An Analysis on the Altitude of Industrial Structure of Chongqing

To supply an even more amplitude background for the analysis on the quality of the structure of Chongqing, this paper analyzed the altitudes of employment structure and production value structure among three industry structures in Chongqing, then an static and dynamic comparison with other countries of DIFFERENT levels on the basis of grasping Chongqing's status in Western Area. An structural explanation of ChongQing's economy development stage aiming at giving an even more amplitude background to analyze the essence of its industrial structure.     

An Analysis on Specialization and Synthesis Development of ChongQing''s Industrial Structure

Through an analysis on specialization and synthesis development of Chongqing's three-D industrial structure and 13 major sectors, dominant specialization sectors and their status and functions, the relationships among dominant specialization sectors and non - specialization ones are given in this paper. This would be helpful for Chongqing to establish rational industrial policies, to upgrade its industrial structure level.     

Optimizing of Industry Structure of Chongqing in the Development of the Western Region

Before the gap enlarging among the areas in the western region, and on the basis of the theory and model of development pole, this paper studies the way of optimizing of industry structure of Chongqing in order to accelerate the rate of progress of the development of the western region, and to advance its economy power during it. By indexing the system's construction and analysing the demonstration, we consider that the instrument manufacturing sector, building, transport equipment manufacturing, general machinery, finance and insurance, and service industry of IT should be cultivated and supported as the cut-in industries in Chongqing.     

Analysis on Actualities of Industrial Structure in China and Probing into Its Path of Development

This paper investigates the industrial structure in our country. It focuses on analyzing the actualities and finding the path for development. To optimize the industrial structure, the intensive cultivation in agriculture should be developed, the second industry should be reformed with high and new science and technology and the level of third industry should be enhanced.     

新疆产业结构演进对城市化的动态影响研究

为了更好的了解新疆现阶段的产业结构演化过程对新疆城镇化进程的影响,以新疆1985—2013年的新疆三次产业产值为数据源,运用卡尔曼滤波算法,构建了状态空间变参数计量经济模型。研究结果表明：第一产业对新疆的城市化进程有负效应影响;第二产业是促进新疆城市化进程的主要动力,正处于迅速发展的重要时期;第三产业对新疆城市化由稳定的正效应影响转变为持续下降的负效应影响。新疆第二产业和第三产业对城市化发展的影响之间有显著的相反发展趋势,分析认为新疆的城市化发展过于依赖第二产业,应合理调整和安排产业结构与政策导向,提高第三产业生产水平,这对促进新疆城市化进程,城市工业化等方面具有重要意义。     

The Degree of Centralization of P. R. China’s Construction Industry

The degree of centralization indicates the concentration of production management in a particular industry and is an important indicator to reflect industry and market structures. We use the concentration rate ( ) to analyze the concentration of the construction industry from 2000 to 2005 in P. R. China and compare that industry with others in the country. We also use a Lorenz curve to analyze the industrial structure of P. R. China based on data from P. R. China and developed countries. We conclude that the concentration of the Chinese construction industry definitely has developed; there still exist, however, considerable gaps when it is compared with counterparts in developed countries. We therefore discuss ways to improve the degree of centralization of the Chinese construction industry, based on the laws and regulatory system, market order, and industrial and enterprise structures.     

Definition and Selection of Inferior Position Industries in old Industrial Basement

According to the industrial character of old industrial basement, such as Chongqing, we select preliminarily the candidated inferior position industries by using DEA analyse model. The synthetical basical coefficient of candidated inferior industries is obtained by analysing their indices such as income elasticity of demand, compared superiority coefficient, compared rate coefficient and technical progress rate, etc. Finally determine inferior industries which was supposed to exit by considing fully society progress and continuable development. A new idea are provided for industral structure adjustment for old industrial basement in China.     

The Dynamic Model Describing Influence of Industrial Structure and Technology Transfer on Economy Growth

The dynamic model of describing influence of industrial structure and technology transfer on economy growth is given in this paper. The model reflects three important results as follows (i) If Small Open Economy (SOE) is multiple and the number of employers in service department is increasing,then GNP per capital will grow;(ii) The change of industrial structure in manufacturing department will lead higher GNP per capitcal;(iii) If foreign direct investment (FDI) is realized by multisnational company with accompanying transfer of its own technology and productive service,then economy growth of the state which is imported the technology will be slowed down.     

中部地区产业结构演变与经济增长关系研究

以1995-2009年统计数据为基础,利用偏离-份额分析法（SSM）重点探究了中部地区的产业结构演替与经济增长之间的关系,为各省调整产业结构、促进中部崛起提供理论指导。结果表明：1.中部地区产业结构变化总体与产业结构演进的一般规律相符。2.中部地区产业结构演替对经济发展的影响情况分为：江西和安徽产业结构偏离为负,竞争力偏离份额为负;山西和河南产业结构偏离为正,竞争力偏离份额为负;湖北和湖南产业结构偏离为负,竞争力偏离份额为正等3种类型。3.产业结构变迁对各省经济增长的影响差异较大。

通过对马铃薯产业化及其文化内涵、结构、功能的讨论,总结了马铃薯产业文化的核心理念,提出了马铃薯产业发展的文化结构模型及建立马铃薯产业文化的理论框架.     

灰色系统理论在重庆市农业结构调整中的应用

农业结构调整的主要内容之一是调整农业用地比例,而其关键是在设计安排农业结构调整配置方案时,确定各业的权重。根据重庆市1998—2003年来的各业单位产出效益,利用灰色关联分析,确定各业权重和各结构调整方案评价系数,最后评选出最优方案,以期为重庆市农业结构调整提供科学依据。     

Study on Treatment and Utilization of Industrial Solid Wastes after Completion of Three Gorges Reservoir of Yangtze River

After completion of Three Gorges Reservoir at Yangtze River, protecting and improving the ecological environment of this area is becoming increasingly important factor in comprehensive progress of the economy and society of Chongqing City. The industrial solid wastes are one of the crucial factors influencing the environment quality of Three Gorges Area and they are also the hot and difficult problems influencing the development of economy and society of Chongqing City. At this point, firstly, the discharge, present situation, prospect and development of treatment and utilization of industrial wastes in Chongqing are summarized. Secondly, the experience at home and abroad are analyzed. Then, the way and foreground for recycling the wastes with new technology are also discussed. Finally, countermeasure for treatment and utilization of industrial solid wastes after completion of Three Gorges Reservoir at Yangtze River is brought up. The study on treatment and utilization technology of industrial solid wastes will be beneficial not only to the protection of ecological environment of Three Gorges Area, but to the development of new Chongqing City as well. In a word, it will have great environmental, social and economic benefits.     

An Aggregate Demand Forecasting Model on the Residence of Chongqing Main City Zone

Developing of real estate industry is one of the important ways to optimize Chongqing's industry structure and develop Chongqing's economy based on the relative theory. This paper brings forward an aggregate demand forecasting model on the residence of Chongqing main city zone according as data of the level of residence and relative factors in a certain period of Chongqing main city zone,by the way of gradually regressing and compounding forecasting. The model indicates that, according with the characteristic of residence,the aggregate demand of the residence is positive correlation to the polulation of Chongqing main city zone.     

消费需求结构与产业结构关系的实证研究——以中国渔业为例

分析了消费结构变化对产业结构的影响,在此基础上用信息熵的方法研究了中国消费需求结构的变化,又具体分析了国内水产品消费不断高级化、不断复杂化的特点,结合渔业产业结构的现状,指出了我国渔业产业结构在消费结构的引导下,虽然已经朝着比较合理的方向进行了调整,但是相较于消费结构,渔业仍然存在着第三产业的比例相对较低和水产品加工程度不够等问题,文章据此提出了引进水产品加工的技术和设备以及大力发展渔业相关的旅游、服务和医疗产业等对策建议来优化中国渔业产业结构。     

Building Mode of Informationization in Manufacturing Enterprises on Condition of Chongqing Industrial Cluster

Chongqing, the old industry base of China, whose main economic support is mass manufacturing that make up of traditional industries such as mechanism, enginery and metallurgy. This mass has come into being middle system organizations whose core is some big firms like Changan and Jialing, in addition, many related kit factories act as branches. These organizations have agility operation and high efficiency, but there are problems because of technology asymmetry which leads to low efficiency of the industry gathers supply chain when facing high informationization market cornpetition. By analyzing the character and deficiency of the Chongqing manufacturing industry gathers, through providing a framework of information service platform to enhance the mid-rain enterprises innovation capability and complex competition. Research on building method and operation method of enterprises informationization platform has been done successfully.     

甘肃省区域经济空间结构差异分析

基于甘肃省1999—2012年相关经济数据,借助基尼系数、多元回归等方法分析影响自西部大开发以来甘肃省区域经济差异的因素,结果表明：甘肃省三大产业结构以及区域支柱产业和资本投资规模是造成区域经济发展不平衡的主导因素;由于甘肃省贫困地区主要分布在甘肃中南部,缺乏支柱产业、交通不便、资源匮乏,产业结构单一,导致经济发展相对缓慢,带动能力较弱。由此,提出加快中心-外围一体化进程,促进区域经济发展;统筹规划产业空间布局,实现区域合作;完善区域金融与政策投向,缩小区域经济差距等优化对策。     

区域农业结构的灰色关联分析与优势产业的发展

此文应用灰色关联分析、相关分析对中国中部地区三大区域的农村经济结构、农林牧渔业总产值结构、粮食产量结构、肉类产量结构进行了初步分析,确定了贡献较大的因子,并用时序模型对所研究的系列进行了模拟和预测。中部地区农业结构的现状是：非农产业的贡献越来越大,农、牧业为主的产值结构,中国玉米、小麦、稻谷、大豆优势产业带,中国肉牛、肉羊生产优势区。该区三大区域应根据各自的资源优势,因地制宜、大力发展其优势粮食作物、优势牛羊业和优势非农产业,进一步促进其农业和农村经济的可持续发展。     

中国茶产业组织结构创新的对策探讨

从产业组织理论观点出发,分析了现阶段中国茶产业基本经济特征,指出了影响产业经济绩效提高的市场结构方面问题及其成因。在此基础上,讨论了茶产业结构调整的动力和目标、基本要求和条件、实施对策等。     

北京沟域产业融合发展机制与路径研究

沟域经济是北京提出以山区沟域为单元,在生态保护前提下,通过产业融合促进农村产业结构优化和升级,实现区域经济发展的一种模式。驱动产业融合是沟域经济发展的动态特性。本文运用自组织的竞争和协同理论,阐述了沟域产业融合机制、产业融合模式和演变趋势,在总结实践经验基础上,提出各类产业融合模式和实现路径。研究显示,北京沟域经济已经迈入产业融合发展阶段,主导产业发展、产业间的关联和外部环境变化是产业融合的内在主要动力。因此,实现沟域发展就是要加强三次产业高度关联度和深入挖掘农业多功能性,促使产业结构朝纵深“两维”方向发展,可采取服务型融合和生态型融合两种路径。     

金昌市城市化与就业结构演变的计量分析

基于金昌市1981-2015年的经济统计数据,通过OLS回归模型、Granger因果检验、脉冲响应函数等方法定量与定性分析金昌市的城市化水平与就业结构的关系,结果表明：1)城市化进程与三次产业就业结构的演变具有阶段性：初步发展阶段、波动探索阶段、快速发展阶段;2)金昌市的城市化水平与第三产业就业结构呈现正向的脉冲关系,与第二产业就业为负向脉冲关系,与第一产业就业为负向脉冲关系;3)金昌市的城市化水平处于快速发展阶段,就业结构以二、三产业为主。
