Multi-mode Running Architecture of Networked Manufacturing Platform and Its Implementation Technology

Adopting organizational mode of networked manufacturing platform is an effective way of improving enterprise's condition to implement networked manufacturing. This kind of mode can make the architecture of enterprise collaborative work change from complex network architecture to a simple linear architecture. Based on the organizational mode, a Multi-mode running architecture of networked manufacturing platform was proposed in this paper. The Multi-mode can make networked manufacturing platform to fit different requirement of enterprises and industry. Integrated technology and related standardization technology were studied on the basis of this Multi-mode architecture. It can constitute the technology and implementation basis for the networked manufacturing platform's running.     

生产性服务的发展与都市农业社会化服务体系的构建

农业生产性服务是为农业生产过程提供专业化、社会化服务的一种中间服务,是经济发展到一定阶段而出现的新兴业态。在现有文献研究的基础上,从生产性服务的定义入手,论述了农业生产性服务与农业社会化服务、农业现代服务等概念之间区别,阐述了生产性服务与农业发展的互动关系,并结合都市农业的功能特征,说明了都市农业具备先行发展农业生产性服务的条件,提出了构建可持续发展的都市农业生产性服务体系的政策建议。

Key Technologies and Application Study on Networked Roadway Design Project Management

Aiming at the urgent requirements of project management from roadway design enterprises, key technologies and application of networked roadway design project management are studied. First, requirements analysis and a general technology scheme are proposed for networked roadway design project management. Next, key technologies are studied systematically, including workflow analysis and improvement, networked and dynamic project monitoring and coordinating, and integrated project information management. Based on the key technologies, an application system of networked roadway design project management is developed and applied in some real projects of roadway engineering design. A case study is presented to illustrate the management process based on the networked project management system. The engineering applications show that the system can effectively improve the management efficiency, reasonably configure and optimize design resource, monitor and coordinate project plan and schedule, and accurately evaluate the performance of design team members.     

Analysis of Gated and Discrete-time Service Polling Systems with Bulk Arrival and Feedback

In this paper, such problems of polling system with bulk arrival and Bernoulli Feedback are considered as follow: To Gated Service disciplines, we derive the relation of F i+1 (z 1,z 2,...,z N ) and F i(z 1,z 2,...,z N ), give means of queue lengths at polling instant of each station;the means of polling cycle time , and intervisit time are obtained. To discrete-time Service disciplines, we derive the relation of F i+1 (z 1,z 2,...,z N ) and F i(z 1,z 2,...,z N ) , obtain the service time of each station.     

现代农业科技服务的现状与对策研究——以广东为例

农村科技服务体系是农业科技进步的重要支柱,是实现农业工业化、产业化、现代化的基本保障,因而也是实现农业现代化建设的一项重要内容。本文在广东省科技厅“科技服务体系建设专项”课题的支持下,对广东省的现代农业科技服务进行了充分的调研,在此基础上归纳了以广东为例的现代农业科技服务的主要模式,剖析了现代农业科技服务存在的主要问题,并针对性提出了促进广东及至全国现代农业科技服务体系发展的对策。     

城乡基本公共服务差距测算与均等化技术路线分析-以福建为例

差距大小与人口流动性是影响城乡基本公共服务均等化技术路线选择的重要因素。文章在测算分析福建城乡公共财政支出、基础教育与医疗服务的差距变动情况的基础上,探讨了人口流动性不断增加对城乡基本公共服务均等化的影响,比较了依靠人口流动与依靠财政支出两条促进城乡基本公共服务均等化的技术路线,提出以财政支出确保最低公共服务标准,以人口流动加速城乡基本公共服务均等化进程的建议。

推送技术作为一种高效快捷的信息获取方法,是实现信息个性化服务的有效途径,但其在农业农村信息服务领域中的表现却不够理想,究其原因,在于推送技术缺乏针对性致使其难以满足用户的个性化要求。该文针对推送技术存在的缺陷,提出了地域分区推送、协同过滤推荐、时间分块推送和记忆推送等新方法,并且将这些新技术融入到农业农村信息推送服务中,解决了推送技术在农业农村信息服务中的个性化不足问题,提高了农业农村信息的服务水平,对我国的农业农村信息化进程有积极的推动作用。

农业社会化服务主体在农业社会化服务体系中扮演重要角色,各服务主体提供的服务能否为农户带来长远利益并最终被农户持续接受是农业社会化服务持续发展的关键问题。本文以博弈论为基础,通过分析公共服务机构及中间服务组织与农户之间的博弈过程发现：公共服务机构和中间服务组织为农户提供的社会化服务的质量及其自身的成本收益成为影响农业社会化服务持续发展的重要因素,农业社会化服务若要持续稳定的发展,离不开服务主体高水平的服务和农户的积极参与。只有适应市场需求,真正能够给农户带来实惠的服务才会最终被农户所接受。

农业科学普及助力乡村振兴实证研究——以辽宁12316“三农”综合信息服务平台为例

研究旨在探索乡村振兴战略实施背景下农民科普信息化服务工作新模式、新路径、新方法,为全国各地各级农业信息化服务体系建设及助力乡村振兴方面提供借鉴。在文献研究农业科学普及工作新模式、新方法的基础上,深入剖析辽宁12316“三农”综合信息服务平台的建设经验以及在助力乡村振兴方面所取得的实际效果。辽宁12316“三农”综合信息服务平台开创了“五位一体”农民科普信息化服务新模式,构建了国家、省、市、县、乡五级“三农”综合信息服务体系。2019—2021年间,平台累计向全省提供科学普及服务1130.71万例,现已成为辽宁“互联网+农业”的典型案例,是辽宁农业信息化建设的重点品牌。各地农业管理部门有必要借鉴辽宁12316平台的建设经验,完善信息化服务体系建设;各级地方农业主管部门应重视农业信息网络基础设施建设,打造高素质农民队伍;各省农业信息服务平台有必要建立“星系式”科普服务体系,跨区域开展科普活动;各级农业信息服务平台要积极探索多元化信息服务模式,助力乡村全面振兴。     

Analysis on Optimal Service Frequency of Public Transport Considered with Generalised Cost

The service frequency is an important factor which shows the supply and service level of public transportion. By considering the effect of occupancy rate on generalised cost firstly, the authors establish a new public transport model based on generalised cost. Then from the view of optimal pricing, this paper constructs two optimal service frequency models by the aim of maximizing social welfare and maximizing profit separately. The result shows that, without the effect of externalities, the two optimal service frequency is the same. Finally, this paper use some parameters of generalised cost, which coming from a city, to simulate this model, and the result shows it is feasible.

简析江苏农业科技服务现状

本文简述了新世纪以来国家对三农工作的重视,对现代农业建设发展的新要求,指出农业科技服务对解决新时期三农问题的重要意义。参考比较了国内同类研究成果之后,本文主要分析了近年江苏地区农业科技服务现状,找出在机构组建、人才队伍、服务能力、服务范围、服务成效等方面存在的问题,并就整合现有科技服务机构、科技服务人才培养、创建科技服务新模式、拓展科技服务范围以及政策资金保障等方面提出了解决方法。对研究我国科技服务发展情况有较强参考价值,有助于重构我国现代化农业科技服务体系,提高农业科技服务整体实力。     

Design and Realize the Short Message Service System

Along with the widely using of mobile telephone, the SMS (Short Message Service) has achieved more and more approbation of consumers. Besides the point-point application of SMS among mobile phones, a new application of SMS between information system and mobile phones is developed quickly now, and it is a new way to achieve information conveniently and duly for users. In this paper, we design a software based on SMS to solve some problems which exists in the communication among employees. We also give out the system's functions, key technology and application in the enterprises. This system has some important value in theory and application for building a digital enterprise.     

The compensation method for the random time-delay of the feedbackchannel and the forward channel in the networked control system

An improved predictive control method is presented to compensate the random time delay in the networked control system. The feedback time delay is compensated by predictive controller based on softened increment input strategy. The forward time delay is unknown for controller, so an extra feedback loop is added to compensate the delay by estimating the error between the actual control signal effected on plant and the output of controller in historical moment. For the controlled system with unknown or slowly varying parameters, the networked feedback correction algorithm is discussed based on a modified recursive least-squares identi cation algorithm. The system stability is analyzed and the simulation results show that the time delay in the networked control system can be accurately compensated. The excellent network performance is ensured with this strategy.     

EPQ Model with Different Lost Sale Factor Relative to Inventory Level

It is important for enterprises' inventory management to find out the optimal production cycle and the length of shortage time,so that the total cost of inventory system can be reduced and the service level can be raised.Based on the classical EPQ model,this paper develops an EPQ model for deterioration items with different lost sale factor relative to the inventory level during shortage period.The existence of unique optimal solution is discussed by mathematic analysis and a numeric example.The sensitivity analysis shows that the parameter of losing sale has different impact on the costs of inventory system.The factors must be considered for the production inventory system to make management decision.
