05). Total superoxide dismutase and glutathione peroxidase activities in serum, and glutathione content in liver were higher in the AM + LA group than that in the AM group (P < 0.05); however, serum malondialdehyde content was decreased by LA addition (P < 0.05). Additionally, serum glutamic‐pyruvic transaminase, creatine kinase and lactate dehydrogenase activities were reduced and albumin level was increased by LA addition (P < 0.05). In conclusion, LA addition could relieve ammonia stress to restore broiler production performance to normal levels.  相似文献

研究不同紫锥菊提取物对肉仔鸡免疫功能的影响。将270只1日龄肉仔鸡分为9组,通过测定肉仔鸡生长性能、免疫器官指数、血液生化指标、新城疫抗体滴度以及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性和丙二醛(MDA)的含量,探讨不同紫锥菊提取物对肉仔鸡体液免疫、细胞免疫和抗氧化能力的影响。结果显示,日粮中添加进口和康地恩紫锥菊提取物能够显著增加肉仔鸡的平均日增重,降低料重比,提高胸腺和法氏囊指数,并且能够显著改变肉仔鸡的白细胞数、红细胞数及红细胞压积,提高机体的抗氧化能力和新城疫抗体效价,优于万适宁、转移因子和紫锥疫毒清组;紫锥菊提取物组的作用效果均明显优于环磷酰胺组和环磷酰胺+康地恩紫锥菊提取物组,且环磷酰胺+康地恩紫锥菊提取物组的作用比环磷酰胺组好。表明紫锥菊提取物均能够显著增强肉仔鸡的免疫功能,康地恩紫锥菊提取物的总体免疫调节效果与进口紫锥菊提取物的效果一致,均优于国产紫锥菊提取物、万适宁、转移因子和紫锥疫毒清,并且康地恩紫锥菊提取物能够提高由于环磷酰胺引起的免疫水平下降。  相似文献

为研究不同水平抗菌脂肽对肉鸡抗氧化能力及血清生化指标的影响,将1日龄健康AA肉鸡600只,随机分为5组:对照组(不含抗菌脂肽及抗生素)、抗生素对照组及在基础日粮中分别添加4 000、8 000和12 000 U/kg抗菌脂肽组,试验期为42 d。结果发现:4 000 U/kg抗菌脂肽能显著提高血清T-AOC及肝脏SOD水平,8 000 U/kg抗菌脂肽能显著提高血清SOD水平,同时能显著降低肝脏MDA水平。4 000 U/kg抗菌脂肽能显著提高血清TP及GLOB水平,而12 000 U/kg抗菌脂肽能提高血清GOT及GPT水平,但差异不显著。抗菌脂肽对血清UN及TC含量无明显影响。结果表明适宜的抗菌脂肽添加量(4 000 U/kg)能提高肉鸡抗氧化机能,且能促进蛋白质的代谢。  相似文献

The study was conducted to evaluate the effects of different stocking densities on growth performance, antioxidant capacity, and immunity of broilers. One thousand four hundred and forty 22‐day‐old Lingnan Yellow broilers were randomly allotted to five different stocking density groups (8, 10, 12, 14, and 16 birds per m2). Each group consisted of three replicates. The results showed that 8 and 10 birds/m2 groups had higher average daily feed intake (ADFI) than the others (< 0.05). Heat shock protein 70 (HSP70) in the group of 16 birds/m2 had the highest levels (< 0.05). The group of 16 birds/m2 had the lowest total antioxidant capability (T‐AOC) and total superoxide dismutase (T‐SOD) activities in blood serum (p < 0.05), and significantly increased interleukin‐1β (IL‐1β) and interleukin‐4 (IL‐4) concentration compared to the groups of 8 and 10 birds/m2 (< 0.05). In liver, the group of eight birds/m2 had higher T‐AOC levels than that of 12, 14, and 16 birds/m2 (< 0.05) and also higher catalase (CAT) activities than that of 14 and 16 birds/m2 (< 0.05); the group of 10 birds/m2 had the highest T‐SOD activities among all groups (< 0.05). In conclusion, the above results suggest that stocking density of broilers up to 8 or 10 birds/m2 can prevent the negative effects on growth performance and welfare parameters in broilers.  相似文献

试验研究了在低能日粮中,添加不同剂量复合酶对肉鸡血液指标和微生物菌群的影响。试验将320只1日龄AA+肉鸡分为4组,每组8个重复,每个重复10只。第Ⅰ组为正对照组,饲喂常规饲粮;第Ⅱ组为负对照组,配方中增加了杂粕和麦类原料的用量,同时降低ME 210 kJ/kg;第Ⅲ组和第Ⅳ组为常规剂量加酶组和高剂量加酶组,即分别在负对照组饲粮的基础上添加0.02%和0.2%复合酶,试验期为42 d。结果表明,负对照组甲状腺素显著低于其它3组(P<0.05);高剂量加酶组胰岛素含量显著高于其它3组(P<0.05);肉鸡其它各血清激素含量在4种不同日粮处理组之间未见显著性差异(P>0.05)。不同剂量的复合酶制剂对肉鸡空肠中大肠杆菌数没有显著性影响(P>0.05),两个加酶组乳酸杆菌数显著高于两个对照组(P<0.05)。研究表明,饲粮中添加0.02%和0.2%复合酶对肉鸡血清激素含量和微生物菌群均具有很好的改善作用。  相似文献

Phytase is an enzyme that has the ability to release phosphorous (P) from phytate by hydrolyzing inositol-phosphate linkages. Recently, thermostable phytases have gained great consideration because the reduction in phytase activity was found when exposed to heat during feed pelleting. In this study, the effects of the granular thermostable phytase (Aspergillus niger) on growth performance and nutrient utilization of broilers were investigated. A total of 96 21-day-old Arbor Acres broilers were randomly distributed into six treatments including basal diet (control) and basal diet supplemented with 500, 1,000, 2,000, 4,000, 8,000 U of phytase/kg. In general, the metabolizable energy (ME) and the apparent and true availability of dry matter (DM), organic matter (OM), ether extract (EE), crude protein (CP), and amino acids (AA) showed both linearly (p < .01) and quadratically (p < .01) increase with increasing levels of phytase in the diet. Additionally, diet supplementation with phytase could improve (p < .05) body weight (BW), average daily gain (ADG), and feed/gain (F/G) on day 42 compared with the control. The results suggested that diet supplementation of the granular thermostable phytase in the crumbled pellets could improve chicken growth performance and nutrient utilization.  相似文献

选用1日龄白羽肉鸡100只,随机分成Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ组,每组20只。Ⅰ、Ⅱ为酵母锌组,锌水平分别为50,35mg/kg,Ⅲ为硫酸锌组,锌水平为50mg/kg;Ⅳ为空白酵母组,酵母添加剂量为100mg/kg;V为基础日粮对照组。各组饲喂相同基础日粮,50d后,对生长性能、血常规、血液生化(Crea、Urea、AST、ALT、ALB)及抗氧化(抗O2-.、GSH-Px、GSH)指标进行检测。结果显示,平均日增重和料重比,21d时各组之间无显著差异(P〉0.05),50d时与V组相比,Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅳ组生长性能显著提高(P〈0.01),其中I组最高。各组血液常规指标均处于正常范围内,但Ⅰ组红细胞数极显著高于其他组(P〈0.01)。血清中肌酐、尿素含量以及天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶和丙氨酸氨基转移酶活性各组间差异不显著(P〉0.05),Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅳ组白蛋白含量较其他组显著提高(P〈0.01)。血清抗O2-.活力、GSH含量Ⅰ组显著高于其他组(P〈0.01),GSH-Px活力Ⅰ、Ⅱ组显著高于其他各组(P〈0.01)。结果提示,日粮添加适量酵母锌(Zn 50mg/kg)可以提高肉鸡生长性能,在一定程度上增强机体免疫机能,提高肝脏功能和机体抗氧化功能。  相似文献

试验研究了中草药女贞子、五味子以及女贞子、五味子与葡萄糖甘露寡糖(MOS)配伍对肉鸡抗氧化指标的影响。选择180只1日龄肉鸡公雏随机分为6组,对照组饲喂基础饲粮,抗生素组在基础饲粮中添加5mg/kg黄霉素,试验组分别在基础饲粮中添加1%女贞子、1%五味子、1%女贞子+0.5%MOS、1%五味子+0.5%MOS。试验从1日龄开始,试验期56d。结果显示:女贞子、五味子可提高肉鸡心脏超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性(P<0.05),以及血清和组织谷胱甘肽还原酶(GR)活性(P<0.05),降低血清和心脏丙二醛(MDA)含量(P<0.05)。上述试验结果表明中草药添加剂能够提高肉鸡抗氧化功能。  相似文献

Natural clinoptilolite has been shown to have positive effects as an antioxidant, which means it traps free radicals in its complex structure, inactivating and eliminating them. Synthetic or modified clinoptilolite delays lipid peroxidation with water-soluble peroxyl radicals, and reduces the catalytic production of radicals to protect the organism. The objective of this study was to evaluate the effect of natural clinoptilolite and modified clinoptilolite on the antioxidant status of broilers. The antioxidant capability of natural clinoptilolite or modified clinoptilolite is exerted, at least in part, by increasing glutathione content in liver and intestinal mucosa, the superoxide dismutase, and glutathione peroxidase activity in serum, liver, and intestinal mucosa. In addition, to enhance broiler performance, there is a reduction of the concentration of malondialdehyde in serum, liver, and intestinal mucosa.  相似文献

本文旨在研究饲喂不同油脂对肉鸡生长性能及油脂酸价对采食量和体重的影响。试验选用1日龄罗斯308商品肉仔鸡2100只,随机分为7个处理组,每个组10个重复。处理1组添加豆油,处理2组添加鸡鸭油,处理3组添加精炼混合油A(酸价1 mgKOH/g),处理4~6组分别添加不同酸价的劣质混合油A、B和C(酸价分别为8、35 mgKOH/g和53 mgKOH/g),处理7组添加劣质脂肪酸。结果表明,日粮添加劣质脂肪酸组可显著增加8~21、36~42日龄及1~42日龄肉鸡日采食量和料肉比(P<0.05)。劣质混合油C组8~21日龄肉鸡的采食量显著低于其他处理组;而与豆油组比,劣质混合油B和C组8~21日龄肉鸡日增重和21日龄体重显著降低。混合油的酸价与肉鸡采食量及42日龄体重呈负相关,随着酸价的升高,1~42日龄肉鸡平均采食量和42日龄体重逐渐降低,其中劣质混合油C组采食量显著降低。  相似文献

This study hypothesized that plasma and tissue antioxidant status of broilers is positively influenced when dietary Met concentrations exceed, and negatively when they go below NRC recommendations. In addition, different Met sources are hypothesized to affect the antioxidant defence system differently. Day‐old male Cobb‐500 broilers (n  = 336) were allotted to seven groups and phase‐fed three wheat–soya bean meal‐based basal diets during days 1‐10, 11‐21 and 22‐35. The basal diets (Met? group, Met + Cys concentration 15% below NRC recommendations) were supplemented with 0.10%, 0.25% or 0.40% Met either as DL ‐Met (DLM ) or DL ‐2‐hydroxy‐4‐(methylthio) butanoic acid (DL ‐HMTBA ) (equimolar comparison). Growth performance and carcass weights were lower in the Met? group compared to the groups whose diets met or exceeded Met requirements. The antioxidant defence system was not influenced by the Met source. However, in the liver, concentrations of glutathione increased with increasing dietary Met concentrations. Tocopherol concentrations in the liver at days 10 and 21 were lower in the Met? group than in the groups supplemented with Met. However, liver concentrations of thiobarbituric acid reactive substances (TBA ‐RS ) and protein carbonyls (PC ) were largely not influenced by dietary Met concentration. Plasma tocopherol concentrations at day 35 were lower, and those of TBA ‐RS and PC at day 35 were higher in Met? group than in the groups fed the Met‐supplemented diets. In jejunum, but not in liver, relative mRNA abundances and activities of superoxide dismutase, catalase and glutathione peroxidase were higher in the Met? group than in the groups fed Met‐supplemented diets. These data indicate that suboptimum supply of Met results in decreased antioxidant concentrations in plasma and body tissues, and increases oxidative stress in the jejunum mucosa. However, supplementation of Met in excess of the requirements (based on NRC ) compared to diets adequate in Met + Cys did not influence the antioxidant defence system.  相似文献

This work investigated the outcomes of dietary administration of Echinacea purpurea (EP) powder to breeder ducks on productive and reproductive performance during summer season. Sudani ducks (320 birds) of 32-weeks-old (240 females and 80 males) were randomly allocated into four collections (body weight; 1850 ± 15.2 g for females and 2960.0 ± 40.5 g for males). The primary collection consumed the basal diet without supplementation and was deliberated as control. The other three collections were fed the basal diet supplemented with 2.5, 5.00 and 7.5 g EP/kg diet, correspondingly. Egg number and mass, laying rate, feed consumption and feed conversion ratio (FCR) were significantly changed by dietary EP levels. Drakes fed EP-supplemented diets had higher ejaculate volume, sperms concentration and live sperms (%) as well as lower dead sperms (%) than the control group. Eggs laid by ducks fed diet supplemented with 2.5 g/kg had the greatest fertility and hatchability percentages, followed by those fed 5.0 g EP/kg. Ducks fed different EP diets had higher values of haemoglobin, RBCs, WBCs and lymphocytes, lower values of heterophils percentage and lower H/L ratio than the control. All serum constituents were significantly changed by dietary EP supplementation, except of total protein and Alanine Aminotransferase (ALT) enzyme. Conclusively, dietary EP supplementation at 2.5 g/kg had beneficial effects on productive and reproductive performance as well as lipid profile and antioxidant status and economically valued in breeder ducks under summer conditions.  相似文献

研究旨在观察比较樟科(CFPE)、丝兰(YE)、一串红(SS)和桂花(OFL)植物提取物对肉鸡氨散发量、生产性能、免疫机能以及血液生化指标的影响。将500只0日龄AA肉鸡随机分为5组:即肉桂、丝兰、一串红和桂花提取物200mg/kg添加试验组,及基础日粮对照组。每个试验组4个重复,每个重复25只。结果表明,与对照组相比,各试验组均显著降低氨气的散发(P〈0.05),提高日增重,降低料肉比(P〈0.05),显著改善肉鸡血液生化指标(P〈0.05):增高血清总蛋白的含量,降低血清尿素氮、血清尿酸含量和黄嘌呤氧化酶的活性;同时,桂花组显著提高血液中CD4^+的含量和CD4^+/CD8^+,降低CD8^+的含量(P〈0.05)。结果提示,日粮中添加肉桂、丝兰、一串红、桂花提取物均能显著改善肉鸡生长性能,增强机体免疫机能,且在降低鸡舍中的氨气浓度,改善饲养环境方面,一串红、桂花植物提取物完全可以达到甚至超过樟科、丝兰植物提取物的作用效果。  相似文献

试验旨在研究日粮中添加不同水平的丹参提取剩余物对肉仔鸡生产性能和血清抗氧化指标的影响。选用1日龄爱拔益加(AA)肉仔鸡320只,随机分成4个处理,每个处理8个重复,每个重复10只鸡。处理1为对照组,饲喂基础日粮;处理2、3、4为在基础日粮中分别添加0.3%、0.5%和1%丹参提取剩余物的试验组。试验第21、42日龄,空腹称重,统计耗料量,计算生产性能;翅静脉采血,测定血清总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果显示,日粮中添加0.3%、0.5%和1%丹参提取剩余物对于肉仔鸡的生产性能没有显著影响(P>0.05)。日粮中添加0.3%丹参提取剩余物对于肉仔鸡血清抗氧化指标的影响差异不显著(P>0.05);日粮中添加0.5%丹参提取剩余物对于肉仔鸡血清总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)影响差异不显著(P>0.05),可以提高超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性,但是差异不显著(P>0.05);日粮中添加1%丹参提取剩余物可以显著提高肉仔鸡血清总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性(P<0.05),同时可以显著降低血清丙二醛(MDA)含量(P<0.05)。由此可见,在肉仔鸡日粮中添加丹参提取剩余物可以提高肉仔鸡的抗氧化能力,其中添加比例为1%时作用效果最佳。  相似文献
