With the advent of the post-industrial era, a large number of idle old industrial buildings have been produced in the city. How to deal with idle old industrial buildings has become a reality. Taking the transformation of the factory building of Chang'an Machinery Plant in Xichang for example, the paper analyzed the recycling strategy of old industrial buildings from the basic conditions and transformation contents of the project, re-constructed the new connotation of the building, so as to exert the use value of the old industrial buildings, with a view to providing a reference for the organic renewal and sustainable development of the city.  相似文献

为了大幅度减少因潮风害造成的水稻生产损失,提出了应用预洒水-洒水来减轻潮风害盐分影响水稻的方法,并用模拟实验比较了经过预洒水-洒盐水-洒水的水稻和仅进行洒盐水-洒水的水稻的1穗盐分量的差别。结果表明,当洒盐水使得1穗盐分量为4.6~4.8 mg/穗时,预洒水-洒盐水-洒水的1穗盐分量为0 mg/穗,洒盐水-洒水的1穗盐分量为2.8 mg/穗,即有预洒水的比无预洒水的能大幅度减小1穗盐分量,从而大大减轻潮风害的影响。还开发了用海水盐度检测仪来测定1穗盐分量的实用测定技术,并提出了减轻水稻潮风害的综合方法。  相似文献

In order to find out the current basic wind pressure in China, the parameters were estimated based on Gumbel distribution by statistically analyzing the annual maximum values of wind speed of 159 typical cities in China between 1951 and 2008. The basic wind pressure values for 10-year, 50-year and 100-year return periods were calculated based on moment method and Gumbel method, respectively. The distribution function was tested by the Kolmogorov criterion. Finally, the calculation results were compared with those in current design codes and the results of the correlative literature. The results show that basic wind pressure values worked out by Gumbel method are better than those by moment method in most cases when the statistic of the annual maximum values of wind speed is conducted and analyzed by Gumbel distribution. There are significant differences between the basic wind pressure values for 10-year, 50-year and 100-year return periods in Loading Code for Design of Building Structures and the results calculated with the annual maximum values of wind speed in recent decades, which shows that the sample data in Loading Code for Design of Building Structures are relatively insufficient and cannot reflect the present true condition in China. Therefore, basic wind pressure value should be revised accordingly.  相似文献

In order to accurately evaluate the aseismic behavior of the seismic damaged masonry pagodas destroyed by Wenchuan earthquake and strengthened after the earthquake, a test was conducted to acquire related parameters on seismic performance from the specimens made by masonry and retrofitted with grouting and steel hoops. Taking a seismic damaged ancient masonry pagoda in Sichuan as a case study, four kinds of primitive specimens are fabricated by simulating the conformation of the masonry pagoda. Then the primitive specimens are destroyed under cycle loads and the damaged specimens are repaired by grouting and steel hoops. Cycle controlling tests are conducted with the specimens and relevant data are acquired. Experimental results showed that grouting combined with steel hoops could improve the ductility and energy dissipation capacity of a seismic damage of brick masonry structure, but it do a little to improve the stiffness of a seismic damage structure. And the cracking load of the repaired masonry is much lower than the original undamaged structure.  相似文献
