A simulation system for logistics in steel-making process has been developed by analyzing the state of logistics in steel plant, integrating the approach of coloured Petri nets with time and queuing network and using object-oriented methodology. The software functions for building-up simulation model, executing simulation, managing simulations, playing demo, analyzing statistics and online help. The objectives and principles of the simulation software have schematically been introduced. At last, the software is visually validated with measured input data of primary logistics in Vanadium-extracting, Steel-making Plant of Panzhihua Iron and Steel Corporation. A Gantt diagram and statistics of simulation case are included in simulation results and can be used to assist decision-making for scheduling in steel-making process.  相似文献

A numerical simulation commercial software has been developed by the object-oriented Visual Basic programming language on the basis of the 2D mathematical model of secondary cooling Process in billet continuous casting. Thereby an effective experimenting tool for computer simulation of continuous casting process is gained. By simulation with the software, the caster structures and operating parameters in continuous casting can be designed and optimized. The simulating calculation examples on several casters and its production applications indicate that the commercial software developed has more accuracy, practicability and commonality, as also as simpler operating capability. The simulated results have been successfully applied to the design and production of the high-efficiency modification for several billet casters interiorly.  相似文献

In order to meet the demand of large scale boiler design and operating optimization, this paper establishes the dynamic mathematic model for domestic 600MW subcritical pressure boiler. MMS software is adopted in the whole process from modeling to simulation. This software make process simple and quick. This model is based on modulariza- tion and the comprehensive physical and chemical process in boiler is considered. Simulation result shows that the re- sponses of this model under different disturbance are coincident to mechanics analysis. The simulation result under ste Pdisturbance can be used to analyze unit changes and provide some guide and it also can supply performance reference data to boiler design.  相似文献

A multi-body simulation approximate model of a vehicle using ADAMS software is established, and a frontrear suspension system, a steering system, the tires and all connectors are studied. Vehicle handling stability under different tests is simulated. The result is credible and valid, the parameter of vehicle model is amended expediently. Simulation models of agro-ecological systems are typically written in a manner that precludes reusability of parts of the model without a significant amount of familiarity with and rewriting of existing code. Similarly, replacing a part of a model with a functionally equivalent part from another model is typically difficult. The objective of this study was to develop a method to enable the assembly of simulation models from previously and independently developed component models. Recent advances in software engineering have enabled the development of software applications from smaller parts (called components) on the basis of an abstract decomposition of the relevant domain (called a framework). Based on a requirements analysis of existing simulation models we developed the ModCom simulation framework. ModCom provides a set of interface specifications that describe components in a simulation. ModCom also provides implementations of the core simulation services. The framework interfaces use well-defined binary standards and allows developers to implement the interfaces using a broad range of computer languages. Using this framework, simulation models can be assembled by connecting component models in much the same way that Lego blocks are put together to assemble a house. ModCom thus allows modelers to create models and modeling tools that are easily exchanged (in binary form or source code) with colleagues across the hall or across the globe.  相似文献

In this paper a numerical simulation software of the casting solidification process is designed with the implicit alternating direction method (i,e IAD) and the TRUE BASIC language. The solidification process of the cross-section A-A of the high pressure inner cylinder is simulated and the shrinkage cavity position is predicated by means of utility software. The impulse responses and other acoustical parameters of Huangpu Teenager Palace were measured. Meanwhile, the acoustical simulation based on software ODEON was carried out as well. The parameters based on computer simulation are compared with the measured ones. This case study shows that the auralization technique based on computer simulation can be used for predicting the acoustical quality of a hall at its design stage.  相似文献

A method of optimizing planar transformers' design based on integrated software platform iSIGHT is presented.Through integrating the circuit simulation tool Saber and Maxwell 3D to the optimization tool iSIGHT,the parasitic effects on planar transformers are studied carefully.Changing the thickness of the insulator layer between the primary and the secondary can obtain different values of parasitic parameters and a new method to avoid parasitic oscillations with dangerous high voltage spikes to improve the SMPS performance is established.Hence an optimal design of planar transformer is obtained.The final optimal simulation analysis results verify the correctness of above theoretical study.  相似文献

Summary Selection decisions in variety testing should partly be based on statistical motives. Useful tools for this are subset selection procedures. These procedures can also be used when the performed experiment has an incomplete block design or when a series of regional trials is studied. Various selection rules serve different selection goals, but they all need so-called selection constants. Often, these constants have to be approximated by computer simulation. For this simulation, and also for the execution of the selection rules, software has been developed and is available. Some practical adjustments and modifications of subset selection in plant breeding practice are proposed. Finally, a case study of selection in sugar beet is presented.  相似文献

Based on object-oriented method, the classes of object-oriented finite element are defined. The finite element program of static, dynamic characteristics and stability analyses for spatial frame structures is developed with c++ object_oriented language which is successfully incorporated into a computer simulation system of derricks. The results of static, dynamic characteristics and stability analysis for the derricks of F320-A and JJ250/42-K types, obtained with the developed system, are consistent with those obtained by a commercial software, which illustrates the correctness of object-oriented FEM and the reliability of the simulation software.  相似文献

Computer simulations are a useful tool to solve problems in population genetics for which no analytical solutions are available. We developed Plabsoft, a powerful and flexible software for population genetic simulation and data analysis. Various mating systems can be simulated, comprising planned crosses, random mating, partial selfing, selfing, single-seed descent, double haploids, topcrosses, and factorials. Selection can be simulated according to selection indices based on phenotypic values and/or molecular marker scores. Data analysis routines are provided to analyze simulated and experimental datasets for allele and genotype frequencies, genotypic and phenotypic values and variances, molecular genetic diversity, linkage disequilibrium, and parameters to optimize marker-assisted backcrossing programs. Plabsoft has already been employed in numerous studies, we chose some of them to illustrate the functionality of the software.  相似文献

Based on the 2D BEM software THBEM2 developed by the authors' group, which can be applied to simulate the elastic body with randomly distributed circular holes. A scheme of BEM for the simulation of elastic bodies with randomly distributed identical circular inclusions is presented. The workload of the computation is nearly the same as for the corresponding case of circular holes, the numerical examples given show that the scheme is applicable and effective.  相似文献

In order to investigate the effects of inlet temperature,velocity and water methanol molar ratio on methanol- steam reforming for hydrogen production in microreactor, we carry out 3-D simulation of methanol-steam reforming for hydrogen production in self-designed plate microreactor with the application of general finite reaction rate model in CFD software of FLUENT, The kinetics used are DE and SR model, The results show that, At the conditions of inlet velocity, temperature and water methanol molar ratio are 2.88 m/s, 493 K and 1.3 respectively, methanol conversion at the reactor outlet reaches 79.8%. Through the simulation, we can see that in microreactor it can be maintain higher hydrogen molar fraction and methanol conversion at high reactant flow rate.  相似文献

摘 要:受复杂多变的地形地貌影响和制约,目前我国丘陵山区土地整理项目工程布局的科学性与合理性难以得到保证。本文以长阳土家族自治县土地整理项目为例,借助计算机软件强大的三维建模与空间分析功能,对项目区地形进行三维模拟,通过空间分析绘制项目区剖分坡度分级图,在此基础上对项目区工程布局进行科学论证分析并提出合理化建议。研究结果表明,借助计算机软件的三维空间分析功能,可以有效提高丘陵山区土地整理工程设计精度和工作效率,促使土地整理工作整体科技水平的提升。  相似文献

The algorithms can not only make the control system's performance good, but also meet the demands of real time control. Aim at the problem, it is presented that a fuzzy controller with simulating human intelligent control. The structure , control algorithms and the simulation results of the controller are given. The simulation and application show that the fuzzy controller with simulating human intelligent control has many advantages such as fast response, less overshoot, good robust. The research on volume conductive model can be used in designing the conductive systems and optimizing the energy transfer parameters. By considering the coupling of circuit, electromagnetic-field and temperature-field, a 3-D multi-filed coupling model is developed. On the circuit level, the simulation of volume conduction, real-time monitoring for the temperature of skin tissue are achieved, which provides direct theoretical guidance for energy transfer optimization design. With the software FEM 3.5, a volume conduct multi-field coupling model is built to verify the feasibility of volume conduction, which also lays foundation for further optimize energy transfer efficiency.  相似文献

Various cost simulation software packages are extensively used in the construction industry today. There are some differences in the problems to which they are applied,but it is essential that users select suitable known distributions and estimate the parameter values for cost elements before starting any simulation. The accuracy and reliability of the simulation results depend on such selections. This paper proposes a practical and accurate selection method based upon the least differences of expected values and standard deviations between a known distribution and an estimated cost probability histogram.  相似文献
