Expression of bovine leukemia virus genome is blocked by a nonimmunoglobulin protein in plasma from infected cattle

Plasma of cattle infected with bovine leukemia virus contains a soluble factor that blocks the expression of the viral genome in cultured lymphocytes. The blocking factor is not present in plasma of bovine leukemia virus-free cattle or of cattle infected with common bovine viruses. Blocking of bovine leukemia virus expression by the plasma factor is reversible, and seems to be mediated by a nonimmunoglobulin protein molecule.     

硫酸头孢喹肟乳膏剂临床疗效试验

为更好地防治奶牛乳房炎,河北农业大学动物科技学院自主研发了硫酸头孢喹肟乳膏剂,并对其临床疗效进行了考察。对河北4个地区临床分离的乳房炎致病菌进行鉴定,而后使用自制的乳膏进行体外抑菌试验和临床疗效试验。结果表明,分离的病原菌主要是链球菌、葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌,共占总菌株的95.11%;乳膏组对临床分离的致病菌抑菌效果优于青、链霉素对照组;乳膏在4个地区的治愈率和有效率均较高,分别为93.68%和98.95%;而青、链霉素对照组则分别只有57.84%,84.31%。因此,自主研发的硫酸头孢喹肟乳膏剂用于治疗临床奶牛乳房炎效果理想,为下一步的推广奠定良好的基础。     

Genetic polymorphism of the bovine leukemia virus in the Russian federation

Nucleotide sequence of a section of the Env 105 gene of bovine leukemia provirus isolates, obtained from farm animals in different regions of Russia, was determined. Conducted phylogenetic analysis has allowed us to assess heterogeneity of the studied population of the bovine leukemia virus (BLV). Based on results of BLV genetic diversity, four virus’s genotypes—I, II, IV, and VII with dominating genotype IV—were detected.

基于文献计量分析我国奶牛乳腺炎的研究现状

以《中国期刊全文数据库》的数据为检索对象,采用文献计量学的方法,从年度载文量、核心作者群、合作度、主要产出单位及区域、期刊分布等方面对奶牛乳腺炎病研究文献进行统计,结果表明,发文期刊数和载文量呈上升趋势,发表文献最多的为马保臣,作者合作度较高,达76.71%;文献产出最多的为山东省和黑龙江省,主要产出单位为高等院校及科研院所;此类文献多刊载于专业性强的期刊,综合性期刊较少;研究内容主要分布于病原学、奶牛乳腺炎预防、中医治疗、西医治疗、免疫治疗、诊断病因、食品安全及综述性文献等方面。     

Effects of Matrine on Bovine Papilloma Virus-infected C127 Cells

The aim of this study was to select drugs for prevention and treatment of bovine papilloma in vitro, using bovine papilloma virus(BPV-2) infected mouse mammary epithelial(C127) cell lines as the infectious cell model system. C127 cell shapes changed with BPV infection observed under light microscopy. C127 cell shapes changed with BPV infection observed under light microscopy. PCR was used to confirm BPV infected C127 cells. mR NA levels of matrine to BPV-2 infected C127 cells were detected by RT-PCR. Apoptosis of BPV-infected C127 cells treated with matrine was analyzed by flow cytometry. Results showed that 80 μg· mL~(-1) matrine had a direct virucidal and intervention effect of BPV-2. Matrine inhibited the proliferation of BPV-infected cells. Therefore, matrine might be regarded as a therapeutic drug candidate for BPV induced bovine papilloma disease treatment in future.

加米霉素是动物专用的半合成大环内酯类抗生素,对于防治牛的呼吸系统疾病具有显著疗效,有广阔的应用和发展前景。综述了加米霉素的理化性质、合成方法和药理活性,旨在为该药在兽医临床上的应用提供参考。     

内酯类新抗生素泰拉霉素的研究进展

泰拉霉素是动物专用半合成大环内酯类抗生素,对于防治猪和牛的呼吸系统疾病疗效确切。从泰拉霉素的理化性质、作用机制、抗菌活性、药动学和药效学、急慢性毒性及药物残留等方面进行综述,旨在为该药在兽医临床应用提供参考资料。     

吉林省牛新孢子虫病的流行病学调查

采用间接荧光抗体试验（IFAT）方法，对吉林省7个地区的1091份牛血清进行牛新孢子虫病的流行病学调查．结果表明，吉林省牛新孢子虫病的整体感染率为17．32％，感染率比较高．本次血清学检测为今后吉林省有效预防和治疗牛新孢子虫病提供了一定的科学依据．     

Milk of dairy cows frequently contains a leukemogenic virus

Milk or viable milk cells collected from 24 dairy cattle naturally infected with bovine leukemia virus were inoculated into lambs, which were subsequently examined for the development of infection. With this bioassay, infectious virus was demonstrated in the milk of 17 of the cows. Bovine leukemia virus is leukemogenic in at least two mammalian species, is widespread in commercial dairy herds, and can infect a wide range of hosts in vivo and cells, including human cells, in vitro.
