With the development of industrial automation technology, the monitoring system becomes more and more important in the control system. The paper discusses the monitoring system design based on the pump station for high press water. At first, the paper introduced the base process and the control system of the pump station for high press water. The control system includes two parts: upper part and lower part. The control network consisted of some PLC controls the device in the system. Then the method of the OOP technology application to the monitoring system design are emphatically introduced and discussed. 为了满足植树的需要,研制了自动化程度较高的液压微型挖穴机,该机可由8.82~13.23kW的拖拉机悬挂,液压机构控制升降,主要由机架、液压系统、发动机、升降臂、挖穴钻头等部件组成,具有结构简单、机动灵活、自动化程度高、安全可靠、经济实惠等特点。基于机械设计理论,设计了挖穴机的钻头、液压系统等关键部件,研究了微型液压植树挖穴机关键部件的设计。  相似文献

The load changed of motor affects normal run. If it is not adjusted, the state of motor will become poor, while it affects steady of the system. This paper presents an efficient method for the motor speed controlling, it applies Tacagi-Sugeno's method that each linear submodels are connected for fuzzy algorithm, an algorithm of the fuzzy model identifying and fuzzy control is fulfilled through whole nonlinear model which are replaced with local linear models. It makes speed of motor to maintain steady, and variable structure control is applied to guarantee performance of dynamic flowing for process controlled, the design of stability and robustness is proposed in the scheme. Practice running results show that it is efficient that uncertain dynamic processes are controlled.  相似文献

Linkage control of fire-fighting electrical equipment effectively and reasonable design, installation and debugging of power supply and distribution are increasingly important to ensure the safety of underground space. As the linkage control systems associated with the fire control electrical equipment are very complicated, and the distribution of installation and debugging are very professional, there are many hidden troubles of safety in the whole life cycle process. On the basis of analysis of characteristics of underground space of fire, underground fire-fighting electrical equipment and the requirement of power supply system are expounded, hidden dangers on linkage control of electrical devices and design installation and debugging of power supply and distribution underground space are analyzed, and some suggestions and countermeasures are provided for relevant departments as decision-making reference.  相似文献

The key of motor control is to control motor's torque essentially.Direct torque control,which emerged after the field-oriented control,directly stresses the instantaneous torque control of induction machine,which avoids some problems existing in field-oriented control,thus,it gets more attention.In conventional direct torque control system,switch vector is selected directly by the errors of stator flux-linkage and torque,after introducing fuzzy logic,optimal selecting switch state is realized by various strategies by distinguishing the grade of the errors of stator flux-linkage and torque,the dynamic and steady state performances of induction motors are improved.This paper presents a design method of the fuzzy controller.Simulation results demonstrate that it is effective,the stator currents pulsation at start-up and the torque pulsation are decreased.  相似文献

A fully digitized electric vehicle direct torque control system with DSPTMS320LF2407 controller is described. The system hardware and software structures are presented. The performance of the direct torque control system is studied by simulation with MATLAB. Based on the simulation of the induction motor, waveform of current, speed, torque and flux are obtained. The testing results are also presented. Experimental results show that the design is feasible.  相似文献

The limitation of LMS adaptive noise cancelling (ANC ) is analyzed here. Based on the discussing of general signal and noise model of process detection control system, a fast adaptive filtering(FAF) is proposed on the basis of modelling the correlativity between the noise and it's correlative noise with the view of large noise. Fast transversal filtering ( FTF ) adaptive, algorithms is used to imitate the correlative modelling. Both simulation and experiments show that the method presented in this paper is suitable for the process detection control system , and it exhibts better results than the LMS noise cancelling method.  相似文献

Electronic business is a model of automation business activities, so the concept of field bus control system that is the latest control technology in automation control domain could be transplanted into electronic business structure to optimize the performance of the electronic business. The author studied the model which had centralize distributed structure and built under the concept of FCS in the environment of electronic business. By analyzing the performance of shops online, authority center and logistics distribution center that have the centralize distributed structure, the conclusions could be drawn that the centralize distributed structure model of electronic business has the advantages of high reliability, rapid response, high expandability, easy to rebuild and high system efficiency that FCS has.  相似文献

This paper researches the fuzzy control and simulation of regulating system for PMSM in electrical vehicle. The mathematics model is set up.The PMSM,the PMSM measures demux, dq to abc converter and the three phrase PWM converter models are set up in MATLAB/ Simulink. The fuzzy controller is designed with two dimension fuzzy design method, and take E and EC as input variable, U is the output variable. According to the controller and models, the fuzzy control model of regulating system for PMSM is created in matlab/simulink. 物联网技术作为工业4.0的核心,成为全球的热点词汇。中国作为一个农业大国,在农业生产上,我们需要引用新型的技术,在有限的资源构造出消耗少、避污染、成本低、可量产的生产模式。本文介绍了物联网IOT技术结合西门子S7-1500控制器、Node-RED等物联网工具,连接传感器与PC站组成一套PLC控制的鱼菜共生系统。以TIA Portal作为编程组态软件,对传感器和被控对象进行组态、测试,对系统进行电气设计,组装外部控制系统电气柜,实现对鱼菜共生系统的自动控制。该设计改变了传统高密度养殖模式,是新型仿自然的种养一体复合农业模式,具有低能耗、高产出、高利润、产品好、无污染的特点。  相似文献

From the point of view of Knowledge-based Engineering, the knowledge expression, the knowledge organizing format, the knowledge base and management system is researched aiming at the characteristic of motor total design and the knowledge. The knowledge of motor concept design is expressed and organized by Object Oriented method, and the blocking knowledge base is built. Base on the academic research, the Object Oriented knowledge base and its management system for motor intelligent design platform are developed. The design of multi-controller and multi-mode control law is presented for the three-link Acrobot on horizontal bar by employing Human simulated intelligent control method based on sensory-motor Schema.Imitated the characteristics of gymnast's swing-up and handstand movement,the control process of robot is divided by six sequence phase.Then the sensory cell and motor cell and the group of sensory-motor schema is designed based on the analysis of quality-quantity combination.The simulation results show that the controller ensures the gesture and the energy to the desired goal,farther more the motion control of giant swing backword is realized in the simulation.  相似文献

Thermal performance of the green roof is an important basis for energy-efficient design and evaluation. However, the current studies on the thermal performance of the green roof seldom involve thermal inertia of the green roof. Based on a long-term experiment of an extensive green roof in natural ventilation state and a five-month ongoing measured data in summer, thermal inertia of the extensive green roof was studied by statistical analysis method. The results show that thermal decay to outdoor climate effect through green roof was increased by more than 100% and delay time of thermal response to outdoor climate on internal surface of the green roof was reduced in comparison with that of the bare roof.  相似文献

Electromagnetic radiation, which is caused by the engine ignition system, is the most powerful electromagnetic interference (EMI) source in the vehicles, as well as the main reason of most electronic control unit (ECU) malfunction. In order to reduce interference from ignition noise on ECU, we use optical isolation technology to isolate electrical connections between the interference source and the control circuit. The formation mechanism of the ignition system EMI is analyzed. The possibility of suppressing ignition system EMI with optical isolation technology is discussed. Then, as a result we design an experimental platform of suppressing ignition system EMI. The experimental results show that the effect of suppressing ignition noise, in 20~100 MHz frequency band, is obvious after applying optical isolation circuit. The design approach to the total automation systems of city light rail transit (LRT) is discussed, according to the specialty of city transport systems. Based on the operation modes and basic functions of LRT, the scheme of automation systems by using of the networked PLC systems is introduced.
