近红外光谱分析技术(NIRS)具有快速、无损、低成本、准确、无污染的优点,有望应用于杂交水稻种子真实性的高通量鉴定及筛选。本研究采用近红漫反射光谱结合一种新的化学计量学方法——判别式偏最小二乘分类筛选法(DPLS-CSM),对单粒水稻种子‘新两优6号’与其父本、母本和其他假种子进行了区分。通过与判别式偏最小二乘(DPLS)法的对比,使用DPLS-CSM建模时的灵敏度Sn、命中率Pr和马修斯相关系数Mcc分别为97.92%、97.58%和95.51%,高于DPLS法建模的92.01%、93.97%和90.68%;在对验证集进行检验时,DPLS-CSM模型的Sn、Pr和Mcc值分别为98.96%、95%和93.83%,高于后者的94.79%、88.35%和88.57%。结果表明,使用DPLS-CSM结合NIRS对‘新两优6号’的真伪鉴定是可行的,该方法为水稻杂交种真伪的快速无损鉴别与筛选提供了新的选择。  相似文献

焦炉集气管压力是炼焦生产过程中重要的工艺参数,其值是否稳定,直接影响到煤气质量、焦炉寿命、焦炭质量和生产环境。针对焦炉集气管压力系统是一个强干扰、非线性和多变量耦合的复杂系统,采用LS-SVM辨识出焦炉集气管压力系统的逆系统模型,并将其串联在原系统之前,运用逆系统的方法将集气管压力系统解耦成2个相互独立的单输入单输出伪线性子系统。同时,对解耦后的系统采用非线性内模控制策略以保证系统的鲁棒性和稳定性。仿真和应用结果表明该控制策略的解耦控制效果较好,提高了系统的快速调节能力和跟踪精度,而且增强了系统的鲁棒性,可以保证焦炉集气管压力稳定在现场工艺要求的范围内。  相似文献

为了逐步实现粮油储藏技术工作的规范化,提高粮油仓储技术管理水平,确保库存粮油的安全,自1987年10月1日起,在全国范围内开始试行中商部拟定的《粮油储藏技术规范》(试行),至今已五年多了。近来,我们陆续收到各地粮油工作者的来稿,提出了当地在执行“规范”过程中出现的问题和建议。我们认为,有些建议是实际可行的,各地可因地制宜,结合品尝评分值修正回归方程中的系数,使粮油储藏品质控制指标能更切合实际。欢迎各地粮油工作者积极参与该问题的讨论。  相似文献

办公建筑中空调形式对室内外PM2.5浓度相关性的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
室外PM2.5可通过新风及围护结构缝隙渗透至室内,室外PM2.5较高时尤为明显,结果导致室内空气中的PM2.5浓度上升。为了研究空调形式对室内外PM2.5浓度相关性的影响,在2015年夏季对重庆某办公建筑中采用不同空调形式的室内外PM2.5浓度进行了实测。实测结果发现:集中式空调、分体式空调和非空调房间室内外PM2.5浓度比变化范围分别为0.59~0.76、0.47~0.76、0.71~0.91。室内外PM2.5浓度相关性系数的排序为:集中式空调环境(0.94)> 非空调环境(0.92)> 分体式空调环境(0.77),研究结果表明,办公建筑的空调形式,对室内外PM2.5浓度的相关性有影响。  相似文献

An adaptive inverse control method for feed water and superheated steam temperature of supercritical pressure boiler is investigated. Through the analysis of the boiler system ,s dynamic characteristics, the input vector structure of inverse dynamics model of feed water and superheated steam temperature is constructed. The adaptive inverse control system is realized through on-line identification of inverse dynamic model with recursive least squares support vector machine. In the control process, the demand for feed water and spray water flow to the outlet steam temperature and micro-superheated steam temperature is considered to realize the integrated control of feed water and superheated steam temperature. Simulation results show that this control system has good control performance and adaptability and can void the repeated oscillation phenomena of control variables which appear in present two section control system.  相似文献

Genotype × environment interaction (GEI) affects marketable fruit yield and average fruit weight of both hybrid and open-pollinated (OP) tomato genotypes. Cultivars vary significantly for marketable fruit yield, with hybrid cultivars having, on average, higher yield than OP cultivars. However, information is scanty on environmental factors affecting the differential response of tomato genotypes across environments. Hence, the aim of this research was to use factorial regression (FR) and partial least squares (PLS) regression, which incorporate external environmental and genotypic covariables directly into the model for interpreting GEI. In this research, data from an FAO multi-environment trial comprising 15 tomato genotypes (7 hybrid and 8 OP) evaluated in 18 locations of Latin America and the Caribbean were analyzed using FR and PLS. Environmental factors such as days to harvest, soil pH, mean temperature (MET), potassium available in the soil, and phosphorus fertilizer accounted for a sizeable portion of GEI for marketable fruit yield, whereas trimming, irrigation, soil organic matter, and nitrogen and phosphorus fertilizers were important environmental covariables for explaining GEI of average fruit weight. Locations with relatively high minimum and mean temperatures favored the marketable fruit yield of OP heat-tolerant lines CL 5915-223 and CL 5915-93. An OP cultivar (Catalina) and a hybrid (Apla) showed average marketable fruit yield across environments, while two hybrids (Sunny and Luxor) exhibited outstanding marketable fruit yield in high yielding locations (due to lower temperatures and higher pH) but a sharp yield loss in poor environments. Two stable hybrid genotypes in high yielding environments, Narita and BHN-39, also showed high and stable yield in average and low yielding environments.  相似文献

以鲜核桃为原料,通过一系列加工工序,制成鲜核桃酱。比较不同工艺条件对鲜核桃酱产品品质的影响,进行质量优化研究,确定了鲜核桃酱加工关键技术工艺参数为:鲜核桃仁脱膜处理:脱壳后的核桃仁在温度为95℃,质量分数为1.0%的氢氧化钠溶液中浸泡10min;复合乳化剂添加比例为:1.2%单甘脂+0.8%蔗糖酯;复合增稠剂的添加比例为:0.3%黄原胶+0.3%CMC。以干、鲜核桃为原料生产核桃酱,在工艺上有很大不同,鲜核桃可以生产出感官品质和营养品质俱佳的核桃酱新产品,开辟了核桃资源利用的新途径。  相似文献

According to the modern medical treatment theory, the effect of medical treatment more and more depends on patient's frame of mind. So in design of Bio-clean operation department, the principle of environmental psychology should be taken into account, so as to form a humanistic interior space, which could ease patients' tension and make the operation easy.
